Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu komponen terpenting dalam proses produksi adalah bahan baku, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian yang optimal. Perusahaan harus mampu mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku agar tidak terlalu besar dan juga terlalu kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang diterapkan oleh RM Minahasa Baru Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menjelaskan bagaimana pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang dipakai oleh RM Minahasa Baru kemudian data diproses dengan menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengendalian persediaan di RM. Minahasa Baru belum efektif menerapkan manajemen persediaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan peneliti, metode EOQ akan mampu mengurangi biaya persediaan pada RM. Minahasa Baru dibandingkan dengan sistem manajemen perusahaan saat ini. Untuk memperoleh total biaya persediaan yang lebih efisien sebaiknya perusahaan menerapkan metode EOQ dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan.Kata Kunci: persediaan, pengendalian persediaan, biaya persediaan, bahan baku, metode eoq

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Setiap pegawai yang bekerja dalam suatu organisasi pasti menginginkan peningkatan pada karirnya. Karir yang berkembang sering kali dikaitkan dengan masa depan pegawai, walaupun belum menjamin suatu kesuksesan. Dengan pendidikan yang tinggi yang dimiliki oleh seorang pegawai, hal tersebut akan meningkatkan karirnya dalam suatu oganisasi atau perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan Pendidikan dan Kinerja terhadap Karir Pegawai pada Badan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian dalam studi ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang mengukur asosiasi antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi pegawai yang ada berjumlah 120 pegawai dan yang memenuhi kriteria random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 55 pegawai. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Karir Pegawai pada Badan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, secara parsial Kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Badan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dan secara simultan Pendidikan dan Kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Badan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Mengingat Pendidikan dan kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Karir Pegawai Pada Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, maka  Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara harus memperhatikan faktor Pendidikan dan kinerja. Kata kunci : pendidikan, kinerja, karir pegawai

Abstract

The openness of information between countries around the world is easier in this Globalization era, one country can share information through the internet as well as the economic condition of a country. A study about how is the influence of DJIA and NIKKEI 225 towards the JCI during 2011 to 2016 may help to identify the factors that make these indices related. The study aims to analyze the change of DJIA and NIKKEI 225 may influence the JCI during 2011 to 2016. The methodology used explanatory research which studying a situation to explain the relationship between variables. The sample used is the index historical data during 2011 to 2016 of the indices. The data analysis method using Granger’s Causality test with Vector Auto Regressive basis analyzed in EViews 9. The study found that there is no significant influence of DJIA towards the movements of JCI during 2011 to 2016, and NIKKEI 225 was significantly influenced the JCI in the period. There are several factors affecting these results such as trade ties between these countries, currency, foreign exchange reserve and the investment grade which affecting investors investment decision. For further research, the author recommend to add other global indices variables. Abstract

Abstract: Increment of the number of hotels, creates a competitive value among each hotels. Because of that the customer needs additional information about the hotels to find the right hotel that they want to reserve. In online travel agent (OTA), there is a feature named online review. So online review could be a media for other customers in order to search information about an hotel but because of everyone could give their opinion freely it may also risky because of the reliable level of review that appears in online review. So this research aims to analyze the influence of online review on online hotel booking intention in Manado. This study uses quantitative method with causal analysis. Finding of this research shows that Usefulness and Comprehensiveness of online review influences online hotel booking intention in Manado significantly and Timeliness, Volume and Valence of online review does not have significant influence to the online hotel booking intention in Manado. Abstract

Abstract: The health center is a functional organization that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable health efforts, with active participation of the community and uses the results of the development of appropriate science and technology. Health Center as health service providers must be able to meet patient expectations and are required to always maintain trust and maintain patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction at Danowudu Health Center in Bitung City. The type of this research is quantitative research with causal analysis by using multiple linear regression methods. Data collection using a questionnaire. The population of this study were patients who often visited the Danowudu Health Center, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Finding of this research shows that employee performance, service quality and facilities simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. The results also show that employee performance, service quality and facilities partially influence customer satisfaction. This research offered several recommendations for health center in carefully managing the patient satisfaction. For this reason, the Danowudu Health Center must maintain good employee performance, maintain service quality and maintain existing facilities in order to attract new patients and maintain existing patients. Keywords: customer satisfaction, employee performance, service quality, facilities, health center

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu tolok ukur perekonomian suatu daerah adalah petumbuhan ekonomi. Petumbuhan ekonomi menunjukan sejauh mana aktivitas perekonomian menghasilkan tambahan pendapatan masyarakat sekaligus dapat menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan yang telah dicapai dan menentukan arah pembangunan selanjutnya. Salah satu dari sekian upaya yang dilakukan adalah mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan menciptakan peluang investasi (Brahmanputra, 2009:4). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat sektor basis yang ada di Kota Bitung dan bagaimana kebutuhan investasi di Kota Bitung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Locationt quetiont (LQ) dan ICOR. Hasil yang didapat Dari 17 sektor dalam perekonomian Kota Bitung, hanya tiga sektor yang teridentifikasi sebagai sektor basis yaitu sektor Industri Pengolahan kemudian sektor  Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang dan sektor transportasi dan pergudangan. Kebutuhan investasi sektor industri Rp 317.291.206 juta. Kebutuhan investasi sektor  Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang  Rp 1.804.663,5 juta. Kebutuhan investasi transportasi dan pegudangan Ulang Rp 203.263.017,9 juta. Kata Kunci: PDRB, Sektor Basis, ICOR

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian ministry of industry has made a policy about cheap cars yet eco-friendly or used to be called LCGC. LCGC is an abbreviation of Low Cost Green Car. Literally means 'cheap car environmental friendly' in Indonesian. Production development of four wheels vehicle which using low energy and affordable. Indonesian government also want to increase the standard of living of Indonesian people with producing this car.  This research aims to analyze the most important criteria for consumer to choose the LCGC and the most preferable LCGC for customer. This research used analytical hierarchy process with sample is 30 respondents that were obtain from citizen of Manado City. The result from this research shown that safety, price, and quality are the most important things that influence the consumer. Every car?s company should pay more attention to this factor. Consumer will seek a car with an excellent safety features, with an affordable price and good quality. Daihatsu Ayla and Datsun GO+ as the competitor of Toyota Agya should improve their car?s feature and performance to attract the consumer. Keywords: consumer preference, analytical hierarchy process, low cost green car

Abstract

Abstrak : Kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sangatlah penting peranannya dalam menciptakan kerja yang baik. Karyawan yang memiliki keterampilan yang baik dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan lebih baik dibanding dengan yang kurang terampil. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan p ada PT. Air Manado. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Air Manado. Sedangkan secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pendidikan serta kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Status ekonomi yang rendah dan pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang mendukung membuat seorang karyawan tidak dapat meraih tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, oleh karena itu seorang pemimpin perusahaan harus tanggap menyikapi hal ini, sebaiknya jika karyawan yang tingkat pendidikan dan status ekonomi rendah, oleh perusahaan di sekolahkan lagi, baik sekolah formal maupun sekolah non formal, dan karyawan yang berada di lingkungan kerja diberikan pengarahan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan untuk menunjang karir dan masa depan. Kata Kunci: pendidikan, pelatihan, kompensasi dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: Along with the increasingly competitive business competition, companies are required to perform better. The company demands employees to play a role in all positions. But this is contrary to the ability and expertise of limited employees which can lead to role ambiguity and role conflict which these roles are part of work stressors. Work stressors are triggers of stress and to avoid stress, employees conduct cyberloafing. This research aims to analyze the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity towards cyberloafing at PT. Bank SulutGo Main Branch Office Manado. This research used the quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis and 55 employees as the sample. The result shows that role conflict has a positive but no significant influence on cyberloafing, while role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing. Based on the result, it is recommended for the company to be more clear about the job description of each employee so that they understand the authority, roles, and responsibilities within the company, be even more assertive in imposing rules on the use of the internet in the workplace so that employees avoid cyberloafing. Keywords: role conflict, role ambiguity, cyberloafing.

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the important aspect in organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. cyberloafing refers to the act of employees using their companie?s internet access for personal need during work hours. Cyberloafing term is an employee opportunity to reply personal emails, surf entertainment site, maintain a personal blog and even conduct personal business transactions while appearing to be absorbed with work-related tasks on the computer. This research aims to see the relationship between cyberloafing and employee productivity on RSU. Ratatotok Buyat. This research uses qualitative analysis method total sample are 15 employees. The result shows that, Cyberloafing does not significant on RSUP Ratatotok - Buyat productivity because all the employees are aware the right time how to using internet or mobile phone in while work. They were only using internet in free time or after work, it means there was no work for them. Based on employee answers, they were using internet for personal needs such as reading online news, chatting in social media like a Face book, and Instagram. RSU. Ratatotok Buyat should make grounded rules about using internet in while working and put CCTV to control employees while working. keywords:cyberloafing, employee performance
