Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) becomes a problem in the world that is quite large and has adverse effects, both short and long term. The prevalence continues to increase every year. Generally, elementary school-age likes to sing a song. Meanwhile, school-age is the time to study. A song is expected to increase knowledge of skills in preventing sexual violence. The objective of this study to assess the effect of education through songs on the level of skill knowledge about preventing CSA in school-age children. The type of research was quasi-experiment with one group pre and post-test design. The sample size used a total sampling that all students became the sample. The study involved 323 students in grades 4-6 at SDN Dayeuhkolot, Bandung Regency. The treatment was an education on prevention of the CSA on school-age children, it was given using the jargon "TANGKIS" with the method of giving songs through a video about the prevention of sexual violence against children. The instrument was adopted from the Aprilaz design (2016) which was modified by Suhenda (2019). Data analysis using univariate analysis with frequency and percentage distribution, and bivariate analysis using t-test. The study showed that 289 students (89.5%) were able to have good knowledge about the prevention of CSA before the intervention and after the intervention increased to 319 (98.8%) (p= 0.001). Education through songs influences students' knowledge regarding the prevention of CSA. Suggestion: this research is to be able to make education programs to prevent CSA of school-age children regularly and explore other educational methods that can effectively influence the improvement of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in protecting themselves from the threat of CSA.Abstrak: Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) menjadi masalah di dunia yang cukup besar dan berdampak buruk, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Objective:  To identify the cultural diversity of Indonesia at risk of child sexual abuse. Method:  We conducted systematic reviews using PubMed, Science Direct, SpringerLink, EBSCO for the keywords "Indonesian culture" AND "child sexual abuse", then Google Scholar for keywords "“nilai-nilai” ATAU “budaya Indonesia” DAN “kekerasan seksual anak”. Literature searched follow inclusion criteria such as articles Indonesian and English, published in 2011-2021, Full-text, primary research, focusing on sexual abuse in children in terms of culture. After an initial selection of 4866 articles, then filtered and assessed using the JBI Tool so that 5 qualified articles were obtained. Consisting of the intervention group and the control group, the number of samples was 24 samples with 12 respondents of the therapeutic intervention group and 12 respondents of the control group, using a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study are the statistical results of the Dependent T test for systolic blood pressure results of p = 0.001 (p < 0.05) and the Dependent T-test statistical results for diastolic blood pressure results of p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: then it can be concluded that there is an effect of prayer beads on decreasing systolic and diastolic blood pressure results in the intervention group. Therapy Beads can be used as a solitary nursing self-intervention to lower Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients

Abstract

This study aims to identify the application of the Early Warning Score (EWS) system to patient safety. The method used is Literature Review. Article searches have been carried out comprehensively using the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases. Search for articles with the keywords Early Warning Score, Emergency, Patient Safety. The research results show that safety increases from early detection using EWS. EWS is very influential in improving patient safety. EWS is a scoring system that is simple, practical, easy to use and does not increase the workload of nurses. The influence of nurse competency using EWS can improve patient safety because it makes nurses compete to improve knowledge and skills, nurse communication, decision making, and collaboration with other health workers. In conclusion, the application of the Early Warning Score is very influential in supporting patient safety, where the Early Warning Score can detect patient deterioration early so that nurses are able to carry out further nursing actions. Apart from that, nurses' understanding and good nursing skills can support patient safety. Keywords: Emergency, Patient safety, Early Detection Score

Abstract

Severe preeclampsia (PEB) is one of the causes of maternal death. Pregnant  mothers  must have adequate knowledge about dangerous risk factors during pregnancy, especially PEB, so that they can manage a safe pregnancy to prevent and minimize maternal or infant death. Objective: to identify risk factors for severe preeclampsia in pregnant women. Method: This research design uses a literature review by collecting articles from databases and search engines such as; PubMed, Garuda, Semantic Scholar, Neliti, and EBSCO use the keywords "pregnant women", AND "risk factors", AND "severe preeclampsia", and in Indonesian, "pregnant women" AND "risk factors" AND "severe preeclampsia". Articles were filtered based on inclusion criteria including: pregnant women as subjects, descriptive research methods, cross-sectional, English or Indonesian language, and full text in the period 2011 and 2021. A total of 5 articles were selected, and analysis was carried out. Results: Risk factors that influence the incidence of PEB in pregnant women are: maternal age, parity, education level, gestational age, history of PEB, history of DM, socio-economics, frequency of ANC, and weight gain. Meanwhile, factors that do not influence the incidence of PEB are work and the distance between pregnancies. Conclusion: Many factors influence the risk of preeclampsia. Therefore, it is recommended to provide education about prevention efforts to pregnant women who have risk factors for severe preeclampsia in their pregnancy.
