Abstract

The development of the MSME sector has an important meaning in driving economic growth and reducing poverty in the country. One of the SMEs in Lamongan is Nasi Boran. Nasi Boran is a traditional food that has become Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which has become a hereditary business for the people of Lamongan, especially those from Kaotan Village, Sumberjo, Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external conditions of the rice marketing strategy implementation in Lamongan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive (explorative) method. The sampling method was carried out by means of a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling and using data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The object of this study was about marketing strategy while the subject itself was the MSME perpetrators of boran rice traders in Lamongan. The data used is secondary data provided by the company, then primary data obtained from various sources of literature and journals. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis approach. Based on the results of the research that has been described, it can be interpreted that the analysis of marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis is to obtain 2 sources of results, namely internal environmental analysis and external environmental analysis. After analyzing the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis, Nasi Boran UMKM can find out which strategy should be evaluated

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing techniques of ornamental coral (coral) type Euphyllia Glabrescens at PT. Agung Aquatic Marine. and to determine the efficiency of direct marketing of ornamental coral (Coral) type Euphyllia Glabrescens at PT. Agung Aquatic Marine. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation, the analysis technique used in this study uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis of sales data of ornamental coral (Coral) type Euphyllia Glabrencens at PT. Agung Aquatic Marine uses three techniques in marketing ornamental coral (Coral), namely face to face, stock list, and via photos. Between the two marketing channels there are differences in efficient marketing results, but between the two marketing channels, the most efficient in marketing ornamental coral is marketing channel I with an efficiency level of 1.0%, while marketing channel II has an efficiency level of 0.49%. This is because in marketing channel I, the costs incurred are slightly lower than those in marketing channel II, which has a larger cost component because the shipping distance of ornamental coral is quite far.

Abstract

Rumput laut merupakan salah satu sumber hayati laut yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi air kelapa sebagai perendam bibit terhadap pertumbuhan rumput laut E.cottonii. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan melakukan percobaan di lapangan (laut) tempat pembudidayaan rumput laut. Percobaan ini merupakan percobaan faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan dan empat kelompok. Faktor perlakuan tersebut meliputi: faktor 1 (Jenis Kelapa) yang terdiri dari J1 = jenis kelapa muda dan J2, = jenis kclapa tua. Faktor II (Konsentrasi Air Kelapa dalam Larutan) yairu K = Kontrol konsentrasi 0%, K1 = Konsentrasi 25%, K2 = Konsentrasi 50%, K3 = Konsentrasi 75%, dan K4 = Konsentrasi 100%. Hasil penelitian mcnunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perendaman bibit rumput laut menggunakan air kelapa mernberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan rumput laut. E. cottonii. Konsentrasi air kelapa 25% mcmberikan pengaruh paling signiflkan dengan jumlah produksi rumput laut lebih besar 5 kali lipat.

Abstract

SMK IT Al-Izhar Pekanbaru has implemented an Information System for Managing Report Values to make it easier for teachers to manage student report cards. This report card system has been used since 2015. The behavioral aspect is a very important aspect, because it relates directly to users. The thing that underlies this research is that there are still teachers who do not understand how to input student grades, so they tell other teachers to input grades into the system. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that most influence user behavior interest based on the UTAUT variable consisting of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and moderated by gender, age and experience variables. The results of this study indicate that the factors that most influence user behavior interest are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions. while the moderator variable gender affects user interest by 79.0%. As well as the finding of a gap (GAP) between the expectations of the school and the perception of users. To overcome the GAP, the school must evaluate and monitor the implementation of the report card value management information system at SMK IT Al-Izhar Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze opportunities and challenges: a study on the business of burasa in Tanamodindi village, Palu city. Burasa is one of the typical foods of Sulawesi made from rice processed with coconut milk and banana leaves. The research method used is a qualitative approach using interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The informants of this study consisted of MSME actors in Tanamodindi village. The results of this study show that the existence of burasa can open up job opportunities for local residents, reduce the unemployment rate, and build a more productive, competitive and independent society. However, the results of this study also found factors inhibiting the sale of burasa including limited access to capital, business networks, and fierce competition. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the analysis of opportunities and challenges: a study on the business of burasa in Tanamodindi village, Palu city.

Abstract

Nowadays, many people choose to eat instant or fast food including frozen food. Dakon Frozen Food is one of the The most complete Frozen Food shop in the Sleman area, Yogyakarta Province. Objective This study is to determine the effect of price and promotion strategies on consumer buying interest in frozen food products offered by Dakon Frozen Food. on consumer buying interest in frozen food products offered by Dakon Frozen Food. by Dakon Frozen Food. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from distributing questionnaires with 30 respondents. respondents, analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The research process was carried out with the stages of observation, distributing questionnaires, and literature study. questionnaires, and literature studies. The results showed that partially price does not significant effect on buying interest, while promotional strategies has a significant effect on buying interest. Abstract

Endophytic fungi are one of the microorganisms that live in plants and symbiotic with their host plant produce secondary metabolites. This study aims to determine the optimum growth profile of endophytic fungus isolated from the leaf of Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis namely isolate I5 as antibacterial. The fungus growth profile optimization analyzed by a correlation between fermentation time and mycelium weight, which collected every 24 hours for 15 days. The media were varied at pH conditions of 4, 7, and 8 in each PDYB medium (glucose and fructose substrates). The results showed that isolate I5 grew optimally on the 13th day on the PDYB medium pH 8. Ethyl acetate extract 5% of isolate I5 could inhibit bacteria growth with the largest inhibition zone diameter against Staphylococcus aureus of 9.96 mm (± 0.60) and Escherichia coli of 9.03 mm (± 0.46).

Abstract

Karamunting (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Aiton) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang digunakan sebagai obat tradisional yang banyak tersebar diseluruh Indonesia khususnya berasal Toraja, yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dan antikanker dengan adanya kandungan senyawa fenolik dan flavanoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat flavonoid total serta aktivitas antioksidan dan toksisitas ekstrak daun karamunting. Simplisia daun karamunting diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 70%, pengujian aktivitas antioksidan diukur menggunakan microplet reader dan diuji toksisitasnya dengan metode BSLT. Hasi penelitian fenolik total 3,496% , Perolehan aktivitas antioksidan nilai IC50 ekstrak etanol daun karamunting sebesar 24,451 bpj dan Perolehan uji toksisitas nilai IC50 ekstrak etanol daun karamunting sebesar 31,80 bpj terhadap larva udang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, ekstrak etanol daun karamunting masuk dalam kategori antivitas sangat kuat dengan range <50 % dan dinilai memiliki sifat toksisitas katogori sangant kuat.

Abstract

This water quality is very important to ensure a healthy shrimp life period. Water quality for this activity is influenced by several water quality parameters including, temperatur, Ph, salinity and alkalinity parameters. The aim of this research on water quality management is to find out how water quality management affects the survival rate in rearing vaname shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei) at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra. The data analysis method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that water quality management at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra increase the survival rate of vaname shrimp, the survival rate of vaname shrimp at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra above 80%, this is achieved by maintaining water quality management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fry stocking density on income in vanamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) farming at PT Esaputli Prakarsa Utama. The research employs quantitative methods using primary and secondary data gathered through participatory observation. Simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, and partial tests (t-tests) were used to answer the research questions and test the hypotheses. The results of the study, as determined by the t-test, revealed that stocking density did not have a significant impact. The t-count value was -0.997, which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.896, and the significant value was 0.348, which is greater than 0.05. The recommendations submitted to determine the effect on income are more directed toward the production process of the shrimp farming business.
