Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information technology encourages banking institutions to provide digital services, such as Mobile Banking applications. Bank Aceh released the Action Mobile application to facilitate practical financial transactions. However, there are stilla number of problems, such as servers often going down,account mutations are not updated, and bugs in the TopUpE-Wallet feature. This study aims to measure the quality of the Action Mobile applicationBank Aceh using the McCall method, which includes five factors: correctness,reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability.The assessment was carried out through a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnairebased on McCall's indicators to 250 active user students. The data was analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results show the correctness value of 81.88% (very good), reliability 63.50% (good), efficiency54.83% (quite good), integrity 43.23% (quite good), and usability 62.30% (good). In general the quality of the application is feasible, although the aspects of efficiencyand integrity still need to be improved. These findings are expected to be thebasis for improving Bank Aceh's digital services in the future.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong efisiensi di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri laundry. Di Kota Lhokseumawe, tingginya jumlah mahasiswa dan pekerja menciptakan kebutuhan besar terhadap layanan laundry yang cepat dan efisien. Namun, pencarian laundry masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang praktis dan menyita waktu. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna menemukan lokasi laundry terdekat dengan tingkat akurasi dan efisiensi tinggi. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan model Waterfall serta menerapkan algoritma Steepest Ascent Hill Climbing untuk menentukan jalur terbaik menuju lokasi tujuan. Teknologi yang digunakan mencakup HTML, CSS, React JS, dan Express. Data diperoleh melalui observasi serta wawancara dengan mahasiswa dan pemilik laundry. Sistem ini menyajikan peta interaktif dengan informasi lengkap seperti lokasi, foto, harga, dan kontak laundry. Berdasarkan pengujian, 91% pengguna menilai desain sistem sangat baik, 91% puas dengan kemudahan pencarian, 93% merasa sistem efisien, dan 92% menilai sistem efektif dalam membantu menemukan layanan laundry yang sesuai. Sistem ini tidak hanya mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan laundry, tetapi juga membantu pemilik usaha meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan layanan mereka secara digital di wilayah Lhokseumawe

Abstract

This study develops an intelligent application to support decision-making in selecting potential stocks for novice investors. Stock selection is often a challenge for beginner investors due to limited experience, analytical skills, and understanding of a company's fundamental indicators. The developed Decision Support System (DSS) integrates two multi-criteria analysis methods: AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and VIKOR (VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje). AHP is employed to systematically determine the criteria weights based on user preferences, addressing VIKOR’s limitation in subjective weight assignment. VIKOR is then used to rank stocks by identifying the best compromise solution. The application is user-friendly and utilizes eight fundamental indicators: PER, PBV, ROA, ROE, EPS, BVPS, DR, and DY. Functional testing using the black-box testing method showed that all application features work properly. Recommendation validation also confirmed that the application provides accurate suggestions, consistent with manual analysis using the AHP-VIKOR model.

Abstract

Bitcoin’s daily value fluctuations are very dynamic. Understanding its rapid and intricate price movements demands advanced techniques for processing complex data. This research aims to compare the accuracy of two machine learning methods, Random Forest (RF) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), in predicting Bitcoin price. This research employs RF and LSTM algorithms to forecast Bitcoin prices using a two-year Yahoo Finance dataset. The evaluation metrics used were accuracy based on Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and computational power (CPU-Z). As a result of this research, the LSTM model demonstrates higher accuracy compared to the RF model. MAPE reveals LSTM’s precision of 99.8% and RF’s accuracy of 90.1%. Regarding computational time and resources, RF shows slightly better performance than LSTM. The visual comparison further emphasizes LSTM’s better performance in predicting Bitcoin prices, highlighting its potential for informed decision-making in cryptocurrency trading. This research contributes valuable insights into the effectiveness, strengths, and weaknesses of LSTM and RF models in predicting cryptocurrency trends.

Abstract

Perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi absensi karyawan K3 berbasis website sebagai solusi pengganti metode manual melalui WhatsApp di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tebing Tinggi. Sistem lama memiliki kelemahan seperti format tidak terstruktur, potensi manipulasi data, dan rekapitulasi manual. Sebagai bentuk digitalisasi administrasi, dikembangkan sistem berbasis PHP dan MySQL dengan fitur login, pengisian absensi, unggah foto, pencatatan waktu otomatis, dan manajemen data oleh admin. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pencatatan, serta kemudahan bagi admin.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai industri, termasuk dibidang pertanian. Namun, di Kabupaten Aceh Utara masih terdapat kendala dalam sistem penjualan produk pertanian yang umumnya masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini menyebabkan keterbatasan penjual terkait pembayaran, seperti pembelian secara hutang yang dapat merugikan penjual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi Gotani sebagai solusi digital dalam penjualan produk pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Extreme Programming yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, kode, dan pengujian. Aplikasi Gotani dirancang dengan fitur utama seperti katalog produk, sistem pembayaran digital untuk menghindari pembelian secara hutang, serta fitur pencarian dan pemesanan agar pembeli dapat dengan mudah menemukan dan membeli produk pertanian yang mereka butuhkan. Sistem ini akan dirancang menggunakan beberapa tabel dan diagram yaitu, tabel database, activity diagram, use case diagram, dan class diagram Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan user acceptance test (UAT) dan skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Hasil dari survei yang diberikan kepada responden dengan pilihan nilai adalah sangat tidak setuju, tidak setuju, cukup setuju, setuju, dan sangat setuju. Hasil dari pengujian sistem untuk penjual dan pembeli sebesar 79,5% dan 85,1% yang mana telah memenuhi syarat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Gotani dapat membantu para penjual serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pembeli dalam memperoleh produk pertanian secara cepat dan efisien. Selain itu, penerapan sistem pembayaran digital membantu mengurangi resiko hutang. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Gotani diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif bagi ekosistem pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Abstract

The Aceh-Indonesian dictionary can be used as a starting point for learning the Acehnese language. A dictionary is usually synonymous with a book, which sometimes presents difficulties when carrying it anywhere. Now, as technology develops, dictionaries can be made via an Android application, which makes it easy for users to bring dictionaries anywhere. This Aceh-Indonesian Dictionary application was created using the Java programming language and SQlite as a database storage medium based on the results of the average value acquired. The Likert Scale Questionnaire stated that 63% of users agreed that the Aceh-Indonesian Dictionary application was useful for learning Acehnese vocabulary. -Indonesia

Abstract

Evaluation of student satisfaction is an important component in the educational process. This research aims to assess the level of student satisfaction with learning material. The analysis used is satisfaction survey analysis in viewing variables, analyzing variables and quantitative data analysis. The importance of a personal approach in education, where effective teaching skills and quality interaction between teachers and students play a vital role in increasing learning satisfaction. The importance of the analysis shows that the KNN model has high accuracy in classifying student satisfaction levels. The research results show that student satisfaction is influenced by the relevance of the material, teaching methods, and interaction with the instructor. The results of this research provide recommendations for increasing student satisfaction including curriculum adjustments, teacher training, and development of more interactive learning materials. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable input for schools and educators in improving the quality of teaching and relationships with students. Analyze the KNN model to find the largest number of classes from the nearest neighbors and set that class as the test data class. In the ranking order there are more satisfied categories. So, data with rk = (5; 8; 8; 9) is included in the Satisfied category. analysis results: V1 is Dissatisfied with a value of 2, V2 with a Satisfied value of 2.828, V3 is Satisfied with a value of 3.464, V4 with a Dissatisfied value of 3.605 and finally V5 with Satisfied worth of 4.123.

Abstract

The New Student Registration Information System is a very important and digital platform designed to facilitate the process of registering new students at educational institutions. The system developed is expected to increase efficiency, transparency and accessibility in the new student registration process, while reducing administrative burden and manual data errors. Pante Bidari 2 Public Middle School in East Aceh does not yet have a full role for information technology in supporting the smooth running of school activities related to . This system is also very useful for the school, specifically the committee or teachers who are authorized to carry out the process of admitting new students so that the procedures and process for admitting new students run smoothly more effectively and efficiently. Stages in collecting observation data, literature study and conducting interviews during research activities. The aim of this research is to create a Web-based New Student Admissions Information System to make it easier for prospective students and the school in the process of registering and accepting new students. The result of this research is that you can manage new student admission data easily. The web-based New Student Admissions Information System is a technological solution designed to modernize the process of admitting new students to educational institutions. This system also supports transparency and accuracy of information related to the registration process, such as requirements, test schedules, registration fees, and graduation announcements. Implementation of this system has been proven to increase efficiency and minimize errors that often occur in manual processes, while making it easier for prospective students to register students.

Abstract

Peran penting dalam struktur pemerintahan daerah dengan adanya teknologi informasi digital dalam mendukung program perangkat gampong. pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam tata kelola gampong sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses melihat informasi desa dan pelaksanaan program gampong yang telah dan sedang dilaksanakan. sistem informasi web gampong merupakan solusi yang efektif untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi. Perkembangan teknologi menuntut penyesuaian tata kelola, termasuk pemerintahan desa. undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 pada bab ix bagian ketiga pasal 86 tentang desa mengatur tentang ketersediaan website desa dalam mendukung pelayanan publik. permasalahannya sekarang adalah belum adanya website gampong yang baik untuk dapat menyampaikan informasi yang berkembang di gampong tersebut. Metodologi ini dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui beberapa kegiatan antara lain mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, merancang sistem, mengembangkan platform web, integrasi data, dan memberikan materi kepada masyarakat dalam mengoperasikan teknologi informasi digital dalam mendukung program pemerintah gampong. Pendekatan partisipatif melibatkan peran aktif pemerintah Gampong dan warga masyarakat dalam semua tahapan pembangunan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi Sistem Informasi Web Gampong mampu memberikan manfaat yang nyata dalam mendukung program pemerintah Gampong. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memungkinkan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan gampong menjadi lebih efisien, akses informasi yang lebih mudah bagi masyarakat. Selanjutnya, program pengembangan dapat lebih terencana, terukur, dan dapat dilihat melalui web digital, sehingga efektifitas pelaksanaannya meningkat.
