Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of academic services in an educational institution. The research uses qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data sources are principals, teachers. Staff and learners. Research shows that the Academic Administration Service of SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi Teachers of SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi have the competence to create a pleasant learning atmosphere so that the material taught can be understood by students well.  All satisfaction with students has been achieved, by providing quality services characterized by the comfort of students in receiving academic services provided by SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi and school fees that are implemented into values (benefits) that are in accordance with student expectations. The strategy to improve the quality of academic services at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi by increasing the satisfaction of students in the quality of service is evidenced by the adjustments in the field including the suitability of the curriculum between expectations and reality, the suitability of learning infrastructure between expectations and reality, the suitability of learning implementation between expectations and reality, the suitability of academic assistance between expectations and reality.

Abstract

Fish is Indonesia's mainstay product with national consumption reaching 56.48 kg per capita in 2022. However, fish rot quickly after death, especially at high temperatures such as 37°C which accelerates enzyme activity. To maintain freshness, a stable cold chain is needed during distribution and storage. The traditional method of using ice blocks in a cooler box often causes the ice to melt quickly, affecting temperature and humidity, and reducing fish quality. Ice blocks can also injure and cause bruising on the surface of the fish, which opens up gaps for spoilage bacteria to grow faster. In addition, conventional cooler boxes often fail to maintain ideal temperatures, accelerating the decline in fish quality, and potentially damaging the environment. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a temperature and humidity monitoring and controlling system in a fish cooler box based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with the fuzzy logic method. This system uses a DHT22 sensor to read temperature and humidity, ESP32 as a microcontroller, and Blynk Cloud for system monitoring. Fuzzy logic is used to provide a number of benefits to improve the efficiency of temperature and humidity control. The results of the study indicate that the system can work according to the design with the accuracy of DHT22 sensor reading at a temperature of 99.79% and humidity of 98.42%. The fuzzy logic system for thermoelectric cooling system and mist maker shows an accuracy of 98.1% and 98.3%. Abstract

Pemanfaatan nergi surya menjadi salah satu solusi penting untuk mengatasi kebutuhan energi yang terus meningkat. Salah satu komponen utama system energi surya adalah photovoltaic (PV), yang mengubah radiasi matahari menjadi energi Listrik. Namun, efisiensi system PV sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi radiasi matahari dan suhu yang menyebabkan efisiensi menjadi fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) pada system PV agar bisa memaksimalkan hasil daya keluaran dari panel surya walaupun terjadi perubahan dalam kondisi radiasi matahari dan suhu lingkungan yang ada. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan melakukan percobaan melacak daya maksimal dengan software Matlab Simulink menggunakan algoritma Perturb and Observe (P&O) dan Incremental Conductance (IC). Penulis merancang desain MPPT dengan boost converter untuk mencari daya maksimum panel surya serta menggunakan pengukuran data secara langsung di Lokasi tertentu selama tiga hari berturut-turut yang digunakan sebagai input dari system PV  dalam simulasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma P&O menghasilkan daya keluaran maksimum sebesar 264.9 W lebih tinggi dibandingkan IC yang mencapai 213.8 W. Namun, IC menunjukkan stabilitas efisiensi yang lebih baik dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 96.96% sedangkan P&O hanya mencapai 96.81% .Kata Kunci― Panel Surya, Maximum Power Point Tracking, Perturb and Observe, Incremental Conductance, PV, Efisiensi

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to see the direct and indirect effects between employee motivation variables and organizational commitment as independent variables and organizational culture as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at the BPJS Employment Branch Office in Kisaran. The population of this study was 60 employees and the sample used was all the population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data sources and the data collection carried out is to spread the questionnaire. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows: Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.652 and P values of 0.000. Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.642 and p values of 0.000. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.090 and p values of 0.229. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.109 and p values of 0.256. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.206 and p values of 0.003. Employee motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational culture indirectly with the original sample result of 0.132 and p values 0.250. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture with an original sample value of 0.022 and p values of 0.011.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai antara lain program kerja dan pengawasan melekat. Program kerja yang direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat menjadi acuan kerja yang tepat bagi para pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis). Dalam mengambil sampel penulis menggunakan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling atau sampling jenuh yaitu sampel yang diambil dari total populasi sebanyak 100% yaitu sebesar 45 orang pegawai. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari pembahasan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh nyata secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh nyata secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), dan Diantara Faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari program kerja dan pengawasan melekat, ternyata Pengawasan melekat mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya (Y), dengan pengaruh parsial sebesar 57,2%.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic, the coronavirus disease, has negatively impacted the economy, especially for underprivileged individuals and informal sector workers that lost their jobs due to strict government policies. Consequently, they have encountered difficulties in making ends meet for their families. This research aims to describe the efforts made by housewives and their impact on supporting life needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. To respond to this question, the analysis uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. So that, this study shows that the several efforts do homemakers for building virtual markets, optimizing skills, and creating businesses for cooperating parties. It is for the income problem of insufficient capital and avoids a loss. Moreover, those efforts have an impact on creating self-employment opportunities and on the sustainability of family income.

Abstract

Ijarah is a contract for the transfer of usufructuary rights over goods or services, through payment of rental wages, without being followed by a transfer of ownership of the goods themselves. The context of ijarah in Islamic banking is a lease contract in which a bank or financial institution leases equipment to one of its customers based on a definite predetermined cost. The research method is qualitative with a comparative study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and deep interviews. The object of this research was carried out in the Yogyakarta area. The findings of the ijarah case presented in this study indicate that the services created jointly by customers, service organizations (Islamic banks), and assisting parties divide their roles into sub-roles assigned to individuals. This research provides a basic understanding of the development of a sharia service model, which can complement the current IFM to holistically capture both economic transactions and service elements, which are currently prevailing in the Islamic banking market.
