Abstract

In order to improve the service performance of government agencies, stakeholders must pay attention to the satisfaction of the people they serve. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction and then to analyze the level of gap between service performance and community satisfaction with the services of the Land Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to reveal the problem or situation as it is or based on the existing facts. The results show that the overall quality of land registration services provided by the Land Office of Humbang Hasundutan Regency has not met community satisfaction. The Land Office of Humbang Hasundutan Regency has not yet fully succeeded in providing good service in land registration for the first time. Obstacles in registering land for the first time at the Land Office of Humbang Hasundutan Regency, namely employees are not quick to handle public complaints, there are unscrupulous officers who try to take advantage of the service process, lack of coordination between officers, and slow service processes. For this reason, it is expected to improve the performance of the employees of the Humbang Hasundutan Regency Land Office and can take policies to discipline their employees so that they are timely in land registration services.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of the inventory removal bureaucracy at BPKAD Provsu by considering public performance concepts such as Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Utility, and Sustainability. The research method used is qualitative with data collection procedures in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana data analysis model. The results showed that the bureaucracy's performance in the administration of regular hajj pilgrimage transfers in the Financial and Regional Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province has met the service standards according to the performance theory by Pollit & Bouckaert. However, to improve the performance of the inventory removal bureaucracy, new innovations and SOPs are needed for the difficult-to-find inventory removal processes. These findings can be used as a basis for developing strategies and policies to improve bureaucracy performance in inventory removal in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation and identify the factors that influence the Implementation of the Medan Mayor Regulation Number 49 of 2021 Concerning Competency Development of State Civil Servants in the Medan City Government in the Planning and Finance Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat. This study applies Edward III's Theory. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Head of the Planning and Finance Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat, the Planning Sub-Coordinator, the Finance Sub-Coordinator, and the Reporting Sub-Coordinator. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Policy for Medan Mayor Regulation Number 49 of 2021 Concerning the Competency Development of State Civil Servants in the Medan City Government in the Planning and Finance Section of the Medan City Regional Secretariat has gone well but there are still deficiencies, namely in the aspect of resources. The factors that influence implementation are supporting factors in the form of channeling information by sending letters done clearly and consistently, as well as inhibiting factors in the form of unenthusiastic human resources, limited budgets, facilities where they are still renting, and limited authority.

Abstract

To find out the amount of production costs, revenue, income from the business of cultivating mango fruit seeds to producer income and to analyze the level of financial feasibility of the business of breeding mango fruit plants to producer income. and to determine the feasibility of a mango seedling breeder business using the R/C and B/C data analysis method. The results of this study are that the average total cost of a mango seed breeder business is IDR 145,216,627/year. The average income earned by the mango fruit plant breeder business is IDR 197,628,571/year so that the income obtained from the mango fruit plant seed breeder business is IDR 52,411,944/year. The financial feasibility analysis shows that if you look at the R/C value, this business is feasible because the R/C value is 1, which is 1.36 and if you look at the Net B/C value, this business is not feasible to be cultivated because the Net B/C value 1, which is equal to 0.36, means it is smaller than 1. So, the business of cultivating mango plant seeds is not feasible to be cultivated or run but provides little profit for entrepreneurs

Abstract

This research is for indentified and evaluate element internal and ekstenal escalation produktivitas of farmer is field  with the group of farmer in melati village ll. in this research, data analysis technique is using swot analysis withquantitative approach. the results of study shows that internally influence factors are legal entities, has aducation activity to farmers, group of farmer, has activity to farmer in order that can switch knowledge with other farmers from others village, keepingbook transfers regarding savings and loans, with the release of group farmer members there will be a reduction in the area of land for lowland rice production and the organizational structure is not working properly is a factor influencing the increase in productivity of lowland rice farmers on the role of farmer groups. Externally, the factor of influencing farmer are able to be used by tractor facilites and harvesting equipment, subsidized input facilities available to farmer groups, there are savings and loans for members of farmer groups, farmers consider organizational farmer groups to be unimportant, prices set for agricultural assistance tools are the same as tools conventional, and subsidized input facilities are not in accordance with the needs of farmers. Under these conditions, in general, the strategy for increasing the productivity of lowland rice farmers for the role of farmer groups in Melati II Village is that farmer groups have enormous strengths and opportunities to increase the productivity of lowland rice farmers for the role of farmer groups.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital leadership on performance, analyze the effect of digital leadership on talent management and analyze the effect of digital leadership on performance with talent management as an intervening variable at PTPN IV, one of the largest state-owned plantation companies in Indonesia. The population of this study is all millennial employees at the BOM (Board of Management) position level minus 1 to minus 3, a total of 400 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a sample of 221 people. Data analysis technique using PLS-SEM. The results of the study show that digital leadership directly has a positive and significant effect on individual work, talent management has a positive and significant effect on individual work, digital leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between motivational variables and employee performance variables. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for companies as material for consideration and input regarding the extent to which digital leadership and talent management influence employee performance. It is hoped that this research can provide ideas for companies in determining policies, especially in human resource management strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Life Balance on individual performance and Talent Management at PTPN IV, which is a subsidiary of BUMN Plantation with main commodities of CPO and Black Tea. Based on the formulation and the relationship between variables processed using the Partial Lest Square (PLS) Model and Smart PLS 3.0 Program with a total of 408 respondents who are employees with managerial positions. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Life Balance and individual performance and talent management.

Pls. Mengkudu, North Sumatra, this study took place from August 2022 until the end of this study the population consisted of 127 PTPN III Kebun Tanah Raja incisors, the sample used in this study was a permanent swamp sample where all 127 people were sampled, the technique The data analysis used in this study is the path analysis technique. For the results of this study, leadership affects the performance of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. The bullying of the workers reflected the achievements of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Work motivation affects the performance of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Abstract

This Research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of length of working and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the Adolina Plantation of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV, located in the sub-district of Pantai Cermin and Perbaungan, regency of Serdang Bedagai. The used method in this research is quantitative data analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 63 respondents. Data were collected through the use of questionnaires and observations. The analysis techniques applied include multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. Results of the study showed that the length of work does not have a significant influence on employee performance in the Adolina Garden of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV. However, job satisfactions positively and significantly affect employee performance in the company. In addition, there is a simultaneous significant influence between length of work and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

The number of complaints from patients who are being treated at the hospital has become evidence that the management of the service system has not paid enough attention to it. So it is necessary to examine in depth the causes of these problems. That is what underlies the researcher wants to find out whether hospital facilities and services have an effect on patient satisfaction with hospital image as an intervening variable at the Haji Abdul Manan Regional General Hospital. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another. The study sample consisted of 315 patients. The results of the study show that hospital facilities have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Because with the appropriate facilities, patients will feel comfortable visiting the hospital. Likewise, hospital services also have a very large influence on the level of patient satisfaction. With good and comfortable service. Then the patient will get calm and will speed up the healing process for the patient. So it was concluded that quality and service greatly influence patient satisfaction at Umun Regional Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Hospital.
