Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menjawab dua masalah utama di Desa Timpuseng: pemanfaatan limbah jerami yang tidak optimal dan ketergantungan tinggi pada pupuk anorganik. Jerami yang melimpah hanya sebagian kecil dimanfaatkan, sementara sisanya menjadi limbah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah program pendampingan untuk mengolah jerami menjadi pupuk organik. Tujuannya untuk: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman sistem pertanian organik, (2) memperkenalkan pupuk organik jerami sebagai alternatif, dan (3) memberikan pelatihan praktis pembuatan kompos. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah partisipatif, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas petani. Peserta tidak hanya memahami konsep pertanian organik tetapi juga tertarik menerapkannya. Petani menyadari pentingnya pupuk organik untuk kesuburan tanah jangka panjang dan telah mampu mempraktikkan pembuatan kompos secara mandiri. Disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil memberdayakan petani dengan keterampilan mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Dampak yang diharapkan adalah penurunan biaya produksi, berkurangnya ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia, dan terwujudnya pertanian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of social media use in Islamic religious education learning on student motivation and engagement. The method used is qualitative analysis by collecting data through surveys and in-depth interviews with students who engage in religious learning using social media platforms. The results of the analysis showed that social media significantly increased students' motivation, with many of them reporting a higher sense of passion for learning when interacting with friends and teachers through these platforms. The interactions that occur on social media create a fun and dynamic learning atmosphere, which increases students' interest in learning religious materials. With the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas, students feel more involved in the learning process, which in turn strengthens their understanding of Islamic values. The findings indicate that the integration of social media in the religious education curriculum can be an effective strategy to increase student engagement and support more interactive learning in the digital age.

Abstract

Adolescence's middle years are fraught with problems that force them to make good or bad decisions in their social interactions. Schools play an important role in guiding students' development in the right direction. The purpose of this research is to investigate a model for integrating the Tarbiyah Islamiyah curriculum in order to improve the character of students. The vocational high school Bina Potensi Palu is the site of this research. This study is a qualitative-descriptive. The respondents included the principal and four teachers who were directly involved in tarbiyah islamiyah activities. Data was gathered through an in-depth interview technique and presented following the reduction and triangulation processes. The findings of this study revealed that: 1) the tarbiyah Islamiyah integration process took two forms, that is integration into Islamic religious education subjects and integration into extracurricular activities that were held every weekend. Integration using Fogarty's shared model; 2) Tarbiyah islamiyah in schools implements a limited boarding school system; the authors refer to it as "semi-boarding school"; 3) Tarbiyah islamiyah teaches social values and characters such as obedience to parents and teachers, respect for others, politeness in relationships, caring for others, tolerance, respect for other religions, and visiting the sick. The application of social character is carried out verbally and nonverbally through school culture. These social characters are the foundation of character education in schools, which supports the national education curriculum's aims. Educational institutions should implement it to achieve national education goals in developing students social characters.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat membawa informasi dan pengetahuan dalam interaksi yang berlangsung antara pendidik dengan peserta didik. (Asyar, 2011). Belajar menurut pengertian psikologis merupakan suatu proses perubahan tingkah laku sebagai hasil dari interaksi dengan lingkungannya dalam menentukan kebutuhan hidupnya. Perubahan-perubahan tersebut akan nyata dalam seluruh aspek tingkah laku. Menurut psikologi klasik, hakikat belajar adalah all learning is a prosses of developing or training of mind. Belajar adalah melihat objek dengan menggunakan substansi dan sensasi. Menurut teori mental State, Belajar adalah memperoleh pengetahuan malalui alat indra yang disampaikan dalam bentuk perangsang-perangsang dari luar. Pengalaman-pengalaman berasosiasi dan bereproduksi. Oleh karena itu latihan memegang peranan penting. Pembelajaran yang berkualitas sangat tergantung dari motivasi peserta didik dan kreativitas pendidik. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi tinggi ditunjang dengan pendidik yang mampu memfasilitasi motivasi tersebut akan membawa pada keberhasilan pencapaian target belajar. Target belajar dapat diukur melalui perubahan sikap dan kemampuan siswa melalui proses belajar. Desain pembelajaran yang baik, ditunjang fasilitas yang memandai, ditambah dengan kreativitas pendidik akan membuat peserta didik lebih mudah mencapai target belajar. Kualitas lembaga pendidikan dipandang baik jika kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), sarana prasarana dan atmosfer akademik baik. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas jika kinerja baik, yaitu sesuai yang diharapkan. Tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi yaitu dosen memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam kinerja perguruan tinggi sebagai penyedia layanan pendidikan. Kinerja perguruan tinggi dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila dosen memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dalam UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi kepribadian. Kompetensi yang tinggi akan menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. lembaga pendidikan bekerja dengan. Selain kompetensi dosen, kinerja perguruan tinggi akan berjalan dengan baik jika ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitas yang baik untuk proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Asiabaka (2008) mengemukakan bahwa fasilitas belajar memainkan peran penting dalam aktualisasi tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dan emosional dari staf dan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki peran strategis dalam penguatan karakter keislaman peserta didik. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan, strategi, dan tantangan dalam implementasi pembelajaran PAI yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter keislaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai sumber akademik terkait implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI dalam Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peserta didik untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Namun, tantangan seperti kesiapan pendidik, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta perlunya integrasi yang lebih kuat antara konsep keislaman dan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka masih perlu diatasi. Kajian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pembelajaran PAI yang efektif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between the administrative readiness of the Independent Curriculum learning planning administration and pedagogical transformation towards student-centered learning (SCL) and the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile in the SDN 06 Bungku Driving School Program, Morowali. Using a qualitative–quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 10 teachers through documentation of planning tools and classroom practice questionnaires. The results showed that the planning administration's readiness was in the good and excellent categories, supporting the implementation of differentiation-based SCL, formative assessment, and projects to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. The novelty of this study lies in the analytical mapping of the direct relationship between the quality of planning for the Independent Curriculum and the success of SCL practice in driving elementary schools, as well as in identifying weak areas, such as the optimization of learning resources, diagnostic assessment, and project-based learning. The main contribution of this research is to provide practical recommendations for developing more effective SCL by strengthening teachers' capacity in pedagogical planning and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how far the success of fostering spiritual education in the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City. The type of this research is field research which is qualitative in nature with a phenomenological approach. The primary data in this study were obtained from information from the leadership, officers, and members of the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Council. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from documents directly related to the research theme sourced from journals, books, and types of documents sourced from the internet. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with an interactive model. The results showed that the process of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu city consisted of three stages, namely the planning stage which contains socialization planning, preparation of joining, dhikr method, and evaluation. The implementation stage which contains the implementation of the planning stage of socialization, acceptance, dhikr method, and evaluation. The evaluation stage which contains written test, oral test, and non-test. The results of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City have been proven to gradually be able to foster their congregations. The success of fostering spiritual education at the Assembly of Dhikr Hasan Ma'shum Palu City consists of a relationship with Allah swt (Hablum minallah) which includes a higher awareness of leaving immoral acts, getting closer to Allah swt, and a feeling of calm and peace in the heart. Meanwhile, human relationships form noble morals and become Uswatun Hasanah.
