Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara daya tarik perusahaan (Employer Attractiveness), perilaku rekrutmen (Employer Recruiting Behavior), komitmen karyawan (Employee Commitment), dan produktivitas karyawan (Employee Productivity) pada Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) di Perusahaan Matahari, Bekasi Barat. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun daya tarik perusahaan tidak secara langsung memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan, namun perilaku rekrutmen perusahaan memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas mereka. Sementara daya tarik perusahaan memengaruhi komitmen karyawan, komitmen tersebut tidak langsung meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian menegaskan perlunya identifikasi faktor lain yang mungkin memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Terlebih lagi, komitmen karyawan tidak bertindak sebagai penghubung antara daya tarik perusahaan dan produktivitas karyawan. Namun, komitmen karyawan berperan sebagai penghubung yang efektif antara perilaku rekrutmen perusahaan dan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajer dalam mengoptimalkan program rekrutmen perusahaan guna meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dan, akhirnya, produktivitas mereka.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important factor for companies in improving their productivity and performance. However, there are stereotypes related to the commitment of Generation Z employees who are new to the workplace, namely, a tendency to be disloyal and a low commitment to the organization. The study aims to analyse the impact of Mental Toughness and Employee Experience on Organizational Commitment with Psychological Well-Being as Mediator on Generation Z Employees in Jakarta. Generation Z is the generation of professionals born between 1997 and 2005 who have recently entered the world of work.  This research uses analytical techniques with quantitative methods with a survey approach. A sample of 125 Generation Z employees at a start-up company in Jakarta. The research data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had 25 statement items that included four variables: mental toughness, employee experience, psychological well-being, and organizational commitment. Hypothesis testing uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) as well as SPSS and AMOS software to process data. The results of the study show that Mental toughness has a positive influence on Psychological well-being, Employee experience has a positively influenced psychological wellness, Psychological wellness has a negative influence upon Organizational commitment, and Psychological welfare has a mediating influence between mental toughness and Organizational engagement and the absence of Psychological Well-Being as a mediation between employee experience and Organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Temporal Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Psychological Empowerment, as well as to examine the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Self-Efficacy, the influence of Self-Efficacy on Psychological Empowerment, and the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Psychological Empowerment. The design of this study was carried out by means of hypothesis testing which was used to test the influence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Self-Efficacy and Psychological Empowerment in Generation Z Private Employees in DKI Jakarta. As a result, this study concluded that Generation Z private employees in DKI Jakarta felt the existence of Temporal Leadership and Transformational Leadership in their companies, which affected their Self-Efficacy and Psychological Empowerment. Statistical descriptions show that employees feel comfortable with Temporal Leadership because convenience is the main factor in decision-making, and Transformational Leadership increases confidence, enthusiasm, and creativity at work.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Resilience, Confidence, Intrinsic Religiosity, Extrinsic Religiosity terhadap Mental Toughness pada karyawan Hotel di Jakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 karyawan Hotel di Jakarta dari berbagai divisi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda, dimana dalam metode ini menggunakan software SPSS 21. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Resilience, Confidence, Intrinsic Religiosity berpengaruh positif terhadap Mental Toughness, sedangkan Extrinsic Religiosity tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap Mental Toughness. Berdasarkan penelitian perusahaan diharapkan ikut membantu untuk terus dapat meningkatkan Mental Toughness karyawan yang dimana akan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan seperti karyawan dapat menangani tugas yang sulit dan secara efektif dapat menangani kejadian tidak terduga. Kata Kunci: Resilience, Confidence, Intrinsic Religiosity, Extrinsic Religiosity, Mental Toughness

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Relationship Focused CEO Leadership dan Inclusive Leadership dengan Symmetrical Internal Communication terhadap Scouting Karyawan Milenial di Wilayah Perkantoran Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari seratus lima puluh satu karyawan milenial di Jakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif Relationship Focused CEO Leadership dan Inclusive Leadership, Terhadap Symmetrical Internal Communication, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Symmetrical Internal Communication terhadap Scouting. Impikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini bagaimana kemampuan gaya kempemimpinan dan berkomunikasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan berkelompok maupun berorganisasi. Pemimpin yang menerapakan gaya berfokus terhadap hubungan dan yang inclusive serta memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang cukup akan mempengaruhi dan bergerak Orang lain dan pengikut mereka. Kepemimpinan muncul dan berkembang melalui interaksi Otomatis antara pemimpin dan pengikut. Hal ini diharapkan karyawan milenial Jakarta dapat berkontribusi dalam suaranya untuk meningkatkan perilakunya di perusahaan.

Abstract

Comfort in the workplace has a correlation with job satisfaction, trusted organizational support, employee care, influence on work involvement. Happy employees can increase company productivity and will give the best for their work. The purpose of this research is to prove the impact of work involvement in a shipping company in Jakarta. This research involved 127 employees at a shipping company in Jakarta. Data analysis using pearson product moment analysis. These results indicate that job satisfaction increases happiness at work. The implications of this study are expected that companies can increase employee work involvement in the workplace through increasing job satisfaction, trusted organizational support, employee care to influence work involvement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Spiritual Leadership, Employee Resilience, Work Engagement, and Employee Performance, as well as the relationship between them, including the influence of Work Engagement mediation. Hypothesis testing was used to test the influence of Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience research on Employee Performance mediated by Work Engagement on employees of State-Owned Banks in East Jakarta City. Since the relationship between variables is explained, a type of correlational research is used. Because the data used is only used once per period, it is cross-sectional and the unit of analysis is an individual, namely an employee of a state-owned bank in East Jakarta City. The results of hypothesis testing show that there are great benefits between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Employee Performance, as well as between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Work Engagement. However, there was no significant positive effect between Work Engagement on Employee Performance, nor the effect of Work Engagement mediation on the relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Employee Resilience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

MSME actors and employees at work often feel stressed either because of the work environment or the impact of problems brought from outside the work environment. Even more so when it is associated with the prolonged impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This can further make employees anxious to continue working. Business conditions in this case also become a determining factor. In addition, internal and external problems experienced by employees can also be an additional factor in forming anxiety to continue working which in the long run can create stress at a certain level. These things were used as the background for the initial situation analysis as a detector of partner problems, namely employees working at Azalea's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Depok. The implementing team then determined the method of Community Service activities to be carried out, namely counseling. This PkM activity was held on March 8-9, 2023, face to face on the spot. During the material bidding process, activities went well and smoothly. Based on the results of the feedback obtained from the 32 participants who took part, the participants felt that this PkM activity provided additional knowledge for the participants, especially regarding stress management. In addition, the participants also felt that the topics raised and presented to the participants matched the participants' needs in recognizing stress to managing stress in the workplace. The participants also felt that the activities provided were sufficient in terms of implementation time. Furthermore, the participants hoped that other activities could be carried out in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak kesadaran Covid-19, nilai hedonis, nilai utilitarian, nilai situasional dan perilaku karyawan perusahaan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. -19 Menganalisis pengaruh nilai hedonis terhadap behavioral intention karyawan perusahaan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan, menganalisis pengaruh nilai utilitarian terhadap behavioral intention karyawan perusahaan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan dan nilai situasional terhadap niat berperilaku karyawan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel yang diteliti menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22. Sebelum menguji hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji goodness of fit model. Jumlah sampel adalah 129 responden untuk mewakili populasi yang ada. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah pengambilan sampel non-acak (non-probability sampling). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini pengaruh positif Hedonic Value terhadap Behavioral Intention. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika Hedonic Value meningkat maka Behavioral Intention juga akan meningkat. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan jika Utilitarian Value meningkat maka Behavioral Intention tidak ikut meningkat. Serta pengaruh positif Perception Of COVID-19 terhadap Behavioral Intention. pengaruh positif Conditional Value terhadap Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis pengaruh positif Green Human Resources Management, Task-Related Pro-Environmental Behavior, Proactive Pro-Environmental Behavior, Green Innovation Practices terhadap Environmental Performance di rumah sakit provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan serta kuesioner yang dimana disebarkan secara online melalui media google form dan diukur dengan skala likert. Sampel sebanyak 160 orang ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan GHRM, Task-Related Pro-Environmental Behavior, Proactive Pro-Environmental Behavior, GIP berpengaruh positif terhadap Environmental Performance. Implikasi manajerial serta keterbatasan dan saran lebih lanjut dalam temuan ini telah dibahas untuk memantau praktik GHRM, Pro-Environmental Behavior, dan GIP yang mempengaruhi Environmental Performancekaryawan.
