Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables on emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on nurse performance. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study were Ardimulyo Singosari Kab.Malang Public Health Center Nurses. This sampling technique is all nurses, amounting to 35 so that it is worth taking overall so that this research is also called census research, while the data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Keywords: emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, nurse performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe gender, workload, work motivation and employee performance of PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya, knowing the effect of gender, workload, work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya with a sample size of 50 respondents.The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that the employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara perceives agreeing on all research variables namely gender, workload, work motivation and employee performance. Gender has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Workload has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. gender, workload, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is a crucial aspect that can affect the overall performance of the organization. in this case, employee performance is influenced by determinant factors, which are also important to be considered by management. This study aims to analyze the influence between work motivation and organizational culture commitment to the performance of religious teachers at Al Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School in Malang Regency. The penetration method that is applied is quantitative with the type of data, namely primary data taken by questionnaire. The data analysis method applied is Multiple Linear Regression in the SPSS program. Decision making on hypothesis testing uses a real level (α) of 0.05 (5%). The results of the analysis show a significance value (p-value) <0.05 on all variables, both in the F test (simultaneous) and t (partial) test. Thus, it can be concluded that the work commitment of work motivation and organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of religious teachers at the Al Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School in Malang Regency. Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Motivation, Organizational culture

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and work discipline on performance, the sample of this research is the management of the IKAMALA organization. To collect data using a questionnaire, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistic test and t statistic test, coefficient of determination test in IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which is a variable of Work Motivation, Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While partially the variables of Work Motivation, Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: Work Motivation; Leadership Style; Work Discipline; Performance

Abstract

 Abstract This research was conducted at the Indonesian Students Legislative Board coordinator of Malang Raya (FL2MI Korda Malang Raya). The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Job Description, Job Specification and Leadership towards organizational performance.The variables used are Job Description, Job Specification and Leadership as independent variables, while organizational performance variables are dependent variables. The samples used in this study were 74 members of the FL2MI Korda Malang Raya Using a method of calculation of the formula Slovin. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analyses used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and using multiple regression analysis of SPSS 25.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the Job Description variable had a significant effect on the organization's performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya, the Job Specification variable has no significant effect on the organization performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya, while the Leadership variable has a significant effect on the organizational performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya.Keywords:Job description,Job Specification,leadership and organizational performance,

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Malang Kanjuruhan University both partially and simultaneously. “The population and sample are all employees totaling 58 people. Collecting data through questionnaires. Data analisis in this study using SPSS 16.0. The sampling technique using the Likert Scale method and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and classical assumptions and testing the research hypothesis”.“The results of the analysis show that partially work motivation and work discipline do not affect employee performance. While the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract  This study aims to examine the effect of training and development on the competence of  employees Moh. Hatta Islamic Elementary School, Malang City. The population in this study 43 employees of SD Islam Moh. Hatta City of Malang. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

ABSTRACTION                The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee performance and to know the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously.This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is Lowokwaru District civil servant by using saturated sampling, that is 32 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and insignificant effect of Work Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants Lowokwaru District. (2) There is no influence of Work Discipline on Kinerrja of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                                    This study aims to discuss and analyze organizational commitment, individual characteristics and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. And to analyze or determine the effect partially or simultaneously on variable X with variable Y. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. Kharisma Dian Suara Malang, which is 40 employees. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis.            The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment emphasizes employee job satisfaction, individual characteristics that emphasize satisfaction with employees, work motivation emphasizes the importance of employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives and employee performance and to determine the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives on employee performance simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were employees of the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative Sapronak Unit using snowball sampling as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no positive and significant effect of self-actualization on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reward on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of incentives on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. Keywords : Self-Actualization, Rewards, Incentives and Employee Performance
