Abstract

The aim of the study is to acknowledge the influence of workload and leadership to work stress and their impact toward costumer service performance at Grapari Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data uses questioner distributed to 120 costumer services at Grapari Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The obtained data were analyzed by using path analysis. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as the following; 1) There is a significant influence of workload on work stress. In one day costumer service had served nearly 50 customers, by establishment of queue SOP on the quantity of services it will decrease customer service workload. 2) There is a significant influence of leadership on work stress. This means that every effort made by the supervisor in managing his leadership will improve customer service performance. If the supervisor is more focused on the service sector before selling physical products, this will decrease customer service workload. 3) There is a significant influence of workload on performance. With the existence of effective workload management will be able to increase whole employee productivity as well, this is related to efficiency and effectiveness of solutions that produce high performance as output. 4) There is a significant influence of leadership on performance. With the existence of effective briefings by supervisors, they will be able to increase cooperation in discussing customer problems that occur most often so that overall employee performance increases. 5) There is a significant influence of work stress on performance. By managing the number of customer queues due to the absence of customer service, it will reduce the risk of customer service work errors and improve their performance. 6) There is a significant indirect effect between workload on performance through work stress. With the addition of SOP service time standard from 15 minutes into 20-25 minutes, this will reduce workload and improve customer service performance. 7) There is a significant indirect effect between leadership on performance through work stress. With the addition of customer service employee recruitment, it is expected to reduce overall job stress to be comparable and increase the ability to handle the number of customer every day.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on employee morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data by giving questionnaires to all ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency and secondary data obtained from several literatures, documents, reports and scientific papers as well as other supporting related to this research. Data analysis method used in this study is path analysis to test hypotheses with the help of SPSS For Windows Version 21 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect between leadership on morale, leadership on performance, and morale on employee morale on the performance of the Regional Secretariat. While the placement variable on morale and placement on performance there is a positive but not significant direct effect. The indirect effect of leadership on performance through morale is positive and significant, while the placement variable on performance through morale is positive but not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effect of the influence of motivation and competence on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance. The research location to be studied is the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office of Siak Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office of Siak Regency, totaling 134 employees using the slovin formula so that it became 100. The sample selection in this study was the sampling method in this study using the Cluster & Stratified Random Sampling technique, This technique is used because the population is not homogeneous. The results in this study motivation and competence have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. motivation, competence and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. For commitment is able to mediate the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung mengenai Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Lokasi penelitian yang akan diteliti adalah Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Siak yang berjumlah 134 pegawai dengan rumus slovin sehingga menjadi 100. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster & Stratified Random Sampling, teknik ini digunakan karena populasinya tidak homogen. Hasil dalam penelitian ini motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. motivasi, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di berbagai bidang membawa masyarakat Indonesia saat ini memasuki era digital. Teknologi dibuat semakin canggih dengan menggutamakan kenyamanan pengguna, hal tersebut direspon oleh setiap perusahaan, salah satunya yaitu Bank BNI dengan memberikan pelayanan kemudahan akses informasi dengan klienya dengan cara mengaplikasikan teknologi informasi yang modern melalui mobile banking. Banyaknya jumlah bank dan adanya perubahan transaksi keuangan dari offline menjadi online akan meningkatkan persaingan di antara perusahaan perbankan yang ada di Indonesia.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi behavior intention terhadap use behavior pada nasabah Gen Y pengguna mobile banking BNI Di Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 149.854 nasabah BNI pengguna mobile banking di Kota Pekanbaru dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer dan data sekunder dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, facilitating condition dan trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavior intention, sedangkan effort expectancy dan social influence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavior intention. Behavior intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior. Kata Kunci: Harapan Kinerja, Harapan Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial, Kondisi Fasilitasi, Niat Perilaku dan Perilaku Penggunaan Abstract Technological developments in various fields have brought Indonesian society to enter the digital era. Technology is made more sophisticated by prioritizing user convenience. Every company responds to this, one of which is Bank BNI by providing easy access to information with its clients by applying modern information technology through mobile banking. The large number of banks and the change in financial transactions from offline to online will increase competition among banking companies in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence behavioral intention to use behavior among Gen Y customers who use BNI mobile banking in cities. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 149,854 BNI customers using mobile banking in Pekanbaru City with a sample of 200 respondents. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data using questionnaires as a data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating condition and trust have a significant effect on behavior intention, while effort expectancy and social influence have no significant effect on behavior intention. Abstract

There were issues with the way BOS funding were being handled by MTs in the Purbalingga District. The goal of this research was to identify who was responsible for overseeing Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MT) accounts in Purbalingga Regency's School Operational Assistance (BOS) program. The interviews used in this study are the primary data in a qualitative research study. Five MTSs within the Purbalingga Ministry of Religion who had received BOS funding were interviewed. According to the findings, five MTs in the Purbalingga District have developed a strategy for estimating the school's annual revenue and costs. According to article 53 of PP NO 19 of 2005, which establishes minimum requirements for public schools, this institution has taken the necessary steps to implement them. The school relies on technical requirements for the administration of BOS to ensure that all data is accurate and full. Schools have successfully adapted to the intended use of BOS money in accordance with established technical criteria. It follows the rules laid out by the BOS's technical standards for the administration of normal BOS funds, guaranteeing its legitimacy and uniformity. The BOS fund manager has also generated a report of accountability in line with the rules. Challenges to transparency in the use of BOS money in five Purbalingga Municipalitiesa lack of community involvement in monitoring the administration of BOS funds in schools, and the difficulty of generating reports on the use of BOS funds due to the volume of work required of the BOS treasurer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the evaluation of the kotaku program (city without slums) in New Wide Paddy Fields in Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The primary data is data obtained from field observations by researchers, interviews with the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning. Secondary data is data that supports the issues to be discussed, which were obtained from executing the kotaku program (city without slums) in Sawah Lebar Baru, Bengkulu City and the people of Sawah Lebar Baru, Bengkulu City. Research data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the City Without Slums (KOTAKU) program in Sawah Lebar Village has been going quite well but not optimal. In its implementation, there have been many construction projects that have been carried out that are able to meet what is needed by the Sawah Lebar Village, such as drainage.

Abstract

The electronic-based population administration service policy has been developed as a service innovation related to Bengkuly City population and Civil Registration Service. The Population administration service policy is implemented through the Electronic Based Citizen Administration Service System (SLAWE) application. The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of electronic-based population administration service policies at the Bengkulu City Population and Civil Registration Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this research is William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory with indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of the research show that the implementation of the electronic-based population administration service policy has not gone completely well. Based on the results of observations, researchers still found several problems experienced, such as network interference which could cause system errors. Apart from that, there is limited time in providing services through the Slawe application where service recipients can only access the Slawe application only during working hours. Outside of working hours they cannot provide services, resulting in a less than optimal process in providing population administration services by Population and Registration Service employees. Bengkulu City Civil Service to people who use the Slawe application.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the national and regional economy occupy a strategic position. This is because the 10 subdistricts have a very significant contribution in providing employment opportunities and employment, expanding business opportunities and equity, and are a source of income for most people. Thus, the development of UMKM is a necessity in the framework of improving the people's economy, acceleration and growth as well as improving the regional economy. UMKM cover almost all sectors/sub-sectors of the regional economy. In each sector/sub-sector of the economy includes commodities, products or types of businesses that are very diverse. In order to further enhance the effectiveness of coaching for the development of UMKM, it is necessary to focus on the commodity, product or type of business that is featured, so that the fostering and development program becomes more focused. Thus the Government can prioritize economic policies through the development of featured products in an area as an effort to create jobs and improve community welfare in order to reduce the number/level of poverty in the area. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment simultaneously on the quality of employee services at the Sabang City Port Authority Office. The type of research in this study is survey research, the research design used in this study is a correlational design to draw the influence between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were all employees of the Sabang City Port Authority and Port Authority Office totaling 39 people, as well as being used as research samples. The results showed that the significance value (Sig) for the Competency variable was 0.628 and the calculated t value was 0.489 < t table (2.028) and the significance value (Sig) for the work environment variable was 0.257 and the calculated t value was -1.152 < t table (2.028). It can be concluded that there is no effect of competence and work environment on the quality of employee services at the Sabang City Port Authority Office

Abstract

Advances in information technology in the digital era have brought significant changes in the delivery of public information, including at the Pekan Sabtu Village Office, Bengkulu City, which previously used conventional methods such as banners and bulletin boards. This method has proven to be less effective in reaching the wider community and faces limitations in terms of cost and speed of renewal. To overcome this problem, the development of a company profile website is carried out as a more efficient and modern solution. The service method includes observation of information systems, introduction of website concepts to village officials, collaborative website development, and website management training. The results of the implementation show an improvement in the quality of information delivery that is faster, more efficient, and economical, as well as reducing dependence on print media. The website also increases transparency, facilitates access to information online, and increases public participation. Post-implementation evaluations show that the village staff is able to manage the website well, and this project is expected to be a model for other villages in improving public services through digital technologyKey Words : Website Company Profile, Village, Information Technology, Community Service,Information Dissemination, Public Service. Kemajuan teknologi informasi di era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam penyampaian informasi publik, termasuk di Kantor Kelurahan Pekan Sabtu, Kota Bengkulu, yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode konvensional seperti spanduk dan papan pengumuman. Metode tersebut terbukti kurang efektif dalam menjangkau masyarakat secara luas serta menghadapi keterbatasan dari segi biaya dan kecepatan pembaruan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan pengembangan website company profile sebagai solusi yang lebih efisien dan modern. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi sistem informasi, pengenalan konsep website kepada aparatur kelurahan, pengembangan website secara kolaboratif, serta pelatihan pengelolaan website. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas penyampaian informasi yang lebih cepat, efisien, dan ekonomis, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada media cetak. Website ini juga meningkatkan transparansi, memudahkan akses informasi secara online, dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Evaluasi pasca-implementasi menunjukkan bahwa staf kelurahan mampu mengelola website dengan baik, dan proyek ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi kelurahan lain dalam meningkatkan layanan publik melalui teknologi digital.Kata Kunci : Website Company Profile, Kelurahan, Teknologi Informasi, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Penyebaran Informasi, Layanan Publik.
