Abstract

In system electricity, strategy predictions will need electricity very needed for anticipate need energy electricity in Indonesia, especially in East Java. Because East Java is one of them province with economy and growth high population facing challenge big in fulfil need the electricity in a way sustainable. Therefore, it is necessary predictions accurate for determine need electricity in distribution electricity period long that is annual. Prediction burden electricity in the area East Java uses Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. Method ANFIS research through stages that is studies literature, collection, data processing, data simulated in Matlab with input training and testing data, ANFIS training, ANFIS testing, and analysis results and conclusions. In this prediction, 2 scenarios were carried out. Research result shows: 1) Scenario 1 has 3 inputs, including quantity population(t), GRDP (t), and burden electricity (t), as well as 1 target output, namely burden electricity (t+1). Scenario 2 has 4 inputs, including amount population (t), GRDP (t), burden electricity (t-1), and load electricity (t), as well as 1 target output, namely (t+1). This research uses a Generalized Bell type membership function with 3 membership functions for each input data with the number of epochs is 100 times; 2) From 2 scenarios the produces the highest error in scenario 1 with The MAPE value is 5.6349444%, and if MAPE < 10% then prediction or forecasting very accurate. Scenario with lowest error value generated by scenario 2 with The MAPE value is 2.3001713%, and if MAPE < 10% then prediction or forecasting very accurate. So that predictions with scenario 2 more accurate from scenario 1 and if the more Lots number of inputs then predictions the more accurate. Keywords— Energy, Electricity, ANFIS, MAPE.

Abstract

Explicitly, cash waqf does not have specific arguments about its permissibility in the Qur'an or the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In Indonesia, the permissibility of cash waqf is determined based on the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) dated May 11, 2002. This study aims to review the arguments of the Koran and hadith which form the basis of the MUI fatwa. In examining the meaning of the verses and hadiths, the method of thematic interpretation of terms and fiqh al-hadith is carried out. This study found that, 1) the verse used as the basis for the fatwa is QS. Ali Imran [3]: 92 and (QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 261-262, 2) the traditions used as the basis for the fatwa are those narrated by Ibn Umar and recorded by al-Bukhari, Muslim, al-Tirmidhi, and al-Nasa'I, 3) the arguments of the Qur'an and hadith that are used, although they do not explicitly state about cash waqf, the meaning obtained can explain that cash waqf is a form of waqf that is very possible to implement

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of character education in Islamic boarding schools for university students, focusing on two specific institutions namely Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan Student Islamic Boarding School which is next called Persada UAD, and Surya Global Health College of Health Sciences Student Boarding School Yogyakarta which is called Pesantren STIKes Surya Global. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis involving several administrators from these boarding schools. The findings highlight the critical role of character education in shaping the morals and ethics of students, particularly their religious character. The presence of these Islamic boarding schools plays a significant role in reinforcing character values among students. The study identifies four key aspects of character education within these institutions: a clear and measurable vision, mission, and goals; an effective character education learning design; strict yet rational regulations for student conduct; and the practical application of character education values in daily student life. The research concludes that higher education institutions should integrate character education into both general and religious curricula, with Islamic boarding schools providing an ideal environment for this integration through a well-structured character education curriculum.

Abstract

Conventional markets have increasingly marginalized in the modernization era from consumers, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and have affected the decreasing traders' income. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the efforts to empower conventional market traders in increasing their income through the development of an e-commerce transaction system. A qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques, such as interviews and observations, while the data were analyzed by interactive technique. According to the results, the development of an e-commerce transaction system in conventional markets was conducted with a strategy of assessing market potential, socializing e-commerce concepts, and training on website management. At the implementation level, two factors behind the success of this program were the role of universities and financial support from the local government. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors include the social motivation of consumers in shopping and the cost of shipping goods. The efforts to develop an e-commerce transaction system was ineffective in increasing traders' income, while the loyalty of consumers who continue to shop at the market can contribute to the increase in income.

Abstract

Galery Bungong Aceh adalah tempat bagi kelompok pengrajin di Gampong Dayah Daboh untuk menjual produk souvenir, sejak tahun 1991 kerajinan bordir khas Aceh mulai berkembang di Kecamatan Montasik. Galery Bungong Aceh menawarkan berbagai souvenir seperti tas, selempang, koper, dompet, mukena khas Aceh dan banyak lain, semua desain dengan motif khas Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai permasalahan yang ada di Galery Bungong Aceh serta menerapkan Business Model Canvas untuk menemukan strategi atau perubahan yang dapat dilakukan guna mengatasi kurangnya optimalisasi bisnis, terutama karena bisnis ini hanya dibuka secara offline, sehingga pelanggan harus datang langsung ke galeri. Peneliti menggunakan Business Model Canvas sebagai panduan untuk memberikan saran dan masukan bagi galery Bungong Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan observasi langsung, serta diskusi. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Hasil analisis Business Model Canvas menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan bisnis yang tepat untuk Galery Bungong Aceh adalah memanfaatkan tenologi secara optimal, seperti menambahkan opsi pembayaran e-money dan menggunakan platform e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi integrasi kebijakan pendidikan antikorupsi dengan kebijakan pendidikan karakter pada satuan pendidikan jenjang dasar dan menengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan tinjauan literatur yang kemudian  di analisis dengan teori integrasi kebijakan. Melalui pengumpulan data secara kualitatif dari artikel terdahulu, kebijakan dan dokumen pendukung lainnya yang relevan dilakukan analisis yang menghasilkan temuan kunci berupa kesamaan unsur-unsur pembentuk kebijakan pendidikan antikorupsi dan pendidikan karakter, diantaranya memiliki latar belakang masalah terkait perilaku menyimpang seperti halnya korupsi dan hedonistik, memiliki definisi yang serupa yaitu berfokus pada pembentukan karakter berbasis nilai, hingga memiliki metode implementasi yang persis sama yang melibatkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Dengan menggunakan teori integrasi kebijakan Underdal (1980), hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan antikorupsi secara komprehensif, konsistensi, dan agregrasi dapat diintegrasikan dengan kebijakan pendidikan karakter sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan sinergis dan lebih terencana. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan penting bagi pemangku kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi pendidikan antikorupsi sebagai upaya pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Every mobile robot mission starts with the robot being moved to the task site. From there, the robot executes its tasks. A control system is required to move the mobile robot's actuator (which may be in the shape of wheels or legs) and comprehend the environment around the robot to perform these movements (perception). This research aims to develop a technique to control a robot’s movement while detecting obstacles and distances toward an object. The robot is equipped with LIDAR and a camera to perform these tasks. The control is divided into two major parts, low-level and high-level controller. As part of a low-level controller robot, the Model Predictive Control (MPC) method is proposed to help with the control of the wheel while the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach to use in this study to identify obstacles and the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for detecting objects, both ANN and CNN as a control for high-level part of the robot. The results of this study can prove that CNN can help detect existing objects with a value of 45% for detecting some objects. The obtained result from the MPC method, which has been combined with an ANN as an obstacle detector, is that the smaller the horizon value, the shorter the time needed to reach the desired coordinates with the result being 45 seconds.

Abstract

Motor Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) has become the preferred choice in various engineering applications. However, BLDC motor control involves high complexity, and motor performance depends on the control algorithms used. This research discusses the use of sensorless control methods, specifically the Sliding Mode Observer (SMO) for rotor position and speed estimation in BLDC motors within the context of Field-Oriented Control (FOC), validated through simulations using Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results indicate that SMO provides rapid dynamic response to current changes, albeit with slight delays at high speeds. Rotor position estimation with SMO is also reasonably accurate in both steady-state and transient conditions, affirming the iveness of SMO in sensorless control for BLDC motors. SMO can be experimentally implemented to enhance sensorless control in BLDC motors by reducing the cost of installing Hall sensors while maintaining comparable performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengenalan gerakan tangan dianggap sebagai bagian penting dari interaksi manusia komputer, memungkinkan komputer untuk mengenali dan menafsirkan gerakan tangan dan menjalankan perintah. Penggunaan machine learning dimanfaatkan untuk mencari tren dan pola yang berbeda. Namun, tantangan untuk menerapkan machine learning menjadi bagaimana memilih di antara berbagai model berbeda digunakan untuk kumpulan data atau kasus berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur kinerja model machine learning yang diusulkan dengan pemilihan hyperparameter yang sesuai dalam mengenali 10 pola angka berdasarkan gerakan tangan di udara. Dalam makalah ini, model KNN, SVM, dan ANN-PSO diusulkan. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data gerakan yang berasal dari MPU-6050. Kinerja metode yang diusulkan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik standar seperti akurasi klasifikasi, presisi, recall, f1-score, dan AUC-ROC. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa akurasi rata-rata mencapai 87%.Kata kunci: HCI, hand gesture recognition, machine learning, MPU-6050, pola ABSTRACTHand gesture recognition is considered an essential part of human-computer interaction (HCI), enabling computers to recognize and interpret hand gesturesand execute  commands. The use of machine learning is utilized to look for different trends and patterns. However, the challenge for implementing machine learning becomes how to choose between different models used for different datasets or cases. This research aims to measure the performance of the proposed machine learning model by selecting the appropriate hyperparameters in recognizing 10 number patterns based on hand gestures in the air. In this paper, KNN, SVM, and ANN-PSO models are proposed. Experiments were carried by collecting gesture data from MPU-6050. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated using standard metrics such as classification accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, and AUC-ROC. Abstract

ABSTRAKKendali formasi adalah topik penelitian kendali multi-robot, dimana sekelompok robot dapat mencapai formasi tertentu dan mempertahankannya ketika berpindah ke arah yang diinginkan. Salah satu pengembangan kendali formasi adalah kendali formasi berdasarkan jarak dimana setiap individu robot menggunakan informasi jarak antara sesamanya untuk mencapai tujuan formasi. Banyak pengembangan yang dilakukan pada kendali formasi berdasarkan jarak menggunakan model yang sederhana dan membutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk penerapan kendali ke model yang lebih nyata. Ketika penerapan kendali formasi berdasarkan jarak, terdapat permasalahan kondisi awal yaitu robot tidak dapat menentukan koordinat tetangganya. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan algoritma cosinus sebagai solusi untuk kondisi awal kendali formasi berdasarkan jarak. Algoritma cosinus terinspirasi dari rumus segitiga sederhana dan mengharuskan robot melakukan dua langkah saja untuk dapat menemukan koordinat tetangganya. Hasil percobaan simulasi, kendali formasi berdasarkan jarak menggunakan tiga model robot holonomic dan penerapan algoritma cosinus membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 6.5 detik untuk menemukan koordinat tetangganya.Kata kunci: Kendali Formasi, Multi-Robot, Algoritma Cosinus, Mobile Robot. ABSTRACTFormation control is a research topic of multi-robot control, where a group of robots can reach a certain formation and defend it when moving in the desired direction. One of the developments is distance-based where formation goals achieved using the distance between each other only. Many developments are using a simple model and need further development into a realistic model. When applying distance-based, there is a problem in the initial condition, namely that the robot cannot find the coordinates of its neighbors when using only distance. In this work, the cosine algorithm was developed as a solution to the initial conditions which are inspired by a simple triangle formula and need only two steps to find the coordinates. From simulation experiment results, distance-based formation control using three holonomic robot models and the application of the cosine algorithm takes an average of 6.5 seconds to find the coordinates of its neighbors.Keywords: Formation Control, Multi-robot, Cosine Algorithm, Mobile Robot.
