Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight and increase teacher knowledge at MI Al-Ittihad about making Algameta media, how to make QR-Code online, and the implementation of teaching aids with digital literacy. The service team uses the Participatory Action Research method in providing participatory training which makes educators as objects to be able to use digital media in the form of QR-Code. The service team participatively provides training at MI Al-Ittihad and involves educators to encourage changes in the teaching and learning process towards a creative, innovative and fun direction. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest that have been carried out, it can be seen that the service is running successfully. The results achieved from this activity are in the form of increased teacher creativity in innovating learning on teaching aids implemented with digital media, increasing teacher ability to make Algameta assisted by QR-Code digital media and increasing teacher digital literacy. This is evidenced by the Paired Sample Test which is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.021 <0.05, it can be concluded that by holding this training can improve the competence of the training participants.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, tidak hanya menuntut si pebelajar memiliki kesiapan intelektual saja, tapi juga Kesehatan mental. Kesehatan mental merupakan salah satu faktor yang patut menjadi perhatian dan membutuhkan perawatan sepanjang waktu. Kesehatan mental yang baik akan menentukan tindakan dan perilaku. Kesehatan mental yang baik biasanya menghasilkan tindakan dan perilaku yang baik pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Kesehatan mental dan prestasi belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bisa langsung diinterpretasikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi Kesehatan mental dan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar tergolong dalam kategori “Baik”. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya prestasi juara yang diraih oleh siswa sekolah dasar pada kejuaraan karate yang diikuti.

Abstract

Abstract: Since the learning process is at the center of the whole educational process, the function of the moral creed instructor is a very important deciding element in education generally. It is believed that the morality instructor would help pupils develop better morals so they would behave well, especially by being honest. In order to build honest character in pupils at MTsN 15 Jombang, this study looked at the function of the instructor's core moral beliefs for supporting and impeding aspects of the teacher. This researcher does fieldwork using a descriptive-qualitative methodology. Utilizing procedures such as interviews, observation, and documentation, data was gathered using a natural backdrop as a direct data source. Domain analysis is the method used for data analysis. employing references to validate the triangulation data's accuracy. This study have a result that the Akidah Akhlak instructor serves as a teacher, mentor, educator, and class manager. The Akidah Akhlak instructor has a strategic function in helping pupils develop honest character through this position. Professional educators and the presence of a family and community environment are supportive factors, whereas a lack of parental involvement, student ignorance, student egotism, and community environmental factors and their associations are inhibiting.

Abstract

Dalam rangka membentuk generasi yang mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika teknologi, kehadiran guru yang inovatif di jenjang sekolah dasar menjadi sangat krusial. Perilaku inovatif guru menggambarkan kemampuan berkreasi, menemukan solusi baru, serta menyusun strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah beserta guru yang membidangi kurikulum, diketahui bahwa tingkat inovasi guru masih belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua guru menunjukkan perilaku inovatif dalam praktik mengajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah, dan kompetensi digital guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui perilaku inovatif guru di SD Cahaya Bangsa Utama, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai hubungan kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan guru SD Cahaya Bangsa Utama sebanyak 35 responden, yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.  Data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner ini dianalisa dengan software SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 2) Kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 3) Kompetensi Digital guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 4) Perilaku inovatif guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Efektivitas pembelajaran menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan dialog dengan Kepala Sekolah dan para guru, efektivitas pembelajaran di Kinderstation High School belum merata pada semua mata pelajaran. Guru masih menemui kendala-kendala di dalam kelas. Fenomena ini dapat dihubungkan dengan manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran dan kompetensi sosial guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran, dan kompetensi sosial guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu 31 guru yang mengajar di Kinderstation High School. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisa dengan software SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif namun tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 2) Metode pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 3) Kompetensi sosial guru berpengaruh positif, tetapi tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 4) Secara simultan, manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran dan kompetensi sosial guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bone menempati peringkat kelima angka putus sekolah tertinggi di Indonesia. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, program Adolescent Circle UNICEF hadir di PKBM Generasi Mandiri sebagai program alternatif pendidikan nonformal bagi remaja putus sekolah. Program ini menerapkan pendekatan komunikasi yang dekat dengan bahasa sehari-hari peserta, pembelajaran fleksibel di lokasi nonformal, serta lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan suportif. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah minimnya dukungan keluarga terhadap pendidikan, sehingga program ini berupaya menciptakan dukungan sosial melalui peran tutor dan teman sebaya. Selain itu, peserta kerap menghadapi stigma sebagai anak putus sekolah. Program ini berupaya mengubah norma sosial ini melalui aturan kelompok yang partisipatif dan suasana yang tidak diskriminatif. Data menunjukkan kehadiran peserta didik di bawah 50% dan keterlibatan belajar yang minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru, lingkungan belajar, dan perubahan norma sosial terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Studi ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh, menggunakan kuesioner daring skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) komunikasi interpersonal guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar; 2) lingkungan belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan 3) perubahan norma sosial tidak berpengaruh dan 4) ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi yang empatik dan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar remaja di pendidikan nonformal.

Abstract

This activity aims to revitalise the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers in improving the effectiveness of learning, caregiving, and counselling services through a genetic intelligence approach. The study was conducted at MTs Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng Jombang as part of a Community Service Programme (PKM). Observations and interviews identified three main problems: (1) 19 out of 21 teachers experienced difficulties in implementing differentiated learning due to challenges in recognising students’ characteristics; (2) student conflicts in the form of violence or bullying were not handled optimally; and (3) 4 out of 5 counselling teachers had not yet fully understood students’ potential and problems. The intervention was carried out through training in genetic intelligence based on the STIFIn intelligence model and learning strategies tailored to students’ characteristics. This community service programme consisted of (1) Genetic Intelligence Training, and (2) Learning Strategy Training. Experimental quantitative statistical tests through pre-test and post-test results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding, with an average post-test score increase of 15% in genetic intelligence training and 19% in learning strategy training. The training had a positive impact on enhancing teachers’ competences in (a) recognising students’ potential and learning styles, (b) resolving student conflicts, and (c) providing more targeted and effective counselling services. Furthermore, this approach can be disseminated to other similar educational institutions.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not merely intended to enhance students’ religious knowledge but also to cultivate character rooted in values of coexistence and tolerance. This study aims to analyze the application of an elaborative approach in PAI learning integrated with local culture and its role in shaping students’ tolerance attitudes at SMP Islam al-Manan Bagik Nyaka Aikmel, East Lombok. The research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PAI learning and local culture, (2) the application of the elaborative approach in fostering students’ tolerance, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors of the elaborative approach in the learning process. This research employed a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, and analyzed using domain analysis techniques through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the elaborative approach in PAI learning, when integrated with local cultural practices such as the selakaran tradition involving the recitation of Kitab al-Barzanji during rowahan for hajj pilgrims, is effective in shaping students’ tolerance. This integration is further reinforced by the values of tolerance nurtured at Pesantren al-Manan, particularly in responding to the presence of salafi-wahhabi thought in the surrounding community. The study highlights the importance of synergizing religious education and local culture as a strategic effort to foster tolerance among young generations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school policies, resource allocation, and managerial support on teacher satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed a survey method and applied Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. A census sampling technique was used, in which all 63 teachers at SMAN 3 Rembang were included as respondents, representing the entire population. The results show that: (1) school policies have a positive and significant influence on teacher satisfaction; (2) resource allocation has a positive and significant influence on teacher satisfaction; (3) managerial support has a positive and significant influence on teacher satisfaction; and (4) school policies, resource allocation, and managerial support simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher satisfaction. These findings suggest that well-managed schools, in terms of structure and administration, can enhance teachers’ satisfaction, enthusiasm, and commitment to both their institution and their profession.

Abstract

This artcel is aimed at discussion the national strategy and policy on education. The substance of the convening of education is the formation of characters makes learners ready to live in a society like a human being civilized and dignified. The purpose of education can be achieved if teachers have the professional skills to be part of a profession that is lived. While the existence of the teaching profession should also get the recognition and support of the Government as policy makers and national education strategies. The policy focuses on the existence of an impartial and teachers become key to the success of national education goals in the short and long term.
