This research aims to find out how much the factors studied are able to influence hotel revenue from rooms that have been handled by room attendants and carried out promotions, as well as to determine the most dominant factor influencing hotel income at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam. The data analysis method used in this analysis is multiple linear regression coefficients. The variables studied that affect hotel income at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam are room cleanliness, room rates, promotion costs, and the number of rooms. This study uses interview and observation methods in obtaining data, while the data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the data analysis conducted, it turns out that the cleanliness of the rooms and the number of rooms are the most dominant factors influencing hotel revenue. The room rate and promotion cost factors are not as dominant as the room cleanliness factor and the number of rooms but together they are able to influence hotel revenue which has been proven through the F test using the SPSS program. The results of this study turned out that at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam the number of rooms is the most dominating thing for existing room revenue.Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang diteliti mampu mempengaruhui pendapatan hotel berasal dari kamar yang sudah ditangani oleh room attendant dan dijalankan promosi, serta menentukan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah koefesien regresi linier berganda. Variable-variabel yang diteliti yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan hotel pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam adalah kebersihan kamar, tarif kamar, biaya promosi dan jumlah kamar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interview dan observasi dalam memperoleh data, sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, ternyata faktor kebersihan kamar dan jumlah kamar merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel. Faktor tarif kamar dan biaya promosi tidak dominan seperti faktor kebersihan kamar dan jumlah kamar tapi secara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel yang telah dibuktikan melalui uji F dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini ternyata pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam jumlah kamar merupakan hal yang paling mendominasi pendapatan kamar yang ada.

This service is executed out by attending the location, which is a way of analysis and issue resolution by offering theoretical assistance, which this time took place on May 26 2023 at SMKN 02 Batam and the participants were students of class 11 majoring in tourism at SMKN 02 Batam and teachers as assistants for the Middle School State Vocational No. 2 Batam is a superior, reputable, quality State Tourism School, as well as being a center for tourism education and development which is located on Jalan Pemuda no. 5 Legend of Malacca, Batam Center Kodya Batam Riau Archipelago Province, which has 5 majors namely Accounting Expertise, Department of Tourism Service Business, Hospitality, Culinary, Fashion, Beauty & Spa. This school also has a variety of extracurricular activities such as e-sports, choir, Malay arts, green school, badminton, dance, spirit, scouts, Japanese, English, paskibra, PMR, music and martial arts, so servants are sure to be more This school will excel again if it continues to improve training based on English and tourism awareness.

We servants carry out Social Service activities because this activity is very beneficial both for students in growing their social spirit and concern, as well as having the benefit of easing the burden on the children sheltered by the orphanage. This activity was carried out in collaboration between students and lecturers so that the event was more focused and on target. This service was carried out by visiting the intended orphanage, namely the Uswatun Hasanah Orphanage which is located in Sagulung District, Batam City. The Uswatun Hasanah Orphanage fulfills the needs of the children it cares for, from food to school. The Batam City orphanage is open to donations from donors and residents. Initially, the economy at this orphanage was sufficient because there were donors who helped. However, when the pandemic came, the aid funds from donors decreased. This is not proportional to the number of children in the orphanage. Social service activities are acts of kindness done for the benefit of others. This social service activity can develop brotherhood between individuals and foster a sense of kinship and kinship. This activity is also in line with PkM's vision of giving back to the community. This activity was held to coincide with the holy month of Ramadan so that it was combined with an iftar together. Through this activity it is hoped that both students, lecturers and orphanage children can take positive values and wisdom from this activity.

Perkembangan hotel di Indonesia sangat pesat, khususnya di Batam. Langkah yang dilakukan untuk dapat mempertahankan eksistensi hotel di masa pandemi, sejak April 2020 HS Hotel Batam mengeluarkan kebijakan pemotongan jumlah karyawan sebagai strategi hotel menghadapi era kebiasaan baru. Dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup, program pengembangan karir dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik. Penilaian maksimal dapat diberikan dengan melihat prestasi kerja yang diukur dari performance/kinerja karyawan dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi variabel pengembangan karir adalah 71.8% besarnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya sebesar 28.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diamati. Maka kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di HS Hotel Batam pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

The largest city in the Riau Islands is Batam. Melayu Beach, which is located on Bridge 4 Barelang, is one of the interesting places in Batam City, about a 15 minute drive from Bridge 1 or around 45 minutes drive from Batu Aji. Melayu Beach can be said to be a beach that has been operating for a long time, therefore Melayu Beach has become quiet and visitors are starting to become less interested in Melayu Beach. This causes the need for a comprehensively planned tourist destination development strategy. The qualitative descriptive research methodology was chosen for this research. Data collection techniques are as follows: questionnaires, interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation. SWOT analysis is used in research to determine how well tourist attraction development methods have succeeded in increasing the number of visitors by evaluating the advantages, disadvantages, possibilities and dangers of each strategy. Based on the results of research using the SWOT matrix with four quadrants, the IFAS and EFAS matrices, it is clear that a business diversification plan is needed to maximize the attractiveness of the Malay coast tourist attraction as well as optimize its strengths and weaknesses. The development process is as follows: (1) Expanding social media with strong branding to develop Malay beaches and distributing brochures about Barelang Malay beaches in Batam, (2) Employing local people there to manage Malay beaches so that reduce the unemployment rate and increase the economic wealth of the area surrounding the Malay coast, (3) Improve the facilities and rides on the Malay coast, and (4) Protect and maintain the ecosystem on the Malay coast.

Sekupang District in Batam City has several interesting tourist attractions, including beautiful beaches, one of which is Ciptaland Beach. The view of Singapore is very clear and the beauty of Ciptaland Beach is very amazing, but there are no tourist attractions displayed, the lack of attractions shown makes this tourist destination seem less attractive to visiting tourists. Apart from that, there are less supportive amenities such as public toilets, places to eat and parking areas. And also, accessibility in the form of inadequate road conditions, there is damage along the way to the beach location, causing a lack of comfort for tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples taken was 68 respondents from the total average visitors per month. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires using a Likert Scale, literature study, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics. Through the results of the validity and reliability tests that have been carried out, the questionnaires distributed are valid and reliable. Through the partial t influence test, as well as simultaneously, the variables Attraction (X1), Accessibility (X2), and Amenities (X3) have a positive influence on the Visiting Decision variable (Y). The results of the hypothesis test show that the alternative hypothesis for all variables is accepted. The formulation of the results of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 14.410 + 0.231 X1 + 0.736 X2 – 0.577 X3. Attractions, Accessibility and Amenities factors simultaneously influence the decision to visit as much as 14.8%, the remaining 85.2% is outside of the variables determined by this research.

Room sales at the Beverly Hotel Batam will increase and decrease in March 2023. Based on researchers' observations of the Beverly Hotel Batam, this hotel promotes its products via Instagram directly and can influence whether Beverly Hotel Batam followers and even other Instagram users can see what products are offered. Beverly Hotel Batam. The effectiveness and efficiency of marketing using Instagram media is still not visible in room sales. Quantitative research methodology was applied. Researchers used questionnaires as a data collection strategy. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to gain a general understanding of the social media variables Instagram (X) and room sales (Y). The mathematical formulation that shows the relationship between the two variables is Y = 5.082 + 0.770 Based on the research results, it was obtained that R Square = 0.491, which shows that the social media variable Instagram (X) contributed 49.1% to the Room Sales variable (Y), and the remaining 50.9% was influenced by variables not explored in this research. The results of this research provide input for hotels to pay more attention to selling their rooms which are displayed on Instagram social media, displaying prices, sharing photos and videos and creating content that attracts customers' attention.

The community service team carries out outreach and training activities because it is beneficial for Vitka Holding employees and re-sharpens their abilities, especially in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This activity was carried out in collaboration with lecturers and leaders of Vitka Holding to ensure the event remained strong and on target. This service is provided by conducting socialization and training in the Batam Tourism Polytechnic's Natuna room on Friday, November 3 2023. It is hoped that by participating in this activity, employees can better understand the importance of cleanliness and proper equipment for every incident they face, and then apply this knowledge. in everyday life. Increasing cleanliness around Vitka Holding will certainly be beneficial for the foundation. This socialization and training action is a form of love carried out to improve the competence of others. This outreach and training can help staff gain an understanding of appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for the public areas where they work. This practice is also in line with the objectives of PkM which aims to provide reciprocity to the community. This training was carried out in collaboration with the teaching team and leaders of Vitka Holding. This is intended so that project participants, in particular, gain good principles and learning through this exercise.
