Abstract

The thought modern society towards  banking system has undergone various changes so that their textual perspective to the banking law becomes negative. The Syariah banking has undergone a variety of dynamics.  Challenge to the competition to improve the quality of service continues to conduct by giving various  ease, usefulness, usability, kindness, and to make a law that does not violate any of the laws of Islam, became a necessity. Modern society should no longer view the symbol highlighted by the banks, but rather the aspect of their service, the benefits gained , the security  of  service value, and the ease obtained. In order to be accepted by the whole modern society. the Islamic banking should no longer consider the background of  its customer-to be, and  must develop the service required by customers, instead.Kata Kunci: transformasi, perbankan Islam, Ekonomi Islami

Abstract

ABSTRAKBagian Pemerintah Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batu merupakan instansi yang bersifat birokrat yang berada dibawah tanggung jawab Sekretariat Daerah yang terletak di Balaikota “Among Tani” Block Office Gedung A Lantai 3 Jl. Panglima Sudirman No. 507 Batu 65313. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Manajemen Kinerja (penetapan target kinerja, pelaksanaan kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan evaluasi kinerja) terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Bagian Pemerintah Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batu. Metode penelitian yang ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yakni penyebaran kuisioner dan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial penetapan target kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Pelaksanaan kinerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Penilaian kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Selanjutnya, evaluasi kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan penerapan manajemen kinerja (penetapan target kinerja, pelaksanaan kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan evaluasi kinerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Abstract

Today the tourists began to idolize attractions that not only serves its natural beauty alone but rather to intetaksi society, therefore, began to develop the type of special interest is a tourist village. Just as Ecological Tourism Village (KWE) Puspa Cement Universe in the village of Blitar District of Gandusati offers nature tourism and ecotourism education or commonly referred to tourists. With the development of this tourism community will be empowered through tourism activities. This study aims to apply the model of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the development of tourism in the KWE Puspa Universe and the role of government and society in the development of KWE Puspa universe and to know what are the factors supporting and owned KWE Puspa Universe. This research method using descriptive research with a qualitative approach to collect data in the form of primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that KWE Puspa Universe in the development of ecotourism has been applying the principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT), which can be seen from the activities that were held by KWE Puspa Universe, the role of government and active role in community development makes KWE KWE Puspa Puspa Universe Universe and growing. Then the factors driving and inhibiting owned KWE Puspa Universe in formulating the best strategies in the development of tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model kebijakan pembelajaran pada pendidikan tinggi vokasi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Tantangan atas kebijakan pembelajaran ke depan harus mampu mengadaptasi kebiasaan baru dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan tinggi vokasi yang khas dengan teknologi terapan yang berbasis skill dan kompetensi dengan memprioritaskan kesehatan dan keselamatan, khususnya bagi sivitas akademika. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode analisis konten kebijakan (content  policy analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebijakan existing pembelajaran pada Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Brawijaya pada masa pandemi dan transisi (penyiapan) pasca pandemi dapat dikategorikan dengan pendekatan model kebijakan inkremental. Model kebijakan pembelajaran di Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Brawijaya dalam bentuk pembelajaran teori, praktik dan magang didapati bahwa dinamika produk kebijakan baik tataran makro, messo dan mikro yang dibuat secara incremental. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil yang acapkali memadai dalam konteks keterbatasan sumberdaya namun akan terjadi perubahan yang cepat pula manakala didadapati situasi dan kondisi yang menutut perubahan. Sebagai konsekuensi bahwa pembelajaran dihadapkan pada kualitas yang yang kurang optimal. Dalam perspektif inkremental, perubahan dalam rangka adaptasi masa pandemi menghadapi ketidaksiapan dalam peralihan pembelajaran digital dan jarak jauh. Penelitian ini  merekomendasikan adanya model kebijakan pembelajaran pendidikan tinggi vokasi berdimensi holistik dan demokratis, yang salah satunya dengan menggunakan pendekatan model kebijakan deliberatif (kolaboratif).

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the influences of learning policies within the period of vocational higher education after the Covid-19 pandemic. The field research design applied the quantitative approach. The research population, 5.915 respondents, came from elements of the academic community at the Vocational Education Program, Brawijaya University, Malang, and the Vocational Faculty, Airlangga University, Surabaya. Then, the sampling technique determined 98 samples based on the Stratified Random Sampling approach. Data collection techniques were supported by questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. In order to facilitate the analysis, we used parametric inference statistical analysis techniques to test the validity and reliability. The results of the validity test through correlation (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) and the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha method (Cronbach's Alpha) showed that all question items had been proven to be valid based on the sig value 0.05. From 18 items, the Cronbach alpha value was 0.785. As it was more than 0.6, the questionnaire was valid. Also, the reliability test of 16 items obtained from Cronbach's alpha value was 0.838. It was more than 0.6, meaning that the questionnaire was valid. The correlation value between items 1-18 had a fairly high correlation, and the view of the question value sig. 2 tailed overall was 0.05, meaning that each question item was valid. The findings from this study indicated that the existence of learning policies has a significant influence on the vocational learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study recommends that in the post-Covid-19 pandemic, educational policies in higher education units of vocational type are more adaptive to digital-based learning by strengthening health principles and protocols.

Abstract

Constitutional Court Decision No. 14/PUU-XI/2013 mandated national elections simultaneously between elections executive (President and Vice-President) and legislative (House of Representatives, Provincial and District/City). After the 1945 amendment to experience a variety of complications in the Indonesian political system nationally. Democratization deliver the Indonesian people switching system of government, ie from a presidential system to the parliamentary system. Elections as a democratic process to the leadership of the government elected by the people as a sovereign State. The system of government by consensus of the people, by the people and for the people has implications for improving the effectiveness and stability of the country. The Problem is the electoral system with the current political party system is less effective in the election which is actually held separately between the presidential election, and the election pileg. Giving rise to various problems of the complexity of government (central and local governments). In the hierarchy, the presidential system is less relevant to the separate electoral system between national elections (pileg and presidential) election and the multi-party system. Political reality with the current system adopted, lead to conflicts among constituents, a very high political costs for the government and the candidates (candidates), strengthening of money politics is difficult to avoid the impact of a majority vote, a negative effect on the psychology of candidates when lost or won in battle politics, coalitions are not “healthy” in the implementation of the government, due to various political ideologies and individual interests, as well as the problems of the strategic policies of government. The correlation between electoral systems simultaneously with  a multi-party system is a simplified alternative solution in presidential systems strengthening to improve the welfare of the whole people of Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of small and micro enterprises have a very important role in the development of the regional economy. it can be seen from the amount of employment opportunities provided by UMKM for the community. UMKM existence cannot be under timed, because UMKM have a proven able to with stand the economic crisis that occurred in Indonesia. However,  in the development of UMKM cannot be separated from in habiting fact that hit existence of UMKM. Several classic problems that occur in UMKM is lack of capital in the developing the business, unhealthy market competition that still happening until now is the market competition with product made in china. Lack of information about the market network and still lack of innovation in creating new product-products. UMKM therefore very much require the role of government in the developing small andmiddlebusiness.

Abstract

The implementation of GCG is important for companies to carry out careful phasing based on an analysis of the situation and condition of the company, and the level of readiness, so that GCG implementation can run smoothly and get support from all elements within the company. As a step to improve performance, efficiency and professionalism, then emerged a principle that is believed to encourage an increase in the performance of the company, this principle is the principle of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). GCG is defined as a system that regulates and controls a company to create value added for all stakeholders, including in its application to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The obstacles that often prevent SOEs from functioning economically are the government itself and the poor quality of human resources and a corporate culture that tends to be KKN. To avoid greater losses, it is necessary to change the management of SOEs. In terms of legal material, legal structure and legal culture as well as problems arising from its implementation by presenting a new SOEs law using the principles of GCG. This study employs normative legal research using qualitative juridical analysis methods. The role of State-Owned Enterprises in the national economy in realizing people's welfare is not optimal. SOEs plays a role in producing the goods and or services needed in order to realize the greatest prosperity of the community.

Abstract

AbstrakPertumbuhan ekonomi bangsa terus mengalami berbagai perkembangan. Berbagai tantangan masih terus dihadapi ekonomi bangsa. Pada Asean Free Trade Area (AFTA) 2015 segera tiba, tantangan itu justru datang dari berbagai faktor,  baik faktor internal  (dalam negeri)  maupun  eksternal (luar negeri). Restrukturisasi sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pembangunan terhadap berbagai infrastruktur dan sarana prasarana perekonomian. Penetapan alokasi terhadap APBN maupun APBD menjadi kunci penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi bangsa.  Problem  utamanya  adalah adanya korelasi yang tidak seimbang dalam pengelolaan fiskal. Begitu juga, pengeluaran dan pemasukan tidak berbanding lurus dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis  implementasi realokasi fiskal sebagai preferensi bagi pemerintah dalam melakukan reformulasi kebijakan dan realokasi fiskal untuk pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan; (2) untukmengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh peningkatan human capital terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; dan (3) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan pembangunan infrastruktur dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dibutuhkan  sebah sinergi yang komprehensif  antara human capital  dan  pembangunan infrastruktur yang memadai, tentunya hal ini harus didukung oleh adanya sebuah restrukturisasi fiskal dalam pengambilan kebijakan serta realokasi yang substantif dan akomodatif. sehingga pada penerapan AFTA 2015, Indonesia  siap menjadi trend setting  di dalam  peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat, peningkatan sumber daya manusia dan pembangunan yang integratif.AbstractThe growth of the nation's economy continues to experience a variety of developments. Various economic challenges still facing the nation. Restructuring as the evaluation and development of various infrastructure and economic infrastructure. Determination of the state budget and the budget allocation to be of key importance in the economic growth of the nation. The main problem is that correlation is not balanced in fiskal management. Likewise, expenses and income is not directly proportional to the economic growth and social welfare. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of fiskal reallocation as a preference for the government in the way of reformulating policy and fiskal reallocation for sustainable economic development; (2) to determine and analyze the effect of an increase in human capital to economic growth; and (3) describe and analyze the relationship between infrastructure development and economic growth of the welfare of society. Therefore, to improve the welfare of the people of obstruction takes a comprehensive synergy between human capital and the development of adequate infrastructure, of course, this must be supported by the existence of a fiskal restructuring and reallocation policy making substantive and accommodating. So that the implementation of AFTA in 2015, Indonesia is ready to be a trend setting in the economic growth, community welfare, human resource development and integrative development.

Abstract

Interfaith marriages in people's lives have been practised in many areas in Indonesia, even if it's not legally registered. The rule of law in Indonesia does not accommodate interfaith marriages. When interfaith marriage happens, the registration system should follow marriage registration either at the KUA (office of religious affairs) for Muslims or in the Civil Registry office for other religions. This study aims to analyse the practice of interreligious marriage in Manado and how they maintain a good marital relationship between the spouse of different religions. This research employs a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews with 30 informants who practice interfaith marriages in Manado. The results of this research found that many people in Manado consider interfaith marriage as permissible. They argue that religion is a relationship between humans and God, while marriage is related to human beings. The family of different religions based their relationship on the principle of "Torang Samua Basudara" (we are bound through kinship). Based on this principle, the family avoids using religious symbols in their communication that can cause tension and disrupt harmony among family members. The principle of torang samua basudara is the basis for establishing good communication in the family.
