Abstract

In the era of digital disruption, human capital optimization is key to an organization's sustainability and competitive advantage. However, a major challenge often faced is the failure to synergize internal communication patterns with dynamic business strategies. This study aims to analyze and measure the influence of strategic business communication on human capital optimization. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 employees of PT. Gema Nusantara Malang and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that strategic business communication had a positive and significant effect on human capital optimization with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 61.2%. This finding confirms that information transparency and clarity of organizational messages serve as important catalysts in improving employee competence and adaptability amidst massive technological change.

Abstract

The aims of this study to find out the effect of fishbowl strategy toward students’s speaking skill ability at the second year students of MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor. Designed as experimental research which the researcher divide the sample into experimental group and control group. Both of the group were given the same test. The test consisted post-test. The population was all the second year students of MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor that consisted of six classes which were 248 students. The sample was 36 students that were taken by random sampling technique. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic. The result of the data analysis shown that the lowest score of the students who were in the experimental group was 53 and the highest score was 80. While, those who in the control group was 52 for the lowest score and 76 for the highest score. The result of this research, it was found out that the effect of fishbowl strategy between the experimental and control group were significance. The control group got 1101, while the experimental group got 1227. In conclusion, the fishbowl strategy had significant effect in teaching speaking.

Abstract

Pseudo-nitzschia spp. merupakan suatu jenis diatom kosmopolitan yang berpotensi menyebabkan Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) yang menghasilkan toksin asam domoat, penyebab sindrom amnesic shellfish poisoning (ASP). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi kelimpahan Pseudo-nitzschia spp. di Perairan Teluk Hurun selama periode Agustus 2020 hingga Juli 2021. Sampling air dan fitoplankton dilakukan di tiga stasiun pengamatan, analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier Backward. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa nitrit, nitrat dan amonia secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kelimpahan Pseudo-nitzschia spp. dengan nilai p-value berturut-turut adalah 0,000 untuk variabel nitrit, 0,030 untuk variabel nitrat dan 0,015 untuk variabel amonia.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara konsentrasi nitrit, nitrat dan amonia dengan kelimpahan Pseudo-nitzschia spp. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan zat hara dapat memicu pertumbuhan alga berbahaya. Hal ini menekankan perlunya dilakukan langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengelola eutrofikasi dan dampak perubahan iklim untuk mengurangi risiko kejadian HABs di Perairan Teluk Hurun.   Pseudo-nitzschia spp. is a cosmopolitan diatom species that has the potential to cause Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) which produces domoic acid toxin, the cause of amnesic shellfish poisoning syndrome (ASP). The study aims to determine the environmental factors that affect the abundance of Pseudo-nitzschia in Hurun Bay Waters during the period August 2020 to July 2021. Water and phytoplankton sampling was conducted from three observation stations, the analysis was conducted using the Backward linear regression method. The regression results showed that nitrite, nitrate and ammonia significantly influenced the abundance of Pseudo-nizschia spp. with p-values of 0.000 for the nitrite variable, 0.030 for the nitrate variable and 0.015 for the ammonia variable, respectively. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between nitrite, nitrate and ammonia concentrations and the abundance of Pseudo-nitzschia spp. This indicates that an increase in nutrients can trigger harmful algal growth. This emphasizes the need for strategic measures to manage eutrophication and climate change impacts to reduce the risk of HABs occurrence in Hurun Bay Waters.

Abstract

Abstrak : The Limited Company is called by “Ltd” or in bahasa “PT” as following of right and obligation. The law correlation between PT and Bank result the law correlation is “association”, Moreover the association rule by the book III the Indonesian Civil Code. In the matter to get the credit in Bank, Ltd or “PT” as Debitor in law management is associate credit in Bank, where as a Creditor need approving of commissioner council and The General Meeting of Shareholders to guarantee most of the company asset, as rules in passage 20 the Statute Number 40 in 2007 about Limited Company. The problem in this thesis is How the Commissioner authority stand for Limited Company to associate credit without approving Commissioner council and how is giving approving to director to guarantee Ltd asset which the result more than 50 %. The research used in this thesis is normative research, with analyze a management of law with observing the law subject, such as the research of laws basic, positive law and the law regulation. The result of this thesis is Director has authority stand for Limited Company in associate credit in Bank should the approved by Commissioner council, because the director authority limited by Statute Number 40 in 2007 about Limited Company and Basic of Budget Limited Company. Abstract

The modernization and reform of Islamic education in Indonesia are essential responses to globalization, scientific and technological advancement, and moral decline while maintaining the foundational values of Islam. This study aims to analyze the processes, forms, and challenges of modernization and reform in Islamic education in Indonesia, with particular attention to curriculum development, learning methods, and educational institutions. This study employed a qualitative library research approach. Primary data were drawn from Zubairi’s (2018) Modernisasi Pendidikan Islam / Modernization of Islamic Religious Education, while secondary data were obtained from relevant scholarly journal articles indexed in Google Scholar. The findings indicate that modernization in Islamic education has been implemented through the integration of religious and general knowledge, the use of digital technology, participatory and contextual learning approaches, and professional educational management. Educational reform has also developed dynamically in response to changes in Indonesia’s national context, from the post-independence period to the Reform Era, with the aim of improving educational quality. However, the transformation of Islamic education continues to face several challenges, including the persistence of the knowledge dichotomy, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, disparities in teacher quality, and moral decline. This study concludes that strong collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and society is necessary to develop an integrative and adaptive Islamic education system. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature on Islamic educational modernization by clarifying the relationship between reform, knowledge integration, and institutional adaptation. Practically, it offers implications for strengthening Islamic educational institutions in producing Muslim generations who are intellectually competent, spiritually grounded, and socially responsible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the impact of Universitas KH. Abdul Chalim (UAC) on promoting MSME growth in Bendunganjati. MSMEs are a strategic sector that plays an important role in the local economy, particularly in providing employment opportunities, increasing community income and welfare, and promoting local economic growth. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors and relevant parties, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and verification, while data validity was examined through triangulation. The findings show that MSMEs in Bendunganjati Village have experienced an increase in both the number and variety of businesses. Before the establishment of UAC, most residents depended on agriculture, livestock, and small-scale trading activities. Following the establishment of UAC, various types of businesses emerged and developed, including food stalls, grocery stores, wholesale businesses, photocopying and printing services, and other businesses that developed to meet the needs of the community and the UAC academic community. The presence of students, lecturers, and educational staff at UAC has become one of the factors increasing demand for goods and services provided by local MSMEs. This condition has contributed to increased community income, the creation of new employment opportunities, and the development of entrepreneurial creativity and skills among local residents. Nevertheless, MSME actors continue to face several challenges, including limited access to capital, restricted marketing reach, and limited utilization of digital technology. Therefore, the presence of UAC has had a significant impact on MSME growth in Bendunganjati Village and has become one of the driving forces of local economic activity.
