Abstract

Gojek Indonesia (GO-JEK) is one of the companies that created taxibike online application in Indonesia. GO-JEK applications are growing rapidly so that has been downloaded more than 10 million times. Although it has been downloaded more than 10 million times but there are still some users who complain about the application of GO-JEK. From some user feedback, the GO-JEK app still has a problem in its users. These problems are part of the usability problem that existed in GO-JEK applications. Therefore, we need a more comprehensive problem digging in order to deepen the problems that occur to users of the application GO-JEK. Please also note how far the level of usability in the application GO-JEK. The usability level needs to be known to explain the usability of the GO-JEK app already at what level from the user side. This study provides evaluation results to determine the usability problems and usability levels that exist in the GO-JEK application using usability testing method. The results obtained from this study indicate that there are five usability problems that exist in the GO-JEK application. In addition, the usability level which consists of the level of convenience is 100%. the speed rate is of 0.01 goals / sec. the error rate is 0.1 and the satisfaction rate is 60% - 70%.

Abstract

From the result of survey, 32 of 47 scholarship applicant and awardee respondents said that Djarum Beasiswa Plus's (DBP) website has an icon that is not clear and respondents admitted the difficulty in achieving their goals. This research focus on evaluating and improving DBP's website by involving users. The method that involves the user in developing system is Human-Centered Design (HCD). HCD is an approach to interactive systems development that aims to make systems usable and useful by involving users. This research will discuss about evaluating and improving user interface DBP's website by context of use, user requirements, making solution design and evaluating solution design. Design evaluation uses usability testing to assess aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The evaluation was conducted by five respondents on the tasks scenario sheet. This research showed that the solution design after applied HCD has a higher value of usability. On the aspect of effectiveness, the success rate is 100%. On the aspect of efficiency, the avarage time of the solution design is much faster, from 29.49 seconds to 06.30 seconds. On the aspect of user satisfaction, all respondents said prefer to choose the interface of the solution design because it provides more ease in achieving goals.

Abstract

Labor Market Information Services is one of the services provided by the Department of Manpower (Disnaker)as meant in Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2008. Increasing job market information, job market, and expansion of employment opportunities and transmigration placement areas is one of the missions owned by Disnaker Malang Regency in line with the minister's regulation. Currently, labor market information services can be done by using the website of Disnaker Malang Regency. But by using this method, the labor market information service still needs to be maximized because the labor market information is mixed with other information. From these problems it is necessary to design an information system that supports in conducting labor market information service. Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) will be used in the analysis and design of the information system. The results of the analysis and design will be evaluated using the Requirements Configuration Structure and Decision table. The end result of this research is the current business process models and proposals, lists of stakeholders and users, user requirements list, features, system requirements list, use case model, system design and evaluation.

Abstract

JD.id is one of online retail shop which give the conveniences for its customers to purchasing their needs. JD.id still receive many complains about the website's usability such as information discrepancies on the website, inconsistence language usage, and difficulties in understanding information on the website. This research was conducted to determine the quality of JD.id website service towards customer retention based on ISO 9241-11, regarding the influences of Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively. The data of this study gathered using questionnaires as research instrument. The questionnaire consist of 27 statements that took sample of 100 respondents. The results shows that Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively have effects the customer retention, when the three variables are increasing it will influence the customer loyalty to use the site. Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables collectively influenced about 44,6% to Customer Retention. The results of this study will give recommendations to the content, preparation and ease of reading information, links and navigations indicators.

Abstract

Abstract Mobile banking is one of the e-banking services that provided by Bank which can facilitate all of the users to make transactions whenever and wherever for 24 hours and it can be accessed via smartphone. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence of individual intention in using BRI's mobile banking services. These factors are Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Effort Expetancy, Perceived Credibility, Perceived Financial Cost, Perceived Self Efficacy. The research model used in this research is UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Tehcnology). The collection of data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents using BRI's mobile banking services. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling and for data processing using descriptive statistics to know the distribution and concentration of respondent's answer also using Kendal Tau (t) Correlation Test. The results of this research showed that individual intention in using BRI's mobile banking services influenced by Perceived Financial Costs, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectations, Perceived Self efficacy to Effort Expectancy, Perceived Self Efficacy, Social Influence, Effort Expectancy.

Abstract

Internet Banking is a platform provided by each bank to facilitate its customers to make transactions without having to go to the bank directly. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk launched banking services that internet banking BRI in 2009. Internet Banking is one of the services offered by Bank Rakyat Indonesia so as to facilitate and launch customers in banking transactions wherever and whenever for 24 hours and can be in access through the official web of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. This research is conducted to find out what factors can influence the interest of customers in using internet banking services BRI. This study uses UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology) to know the variables Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition and Behavioral Intention. This study uses data collection techniques in questionnaire with the number of samples used between 75-100 respondents, and the number of respondents data to be analyzed by using linear regression of 100 data. The result of this research concludes that Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition have positive effect to user behavior (Behavioral Intention) in using BRI Internet Banking service.

Abstract

Website Althea Indonesia merupakan e-commerce produk-produk kecantikan Korea yang menawarkan layanan-layanan yang menggiurkan kepada pelanggan. Dari beberapa layanan yang ditawarkan ada beberapa keluhan yang diterima oleh pelanggan. Keluhan tersebut memiliki arti bahwa terdapat kualitas layanan dari website Althea Indonesia yang belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan website Althea Indonesia yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Althea Indonesia dan juga menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Althea Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online sebanyak 110 respoden pelanggan Althea Indonesia dengan rentang usia 18-44 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan model E-S-Qual dan E-RecS-Qual serta metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-S-Qual dan E-RecS-Qual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan juga kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi software house dalam menentukan proyek perangkat lunak adalah tidak adanya perkiraan upaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan dan pengerjaan proyek perangkat lunak. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pertimbangan kepada PT DOT Indonesia dalam estimasi sumber daya manusia, waktu, dan biaya pada pengembangan perangkat lunak lain yang mirip dan memiliki skala proyek yang sama dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C menggunakan metode (Constructive Cost Model II) COCOMO II. Perhitungan COCOMO II membutuhkan Data Flow Diagram dari hasil wawancara pada manajer proyek dan hasil perhitungan lembar penilaian yang diberikan kepada anggota tim proyek sehingga menghasilkan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak A sebesar Rp188.910.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 15 bulan dan jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebanyak 6 orang, estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak B sebesar Rp83.960.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 10 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 4 orang, dan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak C sebesar Rp125.940.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 12 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 5 orang. Selisih estimasi biaya, waktu dan SDM seluruh perangkat lunak dengan skala proyek yang sama antara metode COCOMO II dengan actual cost adalah sebesar Rp262.206.000 dengan selisih waktu 30 bulan dan selisih SDM sebanyak 7 orang, sehingga rekomendasi untuk PT DOT Indonesia adalah menggunakan metode COCOMO II dalam estimasi biaya, waktu, dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemiripan dan kesamaan skala proyek dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C.

Abstract

The objective of cloud storage technology are improve the operational of an organization to achieve the expected objective. Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (BEM ITS) is the executant of student activities of the level of institute. Cloud storage technology is the technology that allows the user to process data and saving data on cloud or online. TRAM is a model combined of personality dimension from Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and technology dimension from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population of this research is all members of BEM ITS. And the sample of this research is same with the population. This research using non-probability sampling with the technique using total sampling. Data collected through the spreading of questionnare online to 260 members of BEM ITS. This analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The optimism of members has a positive and significant influence with the perceive usefulness and perceive ease of use. Innovativeness has a positive and significant influence with the perceive usefulness but not significant with perceive ease of use. Then, insecurity has a negatively and significantly influences with the perceive usefulness but not with perceive ease of use. Discomfort has no influence on perceive usefulness. Then, the perceive ease of use factor has a positive and significant influence with perceive usefulness.

Abstract

Website filkom.ub.ac.id is a facility provided by the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya as a medium for disseminating important information related to academic and non academic information and to fulfill the assessment on the form so that the quality of the website must be considered for the accuracy and completeness of the published data information as well as for know the ease of operation of website for user. To be able to know the quality of website, then conducted a research in the form of evaluation of website quality Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya use product operation concept with correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity, and usability aspects. The design of this study using descriptive and techniques used to collect data is a questionnaire with the number 98 respondents. In the descriptive analysis, the average result of the correctness variable is 82,98% with good category, the reliability variable equal to 81,05% with good category, effiency variable equal to 73,00% with good category, integrity variable equal to 82,63% with category good, and usability variable equal to 83,57% with good category in indicator communicativenes and operability, where as on training indicator at task T2, T3, and T4 have 100% effectiveness and 100% efficiency while for effectiveness T1 get score 95% and efficiency 84%. From the average of T1, T2, T3, and T4 obtained very good category for effectiveness and very good category for efficiency.
