Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran, proses dan dampak  pendidik dalam pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan melaui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paskibra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 8 orang terdiri dari satu orang pendidik, dan tujuh orang peserta didik, dengan menggunakan instrument : observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paskibra memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan, serta di dalam setiap pelaksanaan program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paskibra dapat menumbuhkan aspek sikap nasionalisme yakni, cinta tanah air, rela berkorban, persatuan dan kesatuan, serta jiwa pembaharu atau pantang menyerah. Sehingga siswa-siswi Kesetaraan paket C SKB Kota Cimahi dapat mengemban rasa bangga akan cinta tanah air dan nasionalisme yang bertumpu pada 4 pilar bangsa (UUD 1945, Pancasila, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, dan NKRI), serta 3 pilar lainnya seperti, Bendera, Bahasa, dan Lagu Kebangsaan. Khususnya pemahaman mengenai nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam pancasila sebagai pedoman hidup bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

Peran fasilitator dalam pembelajaran memiliki fungsi yang penting, terutama dalam mendorong dan memotivasi warga belajar/peserta pelatihan untuk memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran. Deskriptif kualitatif ialah jenis metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan enam orang responden: satu administrator, satu fasilitator, dan empat peserta pelatihan/warga belajar. Wawancara dan observasi berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama studi, dan teknik analisis data digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran fasilitator sebagai pengawas pelatihan akan mengarahkan setiap kegiatan, khususnya penguasaan pola perubahan perilaku, baik pengetahuan maupun keterampilan, dan sikap, yang sangat menentukan metode (metodologi) dan hasil suatu pelatihan. pelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa peran fasilitator dalam kelas menjahit dan mendandani memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk melayani masyarakat dengan berbagi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Hal ini merupakan komponen yang memainkan peran strategis penting dalam membantu inisiatif untuk memerangi kemiskinan dan pengangguran.

Abstract

This study investigates the efforts made by Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) institutions in kecamatan Sukasari, Bandung, to enhance the digital literacy of early childhood educators. Employing a qualitative approach and case study method, the research involved observations, documents study and in-depth interviews with representatives from four ECCE institutions. Data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis, a systematic method for identifying, analyzing, and reporting patterns within the data. The results indicate positive outcomes, including enhanced teaching methods, increased creativity and resourcefulness, improved student engagement and comprehension, and educators' adaptability to technological changes. This study contributes new knowledge to the field by highlighting comprehensive and dynamic strategies employed by ECCE institutions to enhance teachers' digital literacy. The findings underscore the necessity of a holistic, supportive, and adaptive approach to digital literacy in early childhood education, aligning with current research trends in the field.

Abstract

The Objectives of Community Service These are (1) To know and describe the culture of the people of Padaasih Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Area in their daily life as a result of their belief in their religion, (2) To find out and describe the culture of the Padaasih Village community in their daily life as an implementation of the local cultural wisdom they hold, (3) This is to determine and describe the impact of the practice of religious beliefs and local cultural wisdom on strengthening the structure of community life in Padaasih Village. The scientific references used in this community service are the concept of counseling, the concept of values, religious values, cultural wisdom, and the meaning of community life. The community service location was carried out in the northern West Bandung area, precisely in Padaasih Village, Cisarua District. The steps taken in this service are (1) Identifying the Problem; through observations and interviews, (2) Literature Study, (3) Compiling Service Design, (4) Treatment of the Community, (5) Conducting Analysis and (6) Writing Service Results Reports. The results of community service show that counseling runs quite effectively and gets a positive response from all components of society. The people of Padaasih Village feel enlightened and have succeeded in adding religious knowledge and increasing awareness of the importance of religious values and local cultural wisdom to be maintained and even applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this research is to determine the process of empowering farmers through training in ornamental plant seed management in order to increase farmers' empowerment and ability, strength, and opportunity to develop and improve their quality of life. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach was used in this study. The participants include managers from the Community Learning Center (CLC) Suka Baru, tutors from the CLC Suka Baru, and learning citizens. The study employed field data analysis, which included data reduction, visualization, verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicated that: 1) Training planning is conducted in accordance with management procedures, beginning with the development of training instructions, validation, and implementation of training and evaluation programs. Tutors create Learning Implementation Plans (LIP) and schedule instructional materials. 2) The training conducted at CLC Suka Baru concluded successfully. This is demonstrated by the role of tutors, who communicate with and assist learners during training. Tutors deliver training in accordance with the planning that has been delivered and using simple-to-understand learning methods. Health protocols are used to conduct training via online and in-person meetings. 3) The training results indicate that learners improve their ability, knowledge, and understanding of ornamental plants to the point where they can learn how to sell online. This benefits agricultural businesses that manage plant seeds. Keywords: Farmers empowerment, Training, Community Learning Center

Abstract

The background of doing this research is motivated by the statement that in the 2013 curriculum extracurriculars that are required for students to follow are scouting extracurricular scouts are important so that scout coaches must have good competence so that students can develop their potential. The purpose of this study is that researchers can find out how the Basic Advanced Course (KMD) training for Scout Leaders Kwartir Branch of West Bandung Regency in improving competence through adult education methods. The theories used are training theory, adult education, KMD theory, and scouting and competency theory.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a sample of two committee members and eight participants. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results of the research on Basic Advanced Course Training (KMD) for Scoutmasters Kwartir West Bandung Regency in increasing competence through adult education methods that the training went well according to plan and the trainees received benefits that could be applied when they went to school. In addition, the competence of the participants or scout coaches becomes more developed and can foster students in developing their potential when participating in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of wood waste processing training in fostering entrepreneurial spirit among students in Package C. The training methods employed include lectures, discussions, and hands-on practices in wood waste processing. The research sample consists of 20 students in Package C who have an interest in enhancing their skills through wood waste processing. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews and documentation observation to measure knowledge of wood waste processing, entrepreneurial attitudes, and entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the research indicate that wood waste processing training significantly enhances students' knowledge of wood waste processing. Furthermore, the training also has a positive impact on students' entrepreneurial attitudes, as evidenced by a significant improvement in proactive attitudes, initiative, and opportunity orientation. Additionally, the training significantly influences students' entrepreneurial intentions. These findings suggest that wood waste processing training is effective in cultivating entrepreneurial spirit among students in Package C. The implications of this research underscore the importance of integrating entrepreneurship training into the Package C curriculum to provide students with relevant skills and knowledge in wood waste processing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan pencapaian literasi informasi terhadap masyarakat di Perpustakaan Desa Padalarang. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui program pada Perpusdes Padalarang; (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi literasi informasi masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah dengan adanya Perpusdes Padalarang; (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana dukungan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi masyarakat di Perpusdes Padalarang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian desktiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap dua subjek penelitian yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan, teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan triangulasi sebagai uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi masyarakat di Perpustakaan Desa Padalarang yaitu sebagai pembantu dan pendukung masyarakat dalam pengembangan kualitas hidup agar menjadi pribadi yang mandiri, melek terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, komunikasi dan informasi, serta berpotensi dimasa mendatang. Pencapaian dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi oleh Perpustakaan Desa Padalarang sudah cukup efektif agar masyakarat menjadi lebih giat dan termotivasi dalam mencari bacaan yang faktual dan akurat, apalagi didukung dengan adanya literasi dalam hal digitalisasi. Abstract

This research is motivated by the transition of students in the new school so that there are problems regarding adjustment. As a form of effort to handle the problem of adjustment, personal-social guidance services can be used as an alternative to improve good self-adjustment for students when entering a new school environment. Because of the personal-social guidance aims to assist students in directing the things that must be done when entering a new school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of personal-social guidance services on students' self-adjustment, while the research method used in this study was a qualitative method. Instruments for collecting data in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 3 students who had adjustment problems at school. The results of this study indicate that after being provided with personal-social guidance services there are several changes that are shown compared to before being provided with services. So that the implementation of personal-social guidance services through google meet is effective for the adjustment of class VII students at MTs Al-Inayah Bandung City.

Abstract

Learning independence is a learning activity from individuals not to depend and rely on others to achieve the goals of learning, besides that learning independence is also one of the factors of successful learning achievement that will be obtained by students. This confirms that appropriate media are needed to support students in increasing their learning independence. The method used in the research is Research and Development (R&D) which aims to develop a product in the form of a learning independence poster. The research results obtained are the product in the form of a learning independence poster that must be revised before being used where the content feasibility aspect gets a good assessment with a decent category, the presentation aspect has points that must be corrected because it gets an inappropriate assessment, while the language aspect gets an assessment in a decent category. That way the product in the form of a learning independence poster can be used as a medium in helping students develop learning independence with notes that must be revised first.
