Abstract

This reseach aims at finding out a significant difference of students learning outcomes of the scale between the PBL and Problem Posing Models of learning outcomes Scale in the Plan in class V SD Group 1 Payakumbuh City. This type of research is an experiment using a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest non-equivalent group. The samples were students of class VA and VB of SDN 28 Payakumbuh. The research sample was 40 students selected based on cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used in collecting data is a test with a description form. Based on the t-test of the students post-test scores, it was found that tcount 2,08> ttable 2,02 α 0,05. It means the PBL model is a better compared to the Problem Posing model class V SD Group 1 Payakumbuh City.Keywords: PBL, Problem Posing, sclae learning outcomes.

Abstract

The background of this research is the fact that teaching teachers are still using assignment learning methods, learning activities that take place in the classroom tend to be teacher-centered so that the learning process is less attractive to students. This study aims to determine the differences in the use of the tutorial type computer-based learning model with the assignment method on student learning outcomes in the operating material to calculate the unit of time in class V SDN 13 Cingkariang. This type of research is an experiment in the form of Quasi Experimental Type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Cingkariang. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. The sample used in this study was VA class 21 students and 21 VB class students. The technique used to determine the experimental and control groups is through simple draws. VB class was determined as the experimental group and VA class as the control group. The instrument used was a test. The data analysis technique in this study uses a prerequisite test in the form of a normality and homogeneity test as well as a hypothesis test using the t-test (independent sample test). Based on the research that has been done, then tcount> ttable is obtained, 1.92226> 1.684 with α = 0.05 which means Ha is accepted. The average student learning outcomes measured by post test after learning, namely in the experimental class 83.80 and the control class 76.50. So that Ha is accepted, namely there are differences in the use of demonstration methods with lecture methods on student learning outcomes in human sensory material in class V SDN 13 Cingkariang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using android-based CS3 learning media on students' geometric thinking abilities. This research is a pre-experimental research, using One Group Pretest and Posttest. The population was all students of class IV SDN 01 BentengPasarAtas, Bukittinggi. The sampling technique is the Totally sampling technique. The sample consisted of 24 Digital class students who were learning to use Android. Data collection techniques are test instruments. The instrument used was an objective test with HOTS-based questions on extensive learning material and the circumference of flat structures that had been validated by experts. Data were analyzed using t-test. Obtained results t count = 15.473 and t table = 2.064. So that t arithmetic> T table H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the use of CS3 learning media based on android on broad material and the circumference of flat shape can affect student mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the this research was to know differences in learning outcomes of calculating broad trapezoid and kite using the cooperative model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) with convensional learning in class V SD 13 Parit Putus. This research design is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study is class V SDN 13 Parit Putus,VA class is exsperiment class and VB class is control class. The results showed that there were influences in calculating flat bilding outcomes using the NHT type cooperative model with the convensional learning  in V SDN 13 Parit Putus,Agam. This is evidenced by the results of tcount 2.190 and t table at a significance level of 0.05 at 1.68595, so that t count> t table. Keyword : calculating broad trapezoid and kite, NHT

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the student’s result in studying beam and cube webs with cooperative learning type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) for fourth grade primary school of 02 Limbanang. The kind of the research is Classroom action research that use qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject of this research are the teacher and 20 students of the fourth grade. The result of this research is to show of the increasing of the plan, process, and result of study. In conclusion, cooperatice learning type TAI  can increase the student’s result in studying beam and cub webs.Keywords: Studying Beam and Cub Webs, TAI

Abstract

This research aims to produce android-based mathematics learning media for elementary school. This research is based on the results of observations in the field that students' ability to communicate mathematics mathematically is still lacking. In the research conducted is research with the type of development research (Research and Development) with ADDIE models, namely Analysis (analysis), Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). Learning media that have been developed will be assessed and validated by experts who are competent in their fields. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire in the form of teacher responses and student responses to the android-based mathematics learning media. Results: 1) The author has produced an Android-based mathematics learning media on flat waking circumference material for fourth grade students of SD / MI, 2) Expert judgment in material validation and media validation which gets a percentage of 95% at very valid intervals, 3) responses Grade IV SD / MI students on the practicality of media based on Android mathematics learning obtained an evaluation percentage of 87%. This value is at very very practical intervals.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the differences between the use of Student Team-Achievement Divisions (STAD) type Cooperative learning models and Team Assisted Individualition (TAI) on the results of Multiplication and Decimal Multiplication and Distribution. This type of research is an experiment using a quasi-experimental design with the pretest-posttest non-equivalent group. The sample in this study was the VA class and VB SD N 02 Sariak. The study sample consisted of 21 VA class students as the STAD model group and 21 VB class students as the selected TAI model group based on purposive sampling technique. The results of the calculation of the research data used is the t-test obtained by t count 8.11> t table 1.68385 at the level of α 0.05. This means that the use of the STAD model is better than the TAI model on the learning outcomes of multiplication and division of fractions and decimals. Keywords  : STAD Cooperative, TAI, Students Learning Outcomes,Mathematic

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the learning outcomes of extensive trapeziodal and kite by using Cooperative Learning type Jigsaw of 5th grade elementary school’s students. Type of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subjects of this research were students of 5th grade were 24 people of 10 boys and 14 girls. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure included of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan of the cycle of I was 83,9% and lessen pland of the cycle II was 92,86%, b) The implementation of teacher’s activity of  cycle I was 87,49% and cycle II was 92,86% while the implementation student’s activity of cycle I was 82,1% and cycle II was 92,86%, c) the student’s learning outcomes in the cycle I was 75,06 and cycle II was 88,95. The conclusion of this research was the using of Cooperative Learning model type Jigsaw can improve students achievement in learning extensive trapeziodal and kite  of 5th grade at SDN 39 Pasar Ambacang Kota Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Cooperative Learning, Jigsaw

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning using the Problem Based Learning Model with Powtoon Media in Class V SDN 21 Tanjung Bonai Aur, Sijunjung Regency. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Two cycles were carried out, namely cycle I consisting of 2 meetings and cycle II consisting of I meetings. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, test, and non-test. The results of this study show an increase in the teaching module of the first cycle with an average percentage of 89.58% with good qualifications (B) and increased in the second cycle to 95.83% with excellent qualifications (SB). Implementation in the aspect of teachers in the first cycle with an average percentage of 85.71% with good qualifications (B) and increased in the second cycle to 96.42% with very good qualifications (SB), in the aspect of students in the first cycle with an average percentage of 85.71% with good qualifications (B) and increased in the second cycle to 96.42% with very good qualifications (SB). The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle with an average percentage of 74.89% and increased in the second cycle to 89.16%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with Powtoon media can improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in students.

Abstract

This research originated from the unoptimal planning and implementation of learning the perimeter and area of flat shapes, causing the learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 14 Kampung Jambak Padang to not reach the desired criteria. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of learning outcomes regarding the perimeter and area of flat shapes through the application of Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) in class V SDN 14 Kampung Jambak. This study used classroom action research (PTK) with qualitative and quantitative approaches conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Observation, tests, and non-tests were the data collection methods used. This study involved 27 students and educators from class V SDN 14 Kampung Jambak. Student learning outcomes averaged 80.72% (C) in the first cycle, and increased to 90.65% (B) in the second cycle. In realistic mathematics education (PMRI), learning outcomes of perimeter and area of flat shapes in elementary school can be improved
