Abstract

This study found that organizational resilience, anticipated positive affects, job satisfaction has a significant effect on job performance. Job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant impact on job performance. Organizational resilience is also proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the anticipated positive affects also have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the job performance of three-star and four-star hotel employees in West Jakarta. A quantitative methodology was used in this study and a random sample of 131 employees was selected. The hypothesis was tested using a structural equation model (SEM) using the AMOS statistical program version 26. Organizational results were studied in the field of human resource management and hospitality. Researchers in the field still see CSR as a promising and potential field. Abstract

This study aims to determine antecedents and consequences of Employee Performance on Hospitality employees in South Tangerang. The study used quantitative methods with a total of 120 employees using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 and the structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software. The results show that Rewards and Recognition has a positive effect on Employee Engagement. Furthermore, Training and Development Practice has a positive effect on Employee Engagement. Finally, Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL), Life Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Commitment pada Karyawan Traveloka di Jakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari total sampel 180 pekerja layanan Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, non-probability sampling digunakan bersamaan dengan strategi purposive sampling, sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan structural equation model (SEM) sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan “hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa QWL berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Life Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment. Implikasi bagi manajer SDM Traveloka yaitu untuk memperhatikan QWL dan Life satisfaction pada karyawan dalam perusahaan baik secara eksternal maupun internal untuk dapat meningkatkan Job satisfaction dan Organizational Commitment terhadap karyawannya pada perusahaan.”

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan titik awal penerapan Work From Home bagi perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Hal tersebut bagian salah satu kebijakan yang diusulkan pemerintah untuk dapat memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19 di lingkungan para pekerja kantoran. Dalam keadaan ini, perusahaan harus berusaha untuk tetap dapat memberikan rasa Organizational Identification untuk setiap karyawannya. Dimana Identifikasi ini dapat membuat individu membedakan antara diri mereka dengan individu lain dalam kelompok mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsekuensi Work From Home terhadap Organizational Identification pada karyawan Perusahaan Handtools di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling, sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 167 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitan ini menunjukan Work frome home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Identification.

Abstract

Kinerja memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan, jika terjadi penurunan pada kinerja maka berpengaruh pada perusahaan yang akan mengalami kebangkrutan. Kinerja yang baik menjadi tuntutan yang harus dilakukan para pekerja agar tujuan dapat tercapai, yang mana hal tersebut pada nyatanya sulit terjadi karena masih banyaknya pekerja yang belum berkinerja cukup baik. Salah satu contohnya terjadi pada perusahaan Manufaktur di Jakarta Barat yakni dalam data fenomena yang sesuai dengan wawancara di beberapa perusahaan menunjukan rendahnya Employe Perfomance yang ada menunjukan bahwa pekerjaan selalu tidak memenuhi target seharusnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh HRM Practice, Work-Family Conflict dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance pada karyawan di Perusahaan Manufaktur di Jakarta Barat. Data yang di kumpulkan dari 155 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan Manufaktur di Jakarta Barat. Data diperoleh dengan dengan metode purposive sampling dan teknik non probability sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara HRM Practice terhadap Employe Perfomance. Work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap employe performance dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Employe performance. Serta implikasi bagi perusahaan Manufaktur di Jakarta Barat

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Psychological Well-Being, Job Satisfaction, Managerial Characteristic (Manager Trust and Support), Work Characteristic (Job Autonomy) dan Job Performance pada karyawan di Perusahaan Pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256 karyawan, dengan metode pengumpulan sampelnya adalah purposive sampling. Uji instrumen yang dilakukan berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta menggunakan simple linear regression untuk uji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Well-Being berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Implikasi perusahaan pertelevisian dan manager membuat suatu kegiatan pelatihan yang lebih mendalam tentang pekerjaan yang terkait dalam masing-masing bidang para karyawan bank untuk membangun pengetahuan, kemampuan atau proses dalam suatu organisasi untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kinerja berdasarkan pengalaman mereka.

Abstract

Since December 2019, the coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread rapidly on a global scale, severely affecting organizations from all sectors of activity. A banking employee is someone who is in charge of handling customers, seeking incoming funds, offering credit and bank products. Therefore, to ensure the job satisfaction of bank employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of working from home and work-life balance on job satisfaction and bank employee job involvement. The survey resulted in 150 respondents. The method used to analyze this research is instrumental tests such as validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22 and SEM analysis. This study explores the perceptions of employees working at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk to verify the validity and reliability of research instruments. The results of the study show that working from home has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on work involvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Work Engagement, Openness to Experience, Neuroticism, Turnover Intention pada karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling kepada 130 karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work Engagement dan Neuroticism berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, sedangkan Openness to Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention. Implikasi bagi hotel, manager, dan perusahaan membuat suatu kegiatan pelatihan yang dapat menambah wawasan para karyawan, mengapresiasi ide-ide baru karyawan, serta dapat mengatasi stress dengan baik.

Abstract

Perceptions of perceived covid-19 threat and job stress can affect job satisfaction and counterproductive work behavior among employees, therefore this study aims to examine the effect of the perceived covid-19 threat, job stress, job satisfaction on counterproductive work behavior among Hammer employees in Jakarta. Respondents from this study used a total sample of 167 respondents who worked at the Hammer Jakarta showroom. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. Whereas in testing the hypothesis using an analysis tool in the form of a Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that the perceived covid-19 threat has a positive effect on job stress, job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, job stress has a positive effect on counterproductive work behavior, job satisfaction has a negative effect on counterproductive work behavior. The implications for HR managers are that they are expected to always pay attention to the working environment conditions within the company, pay attention to the perceived covid-19 threat and job stress on employees, increase job satisfaction and prevent counterproductive work behavior.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19), which arrived in early 2020, is transforming the way people live and work, as well as affecting businesses and organizations in every industry. In the hospitality sectors, employees play a decisive role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay. Therefore, it is essential for each employee to strive for work improvement. This study looked at how job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior were affected by green human resource management and quality of life at work. There were 149 responses to the survey. Instrumental tests like validity and reliability and hypothesis testing with SPSS and SEM program analysis were used to analyze this research. In order to confirm the instrument's validity and dependability, this study examines employee perceptions at Hotel Mercure Jakarta. The findings demonstrated that job satisfaction, quality of work life, and organizational citizenship behavior are all positively impacted by green human resource management.
