Abstract

Pengawas sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi, khususnya di SMK Muhammadiyah yang ada di Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi pengawas sekolah dan efektivitas organisasi di SMK Muhammadiyah Jambi dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Human Resource Management (HRM) Territory. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian melibatkan pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawas menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi supervisi, minimnya pelatihan profesional yang relevan, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan kurangnya koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan sekolah. strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, serta dukungan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan profesional pengawas. Dengan implementasi strategi ini, pengawas diharapkan mampu menjalankan tugasnya secara lebih efektif, meningkatkan koordinasi, dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kolaborasi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk pemberdayaan peserta didik berprestasi di Madrasah Aliyah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kolaborasi yang efektif antara pendidik, administrator, dan pemangku kepentingan sangat penting dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi yang meningkatkan pertumbuhan akademik dan pribadi siswa yang luar biasa. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, termasuk wawancara dan diskusi kelompok, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik utama dan tantangan yang terkait dengan proses pengambilan keputusan secara kolaboratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang kuat, tujuan bersama, dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang membina dan memotivasi siswa berprestasi tinggi. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan strategi kolaborasi guna mendukung siswa-siswa ini dengan lebih baik dan mencapai keunggulan pendidikan.

Abstract

In this research the author used quantitative research methods with a sample size of 116 respondents from SDIT Darussalam, SDIT Al-Madinah, SDIT Scholar. The data collection method used is in the form of a questionnaire which is then processed with statistical analysis. The results include; 1). Organizational culture has a direct effect on achievement motivation by 9.7%. 2). Career Expectations have a direct effect on Achievement Motivation by 24.4%. 3). Organizational Culture and Career Expectations simultaneously have a direct effect on Achievement Motivation by 29.1%. 4). Organizational culture has a direct effect on Leadership Trust by 13.9%. 5). Career Expectations have a direct effect on Leadership Confidence by 16.7%. 6). Organizational Culture and Career Expectations simultaneously have a direct effect on Leadership Trust by 25.6%. 7). Leadership Trust has a direct effect on Achievement Motivation by 36.2%. 8) Organizational Culture, Career Expectations and Leadership Trust together (simultaneously) have a direct effect on Achievement Motivation by 44.4%. 9). Organizational Culture has a direct effect on Achievement Motivation through Leadership Trust by 41%. 10). Career Hope has a direct effect on Achievement Motivation through Leadership Trust by 41.5%. The conclusion is that organizational culture, career expectations and leadership beliefs can influence achievement motivation.

Abstract

Urfi marriage, which is a form of marriage without official registration, is an important theme in the study of Islamic family law in Indonesia and Egypt. This study aims to analyze the position of urfi marriage in the context of positive law and sharia, and its implications for the rights of women and children. In Indonesia, urfi marriage is not legally recognized because it does not meet the registration requirements stipulated in the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In contrast, Egypt recognizes urfi marriage as valid according to religion, but still emphasizes the importance of registration for legal protection. This study uses a qualitative approach and comparative study methods, by analyzing legal documents, fiqh literature, and the views of scholars. The results show that although urfi marriage is recognized in sharia, this practice poses serious challenges in protecting individual rights. This study recommends the need for policy reform to bridge the gap between sharia law and the practical needs of society, in order to ensure justice and protection for all parties involved.

Abstract

This article discusses the banking system, both conventional and Islamic. Conventional adopts the bank interest system, while Islamic adopts the profit-sharing system. The main findings from the literature indicate that Islamic banks, through the profit-sharing system, offer a more equitable distribution of wealth and are considered to have a better risk-sharing mechanism, especially during periods of financial instability. However, the profit-sharing system often faces challenges related to transparency and monitoring, which can potentially affect operational efficiency. In contrast, conventional banks, although benefiting from a simpler interest-based structure, may expose their customers to interest rate volatility and lack the social justice dimension emphasized in Islamic finance.  [Artikel ini membahas mengenai sistem perbankan, baik bersifat konvensional maupun syariah. Konvesional menganut sistem bunga bank, sedangkan syariah menganut system bagi hasil. Temuan utama dari literatur menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah, melalui sistem bagi hasil, menawarkan distribusi kekayaan yang lebih adil dan dianggap memiliki mekanisme pembagian risiko yang lebih baik, terutama selama periode ketidakstabilan keuangan. Namun, sistem bagi hasil seringkali menghadapi tantangan terkait transparansi dan pemantauan, yang berpotensi mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional. Sebaliknya, bank konvensional, meskipun mendapatkan keuntungan dari struktur berbasis bunga yang lebih sederhana, dapat membuat nasabahnya terkena volatilitas suku bunga dan tidak memiliki dimensi keadilan sosial yang ditekankan dalam keuangan Islam].

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the various foundations underlying the development of the Islamic education curriculum. In Islamic education, the curriculum functions not only as a learning guide but also as a medium for holistically transmitting Islamic values. Amid the challenges of globalization, technological advancements, and socio-cultural changes, the Islamic education curriculum is required to remain relevant without neglecting the fundamental principles of Islamic teachings. Therefore, a deep understanding of theological, philosophical, psychological, sociological, cultural, and scientific-technology foundations is essential. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature analysis to explore the interrelationships among these foundations. The findings indicate that an integrative approach to curriculum development can produce Muslim generations who are not only knowledgeable but also possess Islamic character and adaptability to contemporary changes. Thus, the curriculum serves as a strategic instrument in realizing the holistic objectives of Islamic education.

Abstract

Kurikulum dipahami sebagai peta jalan utama dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang holistik—menggabungkan aspek spiritual, intelektual, dan keterampilan hidup. Perencanaan kurikulum mencakup penetapan tujuan, pemilihan isi, pengorganisasian pengalaman belajar, hingga evaluasi, yang semuanya harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam serta disesuaikan dengan tantangan zaman modern. Sementara itu, implementasi kurikulum menekankan pentingnya penerjemahan kurikulum tertulis ke dalam praktik pembelajaran yang efektif, melalui tahapan penyusunan program, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor seperti kompetensi guru, dukungan kebijakan, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta integrasi teknologi juga turut memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi. Prinsip inklusivitas, pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik, keberlanjutan, dan kontekstualisasi lokal menjadi fondasi utama dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum. Dengan pendekatan yang sistemik dan integratif, kurikulum pendidikan Islam diharapkan mampu melahirkan generasi yang cerdas secara intelektual sekaligus memiliki integritas moral dan spiritual. Perencanaan kurikulum cukup baik: silabus 95%, RPP 92%, metode aktif 85%, materi ajar 80%, dan penilaian otentik 90%. Namun, implementasinya lebih rendah: silabus 90%, RPP 88%, metode aktif 70%, materi ajar 65%, dan penilaian otentik 75%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan standar nasional pendidikan pada jenjang PAUD, pendidikandasar, dan menengah. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis implementasi standar isi, proses, penilaian, dan kelulusan pada masing-masing jenjang pendidikan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Agar kualitas pendidikan terjamin dan merata, diperlukan standarisasi pendidikan dari jenjang PAUD hingga pendidikan menengah. Standarisasi ini diwujudkan melalui penerapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang meliputi delapan aspek utama, seperti standarisi, proses, kompetensi lulusan, tenaga pendidik, sarana prasarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, serta penilaian. Standar ini bertujuan menciptakan keseragaman mutu pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia, sehingga setiap siswa, tanpa memandang lokasi atau latar belakang, memperoleh akses pendidikan bermutu yang setara. Standarisasi juga menjadi landasan evaluasi berkelanjutan dan mendorong profesionalisme tenaga pengajar, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Social harmony is essential for fostering peaceful coexistence in multicultural societies, particularly in regions with diverse religious backgrounds like Jambi Province, Indonesia. This study investigates the role of Maqashid Syari'ah Islamic legal objectives in promoting interfaith harmony and social cohesion. This study employs a qualitative approach to explore the concept of social harmony and its significance in promoting inter-religious coexistence, specifically within the context of Maqashid Syari'ah in Jambi Province. The study highlights the importance of collective commitment from various societal actors, including religious leaders, community organizations, and local governments, in promoting interfaith dialogue and understanding. The research identifies practical strategies for enhancing social cohesion, such as community engagement initiatives and educational programs emphasizing shared values and mutual respect among religious groups. This study underscores the relevance of Maqashid Syari'ah as a guiding framework for addressing contemporary challenges of intolerance and radicalism in Jambi Province. By promoting social harmony through the lens of Islamic teachings, the research offers valuable insights and practical solutions that can be adapted to other regions facing similar challenges. Fostering a tolerance and cooperation culture is vital for achieving sustainable peace and stability in diverse societies.

Abstract

The effectiveness of lecturers in executing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education teaching, research, and community services a crucial metric for assessing a university's quality, reputation, and competitiveness.  Nonetheless, discrepancies in instructor performance across universities, especially Universitas Riau, persist as a considerable concern.  This study seeks to determine the extent to which lecturers at Universitas Riau have successfully fulfilled their roles in education, research, and community service.  The aim of this research is to delineate and evaluate lecturers' accomplishments according to the criteria of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This study utilizes a descriptive quantitative methodology involving 147 permanent lecturers selected through accidental sampling approaches.  Data were gathered by documentation and examined employing descriptive statistics, encompassing minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation values.  The findings indicate that the predominant proportion of lecturers (71.43%) are classified within the "moderate" performance category, and the remainder are allocated among the "high," "low," "very high," and "very low" categories.  The educational component exhibited the highest performance, whereas research and community service demonstrated considerable variability.
