Abstract

The study of the constitution could not be covered by the scope of rechstate only, but also compare it with pancasila. To strengthen godly values in the concept of  the constitution, we should understand the constitutional concept which follows the rule of law with basic type of the country and nationality (such as culture, religion or norms). To compare it, we have to discuss a more significant idea about the state. This research promoted to explain about the extent of religious content as well as prime religion which recognized on the constitution in order to Judicial review process in Indonesian Constitutional Court, by using normative legal research. Finally, this research describes how important the religion concept (in each manuscript) to the body of the constitution, to reach “the living constitution” and to show the other side of the  godly values with various theories of laws especially from the Indonesian constitutional court as the guardian of ideology.

Abstract

Background: “Nabil Collection” are SMEs affected by restrictions on activities outside the home. SME “Nabil Collection” has been selling its shirt products conventionally so that when there is a policy of limiting activities outside the home, the sales of their products decrease. This literacy is carried out so that the SME “Nabil Collection” has the ability to do product packaging, the importance of trademarks and choose the right marketing media according to the product market target. Method: Literacy for SME owners “Nabil Collection” by providing modules on the marketing aspects of shirt products. Result: increased knowledge of “Nabil Collection” SME owners about product packaging, trademarks and online marketing media with social media. Conclusions: This literacy aspect of marketing increases the knowledge of “Nabil Collection” SME owners knowing more creative product packaging, realizing the importance of trademarks, more competitive shirt product prices and trying alternative social media-based marketing media to increase product sales during the time of restrictions on activities outside the home.

Abstract

Kondisi 2 (dua) mitra yaitu Kelurahan Banyurip Alit dan Kelurahan Kepatihan. Permasalahan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan hukum yang masih rendah, kebutuhan air bersih yang masih kurang, masyarakat belum bisa menerapkan posisi atau sikap yang baik pada saat bekerja maupun beraktifitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang mengakibatkan nyeri pinggang, potensi terjadinya stroke yang bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor salah satunya kondisi pekerjaan, lingkungan dan gaya hidup, metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut menggunakan metode penyuluhan hukum tentang perlindungan konsumen, anti korupsi, pendidikan karakter, pelatihan penjernihan air dengan biji kelor, penyuluhan dan pelatihan fisioterapi mengenai sikap duduk yang benar saat bekerja untuk menghindari nyeri pinggang, ceramah dan diskusi, simulasi dalam pencegahan penyakit stroke. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan masyarakat supaya masyarakat berdaya dalam bidang hukum dan kesehatan, sehingga mereka bisa hidup lebih sehat dan melek hukum.Kata Kunci : Ibu PKK, Penyuluhan Hukum, Pelatihan Kesehatan

Abstract

AbstrakBudidaya lele oleh pokdakan (kelompok bididaya ikan) di kota pekalongan mengalami kendala dalam penyediaan pakan buatan karena makin mahal melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna maka dilakukan dan demplot pembuatan pakan buatan dengan memanfaatkan limbah/ gulma air yakni lemna minor dan maggot. Maggot  dapat diproduksi secara mudah dan cepat, mengandung protein sebesar 40-50%, dan memanfaatkan limbah organik sebagai sumber makanannya.  Kandungan protein kasar dari Lemna minor adalah 37,6% dan serat yang relatif rendah yakni 9,3%. Untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan ikan yang optimum, perlu ditambahkan pakan tambahan yang berkualitas tinggi, yaitu pakan yang memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi ikan. Metode penerapan teknologi tepat guna dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan demplot, aplikasi. Alat yang digunakan adalah penepung model FFC-15, pembuat pellet model MPT0010 dan pengering rakitan menggunakan gas. Hasil penerapan yakni anggota KUB lele mandiri dan KUB lestari 85% dapat membuat pakan buatan dengan pakan yang memiliki kandungan protein 30%.   Kata kunci: pokdakan, Maggot, Lemna minor, pellet

Abstract

Indonesia is also affected by the virus, so there is a need for family resilience to stem the covid virus 19. One of the programs that can be implemented by families in efforts to improve welfare, especially in the food sector is the planting and utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). One program that can be implemented by families in efforts to improve health, especially in the field of medicine is the planting and utilization program of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Abstract

The role of the internet in information technology has been used to develop the financial industry through modification and efficiency of financial services, known as Financial Technology or Fintech.  Fintech has many types, including payment startups, lending, personal finance, retail investment, crowdfunding, remittances, financial research and others. Fintech, a type of technology-based lending and borrowing money or peer to peer lending (P2P-lending), is a type of Fintech that is growing rapidly in Indonesia, problems that must be resolved regarding the Implementation of Justice Value For Consumer Protection (Study of The Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 1/POJK.07/2013 concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector). This research used normative juridical research method, which is focused on studying the implementation of the rules or norms in positive law, the conclusion of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 1/POJK.07/2013 concerning Consumer Protection of the Financial Services Sector in terms of its objective to provide protection to consumers is still not optimal, because the Financial Services Authority does not regulate the time frame for responding to complaints that have been submitted by the Consumers in the regulation

Abstract

MSME or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have a role as a people`s economic movement that can absorb a lot of labor. Limited economic activity during the covid-19 pandemic led to a decrease in sales turnover for Micro, small and medium enterprises businessmen. So, it necessary to increase the competitiveness MSME`s through the use accounting information and online marketing. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research object is the MSME`s businessmen in the wholesale market of sentono Pekalongan. Types and sources of data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. The research data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation. The research data is then reduced, analyzed and conclusion drawn. The results showed that there were still many MSME businessmen who did not understand and had adequate knowledge and understanding of the use of accounting information and online marketing. The use of accounting information is limited to compiling and using cash-in and using cash-out books, to determine the amount of business income and expenses. Meanwhile, the marketing is waiting for consumers to visit their place of sale. Some MSME businessmen have started to switch to online marketing through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. However, the effectiveness of online marketing through social media has not been done optimally. MSME businessmen need assistance in the use of online accounting and marketing information to support their competitiveness.

Abstract

Degayu Village is one of the areas affected by tidal floods in North Pekalongan District. Most of the rice fields of the residents of Degayu Village are currently submerged by 1-1.5 meters of tidal water which has forced some residents to change their profession from farmers to fishermen, anglers, fishing net craftsmen, and so on. However, with their new jobs, many residents find it difficult to adapt, resulting in a decrease in family income. For this reason, the Kelurahan government is trying to take advantage of the rice fields that have been submerged in water to become a potential for boat tourism so that economic growth can improve again. The tours offered are boat tours along the water while enjoying the natural scenery of the north coast. However, the results of in-depth interviews with several informants as well as direct observation of the location found the following problems; there are no work safety standards or procedures for boat tourism, for example, there are no life jackets and personal protective equipment for boats passengers and drivers, there is no rescue team in the event of an accident, no first aid facilities are available, and there is no tourism awareness group that manages the tourism potential properly. Well, besides the potential for boat tourism, there are also many other potentials that can be maximized, such as floating culinary tours, water bikes, mangrove parks, and so on. For this reason, it is necessary to form a tourism awareness group that is trained in tourism management both from an economic and work safety perspective.

Abstract

Aquaculture sector is an important fishery agribusiness activity. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems in the application of fisheries law in the aquaculture sector in land based areas as well as efforts to develop strategies. The research method used is normative legal method by taking respondent samples by deep interviews and questionnaire distributions. Aquaculture activities in land based areas are a profitable agribusiness development option. Aquaculture activities problem in land based areas include socio-cultural, economic, and resource management issues. Based on the existing problems and potential maps several options for resolution strategies are generated, such as: establishing special conservation regulations, education of UU No. 31/2004 and its implementation, developing agribusiness businesses, making standard management procedures, product innovations, and forming active communities. Implementation of the strategy will be developed in 2 aspects this non-legal aspects (public education, making regulations, community participation) and legal aspects (preventive and repressive actions). The conclusion of this study is that the main problem of the weak fisheries law application on aquaculture sector in land based areas is that aquaculturist still lack knowledge about the fisheries legal context, then to overcome this problem an implementative strategy is needed from the study of legal aspects and non-legal.
