Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Discipline and motivation oemployee job satisfaction. Discipline influence on job satisfaction. Motivatio influence on job satisfaction and job satisfaction influence on employe performance at Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Business Unit Sunga Galuh.The population in this study were employees of Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebuna Nusantara V Business Unit Sungai Galuh amount to 162 people. The magnitud of the sample to be used is 115 people. Data analysis and interpreting the data descriptive analysis method and analysis methods verification. Descriptiv analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and th research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the researc hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. While the verification method use in this study is a two-stage regression.The results of the study Discipline and Motivation effect on job satisfaction. Thi shows that the Discipline and motivation are very important in determining jo satisfaction, the better discipline and motivation will determine job satisfaction i positive, and vice versa. Discipline affects the Employee Satisfaction on. Thi indicates that Discipline is very important, the higher the level of employe discipline will determine job satisfaction is positive, and vice versa. Motivatio affects the Employee Satisfaction on. This suggests that the motivation is ver important, the higher the motivation will determine employee job satisfaction i positive, and vice versa, and job satisfaction affect the performance Employees a Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VBusiness Unit Sungai Galuh. Thi shows that job satisfaction is so important to cause employees who are satisfie will improve performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to the viewers of television commercial of Oil ofOlay whitening facial soap. The goal is to determine the direct and indirect effectsof advertising attraction, advertsing creativity and endorser credibility on theattitudes of consumers through advertising effectiveness.The study population included the viewers of television commercials of Oil ofOlay whitening facial soap in Pekanbaru. Research sample consisted of 179viewers chosen by purposive sampling technique. Independent variables were theattraction advertising research, advertising creativity and endorser credibility;while the attitude of of consumers was the dependent variable and theeffectiveness of advertising was the intervening variable. The data were analyzedby a path analysis using SPSS 17 for Windows.The results show that advertising attraction, advertising creativity and endorsercredibility both simulaneously and partially has a positive and significant effecton the advertising effectiveness and the attitude of the consumers. Partially, theadvertising effectiveness has a positve and significant effect on the attitude ofconsumers. Endorser credibility was the most dominant factor to affect theadvertising effectiveness and the attitude of the consuers. It is then recommendedthat the advertising setting be based on the cultural concepts and local values tomake it different from the same advertising themes of the same product. It is alsorecommended to choose female endorsers with the Indonesian characters and skinfaces.Kata Kunci: Advertising Attraction, Advertising Creatvity, EndorserCredibility, Advertisingeffectiveness and The Attitude ofConsumers.

Abstract

Abstract: Samisake's GDP policy has been running in the 6th year, where the policy began to be implemented in 2013, which already has a regulation in the form of Perda No. 12 of 2013 concerning Samisake Revolving Funds, Perwal Number 27 of 2013 concerning technical guidelines for revolving funds and Perwali no. 17 of 2018 concerning the Establishment of the Samadake Revolving Fund Management Unit in the Bengkulu City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office. This policy is targeted to be an embryo of a revolving fund policy in favor of the public interest. Policy information shows that there are problems and challenges in realizing policy targets in the form of expanding employment opportunities or creating new jobs, reducing unemployment and strengthening regional competitiveness. This study is intended to conduct stakeholder analysis on the effectiveness of Samisake's GDP policy. This study was a qualitative study, with informants from the Head and staff of UPTD Samisake, staff of cooperatives and SMEs, administrators and members of the cooperative distributing Samisake GDP funds, communities receiving samisake funds and program companions. Research results show that stakeholders in this policy are. Samisake UPTD, Regional Head, Office of Cooperatives and SMEs, Microfinance Institutions, Villages, Assistance, DPRD, BAPPEDA and Non-Governmental Organizations. The results of this study indicate that policies have not been effective in accordance with the targets of policy regulation, both in terms of management and policy impacts. Financial Circulation is found in MFIs, banks, and the community receiving the program, with limited financial transparency and responsibility. The findings of this study are, it needs mechanisms, systems, and assistance that are focused in order to achieve policy targets. Policy advocacy is needed to improve policy performance in the future

Abstract

Masa pandemic berdampak dalam segenap aktifitas, termasuk komunitas Panti. Perubahan pola belajar  di sekolah formal dan kegiatan  pembinaan serta kegiatan komunitas panti memungkinkan adanya peluang dan tantangan, sesuai dengan amanah pendidikan.. Pengelola panti Kasih Ibu telah menyelenggarakan beragam kegiatan dan pelatihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan dan pembekalan warganya.  Peningkatan motivasi bagi anak-anak panti diperlukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dalam aktifitas belajar, pendayagunaan potensi dan bakat, baik  di sekolah dan  di luar sekolah. Kehidupan anak panti berbeda dengan kehidupan dalam keluarga, dimana kebersamaan warga komunitas panti memberikan peluang untuk mengembangkan berbagai peluang belajar, berkarya dan berprestasi sesuai potensi dan bakat, meningkatkan ketrampilan, karakter dan prestasi lain.   Achivement Motivation Training (AMT) pada komunitas panti yang berusia Anak baru Gedhe (ABG) dan remaja, dilaksanakan dengan model dan materi khusus yang sesuai dengan usia dan kondisi mereka. Pelatihan AMT ini difokuskan pada materi Pengenalan diri (who am I),  pendukung dan hambatan motivasi,  goal setting, serta self motivation. Pelatihan ini mendapatkan sambutan antusias dan respon positif dari peserta. Follow up dari pelatihan berupa FGD bersama peserta dan berlanjut dengan pertemuan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan, dengan mengayagunakan waktu dan potensi warga panti

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang berpengaruh dalam perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Kunir. Petani di Desa Kunir menjadikan padi sebagai makan pokok sehingga ketika musim penghujan lahan pertanian mereka ditanami padi, selain padi petani juga menanam jagung dan kacang panjang. Pola tanam yang ada di Desa Kunir pada awalnya yaitu padi-padi-palawija menjadi padi-tembakau-palawija. Adanya program kerjasama antara PT Sadana dan Sampoerna menjadikan beberapa kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Rembang mulai ditanami tembakau. Transformasi pertanian yang ada di Desa Kunir akan mempengaruhi kehidupan dari masyarakat yang awalnya petani subsisten menjadi petani komersial. Petani tidak lagi hanya memproduksi untuk dirinya sendiri melainkan untuk produksi pasar yang mencakup lingkup luas. Transformasi pertanian mendorong munculnya perubahan yang ada dalam kehidupan petani di Desa Kunir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement and job stress on employee job satisfaction, work placement and job stress on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The finding of this research is that there is a decreasing trend of the aparatur’s performance that hypothetically caused by inefficient of work placement and the increased of work stress, that caused the aparatur show unsatisfied at work. To find the factor that influenced the finding, researcher use the quantitative approach research, by path analysis and questionnaire with 287 sample size for 1013 population, and using works satisfaction as intervening variable. The result of this research show that work placement has a positive and significant effect to work satisfaction and Government’s Aparaturs Performance. Therefore work stress has a negative and signicant effect to work satisfaction, but at the other side work stress has negative non significant effect to Government’s Aparaturs’ Performance. This research implication is the needed of efficient work placement by optimalized the function of Aparatur’s Experience and minimized Aparaturs’ Stress by managed the psychological factor and minimized the non-technical factor so that the aparaturs can have more satisfaction and will show the increase trend of performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penempatan Kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, penempatan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisa jalur, menggunakan instrumen kuestioner terhadap 287 orang responden dari total 1.013 orang PNS, serta menggunakan variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel pemediasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Pada penelitian ini, Variabel Kepuasan PNS menjadi variabel pemediasi pengaruh stress kerja dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Sehingga disaranakan agar penempatan kerja harus lebih didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan pengalaman kerja, serta dapat menjaga tingkat stress kerja pegawai terutama pada faktor psikologis hingga pada tingkat minimal sehingga PNS dapat merasa lebih puas dengan pekerjaannya dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja PNS Dinas Kesehatan Kab.Siak.

Abstract

This research was conductedatthe Regional Secretariat(SETDA) of Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The aims of the research are to examine and to obtain the empirical evidence about the effect of leadership on performance, the effect of motivation onperformance, the effect ofWork discipline on performance and the effect of leadership, motivation, and Work discipline on the performance. The population of the research were 139 civil servants, whereas the samplewere 103 Civil Servantsby usingProportional Cluster Sampling and Purposive Sampling method. the data collection technique wasusingquestionnaires andthe data sources were from primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique wasdescriptive analysis andinferencial statistical analysis (Multiple Liner Regression)by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.21.The results showed that partially and simultaneously the leadership, motivation, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja.Populasi penelitian adalah 139 Pegawai Negeri Sipil, sedangkan sampel adalah 103 Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan menggunakan metode sampling Klaster Proporsional dan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial (Multiple Liner Regression) dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance with supervision as a moderating variable at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire given to all employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City, totaling 162 people, the sampling technique method used was saturated sampling (census). The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program to test the relationship between variables.The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, supervision is able to mediate and has a significant positive effect on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. employee job satisfaction, supervision is able to mediate and have a significant positive effect on the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, supervision is able to mediate and has a significant positive effect on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, supervision is able to mediate and has a significant positive effect on the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Pekanbaru. Serta melihat sejauh mana pengawasan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaaan Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 162 orang, metode teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan program PLS (Partial Least Square) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengawasan mampu memediasi dan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengawasan mampu memediasi dan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengawasan mampu memediasi dan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengawasan mampu memediasi dan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This studys to determine the effect of variable Work Culture, Motivation And Training Of Employees Commitment to Department of Communication and Information Indragiri Hulu. The research was conducted on employee to Department of Communication and Information Indragiri Hulu for sample of 87 people. In the hypotheses make use of statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools. The results showed that the Culture of Work, Motivation and Training has significant effect on the environment of employee commitment Department of Communication and Information Indragiri Hulu. Jointly these results do suggest there is significant influence variables work culture, motivation and training of the commitment. With a good work culture and a strong motivation and to be given sufficient education and training will provide a good working commitment of the employees. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Dan Pelatihan Komitmen Karyawan terhadap Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pegawai Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika Indragiri Hulu untuk sampel sebanyak 87 orang. Dalam hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja, Motivasi dan Pelatihan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan komitmen karyawan Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika Indragiri Hulu. Secara bersama, hasil ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan variabel budaya kerja, motivasi dan pelatihan komitmen. Dengan budaya kerja yang baik dan motivasi dan pelatihan yang kuat akan memberikan komitmen kerja karyawan yang baik.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the impact of leadership dan workload on performance with work motivation as intervening variable. The study was conducted in PT. Prakarsa Pramandita, Duri Area. The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 106 employees of PT. Prakarsa Pramandita that used Census Sample. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hyphotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are leadership and workload as independent variable, performance as dependent variable and work motivation to intervening or mediation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study conclude that leadership has a direct influence significantly on performance, the workload directly influence significantly to performance and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Indirectly, work motivation has positive mediation role on the influence of leadership on performance and work motivation has a positive mediation role on the influence of workload on performance. The improvement of leadership effectiveness and workload are recommended in order to optimize employee performance and work motivation. This study provided some guidelines to help PT. Prakarsa Pramandita understand how to improve employees performance. This study demonstrates the importance of leadership and workload with work motivation support to improve employee performance. It shows to a highly quality of leadership and workload that compatible with employee ability will improve employee performance as the absenteeism rate decreases and employee motivation increases. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh dari kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel perantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Area Duri. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 106 karyawan PT. Prakarsa Pramandita yang menggunakan sampel sensus. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik dari responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistic yang berhubungan. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan dan beban kerja sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen, dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel perantara atau mediasi. Path analysis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, beban kerja secara langsung dan signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara tidak langsung, motivasi kerja memiliki peran positif sebagai mediator untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki peran positif sebagai mediator untuk pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja. Peningkatan dalam efektifitas kepemimpinan dan beban kerja sangat disarankan guna mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa pedoman untuk membantu PT. Prakarsa Pramandita dalam memahami peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan pentingnya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja serta motivasi kerja dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berkualitas dan beban kerja yang sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan menurunnya tingkat ketidakhadiran dan meningkatnya motivasi karyawan.
