Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan “Pemertahanan Bahasa Ibu pada Masyarakat di Kota Depok” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pelestarian bahasa ibu di tengah dinamika masyarakat urban. Kota Depok sebagai wilayah multikultural menghadapi tantangan pergeseran bahasa akibat dominasi bahasa Indonesia dalam ranah pendidikan, keluarga, dan media digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui tahapan persiapan, seminar interaktif, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), simulasi praktik bahasa, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep pemertahanan bahasa dan urgensi transmisi bahasa antargenerasi. Selain peningkatan aspek kognitif, kegiatan ini juga mendorong perubahan sikap bahasa ke arah yang lebih positif, terutama dalam komitmen penggunaan bahasa ibu di lingkungan keluarga. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa keluarga memegang peran sentral dalam menjaga keberlangsungan bahasa, didukung oleh peran komunitas dan pemerintah daerah melalui kebijakan serta kegiatan budaya. Dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan kolaboratif, penyuluhan ini memberikan kontribusi awal dalam memperkuat identitas budaya serta menjaga keberagaman linguistik di Kota Depok.

Abstract

This study is motivated by students' low critical thinking skills, particularly in three-dimensional geometry. Moreover, the limited availability of effective interactive learning media impedes the development of these skills. Three-dimensional geometry requires a more engaging and interactive approach to enhance understanding. This study aims to develop GeoGebra-based learning media within the Problem-Based Learning model to enhance students' critical thinking skills in mathematics. The research method employed is Research and Development using the ADDIE design model. The study subjects consist of eighth-grade students. The research instruments include validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and tests. The validation results indicate that the GeoGebra validation score is reaching 95.16% (highly valid). The practicality test showed an average score of 96.09% (highly practical). The obtained N-Gain score of 0.7655 (high category) indicates an improvement in students' critical thinking abilities. The findings of this study conclude that the use of GeoGebra in PBL-based learning is effective in enhancing students' mathematical critical thinking skills and can serve as an innovative alternative for teaching three-dimensional geometry. The findings of this study have positive implications for enhancing students' critical thinking skills through the integration of interactive learning tools such as GeoGebra, which can improve engagement and understanding in mathematics.

Abstract

Jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian utama di Indonesia yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan maupun pakan ternak. Salah satu tahapan penting dalam penanganan pascapanen jagung adalah proses pemipilan. Pada umumnya, proses pemipilan jagung masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama, tenaga kerja yang besar, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan dan risiko cedera kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu alat bantu yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pemipilan jagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat pemipil jagung otomatis menggunakan motor listrik dengan kapasitas kerja ±80 Kg/jam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD), yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna, khususnya petani dan pelaku industri kecil menengah (IKM), serta menerjemahkannya ke dalam spesifikasi teknis alat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan analisis terhadap alat pemipil jagung yang telah ada. Selanjutnya, data kebutuhan pengguna diolah menggunakan matriks House of Quality (HoQ) sebagai dasar perancangan alat. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa alat pemipil jagung otomatis berbasis motor listrik yang dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi, keselamatan kerja, kemudahan pengoperasian, serta perawatan alat. Alat yang dirancang diharapkan mampu mempercepat proses pemipilan, mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap tenaga kerja manual, serta menghasilkan biji jagung pipilan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, alat pemipil jagung otomatis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi tepat guna dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi proses pascapanen jagung bagi petani dan pelaku IKM. Kata kunci: jagung, alat pemipil jagung, motor listrik, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), ergonomi.

Abstract

Evaluation of the learning process and educational evaluation are strategic elements in an education quality assurance system oriented toward continuous improvement. This article aims to comprehensively examine the concepts, functions, types, and implementation of learning evaluation and educational evaluation in the context of secondary education, with a case study at Madrasah Aliyah Kaimana. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving the school principal, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the school has implemented a relatively comprehensive and integrated evaluation system, encompassing formative, summative, and diagnostic evaluations, as well as competency-based evaluation supported by the use of digital technology. Learning evaluation functions not only as a tool for measuring learning outcomes but also as a means of pedagogical reflection for teachers and as a basis for school managerial decision-making. However, this study also identifies several challenges, including the suboptimal consistency in the implementation of differentiated learning, disparities in digital competencies between senior and junior teachers, limitations in guidance and counseling services, and issues related to the quality and timeliness of learning feedback. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening teacher capacity, systematically utilizing evaluation data, and ensuring the active involvement of all stakeholders in the evaluation process. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of a holistic, participatory educational evaluation model oriented toward the continuous improvement of educational quality

Abstract

Psychological preparedness constitutes a decisive yet underexplored determinant of competitive excellence in traditional martial arts, particularly within culturally embedded disciplines such as Pencak Silat. Despite growing recognition of mental toughness in sport psychology, empirically grounded, culturally specific frameworks for champion mentality cultivation remain conspicuously absent in existing literature. This study aimed to investigate the strategies, stakeholder roles, and contextual determinants underlying champion mentality formation among Pencak Silat athletes in Boyolali Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Employing a phenomenological qualitative design with reflexive thematic analysis, data were collected from 26 purposively selected participants, eight certified coaches, and eighteen competitive athletes through semi-structured interviews, structured field observations across twelve training sessions, and documentary analysis. Four principal themes emerged: character-based developmental strategies, multistakeholder roles in mental conditioning, intrinsic-extrinsic determinants of resilience, and adaptive obstacle-management solutions. Uniquely, findings revealed that indigenous philosophical values, budi pekerti (refined character), keselarasan (harmonious balance), and pengendalian diri (self-mastery) do not contradict Western sport psychology frameworks but organically reinforce Self-Determination Theory and Achievement Goal Theory principles. This cultural-psychological convergence constitutes the primary scholarly contribution of this investigation, demonstrating that sustainable mental toughness in Southeast Asian martial arts emerges through habituated character formation rather than episodic motivational intervention. Coaches are recommended to systematically integrate mindfulness-based regulation, cognitive reappraisal strategies, and culturally contextualised reflective dialogue into formal curricula, advancing more globally inclusive models of sport psychology.
