Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment, Work Family Conflict terhadap Innovative Behavior pada karyawan Perusahaan Outsourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 230 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support dan Affective Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Behavior. Sedangkan Work Family Conflict terdapat pengaruh negatif terhadap Innovative Behavior. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat juga menambahkan dan menganalisis anteseden dari Public Service Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of procedural justice and organizational trust and organizational commitment and turnover intention on a retail company, namely PT Matahahri in Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach – This paper uses a quantitative research design. Data was collected from 120 retail employees of PT Matahari Department store in Jakarta through a questionnaire survey with a list of questions. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was adopted to test the hypothesized model. Findings - Results confirming the positive effect of all the variables concerned or intended on an organization or company intended. The results also confirm that the effect of procedural justice and also organizational trust on organizational commitment and on turnover intention has a positive effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Psychological Capital, Work From Home, Job Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance pada karyawan perusahaan properti di Jakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari total sampel 129 karyawan properti di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, non-probability sampling digunakan bersamaan dengan strategi purposive sampling, sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan structural equation model (SEM) sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Psychological Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work From Home berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM khususnya Perusahaan Properti di Jakarta untuk memperhatikan Psychological Capital serta mengukur efektivitas kebijakan Work From Home mereka selama masa pandemic untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction dan Job Performance terhadap karyawan perushaan. Kontribusi asli dari penelitian ini terletak pada kuesioner yang telah disesuaikan dengan perubahan yang disebabkan oleh COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational resiliance, Work life balance, dan Intrinsic reward terhadap Job satisfaction di Indonesia. Metode Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan De JAVA hotel Bandung. Variabel dependen yaitu Job satiafaction, sedangkan variabel independent yaitu Organizational resiliance, Work life balance dan Intrinsic reward. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode multiple linear regression analysis. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Organizational resiliance, Work life balance dan Intrinsic reward berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan dalam bekerja dan memberikan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia sesuai bidangnya sehingga karyawan dapat lebih memahami pekerjaannya yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan motivasi bekerja.

Abstract

In this study, the aim to analyze the effect of perceived threat Covid-19, job burnout, job stress, and job satisfaction at Soekarno Hatta International Airport employees. By using purposive sampling method, totaling 100 employees as respondents of this study. The data collection method used was cross sectional. The data analysis technique used is instrument testing in the form of validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing using SEM with SPSS version 23 and Amos software. So the results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on the Effect of Perceived Threat Covid-19, Job Burnout, and Job Stress. Managerial implications in this study companies can improve and maintain the comfort, well-being, and job satisfaction felt by employees in doing work

Abstract

Perilaku masyarakat dan perekonomian nasional mengalami perubahan besar akibat adanya pandemi COVID-19. Pemberlakuan era new normal oleh pemerintah, membawa peluang bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan usaha. Namun, pelaku usaha terkendala pada permodalan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan sumber pendanaan usaha dan pengelolaan keuangannya, guna meningkatkan minat dan pengembangan usahanya. Metodenya dilakukan dengan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berhasil dengan baik, karena pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta meningkat dari rata-rata sebesar 56 persen menjadi 83,67 persen. Materi yang diberikan sistem dan lembaga keuangan, sumber pendanaan usaha, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar lebih baik lagi pada pelaksanaan berikutnya, perlu menambahkan waktu dengan materi yang beragam dan menambah daerah jangkauannya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Internal Whistleblowing Intention pada rumah sakit di daerah Jakarta Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah karyawan dari RSUD di daerah Jakarta Utara sebanyak 170 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa jenis kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan niat pelaporan internal. Dan jenis kepemimpinan juga dapat dapat meningkatkan keberanian moral pada seorang karyawan. Makalah penelitian ini mendukung keberanian moral dapat menjadi variabel pelengkap kepemimpinan autentik untuk meningkatkan niat pelaporan internal karyawan. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang menguji efek mediasi dari Organizational Virtuousness dan Moral Courage pada hubungan antara Authentic Leadership dan Internal whistleblowing Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the perceived threat of Covid-19 directly or indirectly on workload, job stress, and job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 190 employees who worked at expedition service company employees in Jakarta and were taken using a purposive sampling method. The instrument test used is the validity and reliability test, which uses the PLS-SEM method for testing the hypothesis. The results obtained were that there was no positive effect between the perceived threat of Covid-19 on workload, there was no adverse effect between the perceived threat of Covid-19 on job satisfaction, there was a positive effect from the perceived threat of Covid-19 on job stress, there was no effect negative between workload and job satisfaction, there is no adverse effect between job stress and job satisfaction, workload mediates the effect between perceived threat of Covid-19 on job satisfaction and Job stress does not mediate the effect between perceived threat of Covid-19 on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fear of covid-19 on job burnout and its impact on the Intention to leave frontline employees in Jakarta. The data used are primary, and the sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing online questionnaires to 270 frontline employees in various sectors as samples. Hypothesis testing techniques use Structural Equation Modelling and previously performed instrument tests using validity and reliability. From the data processing results, frontline employees do not feel the fear of covid-19, frontline employees do not feel bored in doing their work, do not have physical, emotional, and mental fatigue resulting from work situations, and do not have the Intention to leave. Therefore, frontline employees will continue to work for their current company. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that Fear of Covid has a positive effect on Job Burnout and Intention to Leave; job Burnout has a positive effect on Intention to leave; also Fear of Covid has a positive effect on Intention to Leave by being mediated by Job Burnout. The managerial implication that can be conveyed is that all managers from frontline employees must maintain providing better services so that employees can continue to work without fear of covid-19 and do not have job burnout and remain loyal to their respective companies.

Abstract

Employees are one of the essential elements and assets within an organization or company. The presence of Turnover Intention among employees certainly has a negative impact on the company's image and performance. This study was conducted on housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta, who potentially have a high Turnover Intention due to the lack of career clarity in their current jobs. The aim of this research is to analyze the Perceived Organizational Support, Person-job Fit, Meaningfulness of Work, Work Engagement, and Turnover Intention among housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study consisted of 260 housekeeping employees in co-living spaces in West Jakarta. The testing was conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in the AMOS software, with data collection procedures involving questionnaires and literature review. The results of this study indicate that employees feel a lack of Perceived Organizational Support, Person-job Fit, Meaningfulness of Work, and Work Engagement in their jobs, which leads to the presence of Turnover Intention among employees. There is a significant positive influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Person-job Fit on Work Engagement. There is also a significant negative influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Turnover Intention, which is mediated by Work Engagement. Therefore, companies need to provide clear career development paths for employees to reduce the level of Turnover Intention.
