Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak gaya kepemimpinan monarki kepala sekolah dalam pengambilan kebijakan di SDIT Annihayah Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf administrasi, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi panduan wawancara, lembar observasi, dan alat dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan keakuratan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan monarki memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk mengambil keputusan secara cepat dan konsisten, namun membatasi partisipasi dan masukan dari guru dan staf. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya rasa kepemilikan dan motivasi di kalangan staf, serta menghambat kreativitas dan inovasi dalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya keseimbangan antara kontrol yang ketat dan partisipasi aktif dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan kebijakan sekolah.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of religiosity and religious studies in contributing to the development of students' emotional intelligence. Religiosity and religious studies have long been important aspects of individual and societal life, and this study aims to understand its impact on students' emotional development. Through religious studies, students can develop a better emotional awareness of their own feelings and emotions, as well as recognize how those emotions affect behavior and interactions with others. The values of empathy, compassion, and responsibility instilled by religious practice also help students develop the ability to feel the feelings and perspectives of others, which are key aspects of emotional intelligence. In addition, religious practices provide guidance on how to cope with negative emotions and manage stress, thus helping students deal with challenges in a healthier and positive way. Religious studies also provide a deeper purpose in life and a sense of inspiration for students to achieve their goals, helping them stay energized in the face of obstacles, and seek deeper meaning in life. However, the positive effects of religiosity and religious studies on emotional intelligence can vary between individuals and depend on the application of religious values in daily life. Therefore, a holistic and inclusive approach in respecting the diversity of religious beliefs and religious practices is essential in recognizing the benefits of the role of religiosity and religious studies in shaping students who are more empathetic, balanced, and contribute positively to society.

Abstract

PT. Kobexindo Tractors Tbk holds a significant spare parts inventory to meet their customers' needs. Over the period from 2016 to 2023, the company experienced an average annual loss of Rp. 1,176,438,113, due to the inadequate analysis of spare parts demand, which serves as a reference in the procurement process. To address this issue, this research focuses on developing a model that can generate accurate forecasts for spare parts inventory, particularly Jungheinrich parts, to support appropriate management decisions in the procurement process at the company. The Exponential Smoothing method is chosen for its ability to handle data with fluctuating patterns and trends. This study will compare the Simple Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods. The data ratio used in this research is 70% for training data and 30% for testing data. The prototype development is conducted using the Python programming language. The research results indicate that the Holts Winter Exponential Smoothing Model with Multiplicative Seasonality and Multiplicative Trend (Triple Exponential) is the best method among others, as follows: 1) Train RSME (7.082307), a low RSME value on training data indicates that this model has a small prediction error rate on the data used for training. 2) Test MAPE (6.343268), a low MAPE value on test data indicates that this model provides fairly accurate predictions in percentage terms of the actual values. 3) Test RSME Values (23.160521), a sufficiently low RSME value on test data indicates that this model also successfully generalizes well on unseen data.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian konsumen tidak terlepas dari gaya hidup mereka yang ingin membeli produk yang bermanfaat dan mempunyai kualitas yang baik. gaya hidup yang diukur berdasarkan aktivitas dimana seseorang melakukan kegiatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya seperti pekerjaan, hobi, belanja, hiburan, olahraga, dan minat seseorang berdasarkan keinginan terhadap produk yang diinginkan, serta pendapat atau pandangan seseorang terhadap produk yang akan dibeli sehingga dapat mempengaruhi perilaku keputusan konsumen khususnya pada Mahasiswa STIE Bima. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah Sebagian besar mahasiswa STIE Bima menggunakan handphone Iphone. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya hidup dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone iphone (Studi Pada Mahasiswa STIE Bima). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan sumber peneliti yaitu Mahasiswa STIE Bima, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan populasi unknown population, yaitu mahasiswa yang menggunakan handphonr iphone dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa penggguna handphonr iphone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Gaya Hidup tidak pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Iphone (Studi pada mahasiswa STIE Bima), Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Iphone (Studi pada mahasiswa STIE Bima) dan Gaya Hidup,dan  harga, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembembelian. Dibuktikan dengan besarnya pengaruhnya sebesar 31,2%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management or management of advice and infrastructure in madrasah or school educational institutions. The research method used is the research method used in this writing literature study which focuses on searching for sources through books, journals, and available literature. The results of this writing are (1) planning of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions including design or purchase planning, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and equipment distribution planning; (2) organization of facilities and infrastructure including (a) grouping of facilities and infrastructure (b) room arrangement; (3) implementation includes the procurement and utilization of facilities and infrastructure contained in educational institutions so that the use of infrastructure to support activities or teaching-learning processes can run effectively and efficiently; (4) evaluation of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions is carried out continuously and re-planned, namely by looking at how effective and efficient the facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions are so that in the future, better improvements can be made because the facilities become a factor in the continuity of learning activities.

Abstract

This research The purpose of this research. First, the state of the linguistic environment in increasing speaking self-efficacy among MTs Mambaul Ulum Metro students is to be determined. Second, to find out the application of speaking efficacy training to MTs Mambaul Ulum Metro students. Third, to reveal self-efficacy in speaking to MTs Mambaul Ulum Metro students. This research methodology is a descriptive qualitative study that describes and finds appropriate and precise facts. Moreover, how to collect data using interviews, observation, and written document methods. This study examines the language environment's role in enhancing students' subjective speaking skills at MTs Manbaul Ulum Metro. By employing qualitative research methods, including observations and interviews, the study explores how various aspects of the language environment contribute to students' perceptions of their speaking abilities. The findings reveal that a supportive language environment, characterized by frequent practice opportunities, positive reinforcement, and exposure to diverse linguistic inputs, significantly boosts students' confidence and proficiency in speaking. The study underscores the importance of creating a conducive language learning environment to facilitate effective language acquisition. The language environment system at MT Mambaul Ulum Metro School is very important to increase student's confidence in speaking Arabic through active interaction and correct use of grammar. Social support, a supportive learning environment, the use of technology, and effective learning strategies play a role in building students' self-confidence. Consistent speaking practice and real-world activities such as a language classroom environment. These factors help students develop courage, perseverance, and the ability to face the challenges of learning Arabic.

Abstract

Pembungaan memegang peranan penting bagi tumbuhan karena memfasilitasi rekombinasi genetik, sehingga mendukung perkembangan keragaman genetik yang penting. Keluarga protein phosphatidylethanolamine binding proteins (PEBP) memainkan peran penting dalam mengatur waktu pembungaan dan dormansi benih di beragam spesies tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang vektor biner dengan membangun pCAMBIA1300 yang menggabungkan rangkaian gen EgHd3a dari kelapa sawit. Proses konstruksi gen meliputi ekstraksi RNA, sintesis cDNA, amplifikasi gen EgHd3a, kloning gen menjadi vektor kloning, subkloning ke dalam vektor biner pCAMBIA1300, dan diakhiri dengan validasi gen melalui analisis sekuens. Pada ekstraksi RNA, metode PCL-Chisam telah terbukti efektif melalui ekstraksi berulang, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas total RNA. Dalam proses kloaning, metode konvensional menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih lokasi pembelahan yang tepat. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, penggunaan enzim dengan overhang yang kompatibel diusulkan sebagai solusi potensial. Secara khusus, penggantian BamHI dari BglII telah secara efektif mengatasi tantangan ini. Konfirmasi integrasi fragmen gen ke dalam plasmid pCAMBIA1300 dicapai melalui pengurutan. Meskipun perbedaan diidentifikasi dalam rangkaian EgHd3a-2, perubahan ini tidak berdampak pada asam amino yang dikodekan, sehingga menjaga integritas rangkaian protein

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are business entities whose capital is wholly or largely owned by the Village through direct participation originating from separated Village assets to manage assets, services and other businesses for the welfare of the village community. Bumdes Tirta Grace is managed by the village in the form of a warm water bath business unit and a morning market which has generated original village income, part of which is given to underprivileged students amounting to 25 percent for scholarship assistance for students. In determining the 2023 RKPdes, the village refers to the motto and goal, namely sustainable human resource development, meaning sustainable cadres for the village generation. The target for students who can take part in receiving an education equal to the wider community is to understand Islamic education. Of course, to understand it, it is not understood as an established and systematic educational system, but rather the educational process occurs more incidentally and perhaps even more in the form of answers to various problems that developed at that time. Education in Islam, linguistically, has a different meaning. very varied. This difference cannot be separated from the many terms that appear in the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith as the main reference source for Islamic education which mention words (kalimah) which have educational or teaching connotations.

Abstract

Moral, ethical or moral education at madrasah ibtidaiyah is the first basic or initial part of character formation for students. What is happening now is that character education is troubling parents. Education in class 1A of Madrasah Ibdtidaiyah Negeri 3 Banjarnegara has implemented character education as a response to the current damage to character education. Formation of morals, manners, morals or character through the habit of reading Asmaul Husna which is able to change students' religious character. This research aims to determine the application of reading Asmaul Husna which consists of the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in forming a religious character. This research was conducted in Class 1A MI N 3 Banjarnegara. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely documentation, observation and interviews. Then the data is analyzed by condensing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. Research results: the habit of reading Asmaul Husna in forming the religious character of students at MI N 3 Banjarnegara is good. This is evidenced by the increasing religiousness in reading asmaul husna with reverence in reading asmaul husna, and with the intention of only hoping for the pleasure of Allah SWT. The reading of asmaul husna is done before learning begins. MI N 3 Banjarnegara holds prayers through reading asmaul husna in the hope that it will be easier to gain knowledge. beneficial in this world and the hereafter, making the mind calmer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektifitas penerapan Teknik mind mapping dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Teknik mind mapping dikenal sebagai pendekatan visual yang membantu siswa dalam mengorganisasi dan memahami pelajaran secara terstruktur, terutama dalam mempelajari aspek-aspek penting dalam bahasa arab seperti kosa kata, tata bahasa, dan pemahaman teks. Penelitian ini menganalisis 50 artikel ilmiah yang di terbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025, yang di peroleh dari berbabagai database jurnal akademik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mind mapping secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan daya ingat, pemahaman materi dan minat belajar siswa dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa arab. Studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa mind mapping dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran bahasa arab. Artikel ini juga merekomendasikan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis mind mapping yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital.
