Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai antara lain program kerja dan pengawasan melekat. Program kerja yang direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat menjadi acuan kerja yang tepat bagi para pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis). Dalam mengambil sampel penulis menggunakan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling atau sampling jenuh yaitu sampel yang diambil dari total populasi sebanyak 100% yaitu sebesar 45 orang pegawai. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari pembahasan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh nyata secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh nyata secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), dan Diantara Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat, ternyata Pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), dengan pengaruh parsial sebesar 57,2%.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic, the coronavirus disease, has negatively impacted the economy, especially for underprivileged individuals and informal sector workers that lost their jobs due to strict government policies. Consequently, they have encountered difficulties in making ends meet for their families. This research aims to describe the efforts made by housewives and their impact on supporting life needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. To respond to this question, the analysis uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. So that, this study shows that the several efforts do homemakers for building virtual markets, optimizing skills, and creating businesses for cooperating parties. It is for the income problem of insufficient capital and avoids a loss. Moreover, those efforts have an impact on creating self-employment opportunities and on the sustainability of family income.

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to see the direct and indirect effects between employee motivation variables and organizational commitment as independent variables and organizational culture as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at the BPJS Employment Branch Office in Kisaran. The population of this study was 55 employees and the sample used was all the population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data source and the data collection carried out is to spread the questionnaire. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows: Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.652 and P values of 0.000. Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.642 and p values of 0.000. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.090 and p values of 0.229. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.109 and p values of 0.256. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.206 and p values of 0.003. Employee motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational culture indirectly with the original sample result of 0.132 and p values 0.250. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.022 and p values of 0.011.

Abstract

Ijarah is a contract for the transfer of usufructuary rights over goods or services, through payment of rental wages, without being followed by a transfer of ownership of the goods themselves. The context of ijarah in Islamic banking is a lease contract in which a bank or financial institution leases equipment to one of its customers based on a definite predetermined cost. The research method is qualitative with a comparative study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and deep interviews. The object of this research was carried out in the Yogyakarta area. The findings of the ijarah case presented in this study indicate that the services created jointly by customers, service organizations (Islamic banks), and assisting parties divide their roles into sub-roles assigned to individuals. This research provides a basic understanding of the development of a sharia service model, which can complement the current IFM to holistically capture both economic transactions and service elements, which are currently prevailing in the Islamic banking market.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) menggunakan sistem hidroponik Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) menawarkan efisiensi  penggunaan lahan dan air, namun menuntut ketepatan pengelolaan  nutrisi yang krusial bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Pengelolaan nutrisi yang  dilakukan secara manual memiliki kelemahan berupa risiko kesalahan  manusia (human error) dalam pencampuran serta ketidakmampuan beradaptasi secara real-time terhadap dinamika perubahan konsentrasi  larutan akibat faktor lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis logika fuzzy guna  menjaga stabilitas konsentrasi nutrisi (Total Dissolved Solids/TDS) pada  tandon hidroponik  sesuai rentang ideal kebutuhan tanaman Pakcoy.  Sistem yang diusulkan menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai unit pemroses  pusat yang mengolah data dari sensor TDS, serta ESP32CAM yang berfungsi sebagai mata atau sistem untuk mengklasifikasi fase  pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy guna menentukan setpoint secara adaptif  dalam sistem. Metode kontrol yang diterapkan adalah logika fuzzy Mamdani dengan dua variabel masukan, yaitu Error (selisih nilai TDS aktual dengan setpoint) dan Delta Error (laju perubahan TDS), serta satu variabel  keluaran berupa nilai PWM untuk motor DC yang bertugas menyuplai larutan nutrisi AB Mix. Melalui mekanisme inferensi Min-Max dan  defuzzifikasi Centroid, sistem ini dirancang untuk mengambil keputusan  kontrol yang menyerupai penalaran manusia dalam menangani  ketidakpastian parameter sistem non-linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini  diharapkan berupa prototipe fungsional yang mampu mengotomatisasi pemberian nutrisi secara presisi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta  mengoptimalkan produktivitas hasil panen Pakcoy pada sistem NFT. Abstract

Asma merupakan penyakit tidak menular kronis yang disebabkan oleh  peradangan dan penyempitan saluran pernapasan akibat faktor genetik  maupun lingkungan, yang ditandai dengan gejala batuk dan sesak napas.  Manajemen asma bergantung pada kecepatan penanganan, namun minimnya pemantauan rutin dapat memperburuk kondisi penderita. Oleh  karena itu, dikembangkan alat preventif dan monitoring asma non-invasive berbasis Internet of Things dengan metode Fuzzy Logic Sugeno. Sistem ini  memantau kondisi pasien secara rutin dengan mengklasifikasikan risiko (normal, waspada, bahaya) berdasarkan parameter suhu tubuh dan denyut nadi. Pengujian sistem monitoring dilakukan dengan membandingkan  hasil pengukuran prototipe dengan termometer klinis dan pulse oximeter.  Pada pengujian monitoring didapatkan persentase error dan standar  deviasi untuk parameter suhu tubuh sebesar 0,90% dan 1,17% serta  parameter denyut nadi sebesar 1,36% dan 1,21%. Selanjutnya, pengujian  kinerja sistem terapi pada pasien dengan riwayat asma dilakukan menggunakan metode Papworth dan protokol obat salbutamol, dengan  mekanisme sensor gyroscope MPU6050 untuk memandu ketepatan sudut  kemiringan inhaler (20°–25°) melalui feedback auditori buzzer, yang menghasilkan tingkat efektivitas rata-rata sebesar 73,57% dalam  memulihkan fungsi pernapasan. Evaluasi monitoring menggunakan  metode Confusion Matrix diperoleh tingkat akurasi sistem sebesar 80%,  sensitivitas 83,3%, spesifisitas 75%, dan presisi 83,3%, dengan rata-rata  waktu pengiriman alat ke database 4,49 detik. Dengan demikian, alat ini  terbukti andal untuk monitoring rutin dan efektif membantu prosedur  terapi asma secara tepat. Kata kunci: Asma, Non-Invasive, Internet of Things, Fuzzy Logic Sugeno.

Abstract

Spiritual healing has increasingly been recognized as a meaningful resource in mental health recovery; however, the psychological mechanisms through which spiritual practices facilitate recovery remain insufficiently examined, particularly within Islamic healing traditions. Drawing on Bandura’s social cognitive theory, this study investigates self-efficacy as a central psychological mechanism in Sufi healing and explores how structured spiritual practices contribute to strengthening individuals’ perceived capacity to cope with psychological distress. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, this study was conducted at an Islamic boarding school in Indonesia that integrates Sufi-based spiritual healing practices. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with ten participants, including spiritual leaders, mentors, and individuals undergoing spiritual healing, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Four interrelated themes emerged: restored confidence, spiritual empowerment, psychological strengthening, and renewed sense of agency. Participants described increased emotional stability, enhanced confidence, and greater perceived control over their lives following engagement in spiritual practices such as dhikr, prayer, and guided mentorship. The findings suggest that Sufi healing facilitates psychological recovery not solely through spiritual experience but through strengthening self-efficacy beliefs that support adaptive coping and resilience. This study advances the field of spirituality and mental health by empirically positioning self-efficacy as a mediating psychological mechanism linking spiritual practice and psychological recovery within a non-Western Islamic context.

Abstract

Introduction: Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Muslim-majority countries face sustainability challenges amid economic instability and post-pandemic pressures. Conventional frameworks emphasize profit maximization but often overlook ethical and spiritual dimensions integral to Islamic values. This study develops Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) as a comprehensive framework for MSE sustainability through authentic Islamic principles. Methods: This exploratory study employs qualitative library research, analyzing classical Islamic texts, contemporary Islamic financial practices, and academic literature using content analysis techniques. Results: Five core IWM aspects (wealth creation, accumulation, protection, purification, distribution) form an integrated system supporting MSE sustainability across economic, social, and spiritual dimensions. This creates a sharia-based circular economy where wealth distribution becomes wealth creation, embodying Qur'anic principles of equitable circulation. Conclusion and suggestion: IWM provides a viable alternative to conventional sustainability models. Future research should develop measurement instruments for spiritual sustainability and examine institutional ecosystems required for effective implementation.

Abstract

This qualitative library research examines the contrast in social media branding effectiveness between private and state-owned Islamic philanthropic institutions, an important issue in the digital era where public trust and engagement are essential. Using a systematic thematic analysis of scholarly literature published between 2014 and 2024, the study finds that private institutions consistently outperform their state-owned counterparts by leveraging organizational agility, innovative storytelling, and transparent communication. These practices are further interpreted as contemporary manifestations of core Islamic values, namely amanah (trust) and ihsan (excellence). The primary objective of this study is to identify the underlying factors contributing to this disparity and to generate actionable insights for optimizing digital outreach in Islamic philanthropy. The findings suggest that effective branding is not merely a technical advantage but also reflects a deeper institutional alignment with ethical principles, enabling private institutions to build stronger community engagement and donor loyalty. Accordingly, this study offers important implications by proposing a transformative approach through which state-owned institutions can adopt value-based digital strategies to enhance transparency, public appeal, and overall social impact, thereby strengthening the Islamic economic ecosystem in the twenty-first century.

Abstract

Literacy through event organizers is very common in society, including at the Jogja Halal Fest event. The benefits and influences of the event are to echo and promote the halal lifestyle which has become a current trend. This activity is expected to reduce public ignorance, especially residents of Yogyakarta Special Region, in accessing information regarding issues of halal lifestyle trends. By holding this event, it is hoped that knowledge regarding halal lifestyle literacy will increase. Therefore the author intends to confirm that one way to build halal lifestyle literacy is by holding a Halal Jogja fest event. This research was conducted using a qualitative research and data collection method, namely observation, in-depth interviews and literature that cannot be achieved (obtained) by means of statistical quantification or other (measurement). The Jogja Halal Festival event is an alternative for literacy activities on halal lifestyle trends. Various activities and exhibitions of halal products at the Jogja Halal Festival event are enough to satisfy the public in obtaining information regarding halal lifestyle trends so that they became one of the greatest effective literacy media through analysis of effectiveness theory.
