Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of performance appraisal of public services in the Village Cemorokandang as a form of affirmation of bureaucratic reform. This research method using qualitative descriptive through surveys, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The result showed that the implementation of performance appraisal of public services in the Village Cemorokandang was successful. The performance assessment it done using the Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP). SKP has significant impacts on the assessment using such as motivation in the competitive performance, namely as a form of motivation in the competition's performance, an objective in its research and targeted who is rated, control the behavior of employees and enhancements to the character of the civil state apparatus.

Abstract

Keberadaan hukum ditentukan oleh perilaku, sifat, dan sikap yang berada dalam jiwa manusia sebagai kondrat berkehidupan dan bermasyarakat. Pengaturan kaidah hukum tentang tatanan manusia tidak hanya berpedoman kepada aturan baku yang diatur dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan saja, melainkan juga berpedoman kepada segala norma dan nilai moral yang melekat kepada setiap warga negara di dalam sebuah negara. Hukum dalam konteks negara Indonesia yang menganut sistem demokrasi menjunjung nilai-nilai keadilan yang ada didalamnya yang secara prinsip berkeadilan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Sebagai hukum positif dalam suatu negara hukum, penegakan hukum dituntut agar dilakukan secara profesional, proporsional, baik, adil, serta bijak sehingga sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah kemanfaatan, kebaikan dan kesetaraan dalam hukum itu sendiri. Negara yang demokratis mengedapankan konsep keadilan hukum dalam menciptakan negara hukum yang memberikan rasa adil kepada setiap warga negaranya dengan peraturan-peraturan yang teratur dalam penegakannya, sehingga menghasilkan hukum yang baik dan berkualitas demi mencapai tujuan keadialan serta kesejahteraan bagi rakyat Indonesia seutuhnya sebagai pemegang kekuasaan dan kedaulatan Negara.Justice as the Principles of Law: Theoretical Review of Democracy Concept AbstractThe existence of the law is determined by the behavior, character, and attitude that resides in the human psyche as an existance and society nature. The regulation of the rules of law of the human order is not just hold on to standard rules stipulated in the legislation, but in relation to the norms and moral values inherent to every citizen in a country. Law in the Indonesia's context embraces democratic system upholding the values of justice that is there in, in principle, justice for all Indonesian people. As the law of the State in State law requires law enforcement professional, proportionate, fair and good and wise in the rules of expediency, kindness, and equality in the law itself. Abstract

The rapid development of the rock mining sector does not deny the impact of mining either positive or negative due to mining activities from digging activities, production processes to distribution. Likewise with one area in Pasuruan District Jeladri Winongan District which has the potential of natural resources in the form of andesite rocks. As one of the companies that must be in the ownership of environmental documents, the implementation of mining must certainly pay attention to the rules of the environment specified. In this case local governments also play a role in the implementation of environmental management company. Based on Government Regulation No. 27 of 2012 on Environmental Permit Article 64 explains that every environmental agency at the central, provincial and district levels is obliged to conduct guidance. From the results of the research shows that the supervision effort by the Environmental Agency of Pasuruan Regency is conducted to oversee the results of the environmental management report based on the environmental management reporting data of the mining company. The conservation program is one of the efforts to control the handling of environmental impacts, including the impact of mining. Coaching efforts are targeted for companies that are required to own environmental documents but not yet own. Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Government Efforts, Environmental Impacts.

Abstract

Jumlah pengguna Facebook di Indonesia berada pada urutan ke tujuh terbesar di dunia dan mencapai 23,8 persen dari total populasi penduduk Indonesia. Pemanfaatan Facebook bagi para mahasiswa relatif tinggi sementara hasil belajar rendah. Banyak mahasiswa belum mampu memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber belajar yang dapat menunjang capaian tingkat hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi penggunaan Facebok pada mahasiswa; tingkat hasil belajar mahasiswa; dan korelasi antara tingkat motivasi penggunaan Facebook terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat motivasi penggunaan situs jejaring sosial Facebook sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel tingkat hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat. Instrumen variabel tingkat motivasi penggunaan situs jejaring sosial Facebook dikembangkan dalam lima indikator yaitu: kebutuhan kognitif, kebutuhan afektif, kebutuhan pribadi secara integratif, kebutuhan sosial secara integratif dan kebutuhan pelepasan. Instrumen tingkat hasil belajar dikembangkan dari Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) selama menjadi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Facebook ternyata tidak mempunyai korelasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini dikarenakan media Facebook belum digunakan secara optimal dalam proses belajar mengajar dan pengguna atau mahasiswa lebih memfokuskan pada motivasi jaringan sosial.

Abstract

Abstract.  Religion as an ideology in society is believed to allow it to become a paradigm as a solution to conflicts. Islam is a rahmat  li al-ālamīn religion in the life of mankind with conflicts settlement construction in the community as connectivity with customary law (ethics, moral values, character, and culture) and state laws that in fact emerged from the discourse of Islamic law. Religion becomes a balancing of social conflicts that arise from a variety of indicators, because Islam is a legal consensus that includes a variety of conditions and situations of society. Abstract

The thought modern society towards  banking system has undergone various changes so that their textual perspective to the banking law becomes negative. The Syariah banking has undergone a variety of dynamics.  Challenge to the competition to improve the quality of service continues to conduct by giving various  ease, usefulness, usability, kindness, and to make a law that does not violate any of the laws of Islam, became a necessity. Modern society should no longer view the symbol highlighted by the banks, but rather the aspect of their service, the benefits gained , the security  of  service value, and the ease obtained. In order to be accepted by the whole modern society. the Islamic banking should no longer consider the background of  its customer-to be, and  must develop the service required by customers, instead.Kata Kunci: transformasi, perbankan Islam, Ekonomi Islami

Abstract

BUMDes adalah salah satu Lembaga yang didalamnya terdapat interaksi ekonomi antara masyarakat desa dan pemerintah desa, sehingga dalam hal ini hubungan baik antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa akan tercipta. Dan dengan adanya BUMDes ini diharapkan bisa mendorong minat masyarakat agar bisa lebih kreatif dalam mengolah sesuatu yang bisa menghasilkan uang sehingga angka kemiskinan secara perlahan akan menurun dan mensejahterakan masyarakat yang tidak mampu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mekar Lestari dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Tanjangawan Kecamatan Ujungpangkah Kabupaten Gresik dan untuk mengetahui apa sajakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pengimplementasian program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mekar Lestari dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Tanjangawan Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi program BUMDes Mekar Lestari Desa Tanjangawan belum optimal dikarenakan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dengan BUMDes sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a holistic understanding of: First, what are the impacts of the RA teachers’ character values implementation in RA Muslimat NU 1 Dinoyo, Malang City. Second, how to build RA teachers’ character in RA Muslimat NU 1 Dinoyo, Malang City in Contemporary Islamic education. Based on the desired objective, this is a case study using qualitative approach, that points out the importance of building RA (rauḍah al aṭfal) teachers’ character. Based on the dimension that seeks to understand the micro-subjective dimension that has dialectic relationship with the macro-subjective dimension , the paradigm used is Phenomenology. Ontologically, the paradigm understands that reality is complex and holistic. There are 16 pillars of Educators/Kindergarten Teachers’ Character Builder, namely: affection, appreciation, space Provision for Self Development, trust, cooperation, mutual sharing, mutual motivation, mutual listening, positive mutual interaction, mutual moral value embedment, mutual sincere reminder, mutual enthusiasm giving, mutual self potential seeking, mutual teaching with humility, mutual inspiration, mutual respect for diversity.

Abstract

Responsiveness is a form of sensitivity and ability of the government in providing services, including in the provision of services to public complaints made by the Malang City Transportation Service. This article aims to determine the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service to the high level of public complaints and the inhibiting factors. To find out this type of research is descriptive - qualitative, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. This article shows that the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service is quite responsive, this is evidenced by the decrease in the level of public complaints every month, especially in 2020. In addition, the responsiveness of the Malang City Transportation Service can also be seen from the service quality indicators, namely: (1) Tangible or physical evidence, (2) Reliability or reliability, (3) Responsiveness or responsiveness, (4) Assurance or assurance, and (5) Empathy or empathy. However, in the implementation of these services, there are obstacles, namely the number of people who do not understand the procedure for reporting complaints, the existence of complaints that are not in accordance with the facts on the ground, the existence of people who often demand speedy handling from agencies, and frequent miss communication to the public which has an impact on delays handling time.

Abstract

Not only in terms of health, the COVID-19 outbreak also has an impact on other sectors, namely social and economic conditions. Currently there are still many people who are experiencing an economic crisis, the problem of poverty is still the center of government efforts to improve the social welfare of the population. Through social assistance programs as a government effort to overcome poverty and unemployment which is increasing. However, there are problems that arise in the implementation of the social assistance program to be precise in Kersik Putih Village, the implementation of Social Assistance is still a dilemma. Many residents still question the recruitment of social assistance recipients, the transparency of the distribution and the Bansos report, and the lack of clarity about the criteria for Bansos recipients and so on. The purpose of this study was to describe an evaluation of the social assistance program implemented in Kersik Putih Village, using the CIPP evaluation indicator with the name formative evaluation proposed by Endang Multiyaningsih.
