Abstract

Pada era digital ini, dimana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari semua orang seringkali bergantung pada digital membuat teknologi terus berkembang pesat. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya, teknologi juga telah banyak digunakan di berbagai industri. Paradigma sistem perdagangan tradisional bergeser menjadi sistem perdagangan elektronik sebagai akibat dari perubahan penggunaan media informasi dalam operasi perdagangan. E-commerce yang kerap digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, antara lain aplikasi marketplace berupa shopee, tokopedia, dan lazada. Ketiga aplikasi marketplace ini merupakan aplikasi marketplace yang memiliki peminat yang banyak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI) pada aplikasi marketplace yang dimediasi oleh brand image (BI) di kota Batam. Pengguna aplikasi marketplace di kota Batam menjadi sampel penelitian ini, dan 330 orang merespons survei. Hasil studi ini menampilkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan positif dari brand image (BI), social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI). Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa brand image (BI) dapat memediasi hubungan signifikan antara social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI).

Abstract

A situation where the whole world is attacked by a deadly virus, Covid19. Making the earth's population experience difficulties, both the community and the government. Especially Indonesia, one of the developing countries, felt a huge impact. Starting from threatened health and damaged economy. Because of this, every government must turn their heads to determine policies. The policies issued must be able to reduce and even stop the spread of the Covid19 virus. The government generally makes lockdown, online school, and WFH (Work from Home) policies. The author conducts research aimed at finding out how much influence public trust has on the Medan city government's policy in dealing with Covid 19 and this research is a follow-up research to previous research. The research was conducted using a quantitative method approach, the authors distributed questionnaires given to 30 people and processed the data using SPSS26. Based on the answers given by students as respondents, it shows their distrust of the policies that have been issued during the Covid-19 pandemic. In other words, the effect of public trust in the Medan City government policy is negative.

Abstract

This study is done to analyze the effect of COVID-19 on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from March 2, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the valid data was 167 companies. This study uses a fixed effect model and multiple linear regression analysis and analyzed utilizing EViews 12. The results in this study indicate that the daily growth in total confirmed COVID-19 cases, daily growth in total COVID-19 deaths and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has a negative significant effect on stock returns, while daily growth in total recovered COVID-19 cases has an insignificant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is an effort by companies to minimize the tax burden that will be paid by taking advantage of existing loopholes in taxation. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the factors that can influence tax avoidance with firm value as a mediating variable. This research aims at LQ45 issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 60 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method and a sample of 34 companies was obtained with a total of 102 observations. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and was processed using IBM SPSS AMOS 24 software. The results showed that partially ROA and DER did not have an effect on tax avoidance, company size has a negative effect on tax avoidance, and firm value as a mediating variable cannot mediate the relationship between ROA, DER, and firm size and tax avoidance. It can be concluded that ROA, DER, and company size are not factors that influence Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Demam dengue adalah penyakit infeksi virus yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes dan merupakan salah satu penyebab utama demam akut di Indonesia. Ruam merupakan tanda klinis khas demam dengue, umumnya berupa eritema makulopapular yang melibatkan seluruh tubuh namun jarang mengenai telapak tangan dan kaki. Laporan ini membahas kasus seorang wanita dengan demam dengue tanpa komplikasi, yang didiagnosis melalui pemeriksaan serologi, menunjukkan predileksi ruam hanya di telapak tangan dan kaki pada hari ke-6 demam. Pasien mengeluhkan bengkak, kemerahan, dan rasa gatal hebat pada kedua telapak tangan dan kaki tanpa ruam di bagian tubuh lainnya. Keluhan berkurang setelah pemberian antihistamin oral dan hilang sepenuhnya pada hari ke-9 demam. Temuan ini tergolong jarang pada kasus demam dengue di Indonesia. Kasus ini memberikan wawasan penting terkait variasi klinis ruam pada demam dengue, yang dapat membantu memperluas pemahaman dokter dalam mendiagnosis dan menangani pasien dengan manifestasi atipikal.

Abstract

The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is a semi-court institution that has the authority to resolve and decide disputes between consumers and business actors on a non-litigation basis. Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection or commonly known as UUPK is a regulatory basis used by BPSK in deciding consumer disputes because UUPK is a law that overshadows all laws that intend to provide protection to consumers. In practice, BPSK is often referred to as an institution that has the authority to examine, resolve, and decide a dispute with a final and binding decision. However, in one example of a case in the Supreme Court decision Number 175K / Pdt.Sus-BPSK / 2021, BPSK decided to impose sanctions on perpetrators outside the authority of BPSK. This is a problem of how to assess the performance of BPSK in deciding consumer disputes. The research method used is normative juridical with a case approach. To improve the performance of BPSK in deciding consumer disputes, it is necessary to update the contradictory UUPK regulations so that BPSK decisions do not cause legal uncertainty for protected consumers. The role burden borne by BPSK is also not balanced with existing Human Resources, so it needs to be improved so that BPSK's performance in deciding consumer disputes can be more careful without overriding applicable laws.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur Nomor 431/Pid.B/2020/PN.Jkt.Tim, penelitian ini melihat bagaimana asas hukum lex specialis derogat legi generalis berlaku terhadap sanksi pidana dalam kasus penipuan aplikasi kencan online. Pendekatan penulisan penelitian sesuai dengan keputusan nomor 431/Pid.B/2020/Pn.Jkt.Tim tentang metodologi penelitian. Temuan dan saran terkait isu yang diperdebatkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi penerapan unsur tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi kencan online dalam putusan nomor 431/Pid.B/2020/Pn.Jkt.Tim sesuai dengan prinsip Lex Specialis derogat legi generali, yang ditinjau dari perspektif Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (Undang-Undang ITE), serta langkah-langkah hukum yang diambil terhadap tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi kencan online beserta hasil diskusi mengenai unsur-unsur yang terkait.

Abstract

Citra USG merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pendukung yang krusial dalam menuntun penusukan jarum medis ke dalam tubuh pasien. Konsistensi citra visibilitas jarum tersebut ditentukan oleh dua faktor, yaitu teknis pencitraan yang digunakan (spesifikasi transduser USG dan karakteristik akustik jarum) dan posisi jarum (kedalaman dan sudut penusukan) terhadap muka gelombang bidang yang dipancarkan pada bidang pandang tertentu. Sebelum diaplikasikan ke tubuh pasien, diperlukan suatu informasi berupa peta visibilitas jarum yang dicitrakan USG dengan mensimulasikan teknik penusukan secara in-plane menggunakan sistem robot 3 DOF. Hal penting dari robot 3 DOF yang digunakan adalah koordinasi gerakan dua motor stepper yang menjamin gerakan penusukan jarum berada pada trajektori berupa garis lurus untuk berbagai kombinasi kedalaman dan sudut penusukan. Oleh karena itu, pada makalah ini akan dilakukan evaluasi algoritme Bresenham dan Digital Differential Analyzer (DDA) dalam mengatur pemberian jumlah pulsa masukan pada kedua motor stepper sehingga diperoleh gerakan yang diinginkan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan jarum spinal 22G pada gerakan penusukan dengan rentang sudut penusukan 08 - 908 dengan perubahan sudut 22,58 dan kedalaman penusukan 10 "“ 50 mm dengan perubahan kedalaman 10 mm. Berdasarkan nilai RMSE, standar deviasi, linearitas, dan R2, algoritme Bresenham lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritme DDA.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze accounting instruments in the financial reports of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) and classify the types of instruments based on the social requirements pyramid. The research method uses quantitative analysis by reviewing BSI's financial reports for the 2020-2022 period. Data is analyzed to identify murabahah, istishna, ijarah receivables, as well as mudharabah and musyarakah financing. The research results show that murabahah, istishna and ijarah receivables experience significant changes from year to year. In 2020, Murabahah receivables amounting to 86,564,664 million rupiah, increased to 98,333,857 million rupiah in 2021, and 120,700,195 million rupiah in 2022. Istishna receivables showed a decrease from 607 million rupiah in 2020 to 131 million rupiah in 2022. receivables Ijarah also experienced fluctuations with a total of 23,917 million rupiah in 2020, decreasing to 1,653 million rupiah in 2022. Mudharabah and musyarakah financing also showed a changing trend, with mudharabah financing falling from 2,598,787 million rupiah in 2020 to 1,001,957 million rupiah in 2022, while musyarakah financing increased from 50,896,175 million rupiah in 2020 to 66,450,946 million rupiah in 2022. The conclusion of this research states that BSI has fulfilled its economic, legal and ethical responsibilities in accordance with the pyramid of social requirements. The classification of financial instruments shows that mudharabah and musyarakah are included in the sharia-based category, while ijarah, istishna, and murabahah are included in the sharia compliance category. These findings show that BSI operates in accordance with sharia financial principles, making a positive contribution to national economic development and community welfare

Abstract

Asia currently bears the highest global burden of dementia, with 22.9 million cases—more than double the figures reported in Europe and the Americas. Given this catastrophic figure and the disadvantages of dementia for older people and caregivers, intervention focuses on prevention and maintaining cognitive function and well-being is needed. This study explores the effectiveness of Art Therapy on maintaining cognitive function and decelerating cognitive declines for older people with dementia in Asia. A systematic literature review and meta-analysis were conducted to evaluate the cognitive outcomes of art therapy interventions among older adults with dementia in Asia. In doing so, we meticulously selected and reviewed a total of 242 publications, and analysed 5 papers which addressed the poses of research aims. The review examined intervention characteristics, demographic data, and cognitive outcome measures, while meta-analysis using Hedges' g was conducted to determine effect sizes. Art therapy involves numerous activities, such as drawing, colouring, music, collage-making, and reminiscence therapy applies a holistic approach, and typically facilitated by qualified professionals. The interventions demonstrated a holistic and structured approach aimed at enhancing psychological and cognitive well-being. The meta-analysis revealed a statistically significant overall effect on cognitive function (Hedges’ g = 0.586, p < .001), indicating that art therapy can meaningfully improve cognitive performance in older adults with dementia. The robustness of this finding was supported by a high Fail-safe N (n = 2341), suggesting strong resistance to publication bias. This study highlights compelling evidence that art therapy is an effective intervention for supporting cognitive health among older adults with dementia in Asia. Despite certain limitations—such as small sample size, short intervention durations, and lack of stratified analysis by dementia severity—the findings underscore the practical relevance of integrating art therapy into individual and community-level care. Future research should emphasize long-term follow-ups, standardized measures, and broader demographic representation to enhance the generalizability and impact of findings. For the practical implication, art therapy as a cognitive intervention can be applied to individual private practices and community activities for older people
