Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze learning management in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills at STIE INABA Bandung. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study design. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. After the data is obtained then it is organized, interpreted, analyzed and then concluded. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods. The results in this study are: 1) learning planning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, carried out by compiling syllabus and semester learning plans (RPS), using various approaches, strategies, methods; 2) the implementation of learning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills is carried out using various methods, strategies, models and habituation of attitudes; 3) evaluation of learning in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, carried out by means of affective assessment and cognitive assessment; 4) learning outcomes in developing students' hard Skills and soft Skills, namely an increase in student abilities; 5) the problems faced in developing the hard Skills and soft Skills of students at STIE INABA Bandung include the competence of lecturers; student readiness, the use of one-way learning models, as well as the influence of different student environments; 6) Efforts made by STIE INABA tertiary institutions to overcome obstacles in instilling students' hard Skills and soft Skills include: preparing appropriate learning plans, using appropriate learning strategies, methods and models, providing models or examples by lecturers in attitude and speech, involving lecturers in seminars, workshops or training in order to develop appropriate learning management.

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kurangnya minat baca masyarakat di Kampung Cibisoro Desa Bojongsari Kecamatan Bojongsoang Kabupaten Bandung. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi kepada tokoh masyarakat dan warga serta memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan taman bacaan masyarakat (TBM). Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini membawa dampak positif yaitu meningkatnya minat baca masyarakat dan kunjungan ke taman bacaan karena pengelolaan taman bacaan sudah semakin membaik. Dengan meningkatnya minat baca warga maka wawasan warga bisa berkembang dengan pesat sehingga membawa dampak bagi peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu dapat terwujud apabila didukung oleh pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, karena salah satu aspek terpenting mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kepemimpinan demi menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Merdeka belajar adalah kebebasan berpikir dan kebebasan inovasi. Sedangkan kampus merdeka adalah lanjutan program merdeka belajar untuk pendidikan tinggi. Transformasi pendidikan melalui kebijakan merdeka belajar merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mewujudkan SDM unggul Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan kontribusi pemimpin perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di era MBKM. Metode Penelitian ini melalui penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini Ketua Program Studi, Sekretaris Program Studi, Dosen, dan Mahasiswa di tiga perguruan tinggi swasta di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pimpinan yang ada di perguruan tinggi swasta telah mampu melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pemimpin di unitnya masing-masing. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan gambaran persentase yang dihasilkan melalui survey. Pimpinan telah memiliki perilaku kepemimpinan dengan persentase paling tinggi pada indikator human skill. Selanjutnya pemimpin telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang nilai-nilai moral. Pempimpin perguruan tinggi juga telah memiliki integritas sebagai seorang pemimpin yang ideal dan visioner bagi perguruan tinggi yang dikelolanya sehingga mendukung berbagai kegiatan dalam program MBKM di perguruan tinggi swasta.

Abstract

In the digital era, especially Society 5.0, communication is the most important thing. Unfortunately, our students are not prepared to play a real role in such a social community. This is none other than weak digital literacy. This study aims to reveal and describe: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation, to foster language politeness in improving literacy. digital for high school students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The theoretical basis used in this research is management theory and pragmatic theory. The main findings of this research are: (1) planning, through: setting goals and objectives; preparation of vision, mission, and strategy; preparation of programs and focus of activities; and implementation guidelines; (2) implementation, through: procurement and utilization of resources; technical instructions for learning Indonesian; Indonesian language learning model; application of reward and punishment in Indonesian language learning; (3) evaluation, through: learning model innovation; monitoring and supervision; and program feedback; In this study, the ADDICTIVE model was obtained as an alternative to learning management for the development of language politeness in improving digital literacy in high school students.

Abstract

The problem of rehabilitation through vocational education at the Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims (BRSKPN) Galih Pakuan Bogor is an unsolved problem in line with the complexity of environmental change, both in terms of implementation and evaluation, especially with regard to skill improvement. This study has a general purpose to describe, describe, and produce a hypothetical model of social rehabilitation through vocational education at BRSKPN and has a specific purpose to describe, describe, and analyze (a) planning (planning), (b) organizing (organizing), ( c) direction (command) (d) coordination (e) control (f) problems (g) solutions for social rehabilitation through vocational education. The Grand Theory in this study uses (1) the classical management theory from Henry Fayol (1841), (2) the Rehabilitation Theory from Caplin (1999) and (3) the vocational education theory from Proser (1950) and Dewey (1915). The research procedure used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. The results showed that (1) Social rehabilitation through vocational education at the Balai was still ineffective, (2) The coordination phase (3) The control phase at the Balai had not been effective, (4) The partnership carried out by the Balai with DUDI and the Government was still not optimal,(5 ) The demands and expectations of the community for the creation of quality vocational education in quality centers have not yet been fulfilled so that the expectations of KPN fostered children after graduation do not have the confidence and confidence to improve their vocational education, (6) The main problems faced in coordinating and controlling vocational education are: the unavailability of human resources who are specifically tasked with vocational activities, so that the learning process is not optimal, (7) solutions and anticipatory steps taken by the center in tackling HR problems or vocational instructors in collaboration with parties outside the center. The conclusion in this study shows that the social rehabilitation of vocational education in an effort to improve skills in BRSKPN is still not optimal. It is evident that only a few of the graduates have the skills. The social rehabilitation program through vocational education in the center has not been managed properly, so the learning strategies provided are not comprehensive, innovative, and creative.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a process of development in which the community initiates to initiate the process of social activities to improve the situation and conditions themselves. Community empowerment can only occur when the citizens participate. Development and empowerment of society today, has strengthened awareness in the midst of society even can be said as alternative development that enable able to cultivate society passion to lift degree especially in economic independence. Economic empowerment of women through embroidering skills in PKBM Kenanga Margahurip Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency has become a tangible manifestation in improving the family economy, so that independence can be felt by most of the trainees. Community empowerment, implemented in PKBM KENANGA, run effectively and efficiently so as to produce a positive outcome, that is able to make women especially in improving the family economy.

Abstract

 The increasing number of street children in Subang Regency became a social problem that it raised questions about the government’s role in handling street children. The purpose of this research was to examine the policy and implementation of the Subang Regency Social Services program in fostering street children through vocational training, as well as to examine the problems of implementing vocational training, and what attempts were made toovercome these problems. The theory of constructivism supported this research because it was expected that street children would be able independently to form the knowledge that has been previously acquired and then combined it with the new knowledge gained in vocational training. This research procedure used a qualitative descriptive methodin the form of case study research. The results of the research on program policies and the implementation of vocational training for street children were not carried out directly at the Social Services, due to several problems, including limited budgets, Regional Regulations have not been published yet and inadequate infrastructure, so that it needed an attempt to overcome the problems that was collaboration with Ministry of Social Affairs that wasPPSBR institution (Panti Pemberdayaan Sosial Bina Remaja) which is located in several cities/districts. In conclusion, the policy of the Subang Regency Social Services program is not capable to realize coaching optimally through vocational training for street children.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang sangat pesat telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pendidikan dewasa ini harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang ada termasuk diantaranya perubahan kebiasaan karena keadaan dunia yang sedang mengalami pandemi covid 19. Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Anwar Makarim untuk merespon perubahan tersebut. Salah satu program yang terdapat di program MBKM adalah proyek di desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis berdasarkan kajian literatur atau riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa proyek di desa menjadi salah satu sarana penguatan karakter mahasiswa. Sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan, mahasiswa ditantang untuk keluar dari zona nyamannya dan berlatih menghadirkan solusi dari problem yang ditemuinya di desa. Diharapkan dengan adanya program MBKM ini juga dapat membantu mewujudkan desa-desa mandiri di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dipicu oleh kebutuhan akan bahan ajar mata kuliah Matematika dalam Khazanah Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development atau penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk, serta menguji produk yang telah dikembangkan. Produk yang dihasilkan merupakan bahan ajar kajian pembelajaran matematika bernuansa islami, yang diharapkan dapat diajarkan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan yang diterapkan meliputi tujuh langkah, yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, uji coba terbatas, uji lapangan, dan produksi secara terbatas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Uninus yang telah atau sedang mengikuti perkuliahan Logika dan Himpunan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi: lembar validasi, angket, lembar observasi kegiatan dosen, kuis, dan lembar observasi aktivitas mahasiswa. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah, bahan ajar yang telah dirancang: valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract
