Abstract

When the process of developing software with different size and functional become so fast, it makes the problem in cost estimation and effort estimation higher. Research explains the scope of Software A and Software B on CV Aptikma Indonesia using the approach of the Work Breakdown Structure as well as scheduling using Gantt Chart and the results of the estimated costs of using the method of Function Point. The mathematical calculation on software A, using the method of Function Point produce the effort a number of 56 for five months with a total cost amounting to Rp 610.000.000, 00. While the software B produce an estimated effort a number of nine people for six months with a total cost amounting to Rp 59.350.000, 00. Analysis of the comparison between the method of Function Point and Guesstimate on software A and software B can be the subject of consideration CV Aptikma Indonesia in resolving the problem.

Abstract

E-Commerce XYZ is one of the most highly ranked E-Commerce sites from year to year, but it can not be ranked top. It shows that the importance of user satisfaction in influencing the quality of service is expected to improve the ranking of E-Commerce XYZ. Research has tested on two quality services, ie Before Sales Service and After Sales Service by using E-S-QUAL with Linear Regression analysis and Rank Spearman. Before Sales Service acts as a user perception before transacting to be researched on an E-S-QUAL scale, while After Sales Service acts as a perception when the user has transacted and goods to the hand that will be examined on an E-Recs-QUAL scale. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires with the number of samples of 100 respondents who have characterized the ever visited and transacted at E-Commerce XYZ. The results showed Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact respectively have a significant relationship to satisfaction. The results of the research together also shows Before Sales Service and After Sales Service has a significant relationship to satisfaction.

Abstract

Radio Kalimaya Bhaskara require a system that can segmentation their customer to identify potention and characteristic of each customer using LRFM (Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method. Development of customer relatioship management system using system development life cycle v-model to implement 13 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirementresulting from elicitation process. Result of software design including sequence diagram, class diagram, design of database, design of interface, and calculation of LRFM value from transaction data. Implementation of software design using programming language PHP and MySQL as database management system. Testing technique on system including unit testing , integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing and security testing.Unit testing perform to 2 function unit and give an output that those function unit are easy to understand, easy to test and can easily to implement. Integration testing perform to 2 function unit and give a result that match with expected result, so it can be said valid. System testing perform to 13 functional requirements and the result match with expected result, so it can be said valid. Acceptance testing explain that stakeholder have approved all functions that have been provide on system. Security testing perform SQL Injection testing to login from and succeed. The comparison results of manually LRFM calculation and through the system give the same customer segmentation results.

Abstract

University of Brawijaya Malang has applied moodle based e-learning. UB e-learning website can be accessed through vlm.ub.ac.id. This research has a purpose to determine what factors that affecting the acceptance and success of UB e-learning implementation on the aspects of intention to use, use, user satisfaction and net benefit. The model that used there are the combined model of four variables Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), there are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and seven variables Delone and McLean with modifications there are system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, use, user satisfaction and net benefits using parametric and non parametric methods. Collecting data method using the questionnaire online, with the minimum number of samples using slovin formula of 100. Based on the results of the data that has been collected, the number of respondent that will be used for this research is 113. The collected data is tested the basic assumption of normality, linearity and homogeneity. The data that passed the basic assumption test was done by parametric analysis using simple linear regression, while those did not pass the basic assumption be analyze using non parametric using Kendall Tau method. The results showing that all the variables that checked thoroughly positively affect the aspects of intention to use, use, user satisfaction and net benefits of UB e-learning.

Abstract

E-Government is designed as a site of interaction between the Government with the people, so that the public people is an important part in the functioning of E-Government. Public poeple satisfaction with KPU Jatim website is important for the realization of good E-Government This study aims to determine the influence of website quality on user satisfaction using multiple linear regression statistik and the WebQual 4.0 method consisting of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. From 3570 population, got 97 sample minimum based on calculation of Slovin formula then got 105 sample respondents by using questionnaires that have passed the test of Validity and Reliability. Based on the results of the study obtained Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality affect simultaneously to User Satisfaction. Dimensions of Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality partially affect the User Satisfaction. Usability is the only factor that does not affect the User Satisfaction.

Abstract

Dictio is an online discussion group which established to help people for discussing, sharing experiences with communities, sharing knowled and thoughts as well as question & answer more confortable, professional and open. The aim of this research is to know the usability, information quality and service interaction quality on Dictio based on Webqual 4.0 method. Data collection gathered from spreading the questionnaire then analyze the data using descriptive method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). As a result, on the usability has 1 indicator goes to quadrant I (main priority), 2 indicators go to quadrant II (preserve achievement), 3 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority) and 2 indicators go to quadrants IV. On information quality has 2 indicators go to quadrants I (main priority), 2 indicators go to quadrants II (preserve achievement), 3 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority). On service interaction quality has 1 indicator goes to quadrant I (main priority), 4 indicators go to quadrants II (preserve achievement), 2 indicators go to quadrants III (low priority). As it shown, the writer recommended an improvement toward the quality based on relevance journal and research.

Abstract

Lazada is a pioneer of e-commerce (online shopping) in some of the fastest growing countries in the world offering a fast, secure and convenient online shopping experience. This study was conducted to determine factors that can increase consumer confidence in the risks that occur when doing online shopping on Lazada. The model design used is a modification of previous studies focusing on perceived risk to increase consumer trust. Techniques used to perform data collection is a questionnaire with the number of respondents as much as 292. To perform data analysis used Path Analysis. The reason for the use of Path Analysis because to know the causal relationship of model relationship between variables so that can know which path is most appropriate used for independent variable to dependent variable. The results obtained are Social risk variable, and Financial risk individually has a significant influence on Consumer trust variable.

Abstract

Chemical Engineering Department is one of department known as a part of Engineering Faculty in Brawijaya University. There are 5 pages on its website which everyone able to access such as Homepage, History Profile, Student Achievements, detailed information of Student Achievements in 2016, and Laboratory Facilities. The outline of problem occured during interview is an information buildup, some thick content placement, lack of information explanation from displayed image, inconsistent language and font usage, less precise colour mix used for website component, detail loss on existed link, ineffective information examination and limited menu navigation. Referred method which is used for improving interface design of Chemical Engineering Department website is Human Centered Design (HCD). HCD is a method applied to design newest solution, conforming on user requirement. Thereafter do the usability testing on the first and last evaluation. There are 3 metric usability used as parameters of success: Effectivity, Efficiency, and Satisfaction. Result shown for Success 70%, Non Critical Error 22.5%, and Critical Error 7.5%. Efficiency metric enhance 22% after website improvement. Therefore satisfaction aspect for an improved interface design reach "Acceptable" grade.

Abstract

The difficulty of getting a job is no longer a new problem for the public, especially Indonesian citizens. The rapidly evolving technology has allowed the public to open their horizons to search for grains of income on the internet. One of them by using Whaff Reward. Of the approximately 10,000,000 users are already using Whaff Reward (Android Playstore, 2017). Whaff Reward is an advertising medium as well as Paid per Download application with a segment of developers and users of Whaff Reward itself. Among the many attacks on the security sistem e-money it will trigger user worries Whaff Reward application. In this study, researchers conducted a parametric analysis to determine what faktors make Whaff Reward users in Indonesia using Whaff Reward. By combining several models of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust, Perceived Risk and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Collection of sample data by using questionnaire and analyzed by Linear Regression method. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 data. The results of this study show that users in Indonesia use Whaff Reward because they feel they have perceived results, benefit themselves, the influence of the nearest people, the available infrastructure, the feeling of trust in the organization's commitment, the good reputation of the organization and the experience positive results obtained when using Whaff Reward

Abstract

The rise of On Demand application makes business people compete in creating applications based on customer demands. There are a lot of On Demand applications in Indonesia, it makes users are more selective in selecting On Demand applications. Mangjek is one of the On Demand applications which is operated in Palembang. The pre-research result shows application users complaints about Driver Mangjek application interface. Those complaints show that the interface is less understandable and complicate in usage. Therefore, in this research, there will be interface design for Driver Mangjek application interface which is easily understandable by the users. The method used in this interface design is Human-Centred Design by considering android design principles and Adaptive User Interface design rules. Users satisfaction to the interface will be evaluated by using instrument which is the adaptation result of Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction involving 90 respondents. The research result shows that there are users satisfaction enhancements to the interface after applying application interface improvement. The enhancements are in 5 aspects, those are: (1) Application Interface, it's increasing from 3.26 to 6.36; (2) Language usage, it's increased from 3.75 to 5.67; (3) Learning, it's increasing from 3.89 to 5.36; (4) Online Helps, it's increasing from 1.95 to 4.71; (5) Online Tutorial, it's increasing from 1.60 to 6.34.
