Abstract

Abstrak: Rantai pasok, transportasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam sistem logistik. Konteks rantai pasok, transportasi berperan penting karena sangatlah jarang suatu produk diproduksi dan dikonsumsi dalam satu lokasi yang sama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi rantai pasok yang di implementasikan dengan sukses memerlukan pengelolaan transportasi yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana supply chain minuman cap tikus Desa Palamba, Kabupaten Minahasa. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 1 bulan dari bulan Oktober 2016 sampai bulan November 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok minuman cap tikus Desa Palamba, Kabupaten Minahasa adalah baik karena lokasi pengolahan cap tikus oleh para petani Desa Palamba berada pada jarak yang dekat dan pendistribusian cap tikus tidak membutuhkan biaya transportasi. Kata kunci: rantai pasok, cap tikus

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the very important aspect in the organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. In the organization, it is hard to avoid conflict and conflict also might bring damage, to deal with organizational conflict, the leadership role and skill become important to be implemented and good leadership is become the alternative solution. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership in conflict management in PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. This research uses quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, and Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis. As the total sample are 47 employees. The result shows that transformational leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management also transactional leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. From the results, it is suggested for the company to consider about having an improvement in human resource, with the application of transformational leadership and transactional leadership style in managing conflicts. Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, conflict management

Abstract

Abstrak: Keputusan pembelian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kaidah menyeimbangkan sisi positif dengan sisi negatif suatu merek ataupun mencari solusi terbaik dari perspektif konsumen yang setelah konsumsi akan dievaluasi kembali. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada 63 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Strategi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Suasana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Strategi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Kualitas Produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Suasana secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Untuk itu, perusahaan harus mempertahankan Strategi Harga dan Suasana yang ada agar keputusan pembelian dapat ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : strategi harga, kualitas produk, suasana, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Abstract: This research will analyze purchase decision on two e-comers, which are mataharimall.com and lazada.co.id. Both of them claim they are number one online shopping in Indonesia. This research conducts objective to know the differences in purchase decision based on security factor, brand factor, price factor, promotion factor and information factor between Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id users in Manado. But both are still have the advantages and disadvantages of Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id. The averages indicators of  purchase decision  are brand,  price, promotion, security and information. And its depends to consumer to choose where they want to shopping. There is no significant difference in purchase decision based on security factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on brand factors between both online shop, there is asignificant difference in purchase decision based on price factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on promotion factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on information factors between both online shop. Abstract

Abstract: Energy is used in the production process as the inputs. Micro and small business have big role in the economic growths. This micro and small business? use the energy as an input. This study aims to describe the current energy management. The informants are the owner of micro and small business and the household. Using a qualitative method with case study approach this study found that energy that act as input in the production process could affect the production input. The energy needs are different for each micro and small business. Cheaper energy could reduce the energy spending for the micro and small business home activity, but not for their production activity. Energy spending of the micro and small business does have significance effect to the micro and small business production output. Cheaper energy does reduce the energy cost in number but it does not increase the production output in long-term. They are currently not saving the energy and only a few have intention to save in future. Micro and small business need to use renewable energy in their home activities, the cost could be considered high, but in long term it is cheaper and more environmental friendly.Keywords: energy availability, energy management, micro and small business, bitung

Abstract

Abstract: The lack of resources for a character will affect someone in association or in a performance. Therefore, in a strong mental strive for the development of a person. Because when someone does have a strong character things like that will be appreciated by the leadership in it. It can solidify the progress of a person’s performance that will affect the company. So it can generate quality employees instead of the usual course. Needs quality employees is very important in the company. Because of where the company will use all means the maintain of a qualified employees who can dedicates their loyalties to the company. The existence of reciprocity, either from the company or the employee. Improved performance of employees will bring progress for the company to be able to survive in an unstable competitive business environment. Therefore, efforts to improve the performance of employees is the most serious management challenges because of the success to achieve the goals and the survival of the company depends on the quality of performance of human resources in it. Keywords: Extrinsic Reward, Leadership style, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : CV. INDOSPICE merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada produksi pala, untuk terus mengoptimalkan kinerja produktifitasnya dan meningkatkatkan laba perusahaan dengan berusaha menurunkan biaya, meningkatkan kualitas dan tepat waktu dalam pengiriman ke pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai bentuk pemborosan (waste) apa saja yang sering terjadi sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, karena itu diperlukan suatu pendekatan lean manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk meminimisasi pemborosan yang terjadi dalam proses produksi melalui value stream mapping untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan meneliti analisa pekerjaan dan aktifitas pada suatu obyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam proses produksi yang terjadi masih terdapat bentuk pemborosan berupa proses yang berlebih dan penggunaan mesin yang belum optimal. Untuk itu perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan efisisen berupa penambahan mesin penggiling pala dan pengadaan teknologi modern agar pengerjaan menjadi lebih cepat.Kata kunci : Lean manufacturing, waste, efisiensi, proses produksi

Abstract

 ABSTRACT: One of the investment instruments available in this era is stock investment. Stock price movements can be closely linked to a country's macroeconomic conditions. There are many of research that has been conducted in terms of stock investment. However, investors are wiling to spend their funds in this type of investment, in order to attain greater return. This research aim to analyze the relationship between macroeconomic variables and stock market price from sector 2 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is conducted to examine the simultan and partial influence between stock market price in and macroeconomic variables such as world oil price, interest rate, gross domestic product, sectoral stock price and money supply. Secondary data is the sources for this research, it will be based on quarterly data from January 2006 to December 2016. Time series regression is be the method that used to analyze the data.. The results reveal that the independent variables simultaneously influence stock market price, and by partially, the results confirm that money supply and sectoral stock price are significantly influence the stock market price.Keywords: Stock market price, world oil price, interest rate, gross domestic product, sectoral stock price, and money supply.

Abstract

Abstract: Social media is trending. With the number of users rising each day, it becomes a better platform for business to communicate with their consumers. Social media provide business promotes their products or services. In social media consumers are actively talking about their experience and opinions about the products they have tried or even heard about it. This activity may affect the consumer to purchasing. This research aims to explain how the influence of Maybelline social media marketing (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) on consumer purchase decision. Quantitative research method used for the purpose of this research. The sample size of this research is 100 Sam Ratulangi University students who are Maybelline consumers and already see Maybelline social media marketing. Purposive sampling was used by collecting data through online questionnaire. The research finds that Maybelline social media marketing affect on five stages of purchasing decision process. Maybelline marketing on YouTube and Instagram have positive effect on purchase decision. Otherwise, Maybelline marketing on Facebook has negative effect on purchase decision. Therefore, Maybelline needs to keep up their social media marketing. ­­Keywords: social media marketing, maybelline, consumer purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract: In global era, every organization seeks to improve employee’s performance to create productive employees as their asset. The aim of this study to determine the effect of workplace quality and organizational commitment on employee’s productivity. In this study, population refers to the employees of CV. Kombos Manado by using saturation sampling technique and sample size of 40 respondents through questionnaires. The result of data processed using SPSS 24 shows all the variables of workplace quality and organizational commitment simultaneously effect on employee’s productivity in CV Kombos Manado. As for partially, workplace quality does not have significant effect on employee’s productivity in CV. Kombos Manado, whereas organizational commitment have significant effect on employee’s productivity in CV. Kombos Manado. CV. Kombos Manado should consider about the importance of the effect of workplace quality and organizational commitment in the company. Because according to the result of this study, those two factors have an effect through the employee’s productivity. And also, company should make more activities to improve the employee’s feel of connect with the company.Keywords: Workplace Quality, Organizational Commitment, Employee’s Productivity
