Penelitian ini menganalisis minat beli terhadap obat jamu masuk angin produk BEJO Jahe Merah di Indonesia. BEJO Jahe Merah merupakan obat jamu masuk angin herbal dengan memakai jahe merah yang diproduksi untuk menyehatkan atau menjaga daya tahan tubuhnya termasuk dengan obat jamu masuk angin. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami hal-hal yang berpengaruh pada minat beli Bejo Jahe Merah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini meliputi pengaruh citra merek, kesadaran merek dan e-word of mouth. Pendekatan deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan pada penelitian ini. Peneliti memakai jenis data berupa data kuantitatif serta menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. 385 orang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebagai sampel, yang merupakan konsumen BEJO Jahe Merah dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan e-kuesioner (google form) yang disebarkan secara online melalui jejaring sosial. Teknik analisis data diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Obat Jamu Bejo Jahe Merah (2) Kesadaran Merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Obat Jamu Bejo Jahe Merah (3) E-WOM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Obat Jamu Bejo Jahe Merah. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian Citra Merek dan E-WOM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Obat Jamu Bejo Jahe Merah sedangkan Kesadaran Merek tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan.

This quantitative study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and career development on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for teachers in the city of Depok, West Java, Indonesia. Data was collected using an online questionnaire of 95 respondents with a purposive approach. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has no significant effect on OCB, while job satisfaction and career development have affected OCB. This study provides insight into efforts to improve OCB among teachers in Indonesia.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Currently, there are several mutations in virus variants that change the nature of the virus to make it easier to spread, thus affecting vaccine performance. After people receive the COVID-19 vaccine, what is feared is that people feel they are already immune, so they relax health protocols, even though the COVID-19 variant can reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and adherence to health protocols after the COVID-19 vaccination in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta in 2021. The type of research used was a quantitative cross-sectional approach, with a sample size of 125 people. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively and a correlation analysis was performed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the value of p = 0.000 for the knowledge factor and p = 0.002) for the attitude factor. It was concluded that knowledge and attitudes were related to adherence to implementing health protocols. The people of RW 08 Lebak Bulus are advised to maintain compliance with health protocols and RW/RT administrators are advised to remind the public to continue to comply with health protocols.Keywords: COVID-19; compliance with health protocols; knowledge; attitude ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Saat ini terdapat beberapa mutasi varian virus yang mengubah sifat virus menjadi lebih mudah menyebar hingga memengaruhi kinerja vaksin. Setelah masyarakat menerima vaksin COVID-19 yang dikhawatirkan adalah masyarakat merasa sudah kebal sehingga melonggarkan protokol kesehatan, padahal varian COVID-19 dapat menurunkan tingkat efektivitas vaksin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pasca vaksinasi COVID-19 di Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, dengan ukuran sampel 125 orang. Data dikumpukan melalui pengisian kuesioner, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilakukan analisis korelasi menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 untuk faktor pengetahuan dan p = 0,002) untuk faktor sikap. Disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap berhubungan dengan kepatuhan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Bagi masyarakat RW 08 Lebak Bulus disarankan untuk mempertahankan kepatuhan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan dan kepada pengurus RW/RT disarankan untuk mengingatkan masyarakat agar tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan.Kata kunci: COVID-19; kepatuhan protokol kesehatan; pengetahuan; sikap

The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership (TL), Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment (OC) Mediation. ASN Civil servants millennial employees of the Human Resources Development Training and Education Unit of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights are the population in this study.The criteria for respondents using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents, using simple random sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique of this research uses Structure Equation Models (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study shows that (1) TL has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.375 with a Tstatistic value of 3.116 > 1.96 (2) QWL has no significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.163 with a Tstatistic value of 1.400 < 1.96 (3) TL has an effect significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.263 with a Tstatistic value of 2.846 > 1.96 (4) QWL has a significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.462 with a Tstatistic value of 5.506 > 1.96 (5) OC has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.315 with Tstatistic value 3.765 > 1.96.

Penelitian ini bertaujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman kerja, kompetensi melalui pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM. Sampel responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 pegawai dan pemilihan sampel yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dengan simple random sampling. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structure Equation Models (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memiliki nilai 0,283 pada original sampel yang berarti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi dengan nilai 0,274 yang berarti bahwa kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang positif kepada kinerja pegawai, pengembangan SDM mendapatkan nilai original sample 0,385 yang artinya bahwa pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja.

High service quality is the most important factor to achieve optimal health service quality. The causes of low service quality include the influence of input factors, such as lack of infrastructure, finance, facilities, and human resources. Six sigma is used to improve quality, that contains a process of measurement, investigation, analysis, and evaluation. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method or literature study. The secondary data used comes from literary sources in the form of scientific articles in Indonesian through an online site in the form of Google Scholar. Basically the principle of Six Sigma leads to improvement of results by making improvements to the process stages so as to produce a perfect product. Six Sigma is used to identify matters relating to errors or mistakes and to rework a product/service which in turn will spend more money and time. The success of implementing Six Sigma in an organization is measured based on the achieved sigma value. Based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the quality of health services in hospitals using the Six Sigma method. The application of the six sigma method has a significant impact on infection prevention and control in hospitals.

The operating room in a hospital is the most complicated in terms of management and has the biggest cost in terms of health facilities. Lean six sigma as an approach to the management to improve service and speed up service. This study aims to determine the application of lean six sigma in the operating room at the hospital. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google Scholar to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 from a total of 6 journals have collected. Based on these journals, the application of lean six sigma in the operating room has a positive impact on performance efficiency that can benefit the hospital.

The hospital pharmacy installation is an important unit in the hospital that is responsible for pharmaceutical activities. Pharmacy is the last unit and one of the important parts that determine patient satisfaction, to improve the service process in operations management, the method that can be used is lean six sigma to help improve service quality and patient satisfaction by minimizing errors and waiting times through organizing and managing the hospital management system. The purpose of this study is to identify an overview of the use of lean six sigma in drug management in hospitals. This research method is a literature review study with the search engine used in literature searches, namely google scholar according to the keywords of the topic to be studied, namely lean six sigma methods, hospital drug management, lean six sigma implementation, the criteria for articles used are based on publications published between 2019 and 2023. The results showed that there is waste in drug/pharmacy management in hospitals. The problems related to pharmacy include too long waiting times, overprocessing of drug prescriptions, and waste of motion in file searches. SIMRS error, lack of trained human resources, uncertainty of drug prices, still done manually are triggers for the occurrence of worthless processes. Waste reduction can be done with the lean six sigma method which can fix problems that often occur in pharmaceutical installations by being applied through standardized calculations.

Pharmacy is a health service facility that aims to help improve health for the community (public health), as well as a place for practicing pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work spread across various regions. Choosing a business location is the main thing to consider in build a business, including pharmacy. A strategic business location is related to transportation efficiency, material properties, product characteristics, and ease of reaching consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing the pharmacy location on medicine purchasing decisions in Indonesia. The method that used in this study is literature review with 6 research journals that collected and processed pre-existing data using search engines such as Google Scholar and journal databases such as Researchgate and published in 2018-2023. The result shows that pharmacy location is not always a factor in a person's decision to buy medicine, there are other factors such as price, quality of pharmacy service, and etc.

Currently, many industrial companies are growing rapidly and significantly. One indicator of a company's success is the ability to sustain. This means that companies need to have added value that refers to strategic alignment, interconnection of companies and supply chain partners. An integrated supply chain will increase the overall value generated. This shows that companies must meet consumer demand by working together to produce cheap, timely, and high-quality products. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of how much influence the implementation of supply chain integration has on improving the performance of industrial companies. This research uses a literature study method with literature searches, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed, selected between 2019-2022. The results of this study were obtained from eight research articles that fit the keywords and inclusion criteria. This study shows that supply chain integration provides supply chain visibility and overall operating performance. This research can be concluded that supply chain integration has a direct effect on company performance. Thus, the higher the supply chain integration, it will provide better supply chain performance and certainly an increase in performance in industrial companies in producing a product.
