Abstract

Pentingnya pengelolaan database yang efektif dalam dunia digital yang terus berkembang. Pentingnya pelatihan database untuk siswa dalam mengelola dan mengimplementasikan database menggunakan perintah SQL. Kegiatan pemberdayaan umat dilakukan dengan urutan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut, pertama persiapan melakukan studi literatur dan membuat database yang mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Kedua menyiapkan alat dan bahan pelatihan pembuatan database pembelajaran untuk mengelola data siswa. Ketiga mengidentifikasi dan menyiapkan materi, pretest, dan postest yang akan diberikan kepada peserta saat kegitan. Hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan umat yang dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 12 Juni 2023 secara offline diikuti 20 siswa-siswi dari kelas X hingga XI SMK Informatika Wonosobo.Kegiatan pemberdayaan umat yang diselenggarakan menghasilkan pretest dan postest, terdapat perubahan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan administrator database. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai prestes 46,8%, sedangkan postest 48,5%.

Abstract

Diabetes merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan kematian prematur. Pada tahun 2019 ada 463 juta orang terkena penyakit tersebut. Di tahun 2021penderita diabetes bertambah 74 juta menjadi 537 juta. Maka perlu adanya pengklasifikan guna mendeteksi dini penyakit diabetes. Machine learning adalah suatu sistem dengan latar belakang ilmu statistika dan matematika. ML mampu untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian kelas sehingga dapat diketahui prediksi terkena penyakit diabetes. Penelitian menggunakan 2 algoritma dalam machine learnig yaitu naïve bayes dan decision tree. Data penelitian sebanyak 520 data, dengan 300 data training, 220 data testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan algoritma naïve bayes menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 90,45%. Algoritma decision tree mempunyai tingkat akurasi sebesar 96,36%.

Abstract

Computer communication is done by first synchronizing one computer with another computer. This synchronization contains Data Packages which can be detrimental if done continuously, it will be categorized as an attack. This type of attack, when performed against a target by many computers, is called a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack. Technology and the Internet are growing rapidly, so many DDoS attack applications result in these attacks still being a serious threat. This research aims to apply the Threshold method in detecting DDoS attacks. The Threshold method is used to process numeric attributes so obtained from the logfile in a computer network so that data packages can be classified into 2, namely normal access and attack access. Classification results using the Threshold method after going through the fitting process, namely detecting 8 IP Addresses as computer network users and 6 IP addresses as perpetrators of DDoS attacks with optimal accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to train computers to recognize Javanese script characters known as Hanacaraka. The evaluation was conducted on the use of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the ResNet-18 architecture in recognizing these characters. The research objective is to overcome traditional character recognition barriers and improve accuracy. The method employed includes building a CNN model with the ResNet-18 architecture and using diverse datasets. The results show a training accuracy of 100%, validation accuracy of 98.01%, and accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score each at 100%. This study concludes that the developed model successfully achieves a high level of accuracy and contributes positively to the development of Javanese Hanacaraka character recognition technology. Keywords: convolution neural network (CNN); javanese hanacaraka script; resnet-18           Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan melatih komputer untuk mengenali huruf aksara Jawa Hanacaraka. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap penggunaan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dalam pengenalan karakter tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi hambatan pengenalan karakter tradisional dan meningkatkan akurasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembuatan model CNN dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dan penggunaan dataset yang beragam. Hasilnya menunjukkan akurasi pelatihan 100%, validasi 98.01%, dan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score masing-masing sebesar 100%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model yang dikembangkan berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi positif pada pengembangan teknologi pengenalan karakter Hanacaraka Jawa.Kata kunci: convolution neural network (CNN); huruf aksara jawa hanacaraka; resnet-18

Abstract

Fraud detection in e-commerce faces great challenges due to data imbalance, where legitimate transactions far outnumber fraudulent transactions. This research explores the use of Conditional Generative Adversarial Network (CGAN) to generate synthetic fraudulent transaction data to address the imbalance problem. By increasing the amount of data in the minority class, this research aims to improve the performance of two widely used machine learning algorithms, namely Random Forest and XGBoost. The dataset used of 23,634 transactions with 22,412 non-fraud transactions and 1,222 fraudulent transactions. Accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics were conducted to assess the performance of the model in detecting fraud on the imbalanced and augmented datasets. The results show that augmentation of data with CGAN significantly improves the performance of both models, especially in improving recall for fraudulent transactions. On the original unbalanced dataset, Random Forest and XGBoost showed low recall (12.81% and 13.08%), with accuracy of 95.35% and 95.32% respectively. However, after augmentation, recall improved to 95.15% for Random Forest and 95.22% for XGBoost, with F1-score of 97.47% and 97.42% respectively, and accuracy of 97.50% for Random Forest and 97.42% for XGBoost. XGBoost showed a slight advantage in precision and recall over Random Forest, especially on the augmented dataset. These findings confirm the effectiveness of CGAN as a data augmentation method in improving fraud detection performance and offer a robust solution to address data imbalance in the financial sector.

Abstract

Every year, UMTAS gets a quota for KIP tuition fee assistance provided by KEMDIKBUD. This program is intended for high school / vocational/equivalent graduates from poor and vulnerable families. The evaluation results of its implementation have problems, including the number of applicants exceeding the quota given by KEMDIKBUD and some applicants coming from well-off families. This research uses the fuzzy c-means method for data clustering and the SAW method for ranking. The results of data grouping using the fuzzy c-means method obtained the first cluster (C1) of 72 data and the second cluster (C2) of 119 data. Group C1 is closer to the provisions of aid recipients (eligible) compared to data group C2 (ineligible) because Data C1 consists of 100% DTKS recipients, 50% KIP and KKS card owners, 100% parental income <750,000, 40.28% parental dependents >=2 people and 29.17% applicants with achievements. 72 registrant data included in Data C1 are then ranked using the SAW technique to get weights, and 30 data with the highest weight will be used as a decision on recipients of KIP-Kuliah Education fee assistance according to the quota provided. The optimization of Fuzzy C-Means with SAW methods in selecting recipients of education fee assistance is objective and right on target.

Abstract

The role of information technology greatly influences the improvement of a higher education governance, so that universities today should have models and standards that can be implemented as a reference in enhancing harmony between business strategies and information technology. Enterprise Architecture planning (EAP) is one of the methodologies that can be applied in planning information architecture, the stages in EAP consist of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and how the design that has been made can be implemented to support business activities, to achieve the organization's mission.

Abstract

Face recognition is a biometric system that is widely applied in various fields especially in the security for identify and verify purposes. For every method of face recognition, they have a unique ways on the process with their advantages and disadvantages themselves. This study designs a face recognition system that is applied to a room security system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This method works by imitating the way nerve cells to communicate with interrelated neurons or rather mimics how artificial neural networks work in humans. The process of taking images as training data and the face recognition process using a webcam camera installed on a Raspberry pi-based device and python programming language with tensorflow library. Based on the results of research obtained using 875 data samples which were divided into 75% for training and 25% (or 219 data) for testing data produce predictions with 100% accuracy that means all data were successfully recognized.

Abstract

In particular, Sorong Regency, West Papua, where the availability of veterinarians is still relatively low. The problems that occur in the regency make it difficult for experts to deal with a disease that occurs in livestock, especially cattle. This also makes it difficult for people to diagnose certain diseases experienced by their livestock, so that handling becomes slow and resulting in the risk of death for livestock. This research aims to create an application system to diagnose cattle disease base on android to make it easier for breeders to diagnose symptoms of a disease that occurs in their cattle (cow). The process carried out is by interviewing experts consisting of three paramedics, the results obtained are in the form of disease data, symptoms, and solutions which are used as data on the system. The data that has been analyzed using the Forward Chaining method results in an android-based expert system, help breeders’ difficulties in diagnosing cattle diseases. The results obtained are that the system created to produce a disease that is in accordance with the exiting symptoms. The system is very helpful for farmers in Sorong Regency, they hope that ini the future the system can be updated if there are new diseases or symptoms. The data provided by animal husbandry department and experts are very helpful in this research.`

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the potential of large earthquakes because it is passed by three active plates, namely Indo-Australian, Eurasian, and Pacific. Earthquake information is currently still in text form, so the blind have difficulty getting earthquake information. It is needed to develop the earthquake information applications from text to sound. The source of earthquake information is taken from an XML file that has been provided by BMKG. The application development uses the Waterfall method. The testing uses a blackbox with the boundary value analysis. The results of this study is text to speech application for earthquake information. Application testing using blackbox with the boundary value analysis for six different scenarios were successfully 100% running well without any errors
