Abstract

Suffering is an integral part of the status of a believer because the condition of following Christ is the Cross and leaving something, so suffering is the most important part of Christian teaching. Suffering is a fact that exists in every life in life without limits both believers and non-believers, but suffering for believers has a different meaning. The method used in this paper is a theological method with biblical theology studies. In I Peter 4: 13-29 the meaning of suffering for believers is explained, namely: first, as a test of faith to develop perseverance in the believer so that faith becomes stronger after going through purification and producing perseverance and the maturity of faith. Second, suffering for believers aims to glorify God, because through suffering and how to respond by staying grateful and joyful the Spirit of glory is in the believer. Third, suffering is God's will, because God is sovereign over all things and sustains all things with His powerful Word. In this study, the author examines and analyzes suffering for believers in terms of the theological meaning of suffering by exposing the text of I Peter 4: 13-27.   Penderitaan merupakan bagian integral dari status umat Kristenkarena syarat mengikut Kristus adalah salib dan meninggalkan sesuatu, maka penderitaan adalah bagian terpenting dari ajaran Kristen. Penderitaan merupakan fakta yang ada dalam setiap kehidupan dalam kehidupan tanpa batas baik yang beriman maupun yang tidak beriman, namun penderitaan bagi orang yang beriman memiliki arti yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengkaji dan menganalisis penderitaan bagi orang percaya ditinjau dari makna teologis penderitaan dengan memaparkan teks I Petrus 4:13-27.Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode teologis dengan kajian teologi biblika. Hasilnyadalam I Petrus 4:13-29 dijelaskan pengertian penderitaan bagi orang percaya, yaitu: pertama, sebagai ujian iman untuk mengembangkan ketekunan dalam diri orang percaya sehingga iman menjadi lebih kuat setelah melalui pemurnian dan menghasilkan ketekunan dan kedewasaan iman. Kedua, penderitaan bagi orang percaya bertujuan untuk memuliakan Tuhan, karena melalui penderitaan dan cara menyikapinya dengan tetap bersyukur dan bersukacita Roh kemuliaan ada pada orang percaya. Ketiga, penderitaan adalah kehendak Tuhan, karena Tuhan berdaulat atas segala sesuatu dan menopang segala sesuatu dengan Firman-Nya yang penuh kuasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to seek the growth of spiritual intelligence in Christian universities which is shown by the spirituality of student leadership. Students are future leaders in organizations, both in church, community, and other public fields. During the four years, students spend pursuing undergraduate programs at Christian higher education institutions, students learn and experience many types of leadership either through their capacity as leaders or as team members. Qualitative research observing the growth of students in Christian universities in the fields of theology and Christian religious education found that spiritual intelligence through student group activities both in coursework and extracurricular activities students can develop spiritual intelligence in growing their leadership spirituality. Therefore, the role of educators in pursuing student leadership spirituality in guiding and fostering student leadership is very necessary.

Abstract

The books of Chronicles (1 and 2 Chronicle), Ezra and Nehemiah usually been understood as three separate  books, written by different authors. But lately The Old Testament experts claim, that these three books were written in a school  called Historical Work of Chronicles or "HWC. There are two groups of  experts  on HWC, namely the first group states that HWC was written in one period by this school , and the second  group HWC was written  stages and  different times (separated by a long period of time) but having the same point of view. This article uses an exegetical study method with an editor-critical approach. The aim of this is to demonstrate the viewpoint of evidence (b) above, that there is a multi-layered editorial process that shows the process of the Chronic Historical Work (which will then be abbreviated as HWC).

Abstract

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

Abstract

The role of parenting parents is very important in forming a Christian family. How far and forms of parenting in the family, especially children, determines the success of parents to shape the character and educate their children towards a complete human being. So it can be said that parenting is inherited and passed on by their children. Parenting, mentoring and parental life models have a major influence on children's social development that can facilitate or hinder the ability and social development and growth of children in the family. Parenting patterns in the family are found that form self-control in children, shape the child's character well, and be able to develop potential. The conclusion is that parenting leads to learning for decision making, problem-solving, creative thinking, critical education, functional skills and communication skills, and self-awareness, through these things that are expected to change the way children think. Abstrak Peran pola asuh orang tua sangat penting dalam membentuk keluarga Kristen. Seberapa jauh dan dan bentuk pola asuh orang tua di dalam keluarga, khususnya anak, maka hal ini menentukan keberhasilan dari orang tua untuk membentuk karakter dan mendidik anaknya menuju manusia yang utuh. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pola asuh orang tua menjadi warisan dan diteruskan oleh anaknya. Pola asuh, pendampingan serta teladan hidup orangtua mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam perkembangan sosial anak yang dapat memperlancar atau menghambat kemampuan dan perkembangan serta pertumbuhan social anak-anak dalam keluarga. Pola asuh orang tua dalam keluarga ditemukan bahwa membentuk pengendalian diri pada anak, membentuk karakter anak dengan baik dan mampu mengembangkan potensi. Kesimpulannya adalah pola asuh orang tua bermuara pada belajar untuk pengambilan keputusan, pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, kritis, pendidikan ketrampilan fungsional dan ketrampilan berkomunikasi, dan kesadaran diri, melalui hal-hal tersebut diharapkan dapat mengubah cara berpikir anak.

Abstract

Humans often break their relationship with God by disobeying them. Humans live according to their own will, so this has an impact on the damage to the relationship between man and God. Seeing this, the author investigates man's disobedience to God and its effects based on Exodus 20: 5. The study used in this research is a biblical study using the expository approach. The purpose of this writing is what constitutes human disobedience and its impact on humans. The result is that human disobedience results in punishment for humans. The purpose of this punishment was to improve God's relationship with the Israelites and to become the foundation of the Israelites' life.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of people's lives in all aspects of life, one of which is in the world of education, especially in the world of Christian Religious Education. The face-to-face learning model has now turned into distance learning or also known as online learning. Looking at the current development of education, the researcher observes that blended learning or hybrid learning systems can be applied in the learning process. This research was conducted at the Pahoa Integrated School. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. The data is taken by looking directly through online and face-to-face teaching and learning activities so that definite data can be obtained. The results of this study found that digital teaching and learning activities with the concept of Hybrid Learning were good. For example, in school, teachers improve their ability to master technology because all learning is done using digital learning technology. The parents received a good response, especially for busy parents who did not have time to accompany students to study at home and for students to have the opportunity to return to learning to socialize and explore themselves with friends at school, even if only for a short time given the restrictions. The number of students in the class and the limitation of learning time in the class. AbstrakMasa Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat dalam segala aspek kehidupan salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan, terlebih khusus nya terhadap dunia Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Model pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka kini berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau disebut juga pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring/online). Melihat perkembangan Pendidikan sekarang ini maka peneliti mengamati bahwa sistem pembelajaran blended learning atau hybrid learning dapat di terapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Terpadu Pahoa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diambil dengan melihat secara langsung melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar online dan tatap muka sehingga dapat di peroleh data yang pasti. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kegiatan belajar mengajar digital dengan konsep Hybrid Learning adalah baik. Misalnya dari pihak sekolah, para guru meningkatkan kemampuan dirinya dalam menguasai teknologi karena semua pembelajaran dilakukan menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran digital. Pihak orangtua mendapatkan tanggapan dan respon yang baik terlebih lagi bagi para orangtua yang sibuk tidak sempat menemani siswa untuk belajar di rumah, dan bagi siswa mendapatkan kesempatan kembali untuk belajar bersosialisasi dan mengeksplorasi dirinya bersama teman-teman di sekolah sekalipun hanya dalam waktu singkat mengingat adanya pembatasan jumlah siswa didalam kelas dan pembatasan waktu pembelajaran didalam kelas.

Abstract

This article aims to find the meaning of Jesus' identity and mission in Mark 8:31-38 which is reflected in the lives of God's people today. The method used is through the reading of Mark's narrative theology. According to Mark, the kingdom of God is the only kingdom where peace and justice are abundantly available to all, because the identity and work of Jesus is the true Son of God, and not Caesar. Becoming a part of this kingdom requires imposing what is the identity and mission of Jesus into the readers of Mark's text. Thus, it is reflected and applied to God's people today. The results of this study show that the identity and mission of Jesus is the duty and responsibility of God's people as the son of man to dare to suffer, be rejected, and be killed, for doing the work of the Father, and be resurrected after death.

Abstract

Seringkali perdebatan mengenai Allah Tritunggal, yang menganggap orang Kristen mempercayai adanya tiga Allah, di sisi lain penganut Islam yakin bahwa hanya ada satu Allah (tauhid). Perdebatan ini terjadi karena kesalahpahaman yang mendasar, iman Kristen tidak pernah percaya adanya tiga (atau lebih) Allah, melainkan hanya Allah yang esa. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis konsep Teologis untuk menelaah perbedaan pengertian antara Allah Tritunggal Kristen dan Tauhid Islam, sekaligus meluruskan kesalahpahaman yang sudah, sedang, dan mungkin, akan terjadi. Perbedaan dan variasi tafsir dari para pemuka masing-masing agama seringkali mempertajam masalah ini. Pada akhirnya, dogma Allah Tritunggal bukanlah menjelaskan berapa jumlah Allah, tetapi lebih menjelaskan bagaimana keberadaan Allah yang Esa itu. Itulah pentingnya memahami iman Kristen yang dipercayai sepanjang segala abad.

Abstract

Penelitian pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan hasil teknologi, lingkungan, dan budaya yang digunakan sebagai sumber materi, sarana komunikasi. Siswa diposisikan sebagai subjek belajar, memegang peranan kunci, sehingga sebagai bagian dari proses belajar mengajar, siswa harus aktif secara penuh, bahkan mempelajari materi secara individual. Jadi, jika istilah 'mengajar' atau 'mengajar' menempatkan guru sebagai 'pelaku utama' pemberi informasi, dalam 'pengajaran' guru lebih berperan sebagai fasilitator. Meningkatkan materi pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen. Di akhir penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) adalah sebuah konsep pembelajaran di mana guru membawa situasi kehidupan nyata ke dalam kelas dan mendorong siswa untuk membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan mereka dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka. hidup sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Educational research is influenced by the development of technological, environmental, and cultural results that are used as a source of material, a means of communication. Students are positioned as learning subjects, playing a key role, so as part of the teaching and learning process, students must be fully active, even studying the material individually. So, if the terms 'teaching' or 'teaching' place the teacher as the 'main actor' providing information, in 'teaching' the teacher acts more as a facilitator. Improving contextual learning materials in Christian religious education learning. This study aims to determine the effect of contextual learning on Christian religious education learning.
