The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of peers and the belief in self-actualization of Papuan students in class 2018 who studied at ULM Banjarmasin. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple regression data analysis by taking into account the analysis test requirements. The results showed that there were influences of peer influence and confidence in self-actualization of students from Papua where the results of the significance calculation were 0,000 < 0,05. The results of data analysis shows that peer influence and trust in self-actualization in Papua students in ULM is 81,3%.

One form of handling needed by children with special needs is educational services. Inclusive education is a system that complements the previous ABK education system. However, the implementation of inclusive education in higher education has just taken place, namely in 2017. Since that year, Lambung Mangkurat University has also organized inclusive education. Several previous studies have shown that learning in inclusive education in Indonesia still has problems. This study intends to reveal the problems with the learning of students with special needs in the Special Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The data sources in this study amounted to 23 people, which were divided into five students with special needs in the Special Education Study Program, ten volunteers accompanying MBK from the Disability Service Unit, and eight lecturers from the Special Education Study Program. Data collection techniques in this study were used to interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. This study describes that there are still various problems in the learning of students with special needs. The problem with planning is that the MBK assessment carried out so far is not comprehensive, and the RPS for students with special needs is not modified. At the implementation stage, problems that arise, namely the implementation of MBK learning is not following the prepared RPS, MBK is learning that is not modified, another problem is the ability of the MBK companion volunteer that is not optimal, MBK is learning that does not apply inclusive settings, and learning media are still not fully available. At the evaluation stage, there are problems, including the evaluation of MBK learning that is not modified and the evaluation of MBK learning that is still not running.Keywords: Higher education; MBK learning; Problematic Salah satu bentuk penangan yang dibutuhkan oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah layanan pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif merupakan suatu sistem penyempurna dari sistem pendidikan ABK sebelumnya. Namun, penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif di perguruan tinggi baru-baru saja berlangsung, yaitu tahun 2017. Sejak tahun itu pula, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat turut menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dalam pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia masih memiliki permasalahan. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengungkap apa saja problematik pada pembelajaran mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus di Program Studi Pendidikan Khusus, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian1kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang yang terbagi menjadi 5 orang mahasiswa berkebutuhan1khusus Prodi Pendidikan Khusus, 10 orang volunter pendamping MBK dari Unit Layanan Disabilitas, dan 8 orang dosen Prodi Pendidikan Khusus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa masih terdapat berbagai problematik dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Problematik pada perencanaan, yaitu asesmen MBK yang dilaksanakan selama ini tidak komprehensif dan RPS mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus yang tidak dimodifikasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, problematik yang muncul, yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran MBK tidak sesuai dengan RPS yang disusun, ada pembelajaran MBK yang tidak dimodifikasi, problematik lainnya adalah kemampuan volunter pendamping MBK yang belum optimal, ada pembelajaran MBK yang tidak menerapkan setting inklusif, serta media pembelajaran masih belum tersedia secara lengkap. Pada tahap evaluasi, terdapat problematik, di antaranya evaluasi pembelajaran MBK yang tidak dimodifikasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran MBK masih belum berjalan dengan semestinya.Kata Kunci: Problematik; Pembelajaran MBK; Perguruan tinggi

Career adaptability as a construct that can predict career development shows flexibility or desire to fulfill career tasks. This study aims to find out how the general description of the career adaptability profile for Guidance and Counseling study program students at Lambung Mangkurat University class of 2016. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The number of students in the study who became the research subjects was 72 in the BK FKIP ULM Banjarmasin Study Program. The topics in this study used saturated sampling. Data collection uses scale the career adaptability instrument from Sarvick. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that 29% of students in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP ULM are in the category of the strongest career adaptability, 65% in the very strong category, 6% in the strong category, and 0% in the rather strong and not strong category. The results of this study also found that the category of very strong career adaptability in male students was higher than in female students.

The establishment of bullying behavior of high school students is basically not only influenced by social interaction factor but also influenced by the environment. This study aims to conduct a thorough review of the negative facts of Banjar culture in the establishment of bullying behavior of high school students by taking a study on the students of SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. The research method used is to conduct a literature review on the formation of bullying behavior. The result of research shows that the negative facts of Banjar culture have an impact on the behavior of 'bullying'. In an empathetic perspective, it occurs because of the overwhelming feeling, in an assertive perspective because of the habit of silencing the problem and lastly in the perspective of confirmation because of the attitude that tends to simplify life and ignore the feelings of others.

Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berkewajiban memberikan pendidikan normatif, sekaligus merupakan tempat remaja berinteraksi, berkomunikasi dalam kesehariannya. Sekolah memiliki potensi mewujudkan kehidupan sosial yang aman dan nyaman agar remaja berkembang dengan baik, namun juga dapat berpeluang menghambat perkembangan hubungan sosial jika terjadi perilaku yang merugikan seperti kecenderungan bullying secara verbal, fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi verbal terhadap perilaku bullying verbal; pengaruh kontrol sosial terhadap perilaku bullying verbal; dan komunikasi verbal dan kontrol sosial berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku bullying verbal pada siswa di SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian pengaruh (korelasi). Adapun sampel dari penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X dan XI di SMAN 2 Banjarmasin berjumlah 220 orang, yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel komunikasi verbal (X1) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bullying verbal (Y). Begitu pula variabel kontrol sosial (X2) terhadap perilaku bullying verbal (Y). Hasil uji Anova untuk ketiga variabel tersebut adalah adanya kontribusi antara komunikasi verbal (X1) dan kontrol sosial (X2) terhadap perilaku bullying verbal (Y) sebesar 24.4%. Penelitian ini bisa dilanjutkan dengan meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang kemungkinan juga berpengaruh seperti hubungan teman sebaya, atau pola asuh orangtua.____________________________________________________Schools are one of the institutions that are obligated to provide normative education, as well as the place where youth interact, communicate in their daily lives. This research aims to determine the influence of verbal communication on verbal bullying behaviour; Influence of social control over verbal bullying behaviour; and verbal communication and social control are influential jointly towards the verbal bullying behaviour of students at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. Methodologically, this research is a quantitative study, with a type of research influence (correlation). The samples from the study were grade X and XI students at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin amounting to 220 people, selected based on saturated sampling techniques. The results of the analysis found that verbal communication variables (X1) affect the verbal bullying behaviour (Y). Similarly, a social control variable (X2) is against the verbal bullying behaviour (Y). Anova's test results for these three variables are the contribution between verbal communication (X1) and social Control (X2) on the verbal bullying (Y) behavior of 24.4%. This research can be continued by researching other variables that may also be influential such as peer relationships, or parenting patterns.

Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen dan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 37 Tahun 2009 tentang Dosen bahwa Kompetensi Guru dan Dosen terdiri dari kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut guru bimbingan dan konseling harus mampu dalam menyelenggarakan layanan bimnbingan dan konseling. Penyelengaraan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sudah berpedemoan kepada panduan operasional penyelengaaran bimbingan dan konseling. Urgensi penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap panduan operasional penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling di tingkat SMP serta untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan panduan operasional penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling di tingkat SMP. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menggambarkan tingkat pemehaman guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap panduan operasional penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling di tingkat SMP Se-Kabupaten Tabalong. Adapun jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang dari 35 sekolah Menegah tingkat Pertama di Kabupaten Tabalong.__________________________________________________________Republic Indonesia Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 37 of 2009 concerning Lecturers namely Teacher and Lecturer Competencies consists of several competencies namely Professional, Social, Personality & Pedagogic. Based on this the BK teacher must be able to implement the BK program. The organization of BK has demonstrated to the operational guidelines for conducting guidance and counseling. The urgency of the research is to see how far Bk teachers understand POP BK at the SMP level on aspects of the SMP POPBK concept, basic services, specialization and individual planning, responsive services and system support. Methodologically, this research is based on quantitative research. The purpose of the study is to describe the level of understanding of BK teachers against BK BK at the Junior High School level in Tabalong Regency. The number of samples in this study were 37 people from 35 Menegah First level schools in Tabalong Regency. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that the understanding of guidance and counseling teachers on the concept of POP BK SMP 89% in the category of very understanding. Basic services 81% of the categories are very understanding, specialization services and individual planning 91% in the category of very understanding, responsive services 59% are quite understanding and support systems are 79% in the categories of understanding.

Siswa di sekolah menengah memasuki tahap perkembangan sebagai remaja, hal ini sangat memerlukan perhatian dalam mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya agar tidak salah arah dalam pergaulan, seperti melakukan ‘bullying’; atau menjadi korban ‘bullying’, mengingat saat ini ‘bullying ’menjadi permasalahan yang sangat menjadi perhatian masyarakat, sehingga sekolah perlu membuat suatu tindakan preventif agar ‘bullying’ tidak sampai menjadi permasalahan baru di sekolah, Peranan Konselor sekolah di sekolah yang professional sangat diharapkan untuk meminimalisir perilaku ‘bullying’, konselor memiliki program kegiatan layanan yang komprehensitif dan terintegrasi dengan program sekolah dalam penanganan perilaku siswa, langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh konsleor sekolah misalnya dengan mengidentifikasi perilaku-perilaku yang dapat memicu munculnya perilaku ‘bullying’. Konselor sekolah bekerjasama dengan personil sekolah lainnya untuk meminimalisir jangan sampai ‘bullying’ terjadi di sekolah agar sekolah bebas dari ‘bullying’.________________________________________________________________ Students in high school enter the stage of development as a teenager, it is in need of attention in achieving the tasks of development so as not misdirected in the association, such as bullying or bullying victims, given the current bullying into the problems of great concern to the community, need to make a preventive action to prevent bullying from becoming a new problem in school. The role of school counselors in professional schools is desirable to minimize bullying behavior, counselors have a comprehensive program of service activities and integrated with school programs in handling student behavior, steps that school counselors can take eg by identifying behaviors that can trigger bullying behavior . School counselors work with other school personnel to minimize bullying in schools so schooling is free of bullying.

Workshop koordinasi penyamaan persepsi penilaian Praktek Pengajaran di Sekolah (PPS) Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dilakukan dengan tujuan menyamakan persepsi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai guru pamong terhadap pelaksanaan penilaian praktikum mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling. Kegiatan workshop dilaksanakan sehari yakni pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2019, dengan jumlah peserta workshop 24 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling. Secara teknis pelaksanaan workshop berlangsung dalam dua agenda kegiatan utama yakni: penyampaian materi dan curah pendapat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop dilakukan dengan mempertemukan pihak Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling dan Unit Mikro Teaching Praktek Pengajaran di Sekolah Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dengan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan pengabdian diperoleh pemahaman dan pengertian yang sama dalam memberikan penilaian kegiatan praktikum mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah praktek.

This study aims to describe the relationship between self-confidence and academic self-efficacy in students of the Lambung Mangkurat University Guidance and Counseling study program in 2018. The sample in this study amounted to 102 students. Data were collected using the academic self-efficacy scale and self-confidence scale, and analyzed using SPSS 20. Data analysis was performed using Pearson Corelation Product Moment analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between academic self-efficacy and student self-confidence.

CLASSICAL GUIDANCE SERVICES IMPACT PHUBBING IN CLASS VII STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 25 BANJARMASIN. Millennial generation is inseparable from the use of smart phones as the latest communication technology media. The negative impact that is felt from the development of smart phones is the birth of phubbing behavior which means the act of ignoring others when interacting with social communication with more focus on paying attention to cellphones. Departing from these problems, it is necessary to provide classical guidance services on the effects of phubbing. What was done in SMPN 25 Banjarmasin was based on the request of partners, namely the SMPN 25 Banjarmasin guidance teacher based on the results of developing practical conditional information in the field. Implementation of classical guidance services. To find out the description of phubbing behavior in class VII students, the Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP) instrument is used before and after service delivery. The results of the implementation of the service showed that this classical guidance service was successful in reducing students becoming phubbing actors. It is suggested that the implementation of classical guidance services can be a preliminary study for phubbing research.
