Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada France Bakery Binjai yaitu jumlah masing-masing roti isi yang diproduksi bukan merupakan jumlah yang sesuai untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimum berdasarkan keterbatasan bahan baku yang tersedia. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi untuk setiap jenis roti isi, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari penjualan roti isi. Permasalahan tersebut diselesaikan dengan menerapkan model integer linear programming menggunakan metode branch and bound. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode ini diperoleh jumlah produksi roti isi yang optimal adalah 732 kemasan roti rasa coklat, 470 kemasan roti rasa kacang hijau, 470 kemasan roti rasa kacang merah, 466 kemasan roti rasa tiramisu, dan 102 kemasan roti rasa melon coklat dengan keuntungan yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp.7.922.000. Dengan menggunakan metode branch and bound keuntungan naik 10,03% atau sebesar Rp.722.000 dari keuntungan data awal selama satu bulan.

Abstract

Studi ini menerapkan Algoritma Sweeb Terhadap permasalahan Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) dimana  terdapat costumer dengan barang yang akan dipasok dari satu titik yaitu Depot. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) adalah masalah optimasi penentuan rute yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses pendistribusian suatu produk atau barang dan meminimalkan biaya pendistribusian.  Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) terdapat beberapa jenis salah satunya adalah Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) yang mana pada kasus ini setiap kendaraan memiliki kapasitas angkut yang terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefesien penggunaan algoritma sweep terhadap penyelesaian capacitated vehicle routing problem, dengan contoh kasus pengantaran tabung gas LPG 3 kg, sehingga mendapat hasil yang optimum untuk masalah pada proses pendistribusiannya. Pada penelitian ini terdapat satu Depot dan 24 titik agen, jarak antar depot dan masing-masing agen dihitung mengunakan bantuan google earth. Hasil dari penelitian terhadap permasalahan diatas dengan menggunakan CVRP dengan Algoritma Sweep diperoleh 3 Rute pendistribusian dengan perbandingan jarak tempuh dan jumlah penggunaan kendaraan yang berkurang yaitu jarak tempuh  perusahaan 133,2 Km, jarak tempuh yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah 118,85 Km. Selisih penggunaan kendaraan yaitu 14,35 Km. Jadi dari hasil diperoleh persentase penghematan jarak tempuh sebesar 10,7732733 %.

Abstract

The problem that occurs at Bank Negara Indonesia of Medan Industrial Area Branch Office is the occurrence of unemployed tellers at certain hours. The purpose of this study is to determine the queue system at Bank Negara Indonesia of Medan Industrial Area Branch Office and to find out the optimal number of tellers at the bank. The structure of the queue model that occurs at Bank Negara Indonesia of The Medan Industrial Area Branch Office is a Multi Channel-Single Phase by applying the discipline of the First Come First Serve queue. The bank has 4 tellers with an average customer arrival value (λ) of 20 people per hour and an average service level (μ) of 22 people per hour. The results of data processing show the arrival pattern of Poisson-distributed customers and the general distribution service pattern. This study resulted in a queueing model (M / G / 4): (FCFS / ∞ / ∞). The optimal number of tellers in providing customer service is to reduce 1 teller. Based on the calculation results with only 3 tellers, it can reduce the probability of the teller being unemployed from the initial one by 40.25% to 39.97%.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role to support the activities, continuity and success of an organization or agency. Because human resources are the only resources that have reason, feelings, desires, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power, and work. Performance is referred to as an answer to the success or failure of the initial goals of the work program and policies that have been set. Matters regarding performance are very important, because performance is one of the most important measures of organizational quality. One of the factors that influence employee performance is individual characteristics and internal communication. In addition, work ethic is also an important aspect that affects employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of individual characteristics and internal communication on employee performance through work ethic. This research conducted inDeli Serdang Regency DPRD Office with a sample of 102 respondents. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis.The results showed that directly individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, internal communication had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, internal communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ethic had an effect positive and significant to employee performance. Indirectly individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic.

Abstract

In facing competition in the global era, finance companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively. An efficient company must be able to run a business with targets that can be achieved according to company goals. Therefore, companies must have human resources or what are called employees, people who are commonly called employees to carry out household activities of the company's production so that the company generates maximum profits. Therefore employees are the most important element to achieve company goals. Employees must also be able to carry out the tasks determined by the company. Employee ability is reflected in performance, good performance is optimal performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of self-esteem in an organizational context, self-awareness on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Medan Branch. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the tests conducted show that work organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-esteem in the organization and employee performance, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-awareness and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a forecasting model and compare PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk share price using the time series method, ARCH-GARCH model. The data used is historical data for the period December 2021 – December 2022. The initial steps are the stationarity test, identifying the ARIMA model, and checking the heteroscedasticity effect of the best ARIMA model. Then from this model, identify the ARCH-GARCH model. After the model has been formed, compare those models that have been assumed by using the smallest AIC and SBC values and checking the model's heteroscedasticity effect. The last step is forecasting for January 2023 using GARCH (1,0). The equation is .

Abstract

Seiring semakin mudahnya masyarakat untuk bepergian dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, masyarakat lebih memilih untuk memesan tiket secara online. Hal ini mendorong banyak e-commerce penjualan tiket online bermunculan dengan caranya masing-masing untuk menarik pelanggan dan menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Diperlukan strategi optimal untuk mencegah perpindahan pelanggan. Menurut survei, Traveloka dan Tiket.com adalah e-commerce yang paling banyak digunakan. Kedua e-commerce tersebut saling bersaing untuk mencari dan mempertahankan pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pelanggan optimal dalam persaingan e-commerce penjualan tiket pesawat yaitu Traveloka dan Tiket.com menggunakan teori permainan serta untuk mengetahui probabilitas perpindahan pelanggan di antara kedua e-commerce tersebut dengan metode rantai markov. Dalam permainan dua pemain jumlah nol terdapat dua strategi yaitu strategi murni dan strategi campuran, namun apabila kedua strategi itu tidak menghasilkan titik pelana maka akan digunakan metode alternatif. Pada penelitian ini, akan digunakan metode dual simpleks. Penelitian ini menghasilkan solusi optimal dengan menggunakan metode dual simpleks dimana bagi kedua e-commerce strategi optimalnya adalah strategi harga termurah dan strategi banyaknya metode pembayaran, dengan probabilitas perpindahan Traveloka sebesar 0,4817 dan Tiket.com sebesar 0,5183.

Abstract

Human resources are individuals who work as a driving force for an organization, both institutions and companies and function as an asset that must improve and develop their abilities so that they can provide good performance to realize the vision and mission that has been set. One of the factors that affect employee performance is the work environment and competence. In addition, job satisfaction is also an important aspect that affects employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and competency on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency (Brida) Medan City with a sample of 43 respondents who are permanent employees at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency (Brida) Medan City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how workload, adaptability and job satisfaction can affect employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT Bank Sumut Regional 1 Medan with samples taken in this study were 170 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a list of statements and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the research directly show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, adaptability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, adaptability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the test is carried out indirectly resulting that the workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and adaptability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Analisis faktor adalah salah satu metode multivariat yang digunakan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasi antara berbagai indikator independen dengan menganalisis variabel-variabel yang diduga memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain. Pada penelitian ini, analisis faktor digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat masyarakat Kota Gunungsitoli dalam menggunakan layanan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) berdasarkan konsep Service Marketing Mix (Bauran Pemasaran Jasa) 7P. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 6 faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) yaitu Faktor Promosi (19,935%), Faktor Harga (13,544%), Faktor Produk (11,493%), Faktor Kurlog (8,214%), Faktor Lokasi (7,102%) dan Faktor Proses (6,410%). Keenam faktor tersebut memberikan proporsi keragaman kumulatif sebesar 66,968% artinya keenam faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat masyarakat Kota Guunungsitoli sebesar 66,968% dan sisanya dapat dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lainnya yang tidak teridentifikasi dalam model ini.
