Abstract

Wirausaha saat ini menjadi salah satu program kampus merdeka yang diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi era revolusi 4.0 dan society 5.0. Era ini tentunya membawa banyak sekali tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh mahasiswa seperti perubahan budaya, perubahan sosial, perubahan teknologi dan juga perubahan yang terjadi pada dunia kerja. Berkenaan dengan perubahan yang terjadi pada dunia kerja tentunya setelah lulus nanti diharapkan mahasiswa bisa menjadi sosok yang bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi orang lain, bukan hanya sebagai sosok pencari kerja semata. Kegiatan yang diadakan di Program Studi PG PAUD Universitas Islam Nusantara ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mental mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausaha melalui pelatihan pembuatan kue. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara teori dan praktik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa mengenai kewirausahaan, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil posttest yang menyentuh angka 90% dan juga dibuktikan melalui pengamatan pada saat kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung, mahasiswa sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan kue dari mulai pemamparan materi mengenai kewirausahaan sampai ke praktik pembuatan kue, dan 100% mahasiswa mengikuti tahapan kegiatan pelatihan dari awal hingga akhir

Abstract

Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, kendala supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta merancang solusi dalam menghadapi kendala. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan manajemen (1) Perencanaan supervisi akademik melaksanakan kegiatan in house training, menyusun silabus dan RPP, Menyusun pedoman supervisi akademik, jadwal pelajaran termasuk jadwal supervisi. (2) Pengorganisasian membuat struktur organisasi supervisi untuk menentukan tugas pokok dan fungsi setiap orang yang terlibat. (3) Pelaksanaan supervisi dilaksanakan dengan sistem yang telah disusun dalam perencanaan supervisi akademik. (4) Evaluasi hasil supervisi dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi guru dengan cara diskusi. (5) Kendala yang dihadapi pada kegiatan supervisi di waktu pandemi yaitu kesulitan pengkondisian kelas terlebih ketika sinyal tidak stabil sedangkan kendala sebelum pandemi kerap jadwal yang telah ditentukan tidak terlaksana karena guru yang berhalangan. (6) Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah merekomendasikan provider yang lebih stabil dan mensosialisasikan pada guru-guru terkait jadwal supervisi yang harus dipatuhi. Simpulan penelitian ini Kegiatan supervisi akademik efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan berdampak positif bagi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengajar sehingga dapat mencetak output yang baik.

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Tterhadap Kemampuan Guru Dalam Manajemen Kelas Di SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap sebuah data empiris secara objektif ilmiah dengan berlandaskan pada logika keilmuwan, prosedur dan didukung oleh metodologi dan teoritis yang kuat sesuai disiplin keilmuwan yang ditekuni. Semua yang terjadi di lapangan dihubungkan dengan kenyataan atau fakta berdasarkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan, bukan dibuat-buat, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kepala Sekolah sebagai Supervisor diharapkan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan melakukan supervisi terhadap proses pembelajaran guru di dalam kelas. Sebagai implikasinya perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam manajemen kelas, diantaranya: merencanakan supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru, melaksanakan supervisi akademik terhadap guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan teknik supervisi yang tepat. Hasil Penelitian diatas, dapat dikemukakan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa Supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Negeri 02 Manggahang berada diatas rata-rata, kemudian Kemampuan guru dalam manajemen kelas di SD Negeri 02 Manggahang berada diatas rata-rata, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi kepala sekolah berkontribusi terhadap kemampuan guru dalam manajemen kelas di SD Negeri 02 Manggahang berada diatas rata-rata.

Abstract

A plurality of, is fitroh divine so that mutual respect and keep security as well as guyup pillars, the rule obliges every citizen to embrace one religion that has been specified by the the ministry of religion's existence. The purpose of this research is for dig up information about the educational institutions of the boarding school in investment value-the value of the ahl as-sunnah wal jama'ah through the program religious activities. In this study use a qualitative approach with methods the study of the instrumental case. Based on the results of the research, it is known that: 1) Policies that underlying the program development of tolerance, a) the concept of at-tawasuth, b), the concept of knowing,, c, the concept tawazun, d), the concept of tasamuh, 2) the Fostering, a), Aswaja knowing, b), Aswaja feeling. c), Aswaja Action, 3) Implementation a) Introduce and familiarize students interact with people of other faiths. b) Giving example about the attitude tolerance by the kyai, c) Through learning in Boarding school, 4) Positive impact the form of the impartiality the students in interact 5) the Problems that arise a) lack of supervision b) Most of the students have the activities double, c) lodging at boarding schools already start damaged. Strategy conceptual practical tips is a step to carry out program investment value-the value of the ahl as-sunnah wal-jama'ah to students.

Abstract

This article research is based namely the low implementation of innovative learning with the concept of a child-friendly school. Considering that innovative learning is an integral part of implementing the concept of child-friendly schools which is the responsibility of school principals, teachers and education implementers.The school treats a good attitude towards students by educating children sincerely and with love like their own children; the learning method used is adapted to the needs of kindergarten children, the teaching and learning process is fun; involvement of students in learning, interesting and fun classroom arrangements, as well as a clean, beautiful, safe and orderly school environment, The concept of a child-friendly school, students are more confident in themselves, high intrinsic motivation, students are able and dare to make their own choices, students are responsible responsibility to accept the consequences that accompany their choice, students can adjust to their environment, students are not dependent on others.

Abstract

Character is the main key to developing quality resources. That way the character must be formed as early as possible.

Abstract

Strategy Management for Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Lessons is a response to the quality of learning that still needs to be improved, by developing teacher performance, is a solution to improving the quality of learning. Focus of the problem: How to Implement Strategic Management of Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Learning. Specific objectives of this study are to identify and analyze: (1) Internal and External Environments, (2) Formulation of Strategy Formulation, (3) Strategy Implementation, (4) Teacher Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Management, (5) Strategic Steps to Overcome Problems and Weaknesses. Research methods and procedures refer to the qualitative research approach. The theories that underlie this research are strategic management theory, performance coaching theory, higher order thinking learning theory and madrasah culture theory. The main findings of this study are: (1) The principal of madrasah has not analyzed and combined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into a strategic assumption conclusion that can be used as a basis for further strategic planning, (2) Strategy formulation is not based on strategic assumptions that maximize strength factors and minimizing the weakness factor by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Madrasah Aliyah's performance is still weak in the management of education and learning. Weak performance is suspected to have not been implemented properly in strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah. The general objective of the study is to determine the performance improvement of Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency through the application of strategic management and the specific objectives are to describe (1) Formulation, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and control, (4) Results obtained, (5) Constraints that arise, and (6) Solutions to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of strategic management in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah. The grand theory used is Pearce and Robinson's strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in general strategic management has improved the performance of Madrasah Aliyah, and specifically as follows: (1) The formulation of strategic management has been implemented through the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives, policies, and madrasa programs through limited meetings. The formulation has not gone through a special workshop with a comprehensive discussion, (2) The implementation of strategic management has been carried out. Educational management implements madrasah-based management (MBM) by developing two integrated programs, namely madrasa managerial programs and madrasa academic programs. The implementation of madrasa management follows government regulations and foundation policies, (3) Evaluation and control of strategic management through four activities, namely an assessment from the Ministry of Religion through Madrasah Supervisors, activities of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) as the basis for the preparation of e-mails. RKAM and External Quality Assurance System through Madrasah Accreditation, Assessment from Foundation Management, and assessment of public perception. There are no specific criteria for assessment from foundations and the community, (4) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management are an increase in the quality of education governance and the learning process. The implementation of education is getting better. Madrasah personnel can carry out their duties and functions according to what has been set. Students excel in various competition activities, both academic and non-academic, (5) Constraints that arise include limited facilities and infrastructure, not all national education standards are implemented optimally, madrasas do not have full authority, the majority of teacher status are Non-PNS so that their welfare is relatively low. is still small, and education financing still relies on Central BOS funds and BPMU from the Province, and (6) Solutions, all obstacles are gradually overcome to minimize problems in performance. In conclusion, empirically strategic management has been applied and can improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sukabumi Regency. Improvement in the implementation of education and learning. Private Aliyah Madrasas follow government regulations and policies set by the foundation.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that graduates are not in accordance with the needs of the world of work. The results of the research are (1) Graduate quality management planning consists of indicators of Vision and mission, Objectives, Program, Time line, Monev plan, Follow-up has been well planned (2) Implementation of internal quality management consists of indicators of preparation, direction, program implementation, problems encountered, problem solutions, and implementation results have been properly arranged. (3) Evaluation of internal quality management consists of indicators of evaluation objectives, evaluation tools, evaluation results, and evaluation follow-up plans that have been carried out in accordance with applicable criteria (4) Internal quality management control consists of indicators of control objectives, types of controls, and results of controls has been carried out in accordance with approved operational standards. (5) Improvement of internal quality management consisting of indicators of development planning, development organization, development implementation, and development evaluation has been improved in accordance with suggestions and recommendations on the results of control measures (6) Internal quality management issues consist of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control problems , and the upgrade is still there but it can be solved with a proper workaround. (7) Solutions to internal quality management problems consisting of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement problems can be provided with a good solution. (8) The quality of student graduates, including academic and non-academic achievement indicators, has been well achieved
