Abstract

Several previous studies have tested the relationship between leadership type and innovative work behavior. However, there have been only a few empirical studies examining the mediating role of creative self-efficacy on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior. This study was conducted to fill this gap to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior and the role of creative self-efficacy as a mediating variable for the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 190 employees of the Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) and analyzed using Structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership increases the innovative work behavior of employees. Besides, entrepreneurial leadership increases creative self-efficacy and leads to increased employee innovative work behavior. This study contributes to the development of the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior and the role of creative self-efficacy in innovative behavior. This study confirms Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) that a person's self-efficacy will generate creative ideas in the workplace and produce innovative work. The practical implication is that leaders must provide greater opportunities for employees to develop creative ideas in the workplace to achieve an increase in innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The intensifying competition in the digital banking sector, accelerated by shifts in consumer behavior, underscores the critical role of customer trust and satisfaction in fostering loyalty. This study investigates the effect of trust in mobile banking on e-customer loyalty, with re-use intention as a mediating variable, utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach to examine whether customer satisfaction and trust have a noteworthy impact on loyalty when using mobile banking, with re-use intention acting as a mediating variable. The study’s sampling strategy is snowball sampling, which is conducted randomly. Questionnaire data are used as the method to gather information for this investigation. Beginning with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion explanation, the data analysis procedures are implemented in multiple phases. The findings, analyzed using SPSS, demonstrate that both customer trust and satisfaction significantly and positively influence loyalty. Furthermore, trust is found to significantly affect re-use intention, which, in turn, acts as a strong and significant mediator between trust and loyalty. The research model explains 95.4% of the variance in loyalty. The study implies that banks should prioritize building robust security and trustworthiness while enhancing user satisfaction to strengthen re-use intention and, ultimately, cultivate long-term customer loyalty in the competitive digital banking landscape.

Abstract

The competitive rivalry in the ship classification service business poses a unique challenge for PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau (Persero) to enhance the company's competitive advantage, with maritime safety and service quality being prioritized to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The objectives of this research are (1) To determine the partial effect of customer value and customer experience on customer satisfaction; (2) To determine the partial effect of customer value and customer experience on customer loyalty; (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; (4) To determine the effect of customer value on customer loyalty through the mediation of customer satisfaction; (5) To determine the effect of customer experience on customer loyalty through the mediation of customer satisfaction. The approach used in this research is quantitative. A sample of 90 people was selected using the Random Sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SEM with PLS. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the customer experience variable significantly affects both the customer satisfaction variable and the customer loyalty variable. Furthermore, the customer value variable affects the customer satisfaction variable but does not significantly affect the customer loyalty variable. The customer satisfaction variable affects customer loyalty. For indirect variables, both the customer experience variable and the customer value variable affect customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction. This study has limitations, namely that some respondents did not fully understand the statements in the questionnaire when it was administered. Suggestions for future researchers include creating a questionnaire with appropriate sentences and language that are easier for respondents to understand, and adding more variables.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospital service efficiency plays a crucial role in shaping patient satisfaction, which is widely regarded as a key indicator of healthcare quality. Waiting time is one of the most frequently cited factors influencing patients’ perceptions of service performance. However, satisfaction is also affected by interpersonal aspects, such as professionalism and friendliness of healthcare staff. This study examines the relationship between service waiting time and patient satisfaction at Siloam Hospitals Makassar, focusing on registration, doctor, pharmacy, and cashier services. Methods: A quantitative research design was used, employing secondary data obtained from the MySiloam application. The study included 360 outpatients selected through purposive sampling. Independent variables consisted of waiting times for registration, doctor consultation, pharmacy services, and cashier processing, while patient satisfaction served as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Squared Test to determine the relationship between waiting time categories and satisfaction levels. Results: The analysis showed no significant difference in registration waiting time between self–check-in users and those assisted by staff (ρ = 0.720). However, registration waiting time demonstrated a significant relationship with patient satisfaction (ρ = 0.009). In contrast, no significant associations were found between patient satisfaction and waiting times for doctor consultation (ρ = 0.202), pharmacy (ρ = 0.558), or cashier services (ρ = 0.831). Findings indicate that patients remain satisfied despite longer waits when services are delivered professionally and accurately. Conclusion: The study concludes that reducing registration waiting time may improve overall satisfaction, yet the interpersonal quality of healthcare services remains the most influential factor shaping patient perceptions and loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing both service efficiency and interpersonal service quality to strengthen patient perceptions and loyalty toward hospital services.
