Abstract

The objective of the research was to evaluate production performance of Bali and Ongole crossbreed (PO) cattle fed with sorghum grain base. A total 12 cattle were used for this research. Treatment were breed (Bali and Ongole crossbreed) and slaughter weight (slaughter weight group 1/SWG 1 : 250-300 kg and slaughter weight group/SWG 2 : 300-350 kg) with 3 cattle for each treatment. Parameter observed were feed conversion, average daily gain (ADG), feed consumption and final weight. The result indicated that PO cattle has better feed conversion for both group of slaughter weight than Bali cattle (P<0.05). The average feed conversion for Bali and PO cattle on SWG 1 were 14.586 and 9.064 respectively, whereas on SWG 2 were 18.566 and 9.163 respectively. In consequence the ADG of PO cattle was higher than Bali cattle (P<0.05). The ADG for PO cattle and Bali cattle (kg/day) on SWG 1 were 0.797 and 0.478 respectively, and ons SWG 2 were 0.903 and 0.418 respectively. In addition, final weight for PO cattle on SWG 2 was higher than Bali cattle (P<0.05). The average final weight (kg) for PO and Bali cattle on SWG 2 were 347.10 and 307.61. There were no significant differences on final weight of PO and Bali cattle on SWG 1. The average final weight (kg) for PO and Bali cattle on SWG 1 were 285.96 and 274.44 respectively. Feeding Sorghum silage on PO and Bali cattle have positive impact on production performance, therefore this application is suitable to apply for local farmer.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah hal yang penting yang perlu dilakukan manjemen perusahaan. Untuk penilaian fundamental terhadap perfoma perusahaan serta perancangan tujuan di masa yang akan datang, hal ini berkaitan menggunakan penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam suatu periode tertentu. Topik dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk sesuai rasio keuangan yaitu rasio Profitabilitas meliputi ROA,ROE,NIM, rasio Likuiditas meliputi Current Ratio, Cash Ratio dan Rasio solvabiltas DAR dan DER periode tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai penelitian data sekunder berupa laporan laba-rugi dan laporan neraca yang bersumber dari website resmi PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan kondisi keuangan PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa rasio Likuiditas memperlihatkan kenaikan hingga menunjukkan bahwa Perusahaan pada kondisi stabil, rasio Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are the result of changes in a person's behavior obtained during interaction with the environment which includes cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Problem-Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of grade XI students in Civics subjects. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the type of research quasi-experimental design and sampling through purposive sampling using two classes, as well as data collection through observation and multiple-choice tests. Based on the results of data analysis of the average class value, the experimental class average on the pretest was 68.03, and on the posttest was 82.29. In contrast, the control class obtained an average value on the pretest of 62.35 and the posttest of 69.62. Using the t-test calculation with the Paired Sample t-test formula at a significance level of 5% with a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or the two population averages differ. This means that there is an effect of applying the Problem-Based Learning learning model on learning outcomes in Civics subjects for grade XI students at MAN 2 Mataram compared to only using conventional learning models

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of the application of the Team Games Tournament learning model assisted by PowerPoint media on the learning outcomes of class VII students in PPKn lessons. The research method used was a quantitative approach in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. While the sampling used was Purposive Sampling and data collection used observation techniques and multiple choice tests. Based on the results of the data analysis, the average value of the pre-test results in the experimental class was 54.33 and in the control class it was 50.58. While the average value data for the post-test results in the experimental class was 82.66 and the control class was 76.16. So that the calculation of the t-test with the polled variance formula shows the results𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔= 15,520 and𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙= 2.0738. Thus𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔>𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model assisted by PowerPoint media on the learning outcomes of class VII students in PPKn lessons at SMPN 11 Mataram.

Abstract

Pola komunikasi merupakan komponen yang memiliki peran penting bagi guru dalam membangun komunikasi dengan siswa penyandang disabilitas. Pola komunikasi yang baik dan terstruktur sangat dibutuhkan untuk membangun civic skill siswa penyandang disabilitas. Civic skill merupakan keterampilan kewarganegaraan yang meliputi kemampuan intelektual (intellectual skill) dan partisipatoris (partisipatory skill). Kemampuan ini penting untuk membentuk siswa menjadi warga negara yang aktif, bertanggung jawab, dan beretika. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola komunikasi yang diterapkan guru untuk membangun civic skill pada siswa penyandang disabilitas di SMK Negeri 5 Mataram. Metode peneitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data tersebut diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan pola komunikasi guru yang berpengaruh dalam membangun civic skill pada siswa penyandang disabilitas agar dapat berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to provide an understanding to the public to be smart in choosing positive news that does not contain fake news and increases literacy. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods because this research describes objects, phenomena, and social conditions that occur in the Karang Bedil community through POCADI services. The development of digital citizenship through POCADI is therefore as follows: 1. Digital citizenship involves understanding the risks associated with technology and how to protect oneself online. This also includes respecting the rights of others and using technology responsibly. 2. Digital citizenship aims to enable people to utilize technology properly in accordance with applicable ethics and norms. The concept of this coaching is for the development of society to reduce the time to use technology to make the organization productive for both children and adults. Digital citizenship aims to ensure that everyone can use digital media, technology, and responsible Digital citizenship coaching.-----------------AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat untuk cerdas dalam memilih berita yang sifatnya positif, tidak mengandung berita bohong dan meningkatkan literasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif karena dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan objek, fenomena atau kondisi sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat Karang Bedil melalui layanan POCADI. Maka pengembangan Kewarganegaraan digital melalui POCADI adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Kewarganegaraan digital melibatkan pemahaman risiko yang terkait dengan teknologi dan cara melindungi diri sendiri secara online. Ini juga termasuk menghormati hak orang lain dan menggunakan teknologi secara bertanggung jawab. 2. Kewarganegaraan digital bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan baik sesuai etika dan norma yang berlaku. Konsep pembinaan ini adalah untuk pengembangan masyarakat untuk mengurangi waktu untuk menggunakan teknologi agar masyarakat produktif baik bagi anak-anak maupun orang dewasa. Tujuan kewarganegaraan digital adalah untuk memastikan bahwa setiap orang dapat menggunakan media digital, teknologi, dan bertanggung jawab Pembinaan kewarganegaraan digital.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe the implementation of the Inges Waste Bank program, how to strengthen the character of caring for the environment through the Inges Waste Bank program, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Inges Waste Bank program. This research uses qualitative research with a case study type, in which the author investigates in detail related to a program which occurs following the reality of the research object. The research techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique according to Milles and Huberman which consists of three stages, namely data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. This research shows that the Inges waste bank program has 3 activities: educating the public about waste, making crafts and compost from waste, exchanging waste for wifi vouchers. Now Dasan Lekong Village is the cleanest village in Selotim. It can be concluded that the existence of the Inges waste bank program can improve the environmentally caring character of the people of Dasan Lekong Village.-------------------AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program bank sampah inges, bagaiamana penguatan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui program bank sampah inges serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program bank sampah inges. Penelitian ini mengguankan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus (case study), yang dimana penulis menyelidiki secara mendetail terkait dengan suatu program yang di mana terjadi sesuai dengan kenyataan pada objek penelitian. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data menurut Milles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yakni kondensasi data, display data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa dalam kegiatan program bank sampah inges ini memiliki 3 kegiatan yaitu: Edukasi masyarakat tentang sampah, membuat kerajinan dan kompos dari sampah, menukarkan sampah dengan voucher wifi. Kini Desa Dasan Lekong menjadi desa terbersih selotim. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa adanya program bank sampah inges ini dapat meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan masyarakat Desa Dasan Lekong.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMPN 6 Mataram are influenced by the Canva media-assisted portfolio learning model. The research sample consisted of two classes, Class VII B (Experimental Class) and Class VII C (Control Class), which were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The quantitative approach used is a type of Quasi Experiment and design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instruments used are observation and a written test in the form of multiple choices. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS version 25. To test the analysis requirements, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Levene homogeneity test were used. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. The research results show that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence from using the portfolio learning model assisted by Canva media on student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMPN 6 Mataram dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran portofolio berbantuan media Canva. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, Kelas VII B (Kelas Eksperimen) dan Kelas VII C (Kelas Kontrol), yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah jenis Quasi Eksperimen dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa observasi dan tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Untuk uji persyaratan analisis, digunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji homogenitas Levene. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran portofolio berbantuan media Canva terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 6 Mataram.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Number Head Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model to increase student learning motivation in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (ppkn) class VIII-A SMP N 6 Mataram. This research uses Classroom Action Research (Classroom Astion Research) with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The stages in this research are initial observation, planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of classroom action research were students in class VIII-A of SMP 6 Mataram. The results of research in cycle I showed that the implementation of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model was achieved at 50%, the level of student learning motivation was achieved at 54%. Furthermore, cycle II showed that the implementation of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model was achieved at 83% and the level of student learning motivation was achieved at 65%. Furthermore, cycle III shows that the implementation of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model has been implemented at 100% and the level of student learning motivation is 91%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif learnig tipe Numbere Head Together (NHT) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajara Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (ppkn) kelas VIII-A SMP N 6 Mataram. Penelitian ini mengguakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Astion Risearch) dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket,dan dokumentasi. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi awal, perencanaann, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian tindakan kelas adalah siswa kelas VIII-A SMP 6 Mataram. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbere Head Together (NHT) terlaksana sebesar 50%, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa terlaksana 54%. Selanjutnya pada siklus II menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbere Head Together (NHT) terlaksanasebesar 83% dan tingkat motiwati belajar siswa terlaksana 65%. Selanjutnya pada siklus III menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbere Head Together (NHT) terlaksanasebesar 100% dan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa 91%

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of PPKn teacher strategies in developing the disciplined character of class Vll students at SMPN 3 Woja, where at SMPN 3 Woja this teacher strategy is really needed in developing this disciplinary character, especially PPKn teachers because PPKn teachers are one of the appropriate tools. In implementing the values ??of character education for students, basically the aim of PPKn is to make students become democratic citizens with character according to the values ??of Pancasila. When talking about PPKn subject teachers, it is carried out in character education co-curricular activities which are implemented in all subjects including PPKn subject matter. Discipline is very important to apply to students, discipline should not only enforce long-term rules, but also be able to raise high levels of students. The process of developing disciplined character can have a positive impact on students' emotional, spiritual and personality development. This is done in a simple way, being disciplined in coming to school on time, wearing a uniform according to the applicable rules, being disciplined in carrying out routine school activities. The researcher's goal is to find out. To describe the strategies faced by teachers in developing students' disciplined character and to describe the factors that influence teachers' strategies in developing the disciplined character of class Vll students at SMPN 3 Woja. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The subject of this research is Civics Teachers. The informants from this research are the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Guidance and Guidance Teachers, students, SMPN 3 Woja and the data collection techniques in this research can be concluded that at SMPN 3 Woja the PPKn teacher's strategy to develop students' Disciplinary Character has been implemented well, as in developing the teacher's character by applying strategies starting from time discipline, attitude discipline and rule discipline. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya strategi guru PPKn dalam mengembangakan karakter disiplin siswa kelas Vll di SMPN 3 Woja yang dimana di SMPN 3 Woja ini strategi guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin tersebut terutama guru PPKn dikarenakan Guru mapel PPKn sebagai salah satu sarana yang tepat dalam implementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter peserta didik pada dasarnya tujuan PPKn adalah untuk menciptakan peserta didik menjadi warga negara yang demokrasu dan berkarakter sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Ketika berbicara guru mapel PPKn dilakukan dalam kegiatan Korikuler pendidikan karakter diwujudkan semua mata pelajaran termaksuk mapel PPKn. Disiplin sangat penting untuk diterapkan bagi siswa, disiplin seharusnya tidak hanya menegakkan aturan jangka Panjang, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan peserta didik yang tinggi. Proses pengembangan karakter disiplin dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan emosional, spiritual dan kepribadian siswa. Untuk mendiskripsikan Strategi yang dihadapi Guru dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin siswa serta mendiskripsikan faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi guru dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin siswa kelas Vll di SMPN 3 Woja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Diskriptif adapun subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu Guru PPKn. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Kesiswaan, Guru BK, Siswa-siswi, SMPN 3 Woja dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inidapat dsimpulkan bahwa di SMPN 3 Woja strategi guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan Karakter Disiplin siswa sudah dijalankan dengan baik yang diman dalam mengembangkan karakter tersebut guru memberlakukan strateginya mulai dari disiplin waktu, disiplin waktu, disiplin sikap dan disiplin aturan.
