Abstract

The problems faced by the pond farmer group partners are very complex, namely from the macro production aspect where the limitations of the shrimp cultivation technology applied are still very traditional, large areas of land but not yet properly utilized, expensive feed costs, lack of business capital, while at the micro level they are constrained by limitations in mastery. technology and shrimp cultivation process with the latest technology. The marketing management aspect is still traditional where the harvest is only sold in local markets and also to agents who buy directly from farms so that their sales turnover is not too large. Aspects of Business Management where the harvest results are not utilized properly in empowering the community's economy. The aim of implementing environmentally assisted village service activities in Padang Sakti Village, Muara Satu District is to find solutions to the problems faced by partners in empowering and developing the economy of the pond farmer group community. The approach method that will be used in providing solutions to problems faced by partners by providing knowledge is by providing training/counseling and mentoring with the use and application of good and correct shrimp farming management cultivation technology, correct marketing management by utilizing information technology to carry out online promotions so that harvest results can be distributed properly as well as providing training on processing pond products to make healthy food at economical prices which can empower the community's economic income. Based on the implementation of community service programs in environmentally assisted villages that have been implemented smoothly, the Meuhasae farmer group, Padang Sakti Village, Muara Satu District, is very enthusiastic in participating in training, mentoring and playing an active role in asking discussion questions or sharing knowledge with the material provided both in terms of management. aquaculture and from a marketing perspective. It is hoped that the results from the shrimp farming sector will improve and the harvest results will be able to help partners in increasing the income of the Partner group.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of digitalization, financing, and financial management on the growth of MSMEs in Aceh. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach and conducts classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. Data were obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, digitalization, financing, and financial management influence the growth rate of MSMEs in Aceh. The independent variables (X) together have a contribution of 36.7% in explaining the growth rate of MSMEs in Aceh. While the remaining 63.3% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Partially, the digitalization variable (X1) of 0.277 and financing (X2) of 0.537 have a significant effect on the growth rate of MSMEs. Meanwhile, the financial management variable (X3) does not have a significant effect on the growth of MSMEs in Aceh. This study recommends further studies specifically examining the problems that hinder the growth of MSMEs. The government's presence is needed to maintain the significance of the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Aceh.

Abstract

Proximity sensors are essential components in industrial automation systems, particularly for non-contact object detection. NPN and PNP sensors differ in output polarity, which often creates compatibility issues when integrating them with control devices that require a specific type of input signal. A common problem occurs when an NPN proximity sensor must interface with a controller that only accepts PNP logic inputs, requiring a safe, stable, and practical method of polarity conversion. This study aims to analyze the conversion of output polarity from an NPN proximity sensor to a PNP configuration using a switching relay as the signal conversion component. The methodology includes designing the conversion circuit, conducting simulations, and performing direct testing of the relay’s switching response when receiving an output signal from the NPN sensor. The evaluated parameters include switching stability, response time, relay contact reliability, and compatibility with PLC or microcontroller inputs. The results indicate that the switching relay effectively performs polarity conversion, achieving a detection accuracy of more than 95%. The relay is capable of delivering a stable PNP logic output, although a slight delay occurs due to its mechanical switching operation. Additionally, the conversion circuit offers electrical isolation, making it safe and suitable for various industrial control systems. The study concludes that a switching relay provides a simple, economical, and compatible solution for converting NPN proximity sensor signals into PNP logic. Despite limitations in switching speed, this method remains highly applicable for low- to medium-speed automation processes. Further development is recommended using solid-state relays (SSR) or transistor-based drivers to improve switching speed and enhance system durability.

Abstract

Pigeon peas(Cajanus cajan (L.)) are a type of legume with potential for development as a sustainable alternative source of plant-based protein. These beans have a relatively high protein content, approximately 27–28%. This study aims to analyze the effects of variations in lactic acid bacteria cultures and incubation methods on the production of yogurt made from local Pigeon peas beans. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) to test variations in Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) cultures (comprising Greek yogurt culture and powdered culture) combined with three different incubation methods: incubation at room temperature, in a thermos, and in a modified incubator. Data were analyzed using a two-way Anova. The results showed that variations in LAB cultures had a significant effect on protein content, moisture content, fat content, viscosity, and pH. Meanwhile, the incubation method had a significant effect on protein content, moisture content, ash content, total lactic acid, fat content, viscosity, and pH. The best Pigeon peas bean yogurt was obtained from the powdered culture treatment using the incubation method with a modified incubator, yielding a protein content of 3.47%; ash content of 0.69%; total lactic acid of 0.66%; fat content of 1%; viscosity of 0.47 cP; pH of 3.82; and moisture content of 83.19%. The results of the organoleptic test showed that the criteria for color, aroma, and taste were met, while on average, the panelists strongly liked the texture of the yogurt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the electrical energy performance of the PLN UP3 Bangkinang Office Building through a partial energy audit and to determine the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) as an indicator of energy efficiency. The methodology includes collecting historical electricity consumption data for 2024–2025, inventorying lighting and air conditioning systems, measuring illumination levels (lux) and indoor temperature, and evaluating compliance with SNI 6196:2011, SNI 6197:2020, and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 3 of 2025. The results indicate that the EUI value of the PLN UP3 Bangkinang Office Building was 39.33 kWh/m²/year in 2024 and 40.28 kWh/m²/year in 2025, with an average of 39.81 kWh/m²/year. These values are below the benchmark of EUI < 70 kWh/m²/year, categorizing the building as highly efficient. The lighting system analysis shows that most rooms comply with the maximum lighting power density (W/m²) standard, except for the Cendana Meeting Room, which exceeds the limit. In terms of illumination level, several rooms do not meet the minimum lux standard and require optimization without significantly increasing power consumption. Meanwhile, the air conditioning system operates within a comfortable temperature range and is in good condition, contributing to stable overall energy consumption. Overall, the PLN UP3 Bangkinang Office Building demonstrates highly efficient energy performance, with opportunities for improvement in lighting distribution optimization and sustainable energy management practices to maintain a balance between energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Abstract

This case study explored how strategic planning was designed and implemented to enhance student competence in a madrasah aliyah. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving school leaders, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The findings revealed four major themes. First, strategic planning was vision-driven, providing clear direction for long-term educational priorities. Second, planning was collaborative, involving school leaders, teachers, and support staff in participatory decision-making. Third, strategic planning was translated into integrated curricular, extracurricular, and boarding programs. Finally, these integrated programs promoted students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. The study conceptualizes strategic planning as a competency-development mechanism that links institutional vision, collaborative leadership, and integrated educational programs, offering practical implications for strengthening educational quality in Islamic boarding schools.
