This study examines parents-school strategic collaboration in early childhood school-from-home learning in Sukasari District, Bandung City, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants in this study were ten parents of kindergarten students, one ECCE headmaster, and 3 teachers. In this study, descriptive qualitative methodology was employed. Interviews, observations, and documentation studies were data collection methods. According to the study's findings, parents-school strategic collaborations include 1) school held school-sponsored parenting programs to improve parents capacity in fulfilling their responsibilities as learning motivators for children, 2) teachers supporting parents to play and keep intensive contact with the children to make sure parents can assist childrens’ learning effectively, 3)teachers maintained good communication channels to discuss parents challenges and difficulties in assisting childrens’ learning. It can be concluded that the strategic collaborations between parents and schools in Sukasari District run smoothly and can contribute effectively to children’s learning. This research recommends a sustainable parenting program to help parents improve their parenting capacity to assist childrens’ learning at home.

This study aims to determine the implementation of group guidance services through self-This article aims to determine the implementation of group guidance services through self-management techniques on student discipline at MTs Uswatun Hasanah Padalarang. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, the subjects in this study were 4 students of class VII at Mts Uswatun Hasanah, this research instrument used observation, interviews and documentation guidelines and used data triangulation, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained indicate that group guidance services through self-management techniques on student discipline have proven effective. Student responses to group guidance services through self-management techniques on student discipline carried out by researchers are giving positive responses, which means students are interested and happy to carry out group guidance services with BK teachers and researchers.Keywords:group guidance, self-management, discipline

Student academic procrastination is a behavior of procrastinating that is intentionally repetitive and prefers to fill its activities by doing more enjoyable activities so that it overrides its main task as a student.This study aims to describe the academic procrastination of high school students Al Amanah Ciwidey class XI, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method.The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey. The results of this study indicate that the level of academic procrastination of students both overall and by gender is in the moderate category.which means that class XI students of SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey are expected to be able to overcome the problem of academic procrastination. Sampah residu plastik merupakan sampah sisa industri maupun sisa sampah yang dihasilkan dari sampah rumah tangga. Dikarenakan sampah residu tidak dapat didaur ulang, sehingga terjadi penumpukan sampah di TPA. Tapi bagaima jika sampah residu plastik dapat diolah menjadi sesuatu yang berguna, tepatnya di Rw 06 Desa Padalarang ada Bank Sampah yang mampu mengelola sampah residu plastik menjadi paving block. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang diolah dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa paving block yang terbuat dari sampah residu plastik lebih kuat disbanding dengan paving block yang terbuat dari semen dan pasir. Selain itu juga pengelola Bank Sampah ini juga membantu memberdayakan pemuda di sekitar untuk diberikan keterampilan sehingga dapat membuat sesuatu yang bernilai dan bermanfaat.

AbstractThis research is motivated by the occurrence of a pandemic in Indonesia, known as Covid-19 which has spread to Indonesian citizens, so the government appeals to always maintain health and pay attention to child development properly. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the process of understanding the development of children in parents in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) To know the process of instilling an understanding of child development in parents in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. (3) To find out the inhibiting factors in efforts to instill an understanding of child development in parents in increasing family resilience in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The location of the research was carried out in Cimalik Village, RT 06 RW 03, Karanganyar Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency. The subjects of the research were one head of the BKB cadre (Bina Keluarga Toddler) and 15 parents who had early childhood from the management and members of BKB. The results showed that the efforts to instill an understanding of child development in parents in increasing family resilience were going well. The program activities must continue to run on an ongoing basis and be evaluated in stages in order to create program goals in improving the quality of the population in Cimalik Village. Penelitian tentang implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan dilakukan melalui kelas pemberdayaan perempuan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta motivasi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua poin utama tentang bagaimana implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi tiktok seller dalam menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha dan bagaimana faktor penghambat dan pendukung implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi tiktok seller dalam menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha; faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelas di whatsapp group dengan di ikuti oleh satu orang sebagai pemateri dan enam orang partisipan. Hasil penelitian implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan ini cukup baik. Dikarenakan kelas pemberdayaan perempuan ini merupakan keterampilan yang ingin di pelajari dan keingintahuan team Hamasah Hijab Muslims sehingga banyak memberikan manfaat untuk menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha. Adapun faktor penghambat implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi tiktok seller adalah pelaksanaan kelas kurang maksimal, penerimaan materi masih kurang, kurangnya rasa percaya diri. Sedangkan faktor penunjang keberhasilan implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan di dukung oleh berbagai faktor yaitu cukup baik minat team Hamasah Hijab Muslims untuk mengikuti kelas dan perangkat yang cukup memadai.Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan perempuan, aplikasi tiktok seller, motivasi wirausaha

Learning independence plays an significant role in edification, in addition to step in as a student's ability to voluntarily carry out learning activities without depending on others. This is done patiently and leads to the achievement of the desired goals of students and also plays a role in making decisions about student learning outcomes and achievements. Therefore, a learning independence measurement tool is needed in the form of a learning independence questionnaire, while it has passed the validity test stage and the credibility test stage. The data collection for this analysis is 30 students of SMAN 1 CIANJUR grade XI. The stage that passed the validity test of the 20 expressions contained 10 questions which were shown to be correct and the validity test received a value of 0.718 while it was meaningfully classified as the outer part. This study aims to determine the effect of using scrapbook media on self-control in class VIII SMP N 1 Jalancagak. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study were 30 students. Data analysis using normality test and t test (paired sample test) using SPSS 26.0 program with a significance value (2-tailed) less than 0.005. The results of data analysis showed that the scrapbook media was in the very decent / good category with an average value of 86.86% of the questionnaire answers and the results of increasing self-control abilities obtained a percentage of 4.4%. While the results of the t-test analysis on the pre-test and post-test data obtained a significant value of 0.000. Thus, the results of this study indicate that: there is a positive influence between the use of scrapbook media on student self-control in class VIII SMP N 1 Jalancagak which can be categorized as quite high

Abstract Office applications are software specifically designed for office work which consists of several applications such as Microsoft Office, Wordpress, etcetera. Lagging behind in digital literacy will cause people to be unable to adapt and will not be able to keep up with the times, both in the field of education and in the field of work. This is the background that digital literacy is very necessary in Indonesian society. The purpose of this study was to describe efforts to improve the performance of PKK cadres through office application training. The theory used in this research is the theory of training and the theory of performance improvement. The research method is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The result of the research is to describe the efforts to improve the performance of PKK cadres through office application training. The conclusion of this research is that office application training is one of the efforts to improve the performance of PKK cadres in Pasirhalang Village, especially in the field of administration. AbstrakAplikasi perkantoran adalah sebuah perangkat lunak yang diperuntukkan khusus pekerjaan kantoran yang terdiri dari beberapa aplikasi seperti Microsoft Office, Wordpress dan sebagainya. Ketertinggalan dalam literasi digital akan menyebabkan masyarakat tidak mampu beradaptasi dan tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan berbagai tantangan pekerjaan maupun dunia pendidikan saat ini. Hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang bahwasanya literasi digital sangat diperlukan di masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan kinerja kader PKK melalui pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori pelatihan dan teori peningkatan kinerja dengan Metode penelitiannya ialah deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ialah mendeskripsikan mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja kader PKK melalui pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja kader PKK di Desa Pasirhalang khususnya dalam bidang adminitrasi Â

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis resiliensi keluarga, peran dan tanggungjawab anggota keluarga serta pengaturan cashflow keluarga saat masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualititatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 10 orang warga. Penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : Pertama, ketahanan keluarga dibangun melalui tiga komponen kunci yang menjadi dasar agar tetap resilience, yaitu Family Belief System; Organizational Processes; Communication and Problem-Solving Processes. Kedua, peran dan tanggung jawab anggota keluarga sedikit mengalami perubahan yang disebabkan karena efek pandemi. Namun demikian, masing-masing anggota keluarga berusaha fleksibel untuk beradaptasi guna meraih solusi atas krisis yang melanda. Ketiga, strategi pengaturan cashflow keluarga cukup beragam, namun mayoritas memilih untuk berhemat dan mencari penghasilan tambahan.
