Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas konseling karier berbasis CASVE dalam meningkatan kemampuan membuat keputusan karier siswa SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang meliputi lima tahapan: perumusan pertanyaan penelitian, pencarian literatur, penetapan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, seleksi data, serta analisis dan sintesis. Tiga fokus utama pertanyaan penelitian adalah efektivitas CASVE dalam eksplorasi karier, indikator keberhasilan eksplorasi, dan pelaksanaan konseling CASVE di pendidikan menengah. Pencarian literatur melalui basis data seperti Scopus dan ERIC menghasilkan 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama, termasuk indikator keberhasilan, metode konseling CASVE, dan efektivitas intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling karier berbasis CASVE terbukti efektif dalam meningkatan kemampuan membuat keputusan karier siswa SMA. Efektivitas ini tercermin dalam peningkatan pemahaman diri, pengambilan keputusan karier, kejelasan perencanaan karier, serta pengurangan kebingungan karier siswa. Lima indikator keberhasilan eksplorasi karier yang ditemukan adalah kesadaran diri terhadap karier, perilaku aktif mencari informasi karier, efikasi dalam pengambilan keputusan karier, kejelasan dan perencanaan karier, serta pengurangan kebingungan karier. Implementasi CASVE juga menunjukkan fleksibilitas yang tinggi, dapat diterapkan dalam konseling individu, kelompok, maupun berbasis kelas, dan mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam proses bimbingan karier.

Abstract

Hardiness merupakan sifat ketahanan yang mencakup 3 karakteristik kepribadian seperti: komitmen (commitmen), kendali (control), tantangan (challenge) dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk mengatasi kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan tahapan CBT dalam meningkatkan hardiness pada korban bullying, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi delapan tahapan sistematis CBT. Penelitian ini menyajikan systematic literature review (SLR) tentang hardiness pada korban bullying yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini telah mengumpulkan informasi dan hasil studi peneliti untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang penelitian hardiness pada korban bullying dan bentuk intervensinya menggunakan cognitive behavior therapy di sekolah. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and MetaAnalysis (PRISMA) yang menghasilkan artikel penelitian untuk ditinjau secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa studi terkait CBT merupakan intervensi yang terbukti efektif dan telah banyak digunakan dalam menangani bullying dan sifat tahan banting remaja. Remaja korban bullying diharapkan memiliki keterampilan untuk mengelola sifat tahan banting yang rendah sehingga korban perundungan tidak menampilkan perilaku menghindar saat cemas, melainkan perilaku yang lebih positif. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tahapan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, dalam mereduksi perilaku agresif pada remaja yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Pentingnya merumuskan susunan sesi melalui teknik narrative synthesis untuk memastikan susunannya memenuhi aspek yang akan diintervensi. Metode yang digunakan yakni systematic literature review untuk menganalisis bukti empiris dari ragam database elektronik yang tersedia. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan delapan tahapan sistematis yang dapat digunakan yakni: (1) Membangun aliansi terapeutik dan asesmen, (2) psikoedukasi dan identifikasi pikiran maladaptif, (3) restrukturisasi kognitif, (4) regulasi emosi dan manajemen perilaku, (5) modifikasi keyakinan, (6) pemecahan masalah, (7) pencegahan kekambuhan, serta (8) Evaluasi dan terminasi. Pendekatan komprehensif dan fleksibilitas format CBT menjadi keunggulan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik remaja korban KDRT. Penelitian ini menyoroti signifikansi intervensi yang tepat dan terstruktur disetiap sesianya melalui teknik yang ada dalam CBT dapat membantu remaja agresif dikarenakan pengalaman KDRT dalam mengembangkan pola pikir, emosi, dan perilaku adaptif. Kata kunci: cognitive behavioral therapy, perilaku agresif, remaja, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, intervensi psikologis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA guna meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan proses siswa kelas VI SD. Model pembelajaran dikembangkan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada peserta didik melalui kegiatan merancang dan melakukan percobaan sederhana tentang rangkaian listrik seri dan paralel, pembuatan maket rumah dengan penerapan konsep listrik, serta perhitungan dan penerapan prinsip hemat energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi keterampilan proses. Prosedur pelaksanaan dilaksanakan dalam tiga pertemuan dengan tahapan menyajikan permasalahan dan pertanyaan pemantik, membuat hipotesis, merancang dan melakukan percobaan, menganalisis data, serta menyimpulkan hasil eksperimen. Pelaksanaan berjalan sesuai rencana dengan penyesuaian pada waktu eksplorasi konsep serta penggunaan aplikasi PhET Simulation untuk mengatasi keterbatasan alat praktik. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar meningkat dari 68,3 menjadi 84,5 dan keterampilan proses meningkat dari 72,85 menjadi 88,35. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa metode eksperimen efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan proses sains secara aplikatif.

Abstract

Self help book is believed as an alternative method to help someone in order to help himself dealing with the psychological problems that they had experienced. One of the psychological problems which very vulnerable to be experienced by someone that working is emersion of burnout symptoms. The researcher has interviewed Counseling Guidances (BK) teacher to find the factor that caused emersion of burnout symptoms of work, from the interview some informations has gathered about the causes of Counseling Guidance's teacher experienced burnout symptoms, among others because the number of Counseling Guidance teachers in the school with an unbalanced number of students and unclear duties and roles assigned to Counseling Guidance teachers. Other that, there were many Counseling Guidance teachers did not have an appropriate knowledge with the qualification that have been determined. Every individual has a different level of burnout symptoms and the impact that they experienced was also different. The level of burnout symptoms could be reduced or even eliminated by determining the appropriate method, one of them by counseling approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) using guided imagery technique.

Abstract

In implementing guidance and counseling services at schools, adolescent problems have been a classic problem for a long time. During adolescence, known as the storm and stress period, emotions tend to be explosive and uncontrollable. They tend to blow up their feelings towards their parents or siblings. For some families, the situation brings them into family conflict. Families who only deal with the problem behavior will make the symptoms more persistent, known as the symptomatic family cycle. Micucci argues that the root of the problem is not in the problematic behavior of adolescents but in the patterns of interaction within the family. This article uses a literature review focusing on debriefs on the Micucci book. We found that the most crucial role of the counselor is to help families change symptom-related patterns of interaction. The main principle: The therapist or counselor replaces automatic and reactive responses among family members with more thoughtful and planned responses. Family therapy has five stages: beginning, identification, reframing, core treatment, and addition. Based on Micucci’s guidelines, the family therapy process requires all the competencies: pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. Personal competence and professional competence become the basis of the therapy process, while pedagogic competence and social competence complement and support the success of the family therapy process. Family therapy can be an alternative for the counselor to help adolescents with symptomatic problems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of employing the photovoice method within the framework of Participatory Action Research (PAR) to enhance senior high school students’ awareness of the dangers of sexual violence in educational settings. Through a participatory approach involving photography, narrative construction, and group discussion, students were encouraged to identify various forms of sexual violence, understand the underlying contributing factors, and formulate prevention strategies relevant to their school context. The findings indicate that photovoice is not only effective as an educational medium but also strengthens students’ active engagement, fosters spaces for critical reflection, and promotes the development of an open and inclusive dialogical culture within schools. The implications of this study highlight the importance of synergy among educational practices, school policies, and psychosocial support services in creating a safe learning environment. Although this research is limited to a specific school context with a relatively small number of participants, the results provide valuable contributions to the development of school counseling programs, educational policy, and future studies with broader scope.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study is the low levels of student activeness, creativity, initiative, self-confidence, and critical thinking skills in learning pantun through conventional methods. To overcome this, the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model was implemented as a student-centered and context-based learning approach. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of PjBL with pantun learning through a final product in the form of a local wisdom-themed sociodrama, along with the use of Canva for digital presentation—an approach rarely applied at the elementary school level. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation of formative and summative assessments. PjBL was carried out in three stages: identifying pantun elements, composing pantun in the form of a sociodrama, and presenting the results digitally. The findings indicate improvements in student engagement, creative thinking, initiative, and self-confidence. Critical thinking skills also developed through group collaboration and decision-making processes. Quantitatively, students’ average formative test score reached 82.48, and the summative score reached 92.85, showing a significant increase in understanding and skills. In conclusion, PjBL supported by digital media is effective in improving the quality of pantun learning and is relevant for fostering students’ holistic and contextual competencies

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa efektif pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam membantu siswa memahami materi penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel di pelajaran Matematika. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi-experiment, yang melibatkan dua kelompok siswa. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 64 peserta didik kelas 3 sekolah dasar negeri Tangerang 6. Satu kelompok belajar menggunakan model PBL, sedangkan kelompok lainnya mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan cara biasa yang umum digunakan. Data dikumpulkan lewat tes setelah pembelajaran (posttest), lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik. Dari hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa data memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut karena sebarannya normal dan variansnya seragam. Analisis selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang cukup mencolok antara dua kelompok tersebut. Kelompok yang belajar dengan PBL mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 75,47, sementara kelompok yang diajar secara konvensional memperoleh nilai 66,09. Nilai signifikansinya juga sangat kuat, yaitu 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL bisa menjadi cara yang lebih efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami pelajaran, khususnya Matematika, secara lebih aktif dan sesuai dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Maka dari itu, pendekatan ini bisa menjadi pilihan alternatif dalam metode pengajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Academic achievement is an essential indicator in education, yet it is often hindered by academic procrastination, defined as the tendency of students to delay completing tasks. Academic stress can influence procrastination, which refers to psychological pressure arising from learning demands, and self-regulation, the ability to manage emotions, behavior, and learning strategies. This study examines the relationship between academic stress and self-regulation with academic procrastination among junior high school students in Jakarta. The population consisted of 706 students from State Junior High School A (428 students) and State Junior High School B (278 students). Using Slovin’s formula with a 5% significance level, a sample of 371 students was obtained. Three measurement scales were employed to assess each variable. The results revealed a significant negative relationship between academic stress and self-regulation with procrastination. Pearson correlation coefficients were -0.632 (academic stress) and -0.430 (self-regulation), with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). These findings highlight the importance of collaboration among students, counselors, and parents in time management and emotion regulation to foster a supportive learning environment and reduce procrastination.
