Abstract

The exoneration clause is still used in the online transportation agreement clause, when the user registers. This has an impact on the legal uncertainty for consumers in the protection of their personal data managed by the application business actors. This study aims to analyze the presence or absence of violations in Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law related to exoneration clauses in online transportation, and forms of legal protection of consumer personal data in standard contracts. This research is a normative legal research, with a statue approach and comparative approach. The results of this study are that application business actors have transferred the responsibility of protecting consumer personal data which should be the obligation of the application business actor. The application of exoneration clauses carried out by application businesses is very detrimental to consumers by feeling insecure and comfortable in using online transportation services. Forms of legal protection from the government related to consumer personal data in using online transportation services with the obligation of businesses to revise and replace losses suffered by consumers.

Abstract

Consumer financing disputes can be resolved by litigation and non-litigation. However, the choice of dispute resolution raises an competence dispute between dispute resolution institutions. Thus giving rise to legal uncertainty and losses for the parties to the dispute. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competence of consumer financing dispute resolution institutions in Indonesia. This research is a normative juridical approach with a legal, conceptual and case approach. The results of this study are that each dispute resolution institution has the attribute attributive in resolving consumer financing disputes. The competence to settle consumer financing disputes for each settlement institution must pay attention to two aspects, including the types of consumer financing disputes; and the choice of dispute resolution based on the agreement of the parties.

Abstract

PT. Karebet Mas Indonesia Branch of Muara Jawa has mentioned the existence of facilities for personal protective equipment against workers/laborers, but in the implementation of PT. Karebet Mas Indonesia does not all carry out the contents of the agreement and only partially runs for approximately 2 years. The formulation of the problem taken in this reserch is what the obstacles faced by the Manpower and Transmigration Agency of East Kalimantan Province are in enforcing sanctions for companies that do not comply with the occupational health and safety management system. This type of research is empirical juridical with a sociological juridical research approach. The conclusion of this research is the obstacle of the Manpower and Transmigration Office in enforcing the law because the human resources and budgetary funds that do not support and in finding violations of the law on the Manpower and Transmigration Office of East Kalimantan Province are passive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of type of financial statements, profitability,liquidity, corporate debt ratio, and the turn of the auditor on the timeliness of financial reports. The research method is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data of this research is secondary datathat the financial statements of companies listed in the LQ-45 index over the three years from 2011 to 2013 obtainedfrom www.idx.co.id. The data were analyzed using logistic regression with SPSS 22.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the type of change of auditor of financial statements andsignificant effect while the ratio of corporate debt significantly negative influence, profitability and liquidity does notaffect the timeliness of financial reports. In general it can be concluded that the financial statements only type variable that influence thetimeliness of financial reports. For further research is expected to use other variables that affect the timeliness offinancial reports.

Abstract

The research purposes of this study was : (1) Analyze the level of tntensification to performed on each shoot. (2) Analyze the determine the level of intensification about the production of sugar cane. (3) Find out what are the obstaclesand how to overcome these problems. The research carried out using a survey method. The analitical method used the method of linier regression analysis. Intake of respondents using purposive sampling with 75 people, who contribute the maximum to the sugar mill with the diffrent buds condition. The results showed level of intensification in the first shoots were in both shoots and the third and fourth in the high and low categories. The influence on the productivity level of intensification shows the first buds will productivity of 36, 615 qu/he without the influence of the intensification. The productivity of the second shoots as much as 91,324 qu/he and 11.934,684 qu/he without the influence of the intensification. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low ability of the Kindergarten Head in managing school administration. This was proven by the incomplete management documents of the school administration by 30 Kindergarten Heads in Sedati District. The purpose of the study was to improve the ability of the Kindergarten Head in the Sedati District in the management of school administration. The research subjects were 30 Kindergarten Heads in Sedati District. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collection method uses observation and documentation techniques. Data validation used in this action research is democratic, process and dialogic validation. Data analysis was performed by comparing results on initial conditions, results of cycle I, results of cycle II. The results showed that in the initial conditions 30 Kindergarten Heads were declared unable to manage administration well or 0% with an average rating of 40.29, increasing to 12 Kindergarten Heads or 40% in the first cycle with an average yield of 58.75 and 100% in the second cycle with the acquisition of an average value of 77.89. The explanation of the criteria for the value of the initial conditions is less, increasing to enough and good in the last cycle. looking at the data obtained from the results of research in this school ction research activity, it can be concluded that the K3TK activities in the Patronage of Sedati Subdistrict conducted by school supervisors for 30 Kindergarten Heads were declared successful in increasing the ability of the Kindergarten Head in managing school administration.

Abstract

Pengembangan LKS pada materi keanekaragaman fungi berbasis HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media fungi untuk siswa SMA kelas X. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan LKS materi keanekaragaman fungi yang layak secara teoritis dan empiris. LKS yang dikembangkan dikatakan layak secara teoritis berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yang dilakukan oleh 2 dosen biologi dan 1 guru biologi SMA dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 93,42% dengan kategori sangat layak. Kelayakan LKS keanekaragaman fungi berbasis HOTS dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media secara empiris dapat diketahui dari aktivitas siswa, respons siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan LKS berbasis HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memuat kegiatan mengamati, melaporkan, mengklasifikasi, membuat label, menginterpretsi dan membuat inferensi, memecahkan problema, dan mengkomunikasikan. Pengembangan LKS ini menggunakan model 4D namun hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan (Define, Design, Develop). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata seluruh aspek pada LKS keanekaragaman fungi berbasis HOTS dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media fungi dikategorikan sangat layak secara empiris. Kelayakan tersebut dapat diketahui berdasarkan aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua dengan persentase sebesar 97,5% dan 98,5%, respons siswa dengan persentase sebesar 98,5%, dan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 91,84 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS keanekaragaman fungi berbasis HOTS dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media untuk kelas X SMA yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dikatakan sangat layak secara teoritis dan empiris. Abstract

Community service is carried out in 4 areas of Karangpoh Village, Gresik Regency, East Java in February-June 2021. The problem that occurs is the presence of malnutrition in Karangpoh Village. The objectives of this community service are: (1) providing learning about lactation management, complementary feeding and infant stimulation, (2) knowing the impact of activities in the form of knowledge and skills of PKK members on the delivered materials. The method of community service is by conducting workshops with 80 participants. The results of the service carried out are the average score of breastfeeding practice after the workshop (86.80) is better than before (48.52), and the average score of baby (3-6 months) stimulation skills after the workshop (87.89) is also better than before (53.88). This community service has implications for increasing exclusive breastfeeding coverage, optimizing complementary feeding, and preventing growth delays in infants and children.

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pemeriksa (KPRK) Jombang atau Kantor Pos Jombang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengiriman. Dalam proses bisnisnya, Kantor Pos Jombang menggunakan sebuah aplikasi bernama Integrated Postal Operations System (IPOS). Dalam artikel ini, penulis melakukan analisis pada Aplikasi IPOS untuk mengetahui penerapannya pada transaksi pengiriman surat dan barang di Loket Retail Kantor Pos Jombang dan mengetahui aspek PIECES (Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, dan Service) dari Aplikasi IPOS. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi IPOS sangat mendukung Kantor Pos Jombang dalam transaksi pengiriman surat dan barang. Aplikasi IPOS dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah proses transaksi pengiriman, serta dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu, dan relevan.Kata kunci: Proses Transaksi Pengiriman, Aplikasi IPOS, Metode PIECES. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pemeriksa (KPRK) Jombang or Jombang Post Office was the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which is engaged in delivery services. In its business processes, Jombang Post Office uses an application called Integrated Postal Operations System (IPOS). In this paper, authors analyzed IPOS to observe the PIECES (Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service) aspects of IPOS in the task of mail and goods delivery transaction in Retail Locket of Post Office Jombang. The, data collection methods used by the author are interview, observation, and literature study. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that IPOS strongly supports Jombang Post Office in transaction of mail and goods delivery. IPOS can speed up and simplify the transaction of mail and goods delivery, and it can provide information that is accurate, timely, and relevant.
