Abstract

The study is aimed at knowing government decisions to make post-earthquake recovery in the city of Mamuju, where decisions have become binding policies and have become basic concepts in the restoration practice of the Mamuju city. The method used is researchers is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The approach to this study is a narrative description because it is directed to illustrate the facts with scientific & academic arguments. The results of the provincial government's policy research in the reconstruction of the city's Mamuju following the earthquake's efforts, such as the allocation of the public budget (APBD), the structural improvements of the office building with bracing and jacketing concepts, provide financial assistance to disaster affected communities, the formation of working groups (POKJA), and finally the reconstruction of the affected areas. Policies adopted by governments have been carefully thought out by stakeholders to accelerate recovery. The government issued swift and precise decisions, as they were pushed by the circumstances and conditions following the earthquake hit the city of Mamuju. The policies issued by the government are well considered. Because the essence of the policy itself is the decisions governments make to simply achieve a common goal.

Abstract

Di era yang semakin modern ini penggunaan otomasi modern terus meningkat, salah satunya robot industri. PT Ingress Malindo Ventures telah memanfaatkan robot industri dalam lini produksinya. Pemrograman  robot manual cenderung memakan waktu yang lama dan memerlukan  tenaga ahli yang berpengalaman, maka berbagai algoritma dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan proses ini contohnya  algoritma Rapidlyexploring Random Tree (RRT) dan variannya Bidirectional  RRT (Bi-RRT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan membandingkan algoritma RRT dan Bi-RRT pada robot di PT Ingress Malindo Ventures yang diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang lebih  efisien dibandingkan metode pemrograman manual. Perbandingan performansi dari kedua algoritma didasarkan pada jumlah iterasi, jumlah  node, jumlah step, waktu eksekusi, dan waktu siklus pergerakan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berupa simulasi di perangkat lunak MATLAB dan  HRSpace3 pada dua skenario di PT Ingress Malindo Ventures yaitu spot welding dan pick-and-place dengan parameter jarak koneksi maksimum  antar node yaitu 0.5, 0.3, dan 0.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada skenario spot welding perbandingan keluaran rata-rata Bi-RRT terhadap  RRT yaitu, jumlah iterasi berkurang sebanyak 90.2%, jumlah node  berkurang sebanyak 94%, waktu eksekusi berkurang sebanyak 35.8%, dan waktu siklus pergerakan berkurang sebanyak 68.4%. Pada skenario pick- and-place perbandingan keluaran rata-rata Bi-RRT terhadap RRT yaitu, jumlah iterasi berkurang sebanyak 97.9%, jumlah node berkurang sebanyak 98.9%, jumlah step berkurang sebanyak 84.4%, waktu eksekusi  berkurang sebanyak 89.6%, dan waktu siklus pergerakan berkurang sebanyak 81.3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitan ini adalah dibutuhkan analisis kinematika maju dan balik untuk mengimplementasi algoritma RRT dan Bi- RRT, algoritma Bi-RRT memiliki performansi yang lebih baik dibandingkan  RRT, pengaruh parameter jarak koneksi maksimum antar node pada algoritma RRT adalah berbanding terbalik terhadap jumlah iterasi, jumlah  node, jumlah step, waktu eksekusi, dan waktu siklus pergerakan, sementara pada Bi-RRT tidak mempengaruhi nilai tersebut kecuali pada  waktu siklus pergerakan di skenario pick-and-place saja. Abstract

Tongkat putih konvensional merupakan tongkat umum yang digunakan  oleh orang dengan gangguan penglihatan/tunanetra untuk mendeteksi  rintangan disekitarnya. Namun, rintangan yang dideteksi hanya berupa  rintangan yang berada di tanah atau yang bersentuhan dengan ujung  tongkat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan tongkat multi-sensor yang bisa mendeteksi rintangan di  atas, depan, bawah, serta deteksi keberadaan air berbasis mikrokontroller  Arduino yang dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik, sensor LIDAR, sensor  deteksi air, buzzer dan getaran motor. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberi peringatan berupa suara maupun getaran apabila sensor mendeteksi  adanya rintangan atau genangan air. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  meliputi studi literatur, perancangan sistem, implementasi perangkat, dan  pengujian performa sensor di berbagai skenario navigasi, baik di  lingkungan indoor maupun outdoor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa  sistem mampu mendeteksi rintangan dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi,  dengan error pengukuran sensor ultrasonik sekitar 0,27% dan sensor  LIDAR rata-rata error sebesar 0,23% hingga 1,25% tergantung jarak pengujian. Selain itu, evaluasi persepsi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa tongkat multi-sensor ini mampu meningkatkan rasa aman, kenyamanan,  dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari.  Dengan biaya pembuatan yang relatif rendah, alat ini diharapkan dapat  menjadi solusi inovatif yang terjangkau dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup penyandang tunanetra. Abstract

Anomali pada pergerakan robot dalam sistemotomasi industri dapat menyebabkan kerusakan perangkatdan mengganggu operasional. Penelitian ini mengusulkanmetode deteksi anomali pada robot UR3e menggunakanpendekatan hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)dan Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM).Dataset yang digunakan merupakan data IMU(akselerometer, giroskop, dan magnetometer) daripergerakan robot dalam kondisi normal dan anomali, yangkemudian diproses melalui normalisasi dan segmentasisliding window. Model dilatih menggunakan berbagaikombinasi hyperparameter yang dioptimalkan denganmetode Bayesian Optimization, Random Search, danHyperband. Hasil terbaik diperoleh melalui Hyperbanddengan akurasi 99,93%, precision 1.0, recall 0.9985, dan F1-score 0.9993. Pendekatan hybrid ini terbukti efektif dalammengenali anomali secara presisi dan efisien, serta berpotensibesar diimplementasikan dalam sistem monitoring robotsecara real-time.Kata kunci: Deteksi anomali, robot UR3e, CNN, Bi-LSTM,deep learning, Hyperparameter Tuning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of career development for a speech impaired, as well as to understand the concept of implementation of development and strategies for the development of career guidance for a speech impaired children at SMPLB YPAC Palembang. This study uses qualitative research using data analysis techniques with Miles and Huberman models, data collection techniques through primary data, and secondary data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study are a career guidance that has been programmed in a guidance and counseling services. But in its implementation it is not optimal, because there is several obstacles both in terms of learning and needs, learning barriers here are not optimal planning and a preparation of a career guidance programs. Career guidance services are a principle for children with special needs or children with disabilities where each process is the same as a career guidance for students in regular schools,but there is slight differences in the stages of implementation, services, development strategies and the results of a career guidance programs obtained for children with special needs or a speech impaired children.

Abstract

The world was buzzing about the COVID-19 that altered the fabric of human life. Growing communities are psychosomatic by overactive anxiety, fear, and worry. The purpose of this study is to know and understand the efforts being made to manage excessive psychosomatic or anxiety in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with interviews techniques on subjects that are psychosomatic. The finding of this research is attempts on the subject's control of psychosomatic means by sifting the news, staying in good touch with the family, eating wholesome, nourishing food, thinking positive, and praying to god almighty to always be guarded and protected.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the civil servant (Aparatur Sipil Negara, ASN) management system reforms in Indonesia and Vietnam, focusing on four key aspects: recruitment, compensation, performance measurement, and promotion. A comparative analysis approach was employed, involving qualitative analysis of existing policies and practices in both countries. The findings indicate that both countries have adopted meritocracy principles in ASN reforms, though the approaches and challenges faced differ. Indonesia excels in the utilization of digital technology, job competency standards, and performance measurement applications, while Vietnam continues to face challenges in political patronage and aligning remuneration and promotions with performance outcomes. Both countries show a shift toward performance-based compensation systems, with Vietnam starting to implement a job coefficient-based payment model. Indonesia's performance measurement is more integrated through systems like SAKIP and e-Kinerja, while Vietnam relies on qualitative evaluations based on specific criteria. Promotion reforms in both countries aim to strengthen objectivity, although political influence remains more prominent in Vietnam. These results contribute to the understanding of how merit-based reforms can be implemented in different political and administrative contexts, providing practical and theoretical implications for public administration. However, the study has certain limitations, such as the scope of qualitative data and country-specific contexts, which should be addressed in future research. Based on these findings, further studies should explore how political influences can be minimized to enhance the effectiveness of merit-based reforms in public administration systems.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of character education in two urban-based student Islamic boarding schools affiliated with Islamic universities in Yogyakarta: The Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) and Ma’had Aly bin Abi Talib at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY). While character education is a key feature in both classical and modern pesantren, this research investigates how these two institutions adapt their strategies to address the moral and social challenges faced by contemporary urban Muslim students in higher education contexts. Using a qualitative field approach, data were collected through interviews with caregivers, lecturers, and students, as well as observations and institutional document analysis during the 2022–2023 academic year. The findings reveal that UII emphasizes structured mentoring, leadership development, and integrative academic-religious programs, while UMY focuses on project-based learning through da’wah and tahfidz activities to shape students’ religious, social, and leadership character. Unlike pesantren in rural or traditional contexts, these urban-based institutions integrate academic demands, digital technology, and modern social dynamics into their character education framework. This study contributes to a contextual understanding of character development for contemporary urban Muslim students in Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

Konverter DC-DC bidirectional merupakankomponen penting dalam sistem penyimpanan energi berbasisbaterai karena mampu mengatur aliran daya dua arah, baiksaat pengisian maupun pengosongan. Penelitian ini membahasperancangan dan simulasi pengendalian Finite Control SetModel Predictive Control (FCS-MPC) pada topologi halfbridge bidirectional DC-DC converter. Sistem dikembangkandan diuji menggunakan MATLAB/Simulink dalam dua modeoperasi utama yaitu pengisian dan pengosongan baterai. Modepengisian bekerja dalam mode arus konstan untuk SoC < 80%dan tegangan konstan untuk SoC ≥ 80%. Dalam modepengosongan, baterai mensuplai dengan tepat akan kebutuhandaya pada beban kemudian sistem juga dapat menjagakestabilan DC bus terhadap variasi beban. Hasil simulasimenunjukkan bahwa FCS-MPC mampu mengatur arus dantegangan dengan akurasi dan respon yang baik.Kata Kuci: FCS-MPC, Konverter Bidirectional,MATLAB/Simulink, Pengisian, Pengosongan, ManajemenBaterai

Abstract

Dalam industri pengolahan makanan, prosesblansir merupakan tahap krusial untuk menjaga kualitassayuran dengan cara menonaktifkan enzim dan mengurangimikroorganisme. Sayuran seperti buncis sangat rentanmengalami penurunan mutu apabila suhu selama prosesbalnsir tidak dikendalikan dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu,diperlukan sistem kontrol suhu yang adaptif dan presisiuntuk mempertahankan konsistensi mutu produk. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikanalgoritma logika fuzzy pada sistem kontrol suhu dalam prosesblansir sayuran buncis. Sistem ini menggunakanmikrokontroler Arduino Uno dan ESP32, sensor suhuDS18B20, dan aktuator heater yang dikendalikan oleh modulAC Light Dimmer. Algoritma fuzzy mengolah dua parameterinput, yaitu error suhu dan perubahan error suhu (delta error),untuk menghasilkan output berupa pengaturan dayapemanas (duty cycle). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwasistem mampu mencapai suhu setpoint 60°C dalam waktusekitar 15 menit dengan fluktuasi suhu kecil (60°C hingga60,2°C), rise time 738 detik, settling time 723 detik, dan errorsteady-state 0,13%. Selain itu, tingkat akurasi respon sistemterhadap perubahan daya heater sebesar 98% dan istem jugamemiliki kemampuan adaptasi terhadap gangguan termaldan mampu mengembalikan suhu ke setpoint. Fitur IoTmelalui Blynk mendukung pemantauan suhu dan pengaturanwaktu secara online. Dengan demikian, sistem ini terbuktiefektif untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu dalam proses blansirsayuran buncis.Kata Kunci: Logika fuzzy, blansir, kontrol suhu, IoT,DS18B20, Arduino Uno, ESP32.
