Abstract

The shift in consumer spending to digital has also fueled the growth of online businesses, one of which is online resellers. It is clear from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) that in 2020 there are 2.36 million companies engaged in e-commerce across the country. Of these, 1.77 million companies (75.15%) are located in Java. Evermos is a platform that connects brands and retailers to sell the best authentic Indonesian products. Therefore, the researchers evaluated the user experience aspects using the meCUE survey method on the Evermos app to identify which apps need improvement from a user experience perspective. The purpose of testing with the MeCUE questionnaire is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the application under study. The MeCUE study is divided into 4 modules, each discussing product attributes (usefulness, usability, visual aesthetic, status, commitment), user sentiment (positive and negative), and consequences (product loyalty and intention to use), the last one concerns general evaluation product. The EVERMOS application evaluation results for all modules 1 to 4 of the EVERMOS application get the best usability rating or 80. The lowest test score is an indicator of negative emotions, which is 2.00. The results that can be used as a comparison when repairing applications are found in module IV, namely the Intention to Use indicator which gets a value of 3.00. This shows that this application is less attractive among users to use it every day.

Abstract

Website IKIP Budi Utomo Malang is a website that provides information services to give various conveniences for IKIP Budi Utomo Malang's members, between campus institutions and external users. Based on the observations of researchers on the website, that the features and function on the website have not functioned optimally. So, the efforts of this research are to improve the quality of website services that need to be improved based on end-user perceptions with the aim of obtaining information on the results of the evaluation of the Budi Utomo Malang IKIP website using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and providing recommendations for improvement using the HHS Guidelines. The data obtained from the results of the end user's perception, by providing an evaluation of the level of performance and importance in 19 attributes of Webqual 4.0, obtained up to 106 respondents and were calculated by the IPA method. The evaluation results of the Budi Utomo Malang IKIP website have 4 quadrants : Quadrant 1 gets 6 attributes, Quadrant 2 gets 4 attributes, Quadrant 3 gets 5 attributes, and Quadrant 4 gets 4 attributes, which is on Quadrant 1 is the main priority that used as a recommendation to improvement using the HHS Guidelines, because the attributes of this quadrant have a relatively high level of importance, but not suitable with user expectations and the level of performance must be increased.

Abstract

Brawijaya University developed a web-based interaction media portal called Guyub UB, which functions as a social media that is expected to be a forum for the Brawijaya University community to interact with each other and share information. The design of additional modules was carried out in order to attract alumni to use the Guyub UB interaction media portal. The design process was carried out using design thinking. The design process resulted in 4 additional modules, namely a module to complete user identity data for user search and tracer study needs, a user search module based on user status, a module to send and view media and information on user personal conversations, and a module to view and publish articles, event information, and job information through Guyub UB. In the test process, 15 respondents who are alumni of Brawijaya University were tested, getting a score on the effectiveness aspect of 85.454%, on the efficiency aspect, on the overall relative efficiency score of 100%. In testing the satisfaction aspect, a score of 85, grade B, excellent category, and classified in the adjective acceptable. The results of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) testing obtained a score on the attractiveness aspect of 2.49 (excellent), the clarity aspect of 2.32 (excellent), the efficiency aspect of 2.27 (good), the accuracy aspect of 2.35 (excellent), the stimulation aspect of 2.33 (excellent), and on the novelty aspect of 2.20 (excellent).

Abstract

Sipindo mobile application (Sipindo Indonesia Information System) is an agricultural application that provides easy access to android-based agricultural information that is Indonesian agriculture. From the grouping of problems using the Heuristic Evaluation method found by users, a total of 46 problems were found. The most problems found by users are in the principle of match between system and the real world which amounts to 14 problems, visibility of system status which amounts to 11 problems, User control and freedom which amounts to 8 problems, aesthetic and minimalist design which amounts to 7 problems, error prevention which amounts to 5 problems, and recognition rather than recall which amounts to 1 problem. grouping problems using the Think Aloud method that users found found a total of 55 problems using the Severity rating table. The most problems found by users are found in task 1 as many as 13 problems, Task 4 as many as 12 problems, task 5 as many as 8 problems, task 6 as many as 7 problems, task 7 as many as 7 problems, task 8 as many as 4 problems, task 3 as many as 3 problems, and task 2 as many as 1 problem.

Abstract

Potensia adalah sebuah platform yang fokus dalam menyediakan layanan konseling karier secara daring. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengguna melalui pelayanan dengan inovasi yang berkelanjutan sesuai rencana strategis perusahaan, Potensia mencanangkan adanya pengembangan ke arah aplikasi berbasis mobile. Situs web yang menjadi media Potensia dalam memberikan layanan kepada penggunanya saat ini didapati belum mengintegrasikan kebutuhan pengguna secara menyeluruh sehingga diharapkan aplikasi mobile yang akan dikembangkan juga mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pengalaman pengguna aplikasi mobile platform Potensia yang diharapkan dapat menjamin kemudahan dan kenyamanan pengguna ketika menggunakan aplikasi nantinya. Perancangan pengalaman pengguna pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui lima tahap dalam design thinking yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Design thinking dipilih sebagai metode dalam melakukan perancangan pengalaman pengguna karena dalam praktiknya melibatkan proses kolaborasi dengan calon pengguna, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan bisa sesuai dengan masalah, keinginan, dan kebutuhan yang dihadapi pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu prototipe sebagai desain solusi akhir aplikasi mobile Potensia yang mana dengan menggunakan metode usability testing dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), didapatkan hasil pengujian prototipe yang positif dengan nilai 99,5% untuk komponen efektivitas, 98,2% untuk komponen efisiensi dengan time based efficiency sebesar 0,071 goals/sec, 93% untuk komponen kepuasan, dan kategori excellent untuk setiap skala dalam UEQ
