This study aimed to determine the urgency of Guidance and Counseling in overcoming problems related to the spiritual and emotional intelligence of students at MAN 3 Langkat. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is MAN 3 Langkat. The sample population of this study amounted to 8 students selected by the counseling guidance teacher MAN 3 Langkat with certain provisions. These namely students need help with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence at MAN 3 Langkat. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification and uses triangulation as a credibility test with source triangulation. From this research, it is concluded that the urgency of counseling in dealing with the problems of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of students significantly influences students. The impact of delay in handling these problems Guidance and Counseling is feared that students will dissolve in these problems, and it is increasingly difficult to be guided. In contrast, if guidance and counseling have timeliness in handling it, it will positively impact students. This is evidenced by the behavior displayed by students, namely having awareness and commitment to worship and the ability to motivate themselves and control their emotions.

Buying and selling products with murabahah contracts are ranked first in financing practices in Indonesian sharia banks but receive particular attention regarding conformity with sharia principles and the position of consumers from a consumer protection perspective. In the framework of realizing "implementation and development of risk management, prudential principles, good corporate governance & sharia compliance" as well as encouraging the creation of a regulatory union, contract standards, products and transactions, in accordance with the recommendations of the Islamic Finance Service Board (IFSB), a study is needed to analyze the suitability of murabahah financing agreements in sharia banking in Indonesia with Islamic law and positive law. Through legal research, a study was carried out on Indonesian sharia banking murabahah contracts based on the legal principles that should be the basis. From the results of the analysis of murabahah financing contract clauses, there are several clauses that do not comply with Islamic law and positive law (Consumer Protection law and Civil law), including those relating to down payments (urbun), actions when customers are in trouble, as well as promising something that is uncertain. For the future. Likewise, based on the Consumer Protection Law, it does not support the creation of consumer protection which contains elements of legal certainty and information disclosure as well as access to information (Article 3 (d) UUPK). Apart from that, it also conflicts with consumer rights as regulated in Article 4 UUPK.

Budaya yang sedang digandrungi saat ini di Indonesia, bahkan di seluruh dunia yaitu, budaya dari negara Jepang dan Korea. Produksi karya seni atau budaya dari mereka, sangat diminati oleh kalangan muda masa kini, dari mulai cara berpakaian, makanan, tingkah laku, musik, tarian, berbahasa dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini memunculkan pro dan kontra, sebab ketika seorang kalangan muda lebih menyukai dan condong ke budaya Jepang dan Korea, maka budaya asli di negara tersebut akan punah dan akan kehilangan ciri khas-nya. Tetapi, tidak dapat dipungkiri juga dampak budaya Jepang dan Korea, memunculkan sisi yang positif. Kalangan muda lebih kreatif dalam menyajikan karya seni, baik dalam bentuk artistik maupun bentuk koreografi bahkan musik. Meski, mungkin banyak anak muda yang menunjukan sifat fanatismenya terhadap kedua budaya tersebut, tetapi jika kita melihat dari sisi positifnya banyak komunitas pecinta Korea dan Jepang yang berlakon dermawan layaknya selebriti yang mereka gemari. Banyak sekali motivasi yang dapat diterapkan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dari selebriti yang mereka sukai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan metode kuantitatif dengan cara penelitian survei. Berdasarkan hasil tanya jawab melalui google formulir kepada siswa SMA Tamansiswa Rancaekek ditemukan bahwa Korea dan Jepang memiliki dampak negatif seperti menjadi kecanduan, dan menjadi boros. Akan tetapi, Korea dan Jepang juga memiliki dampak positif berupa meningkatnya kemampuan dan minat dalam berbahasa Jepang maupun Korea, memberikan motivasi, mempelajari budaya baru, mengurangi stres, dan menjadi kreatif.

This study discusses the creation and realization of the principle of justice and the balance of limited partnership deed (commanditaire vennootschap) based on mudharabah contracts. The method uses normative legal research to analyze the principle of justice in contracts based on mudharabah contracts on the formation of limited partnership through literature review and exploring positive laws that apply. The results show the principle of justice and balance in forming a limited partnership using the mudharabah contract is reflected if one form of cooperation is based on a sense of help and its implementation fulfills the principle of fairness both in determining profits, losses, and relating to the termination of the cooperation agreement.

The research objective was to find a form of legal protection that was given to heirs who were not listed as beneficiaries of insurance funds on a life insurance policy. The study used the normative juridical method by using the statute approach and the conceptual approach, the technique of gathering legal material through literature study, and the analysis technique was carried out prescriptive. The results of the study showed that heirs were the most interested parties as beneficiaries of life insurance funds. The heirs who were not listed as beneficiaries in the life insurance policy received legal protection in the form of external and internal legal protection. External legal protection was provided by legislation, while internal legal protection was provided by a life insurance policy that had been mutually agreed upon and under the principles of life insurance.

This study aimed to discuss legal protection for buyers in Islamic housing with istishna contracts during the COVID-19 pandemic and developers' efforts to overcome the problem of late payments. The study method used empirical juridical with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The istishna contract had not provided legal protection because the agreement's substance was the developer's absolute right, so the buyer could not change it. Instead, the developer did three things to overcome delays in fulfilling the buyer's instalment obligations: explaining the istishna contract, delaying payment, and carrying out joint selling if the buyer could not pay instalments or pay them off.

This study aims to describe the marriage agreement based on legal norms, morality norms and religious norms prevailing in the Indonesian society. This normative research produces three conclusions. First, marriage agreements that do not violate the law are agreements that fulfill the legal requirements under the Civil Code and the provisions of Law Number 1 Year 1974. Second, marriage agreements that do not violate religion are agreements whose substance does not conflict with Islamic law. Third, a marriage agreement that does not violate morality is a marriage agreement that does not violate the norms of decency in general or customary law that applies to society.

This study aimed to discuss the forms of recognition of children resulting from unregistered marriages, the reasons for the need to recognize children resulting from unregistered marriages, and regulating procedures for filing recognition of children's status. The study used a normative juridical type with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The form of recognition for out-of-wedlock children was in the form of a notary certificate of recognition as well as a birth certificate based on the results of a DNA test (deoxyribonucleic acid). The reason for the need for legal recognition of the status of the child of unregistered marriage by his father was based on philosophical, sociological, and juridical reasons. The procedure for recognizing the status of a child was carried out by identifying the problem, checking DNA, getting married, and distributing inheritance.

This study aimed to analyze the problems of enforcing civil administrative law in marriage registration and the concept of reconstructing marriage registration based on the relevance of state administrative law to civil administrative law. The method used in this study was normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The problems of enforcing civil administration law in marriage registration include general problems related to administration, such as errors in identity writing and the organization of administrative institutions, which were full of personnel management problems. The reconstruction of marriage registration was based on the relevance between state administrative law and civil administrative law relating to the interests of public service delivery and institutional structure structuring in civil service law. The arrangement of personnel in the office of religious affairs need to pay attention to the employment law to create services based on professionalism in serving the community.

This journal explores the positive impact of label innovation on Rengginang packaging on increasing sales in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Telajung Village. This research focuses on how changing the label design on Rengginang packaging can increase consumer appeal and encourage increased sales volume. The research method involves market analysis, consumer surveys, and implementation of label innovation on several Rengginang products from local MSMEs. The research results show that label changes are able to create significant differences in consumer perceptions of products, increase visual appeal, and expand market share. This research provides insight for Telajung Village MSMEs and similar industry players regarding the importance of label innovation in product marketing strategies. The practical implication of this research is that increased sales can be achieved through appropriate investment in attractive label designs, creating a sustainable competitive advantage in local and wider markets.
