Abstract

Program pendidikan formal memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan akses pendidikan yang adil bagi anak-anak migran, terutama mereka yang tinggal di Malaysia. Namun, masih terdapat banyak hambatan dalam memastikan akses pendidikan yang memadai bagi anak-anak Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Malaysia, terutama di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit dan menggambarkan implementasi program pendidikan bagi anak-anak WNI di perkebunan kelapa sawit Ladang Kosma Malaysia, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi ketidaksetaraan pendidikan. KKN-KI PTMA ini melibatkan kegiatan pembelajaran seperti kelas membaca, berhitung, keterampilan, dan aktivitas sosial, serta dukungan psikososial untuk anak-anak. KKN-KI PTMA ini menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian berhasil memfasilitasi akses belajar bagi anak-anak migran di ICC Ladang Kosma. Keanekaragaman peserta didik mempengaruhi pembagian kelas berdasarkan rentang usia, dan pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan dan kebutuhan masing-masing kelas. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah Indonesia, perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit, KBRI, dan masyarakat setempat juga penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program pendidikan ini. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi program pendidikan bagi anak-anak WNI di perkebunan kelapa sawit merupakan langkah penting dalam mengatasi ketidaksetaraan pendidikan dan memberikan mereka kesempatan untuk belajar dan berkembang, sehingga meningkatkan peluang mereka untuk masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Aisyiyah is an Islamic women's movement organization formed by Muhammadiyah, this organization since its inception until now, even more, and more various efforts have been made, including in the fields of religion, education, social and economics, which have benefited the Indonesian people in general and Muslims in particular. One of the 'Aisyiyah movements in the social field is the establishment of Posbakum Aisyiyah in collaboration with the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, from the Central Leadership of 'Aisyiyah to the regions. The existence of 'Aisyiyah reached the Regional Leader of 'Aisyiyah Central Kalimantan, at the time of the current Covid-19 Pandemic, the role of women has become more increased in domestic roles as well as in fulfilling the economic needs of the family at this time. This study aims to describe the role and form of the role of 'Aisyiyah Kalampangan Branch in Peatlands to Women in increasing family food security. This research was conducted at 'Aisyiyah Kalampangan Branch, Palangka Raya City, Jalan Mahir Mahar Trans Kalimantan Palangka Raya using observation methods (field and participation), interviews (in-depth interviews, taking notes, recording, listening, observing, and capturing using a camera) and literature studies. Data analysis used a simple tabulation to describe the conditions and characteristics of the research site. The processed data is displayed in a table. The targeted finding in this research is the obtaining of a role description by 'Aisyiyah Kalampangan Branch in Peatlands of Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh Profesionalitas dosen terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa 2) Pengaruh kualitas metode pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai bulan Februari 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 200 orang yakni mahasiswa UMPR yang menempuh kuliah semester 3, 5 dan 7 tahun tahun akademik 2023/2024, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 102 Orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik proposional non random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner berupa angket tertutup dengan jumlah item pernyataan 37 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas X1 sebesar 0.870 (reliabel) , X2 sebesar 0.930 (reliabel) dan Y sebesar 0.879 (reliabel) dengan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1). Profesionalitas dosen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, dilihat melalui uji hasil uji t Parsial dan model persamaan regresi nilai t variabel X1 = 3.656 dengan sig. 0.000 di mana < 0,05 maka X1 mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Y (2) Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa UMPR dilihat dari nilai t variabel X2 = 5.875 dengan sig. 0.000 di mana < 0,05 maka X2 mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap variabel dependen (Y).

Abstract

Science process skills are an inseparable part of science learning. Basic science skills are the foundation for practicing more complex integrated skills. Science process skills are part of the nature of science as a process. Science process skills are essential for prospective teachers in elementary schools because there are science subjects, so science learning is by the nature of science itself. Based on observations in science education courses, it appears that prospective PGSD teachers are still not skilled in KPS. Prospective teachers who are equipped with teaching skills and other skills in learning science will determine how teachers teach science by the nature of science. This study aims to analyze the science process skills of PGSD students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education who are taking the Science Education course in the even semester of 2023/2024. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through Observation, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that the dominant science process skills of prospective elementary school teachers can be implemented, namely the skills of observing, classifying, and measuring, while the skills of predicting, communicating, and concluding still need to be trained. It is hoped that prospective teachers who are equipped with good process skills will have an impact on mastering science concepts in their learning so that they can encourage their students' critical thinking and creative writing abilities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad-21 berfokus pada student center dengan tujuan untuk memberikan peserta didik keterampilan. Mengasah keterampilan siswa dapat dilakukan oleh pendidik melalui pembiasaan diri yang positif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan integrasi pembelajaran sosial emosional dalam mata pelajaran ipa sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan berkolaborasi. Metode penelitian adalah metode library research, peneliti menggunakan buku-buku ataupun jurnal dan hasil penelitian sebagai bahan referensi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran soisal emosional (kesadaran diri, pengelolaan diri kesadaran sosial, keterampilan membangun relasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab) dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berkolaborasi siswa SD melalui penerapan model pembelajaran TGT, penyelidikan kelompok, dan model diccovery learning. Keteranpilan kolaborasi membantu peserta didik berinteraksi dan saling berkontribusi secara aktif, bekerja secara produktif, fleksibel, mampu bertanggung jawab, dan menghargai perbedaan yang ada sebagai bekal menghadapi era globalisasi abad ini. Keterampilan berkolaborasi juga dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik yang membantu mereka dalam mencapai hasil belajar lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the policy of the Palangka Raya city government towards the legal protection of women and children in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is a qualitative research method. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The primary data are PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City, Head of Women and Children Empowerment Office of PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City and Manager of Posbakum Aisyiah City of Palangka Raya, while secondary data sources are instructions and policies of the City Government. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the Palangkaraya city government's policy towards legal protection of women and children in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic is very good. The city government through the PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City, in providing protection and empowerment of women, conducts counseling on family resilience as well as holding skills training for mothers in order to improve the community's economy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that women in the household become independent, not dependent on their husbands, increase family welfare and better maintain health, so that physical and non-physical violence can be avoided.

Abstract

Learning media is important in increasing students' motivation and learning outcomes, especially in mathematics learning, which is often considered difficult. This study aims to develop the "Bingka Kentang" media (Creative and Fun Counting and Arranging Numbers) for mathematics learning on sequencing numbers for first-grade students using the ADDIE model at SDN 5 Baamang Hulu. This development research includes five stages: (1) Analysis, analyzing the needs and characteristics of students; (2) Design, designing media concepts; (3) Development, creating and validating media; (4) Implementation, implementing media in learning; and (5) Evaluation, evaluating the effectiveness of the media. The research subjects consisted of 30 first-grade students and two teachers. Research instruments include validation sheets, response questionnaires, observation sheets, and test questions. The results showed that the "Bingka Kentang" media met the validity criteria with a percentage of 87.25% (very valid) and received positive responses from teachers (90.5%) and students (93.2%). Implementing this media proved effective in increasing students' learning motivation, which was marked by an increase in the percentage of highly motivated students from 15% to 60%. This media also effectively improves understanding of sequencing numbers with an N-gain value of 0.59 (medium category) and classical learning completeness of 86.67%. The excellence of "Bingka Kentang" media lies in its integration with game elements suitable for first-grade students' characteristics.

Abstract

The service activity aims to provide an understanding of the procedures for the burial of corpses, starting from washing and shrouding them to interceding the corpse properly and correctly by Tarjih Muhammadiyah's instructions, as well as equipping 'Aisyiyah Branch Leaders in the Lake Monitoring Village to be skilled in practicing funeral arrangements. The target participants for the service activities are Muslim village residents, especially mothers who actively organize recitations at the Al-Hijrah Mosque. Service activities will be carried out in September 2023 in Daau Pantau Village, Timpah District, Kapuas Regency, located at the Al-Hijrah Mosque. The service was conducted by inviting community leaders from Lake Pantau village and 20 people from religious studies to participate in community service activities. This activity was carried out in two stages: the presentation of material in the form of a lecture and the practice of burial of corpses. Based on the evaluation, the activity was successful in providing an understanding of the procedures for administering corpses starting from washing and shrouding the body to praying the corpse properly and correctly by Tarjih Muhammadiyah's instructions. Furthermore, evaluation of the success of this service through oral tests and the results of the practice showed that, on average, participants could answer questions and practice well.

Abstract

Semester Lecture Plan based on outcome-based education (RPS OBE) as a lecture plan that is in line with the Independent Curriculum by emphasizing student-centered learning processes so that learning occurs interactively and innovatively so that graduating students have high competence and are flexible to follow current developments in line with the expectations of the industrial revolution 4.0. This service activity aims to increase the competence of lecturers in preparing the OBE RPS. The methods used are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice. This activity had a positive impact on Fapertahut lecturers, which is marked by an increase in compiling CPMK before activities are carried out with CPMK which is produced at the end of the activity. Presentation and mentoring activities are able to correct errors in understanding in the theory session regarding RPS OBE. By practicing and presenting, the target audience will more quickly recognize mistakes made. Apart from that, presentations and discussions can become material for reflection and reference for other participants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya penerapan model Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil beberapa studi primer tentang pengaruh model PBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam sains. Systematic literature review (SLR) digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini, melalui pencarian di database Google Scholar dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 dan buku, menghasilkan 16 artikel jurnal dan 3 buku utama yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang ditentukan. Setiap artikel dicatat kemudian diklasifikasikan berdasarkan judul, tahun studi, tingkat pendidikan, dan jenis penelitian untuk dianalisis satu per satu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA, membangun kemampuan analisis, mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dari artikel-artikel tersebut menyatakan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning memberikan hasil/pengaruh yang baik serta positif dan baik bagi pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Model Probem Based Learning juga membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi, dan bekerja sama dalam tim. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Selain itu, model Problem Based Learning juga membantu guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif.
