Abstract

The implementation of education in schools contains values including responsibility, discipline, independence, honesty, creativity and social. The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently happening has become a barrier to learning in schools so that it is diverted online. The aim that you want to know in this study is how the axiology in physical education learning through e-learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic? This research is a correlational study using a population of junior high schools in Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 120 people. The sampling technique was chosen randomly by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale type with a validity and reliability value of the questionnaire with a value of 0.887. The results of this study explain that there is no axiological value relationship in physical education learning through e-learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era with a significant value of 0.264. The axiological value obtained is included in the low category of physical education learning through e-learning in this pandemic era. In this online learning, it is hoped that students can still increase the value of axiology. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kesehatan berbasis blended learning di era pandemi covid 19. Penelusuran artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan yang bersumber dari referensi yang relavan untuk dikaji secara konseptual dan disimpulkan dari hasil bahasan. Hasil dari pengkajian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK berbasis blended learning di era pandemi covid 19 dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Perpaduan memperoleh ilmu dalam PJOK dapat dibagi menjadi 3 aspek, antara lain: (1) tatap muka, khususnya memperoleh ilmu yang mempertemukan para pengajar dan mahasiswa di satu tempat, khususnya di sekolah; (2) offline, melalui multimedia interaktif memperoleh pengetahuan tentang aset yang dibuat dengan bantuan guru, yang meliputi teks, video, audio, dan animasi dan dapat diakses tanpa jaringan web; dan (3) secara online, khususnya untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang internet provider secara online, melalui Moodle, Quipper, Yahoo Groups, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Zoom, atau lainnya untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang layanan internet. Keuntungan dari pembelajaran berbasis campuran berbasis total untuk lembaga pendidikan atau akademik meliputi peningkatan variasi dalam memperoleh pengetahuan/pendidikan, kemudahan pelaksanaan, efisiensi harga, hasil yang paling efektif, menyesuaikan dengan berbagai kebutuhan siswa, dan menumbuhkan keindahan belajar. Abstract: The purpose of writing this article is to examine the implementation of blended learning-based physical education and health sports in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. This article search uses a qualitative descriptive method through literature studies sourced from relevant references to be studied conceptually and concluded from the results of the discussion. The results of this study show that the implementation of blended learning-based PJOK learning in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic can help the learning process become more effective and efficient. The combination of gaining knowledge in PJOK can be divided into 3 aspects, among others: (1) face-to-face, especially gaining knowledge that brings together teachers and students in one place, especially in schools; (2) offline, through interactive multimedia gaining knowledge about assets created with the help of teachers, which include text, video, audio, and animation and can be accessed without a web network; and (3) online, specifically to gain knowledge about internet providers online, through Moodle, Quipper, Yahoo Groups, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Zoom, or others to gain knowledge about internet services. The advantages of total-based mixed-based learning for educational or academic institutions include increased variety in acquiring knowledge/education, ease of implementation, cost efficiency, most effective results, adapting to various student needs, and fostering the beauty of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban dengan metode Superset kombinasi diet OCD (Obsessive Corbuzier's Diet) terhadap berat badan, presentase lemak dan kekuatan otot. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah members RODEO Fitness Center di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah members laki-laki aktif yang berjumlah 11 orang berusia 18-30 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah omron carada scan  fat body monitor, leg and back dynamometer dan handgrip dynamometer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji t (paired sample t test) pada taraf signifikasi 5 % dengan aplikasi SPSS ver 16. Pada penelitian kali ini members di beri perlakuan latihan berupa frekuensi: 3-5 kali/minggu, intensitas: 70 % 1RM, jumlah set: 3 set, repetisi: 15-20 kali pengulangan, istirahat antar set selama 20-30 detik, latihan ini dilaksanakan selama 24 kali pertemuan. Sedangkan diet OCD yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah diet yang diciptakan oleh Dedi Corbuzier, yaitu diet yang menggunakan sistem jendela makan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terjadi penurunan berat badan yang signifikan dengan rerata 77,76 menjadi 76,17 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 artinya nilai p 0,05. Persentase lemak tubuh menunjukkan hasil rerata 22,43 menjadi 21,05 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,008 yaitu p 0,05. Kekuatan otot tangan menunjukkan hasil peningkatan yang dignifikan dengan nilai rerata 41,87 menjadi 44,99 nilai signifikansi 0,000, artinya p 0,05. Kekuatan otot punggung meunjukkan hasil rerata 197 menjadi 208,72 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001, artinya p 0,05. Kekuatan otot tungkai penunjukkan berubahan rerata 162,08 menjadi 183,5 dengan tarf 0,020, artinya p 0,05. Hasil uji t pada latihan beban dengan metode super set kombinasi diet OCD diperoleh nilai-nilai t hitung t tabel, dan nilai p 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan beban metode dengan Superset set kombinasi diet OCD terhadap penurunan berat badan, penurunan persentase lemak, dan peningkatan kekuatan otot tangan, punggung dan tungkai. The effect of weight training with superset method combination the OCD diet toward body weight, fat percentage and muscle strength AbstractThe purpose of this research is to observe the effect of weight training with Superset method combination OCD (Obsessive Corbuzier's Diet) toward body weight, fat percentage and muscle strength. The population in this study was RODEO Fitness Center members in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 11 active male members aged 18-30 years. The instruments used in this study were omron carada scan fat body monitor, leg and back dynamometer and handgrip dynamometer. Data analysis using paired sample t test analysis at the significance level of 5% by SPSS ver 16. n this study the members were given exercise treatment in the form of frequency: 3-5 times / week, intensity: 70% 1RM, number of sets: 3 sets, reps: 15-20 repetitions, rest between sets for 20-30 seconds, exercise this was held for 24 meetings. While the OCD diet given in this study is a diet created by Dedi Corbuzier, a diet that uses a window eating system. Based on the results of the study that there was a significant weight loss with an average of 77.76 to 76.17 with a significance level of 0.000 means that the value of p 0.05. The percentage of body fat showed an average result of 22.43 to 21.05 with a significance value of 0.008 ie p 0.05. Hand muscle strength showed a significant increase in the mean value of 41.87 to 44.99, with a significance value of 0.000, meaning that p 0.05. The strength of the back muscles shows the average results of 197 to 208.72 with a significance value of 0.001, meaning that p 0.05. The muscle strength of the appointment limb changed the mean 162.08 to 183.5 with a tarf of 0.020, meaning p 0.05. T test results in weight training with the super set combination OCD diet method obtained values of t count t table, and the value of p 0.05. This means that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of weight training with the Superset set combination of the OCD diet on weight loss, fat percentage reduction, and increased muscle strength of the hands, back and legs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengamatan keterampilan bermain serta karakter sportif atlet elite dan nonelite usia 16 tahun di DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola pada elite dan non-elite. Populasi yang peneliti tetapkan adalah atlet sepakbola elite dan nonelite usia 16-18 tahun pada sekolah sepakbola di wilayah Provinsi DIY. Teknik penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 25 atlet elite dan 25 atlet non-elite. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes unjuk kerja keterampilan bermain untuk mengetahui keterampilan bermain dan kuesioner karakter sportif untuk mengetahui karakter sportif atlet. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan passing atlet elite sebesar 100% termasuk kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan non-elite hanya 36% yang memiliki kategori sangat tinggi. Atlet elite 100% mempunyai keterampilan receiving sangat tinggi sedangkan atlet non-elite 36% termasuk kategori sedang. Atlet elite mempunyai keterampilan dribbling sebesar 88% sangat tinggi dan pada non-elite sebagian besar berkategori sedang dan rendah yaitu 24%. Keterampilan heading atlet elite berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 36%, sedangkan atlet non-elite termasuk dalam kategori sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 76%. Pada karakter sportif kerjasama pada atlet elite dan non-elite sama-sama  termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 64% dan 96% pada kerjasama, 60% dan 84% karakter hormat, sedangkan disiplin 68% atlet elite dan 84% non-elite. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa atlet elite memiliki kemampuan keterampilan bermain lebih baik daripada atlet non-elite, sedangkan karakter sportif pada atlet elite dan non-elit memiliki karakter sportif yang sama pada kategori sangat tinggi meskipun jika dilihat dari persentasenya pada atlet non-elite menunjukkan hasil yang lebih besar. Comparison of the Playing Skills and Sportsmanship Characters of Elite and Non-Elite Football Athletes Ages 14-16 Years in DIY Abstract This study aims to observe the playing skills and sportsmanship of elite and non-elite athletes aged 16 years in Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were elite and non-elite soccer athletes. The population that the researchers determined was elite and non-elite football athletes aged 16-18 years at soccer schools in the DIY province. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive random sampling, in order to obtain 25 elite athletes and 25 non-elite athletes. The instrument in this study used a performance test of playing skills to determine playing skills and a sporty character questionnaire to determine the sportsmanship character of athletes. Data analysis technique with percentage descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the passing skills of elite athletes were 100% in the very high category, while only 36% of non-elite athletes had very high categories. 100% elite athletes have very high receiving skills while 36% non-elite athletes are in the moderate category. Elite athletes have very high dribbling skills by 88% and non-elite athletes are mostly in the medium and low category, namely 24%. The heading skill of elite athletes is in the very high category of 36%, while non-elite athletes are in the very low category, namely 76%. In terms of sportsmanship, cooperation between elite and non-elite athletes are both in the very high category with a percentage of 64% and 96% in cooperation, 60% and 84% of respectful character, while in discipline 68% of elite athletes and 84% non-elite athletes. So it can be concluded that elite athletes have better playing skills than non-elite athletes, while the sportsmanship character of elite and non-elite athletes has the same sportsmanlike character in the very high category even though when viewed from the percentage of non-elite athletes, the results show the greater one.

Abstract

E-Sport games are examples of a game that is played without engaging in any physical activity. The objective of the research is to determine the impact of e-Sport games on character building and sports culture. This research utilized mixed methods. The researchers were using questionnaires to collect the quantitative data and they used qualitative data triangulation to collect the qualitative data. The students and lecturers of the Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University comprised the research population. The convenience sampling technique was used to select the 35 students, while the lecturers and trainers used the purposive sampling with a total of 5 people. The quantitative research instrument consisted of a modified Likert scale questionnaire and the qualitative research instrument consisted of the researcher himself assisted by a list of themes. The researchers used Miles and Huberman’s quantitative data analysis techniques with descriptive percentage and qualitative analysis techniques for the data analysis. The findings of the research on e-Sport games have an impact on the formation of positive and negative characters. The impact of positive characters includes honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and courtesy and the impact of negative characters is depression, stress, and anxiety. While the influence of e-Sport games in sports culture includes hard work, discipline, respect, and competition. The positive impact of e-Sport games is in the very good category, with the highest factor being honesty (100%). The negative impact is in the moderate category, with the highest factor being depression (52.5%). While the e-Sport game on sports culture is in the very good category, with the highest influence is on hard work (95%). This research can be concluded that e-Sport games have a very good impact on character building and sports culture.

Abstract

Football is a sport where every player is required to have good technical skills. The player's technique is said to be good if it is carried out according to the principles of biomechanics disciplines, resulting in movement efficiency. In the process of passing the ball, there are several factors, namely the length of the forward swing trajectory, leg length, knee angle, knee angle of support and ball speed. basic pass (passing), required mastery of good technique. The coach can evaluate every passing movement using the principles of biomechanics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the basic techniques of passing players from the Pati Private Training team which were grouped into three categories. The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive approach system. The data is processed in the form of videos taken with a 1200D DSLR camera from 3 samples of Pati Private Training players then video processing using the kinovea application. Abstract

Restrictions on community activities due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus have changed sports in Indonesia, forcing athletes to practice independently in their respective homes with training programs created by coaches. This study aims to find out the effect of circuit body weight training on arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy of archery athletes. This research is an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. This study employed purposive sampling with the criteria of elite archery athletes, still in high school, male, and willing to participate. Total of 12 athletes was given treatment with 8 movements for 16 meetings. The instrument is a holding bow digit test for arm muscle endurance, while archery accuracy uses 50 meters of archery. The collected data were examined for normality and homogeneity, then followed with t-test with the result that t count = 0.00 less than t (0.05). Based on the results, it is concluded that circuit bodyweight training positively improves arm muscle endurance and accuracy of archery athletes. Therefore, giving circuit bodyweight training can be used as a recommendation for physical exercise to increase arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy in archery athletes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik terhadap berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh pada remaja overweight. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design menggunakan one-group pretest-post test design. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria remaja laki-laki overweight, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Tes yang dilakukan adalah pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh dan berat badan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas varian, dan uji t. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata berat badan saat pretest adalah 81,38 dan nilai rata-rata berat badan data postest adalah 75,85. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,866 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara berat badan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil uji t pada pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata persentase lemak tubuh saat pretest adalah 27,27 dan nilai rata-rata data persentase lemak tubuh saat posttest adalah 24,09. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,963 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara persentase lemak tubuh sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan beban dengan metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik merupakan salah satu metode latihan yang efektif untuk menurunkan berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh remaja overweight.

Abstract

Fitness centre Health and Sport Clinic (HSC) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) merupakan salah satu pusat kebugaran berbasis sport science yang dukung dengan sarana, prasarana, dan sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi, sehingga menjadi salah satu pionir pusat kebugaran di Yogyakarta. Beberapa tahun belakangan banyak bermunculan pusat kebugaran baru yang menjadikan pesaing bagi fitness center HSC UNY. Fitness center HSC UNY akan mampu bertahan dan mengungguli pesaingnya dengan salah satu jalan, yaitu mengidentifikasi permintaan pasar yang dilakukan dengan cara melihat preferensi members dalam memilih sebuah fitness center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi members dalam memilih fitness centre HSC UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode konjoin dengan populasi seluruh members fitness center HSC UNY yang kemudian dipilih sebanyak 96 members dengan teknik cross-sectional untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu angket atau kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Data yang sudah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor members memilih fitness center HSC UNY berdasarkan (1) harga atau biaya members sebesar 36,3%, (2) konsultasi sebesar 24,7%, (3) waktu tempuh sebesar 16,9%, (4) pemberi referensi sebesar 14,7%, dan (5) pengalaman PT sebesar 7,3%. Harga atau biaya menjadi faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan members dalam memilih fitness center HSC UNY. Faktor berikutnya yang turut mempengaruhi, yaitu kemudahan konsultasi, waktu yang ditempuh, pemberi referensi, dan pengalaman personal trainer.Identification of member's preferences fitness center health and sports clinic Yogyakarta State University AbstractFitness center Health and Sport Clinic (HSC) Yogyakarta State University (UNY) is one of the sports science-based fitness centers that is supported by facilities, infrastructure, and competent human resources, thus becoming one of the pioneers of fitness centers in Yogyakarta. In recent years, many new fitness centers have emerged that are competitors for the HSC UNY fitness center. The UNY HSC fitness center will be able to survive and outperform its competitors in one way, namely identifying market demand by looking at members' preferences in choosing a fitness center. This study aims to determine the preferences of members in choosing the HSC UNY fitness center. This study used the conjoint method with a population of all members of the UNY HSC fitness center which was then selected as many as 96 members with a cross-sectional technique to become research respondents. The instrument used in this study, namely a questionnaire or questionnaire to obtain data. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the members choose the HSC UNY fitness center based on (1) member prices or fees of 36.3%, (2) consultation by 24.7%, (3) travel time by 16.9%, (4) referrals by 14.7%, and (5) PT experience by 7.3%. Price or cost is the most influencing factor in members' decisions in choosing the HSC UNY fitness center. The next factor that also influences is the ease of consultation, the time taken, the reference provider, and the experience of the personal trainer

Abstract

The game of badminton required good physical condition such as balance. This study aims to determine the effect of training using resistance bands on improving the balance of badminton athletes. The benefits of this study, 1) theoretically this research opens the paradigm in the field of coaching in general and specifically in the sport of badminton to use varied forms of exercise, 2) this research is expected to increase knowledge to trainers so that they choose a form of exercise that is simple but can improve various physical conditions, 3) as a reference value for the quality of further research because this research from the knowledge of researchers has not been carried out. This study uses an experimental method with a one group pretest-postest research design. The population in this study were 20 badminton athletes PB.PT.One. The sample in this study were 20 badminton athletes PB.PT.One with total sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out measuring balance with a strok stand measuring instrument. The data analysis technique used is using SPSS 26 software to test the Independent T-Test. The results showed that there was an increase from training using resistance bands to improving the balance of badminton athletes with a value of 0.00 0.05 and an increase from the treatment given of 63%. Training using resistance bands is the right alternative choice to improve physical condition abilities, and which includes balance. It can be an alternative for athletes or badminton coaches to use resistance bands as a medium and method to improve balance.
