Abstract

Abstract: Not over the polemic in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, now all people in the world are shocked by the idea of a new idea, namely the era of society 5.0. A time that requires humans to be adaptive and creative with fast and appropriate technology. However, to achieve this condition, there needs to be a massive effort from all education actors and direct involvement from parents to create quality graduates who are competent and proficient with technology. This study aims to explain about, (1) the challenges of utilizing technology and information for teachers with SWOT analysis in an effort to prepare students with character , (2) the solutions provided to overcome the challenges of utilizing technology and information in an effort to prepare students with character. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a literature review. The result of this study is that teachers do not maximize the use of technology, especially applications of learning service providers. Online learning activities are only limited to using the whatsapps application. The solution to prepare students with character is to provide varied tasks as well as assistance and control from parents regarding the use of technology.Keywords: learning, character education, information technology, era society 5.0Abstrak: Belum usai polemik diera revolusi industri 4.0 kini seluruh masyarakat di dunia digemparkan dengan ide gagasan baru yakni era society 5.0. Masa yang menuntut manusia untuk adaptif serta kreatif dengan adanya teknologi cepat dan tepat guna. Namun, untuk mencapai kondisi tersebut perlu adanya upaya yang masif dari semua pelaku pendidikan dan keterlibatan langsung dari orang tua guna menciptakan mutu lulusan yang kompeten serta cakap dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai, (1) tantangan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi bagi guru dengan analisis SWOT dalam upaya mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter, (2) solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi tantangan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dalam upaya mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kajian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah guru kurang memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi terutama aplikasiaplikasi penyedia layanan belajar. Kegiatan pembelajaran online hanya terbatas menggunakan aplikasi whatsapps. Solusi untuk mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter yaitu dengan memberikan tugas bervariatif serta pendampingan dan kontrol dari orang tua mengenai penggunaan teknologi.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, pendidikan karakter, teknologi informasi, era society 5.0

Abstract

Abstract: The era of the industrial revolution which has now reached 5.0 demands changes in all aspects marked by the use of digital technology. This research aims to prepare education for the era of learning society 5.0 in the challenges of new paradigms in the context of the 21st century skill picture which can later be of long-term benefit to be able to improve the quality of education and unite international level education and the application of modern technology as a whole at various levels of education that have also implemented best practices for learning models in a related educational institution. Researchers use a type of literature study approach by applying the literature review method to be able to get the latest information and quality data with the most accurate and reliable sources. Data that has been collected and neatly arranged will soon be analyzed using systematic steps, including identifying research topics, determining the focus of literature, searching for research supporting sources, assessing the quality of sources, presenting research results, and drawing conclusions. There are four research results of the educational paradigm of the learning society 5.0 era, including: (a) International best practices in education; (b) Changes in the role of educators; (c) Optimization of smart education; and (d) Implementation of the STEAM model.Keywords: educational paradigm, learning society 5.0, STEAM model, international best practice, smart educationAbstrak: Era revolusi industri yang kini sudah mencapai 5.0 menuntut adanya perubahan dalam segala aspek ditandai dengan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan pendidikan era learning society 5.0 dalam tantangan-tantangan paradigma baru pada konteks gambaran keterampilan abad ke-21 yang nantinya dapat bermanfaat jangka panjang untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta menyatukan pendidikan tingkat internasional dan penerapan teknologi modern secara menyeluruh diberbagai jenjang pendidikan yang juga sudah mengimplementasikan best practice untuk model-model pembelajaran di suatu lembaga pendidikan terkait. Peneliti menggunakan jenis pendekatan studi pustaka dengan menerapkan metode literature review untuk bisa mendapatkan informasi terbaru serta data yang berkualitas dengan sumbersumber terakurat dan terpercaya. Data yang sudah terkumpul dan tertata rapi akan segera dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah sistematis antara lain adalah melakukan identifikasi topik penelitian, menentukan fokus dari literatur, pencarian sumber-sumber penunjang penelitian, penilaian kualitas sumber, penyajian hasil penelitian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Terdapat empat hasil penelitian paradigma pendidikan era learning society 5.0 antara lain: (a) Internasional best practice dalam pendidikan; (b) Perubahan peran pendidik; (c) Optimalisasi smart education; dan (d) Implementasi model STEAM.Kata kunci: paradigma pendidikan, learning society 5.0, model STEAM, internasional best practice, smart education

Abstract

A comparative study of Indonesian and Malaysian education management shows that there are significant similarities and differences. Both countries have a common goal of improving the quality of education, but the approaches used are different. Indonesia tends to be more decentralized with a flexible curriculum and high community participation, while Malaysia is more centralized with a structured curriculum. Both have adopted various innovations in education, but still face similar challenges such as equalizing quality and increasing teacher competency. This study concludes that understanding the differences and similarities between the two systems can provide valuable input for developing education policies in each country.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by school administrative staff in preparing for future modernization. The main issue highlighted is how modernization, particularly in the context of information and communication technology, affects the roles and responsibilities of school administrative personnel. The aim of this study is to identify the new skill requirements needed by administrative staff to adapt to these changes. The research methods used include qualitative analysis through interviews with administrative staff and direct observations at several educational institutions. The findings show a gap between the current skills possessed by administrative staff and those needed to meet the challenges of modernization. The conclusion of this article emphasizes the importance of ongoing training and professional development for school administrative personnel so that they can function effectively in an increasingly complex and technology-based educational environment.

Abstract

The management of administrative personnel in a school is a key aspect in determining the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of educational services. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the effective management of school administrative personnel to be implemented, while containing a discussion of: (1) effective management of school administrative management; (2) the process of managing school administrative personnel; (3) efforts to improve administrative services in schools/madrasas. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques through previous studies and literature related to the topic of the research. The results showed that administrative management carried out by administrative staff in schools/madrasas is still not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 24 of 2008 on School Administrative Staff Standards. For this reason, effective management of school administrative personnel is needed to improve administrative services in schools/madrasas. The effective management of school administrative personnel includes planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, technology in administrative management, and evaluation.

Abstract

The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance can be seen from the communication skills and teamwork skills of students after carrying out the activity. The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so students' communication skills improve and the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so teamwork skills increase. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance; (2) describe the quality of communication skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (3) describe the quality of teamwork skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (4) determine the influence of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student communication skills; (5) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student teamwork skills; (6) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on students' communication skills and teamwork skills. This research uses quantitative methods which are analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and MANOVA test. The results of this research are (1) the quality of implementation of the Teaching Assistance Program for State University of Malang students is classified as high; (2)the quality of communication skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (3) the quality of teamwork skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (4) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (5) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (6) there is an influence of the Teaching Assistance program on the communication skills and teamwork skills of State University of Malang students. Abstract

School administrative processes often face various challenges that hinder efficiency and effectiveness due to complex and manual procedures. These issues can negatively impact the management of quality education. The aim of this research is to analyze how lean management is applied in school administration and its effects on efficiency and work effectiveness, especially in today’s digital era. The method used in this study is a literature review by examining various relevant literature, journals, and articles. The results indicate that the application of lean management, supported by technology such as School Management Information Systems (SMIS), successfully reduced administrative processing time by up to 50%, improved data accuracy, and optimized the use of human resources. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that lean management can enhance school administrative performance, but its success greatly depends on effective change management and active staff involvement.

Education plays an important role in producing quality human resources, it is necessary for economic development and development of the country. Vocational High Schools focus on developing students' skills to be ready to work, however many graduates are still unemployed since they have not met the demands of the measured by employees. Abstract

According to the author, the aim of the article is to analyze the role of administrative staff in improving the quality of services in schools. Administrative staff play an important role in supporting the educational process, starting from the role of administrative staff, the quality of educational administrative services, the role of administrative staff in improving the quality of services in schools. By optimizing the role and quality of services, schools can create an environment that is more efficient and responsive to the needs of students, parents and the community. This research uses a qualitative approach by reading various library sources and qualitative analysis as a data collection method. The results show that more professional and skilled administrative staff contribute significantly to improving service quality, both through the level of administrative services and the role of school administrative staff.
