Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of profit and cash flow to financial distress at a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The population in this study are all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method amounted to 19 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the logistic regression analysis. Sources of data in this study were obtained annual financial statements published by the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The results of this study showed that the profit and cash flow variables influence simultaneously toward financial distress. Meanwhile, the study also showed that the variable profit is partially affected the financial distress. And variable cash flows is partially affected the financial distress.

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to study and analyze the impact of job satisfaction, motivation of work and organizational commitment to employee performance. Population and sample are all 32 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using the census method and the data testing technique used in this research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results of the analysis show that the outline of job satifaction affects the significance of employee performance on motivattion of work that significantly influence employee performance as well as on organizational commitment has a significant effect. Together, it shows that job satisfaction, motivattion of work and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job satisfaction,  Motivattion of Work and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaji, Mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan serta Mengetahui pengaruh Gaji terhadap Kinerja Karyawan penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT King Stone Malang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deskripsi variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata yang cukup baik selanjutnya deskripsi gaji memiliki nilai rata-rata yang baik. Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Gaji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.     Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, gaji dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of human relations, working environment conditions and leadership style on the work ethic of the management of the Student Cooperative "Ilham Ramadhan"  Islamic University of Malang both partially and jointly. Population and sample were all administrators totaling 33 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire distribution method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially human relations does not significantly influence the work ethic of the management, while the conditions of the work environment and leadership style significantly influence the work ethic of the management. Together, it shows that human relations, working environment conditions, and leadership style have a significant effect on the management work ethic.Keywords: Human relations, Working Environment Conditions, Work Ethic Leadership Style

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                     This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the influence of Human Resource competence and Teacher Motivation on the Quality of Education in the Textile Vocational School of Pandaan. The sample in this study were as many as 79 respondents of students of SMK Textile Pandaan. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Version 22 For Windows application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the simultaneous test results showed that the calculated F value was 2439.594 with F significance of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05) so that it could be concluded that teacher competency and teacher motivation had an effect on the quality of education at SMK Textile Pandaan. variable test Teacher Competence and motivation show that partially Variables Teacher Competence and motivation have a positive effect on Education Quality.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Teacher Motivation, Education Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and employee engagement on employee performance. The research sample in this study amounted to 68 people who are employees of PT. Arafura Marine Culture.The method used is descriptive data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing f, and hypothesis t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, work environment, and employee engagement, while partially each of the motivation and work environment variables both affect employee performance but employee engagement does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and motivation on the performance of madrasah teachersAliyah Negeri 1 Malang.ThisresearchisExplanatory Research research. Emotional intelligence research data, spiritual intelligence and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers of thepoorcountry. Population in this research is all teacher of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Malang. Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competency and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) company in Malang. The type of research that aims to test a hypothesis to strengthen or reject an existing hypothesis. The sample and population in this study amounted to 35 people who were employees of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Malang,The method used is descriptive data analysis, namely by using tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test f test, and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously each of the competency and organizational commitment variables equally has a positive  effect on job satisfaction, while partially the competency variable does not affect job satisfaction, and organizational commitment does not affect employee satisfaction at the performance of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Pakis Malang” Keywords:       Influence Of Organizational Competence And Commitment On Employee Job Satisfaction
