Abstract

Pengangguran dan kemiskinan masih menjadi permasalahan utama di negara Indonesia, berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia, mengatakan bahwa tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia pada bulan Februari 2017 pengangguran terbuka terendah berada di jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) ke bawah yakni 3,54%, Tingkat pengangguran terbuka sektor pendidikan dari jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebesar 5,36%, Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) sebesar 7,03%. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) 9,27%. Diploma III (D3) sebesar 6,35%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMK negeri 4 Surakata. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa.  Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK negeri 4 Surakarta yang berjumlah 117 siswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala dukungan sosial keluarga dan minat berwirausaha. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukan koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy =0,477 dengan p=0,000 (p kurang dari 0.01). Hal tersebut membuktikan terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMK negeri 4 Surakarta

Abstract

Human resources is an important factor in the organization. This reason  underlied the need to create work motivation in working field. Motivation is influenced by the desire to achieve goals, both individual goals or organization goals. Those can be seen through psychological contract and person-organization fit. The purpose of this study is: 1) to determine the relation of psycological contract and person-organization fit with work motivation on the go-car drivers, 2) to determine the relation between psycological contract with work motivation on the go-car drivers, 3) to determine the relation between person-organization fit with work motivation on the go-car drivers. This study uses a purposive random sampling with sample of 81 go-car drivers in Surakarta.     The result of this research shows there is a significant positive relation between psychological    contract and  person-organization fit with work motivation on the go-car drivers  https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i2.2357

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan etos kerja, 2) hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan etos kerja,  3) hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan etos kerja. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 61 orang anggota kepolisian. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F(61)=27.420, df=2, nilai p=.000, R=.697, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan etos kerja. Secara parsial, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan etos kerja (rx|y= 0,410; p=0,001) dan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan etos kerja (rx|y= 0,334; p=0,009). Nilai R2 dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan dukungan sosial keluarga secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 48,6% terhadap etos kerja.Kata kunci: dukungan sosial keluarga, etos kerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi                                                                                                                                                                                ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify: 1) relation between perceived organizational support and family social support with work ethos, 2) relation between perceived organizational support with work ethos 3) relation between family social support with work ethos. This study was conducted on 61 active police department officers, selected by using cluster random sampling method. This study was using quantitative approach. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis technique. Result shows the score of F(61)=27.420, df=2, p=.000, R=.697, which means that there is a significant, positive correlation between perceived organizational support and family social support with work ethos. Partially, there is a significant, positive correlation between perceived organizational support with work ethos (rx|y= 0,410; p=0,001 < 0,05) and also between family social support with work ethos (rx|y= 0,334; p=0,009 < 0,05). R2 score shows that both perceived organizational support and family social support give effective contribution until 48,6% to work ethos. Abstract

Partisipasi pelajar dalam bidang olahraga sebagai seorang atlet profesional menimbulkan tantangan dan tuntutan tinggi yang harus dipenuhi, sehingga menyebabkan atlet mengalami burnout. Salah satu tantangan yang menyebabkan burnout adalah menyeimbangkan antara tanggung jawab akademik dan partisipasi di bidang olahraga. Burnout adalah suatu kondisi kelelahan fisik atau emosi, depersonalisasi, dan menurunnya prestasi pribadi dikarenakan adanya tuntutan pekerjaan atau latihan secara terus menerus. Burnout dapat diatasi dengan hardiness dan motivasi berprestasi individu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hardiness dan motivasi berprestasi dengan burnout, hubungan hardiness dengan burnout, dan hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan burnout pada atlet pelajar di Kota Semarang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 91 atlet pelajar di Semarang. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala burnout, skala hardiness, dan skala motivasi berprestasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara hardiness dan motivasi berprestasi dengan burnout (Fhitung=17,930 Ftabel=3,10, p=0,0000,05;r=0,538). Nilai reliabilitas pada penelitian ini adalah 0,861 (skala burnout), 0,823 (skala hardiness), dan 0,894 (skala motivasi berprestasi). Uji parsial pada penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan negatif antara hardiness dengan burnout (r= 0,285 ;p=0,007 0,05). Terdapat hubungan signifikan negatif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan burnout (r= 0,248; p=0,018 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi R2= 0,290 artinya hardiness dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama memberi sumbangan 29% terhadap burnout dengan sumbangan 15,78% dari hardiness dan 13,22% dari motivasi berprestasi.Kata Kunci: burnout, hardiness, motivasi berprestasi

Abstract

 ABSTRACT: The company currently recognizes two types of workforce generations based on age, namely generation X and generation Y. Both generations have different characteristics, one of them is job embeddedness. Job embeddedness rate was found the highest in an organization with collectivism. An organizational culture that is developed in various companies in Indonesia is the collectivism culture, one of them is in PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat.This study aims to (1) find out the differences in the tendency of job embeddedness on generation X and generation Y employees in terms of collectivism culture, (2) find out the differences of job embeddedness tendency in generation X and generation Y employees; (3) find out the differences of collectivism culture on generation X employees and generation Y in  PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat.This study uses 69 samples of PLTD Siantan employees. The instruments used are job embeddedness scale and collectivism culture scale. The anava result shows that there is a difference in the tendency of job embeddedness in employees of generation X and generation Y in terms of collectivism culture of PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat. The result shows that there is a difference of job embeddedness on generation X employees and generation Y employees. There are also cultural differences collectivism in generation X employees and generation Y employees. This means that hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2, and hypothesis 3 are accepted.Keywords:job embeddedness, collectivism culture,generation X and generation ABSTRAK: Perusahaan saat ini mengenal dua jenis generasi tenaga kerja berdasarkan rentang usia, yaitu generasi X dan generasi Y. Kedua generasi tersebut memiliki perbedaan karakteristik, salah satunya adalah job embeddedness. Tingkat job embeddedness ditemui paling tinggi pada organisasi dengan budaya kolektivisme. Budaya organisasi yang berkembang di berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia adalah budaya kolektivisme, salah satunya adalah PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan kecenderungan job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi X dan Y ditinjau dari budaya kolektivisme, (2) Mengetahui perbedaan kecenderungan job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi X dan Y, (3) Mengetahui perbedaan budaya kolektivisme pada karyawan generasi X dan Y PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebanyak 69 karyawan PLT Siantan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala job embeddedness, dan budaya kolektivisme. Berdasarkan hasil anava, menunjukkan perbedaan kecenderungan job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi X dan generasi Y ditinjau dari budaya kolektivisme PLTD Siantan, Kalimantan Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbedaan rerata menunjukkan perbedaan job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi X dan karyawan generasi Y. Selain itu, terdapat juga perbedaan budaya kolektivisme pada karyawan generasi X dan karyawan generasi Y. Abstract

Companies must prepare their workers so they can have a competitive advantage in order to face the industrial revolution 4.0 by increasing innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior is influenced by internal and external factors, two of which are learning orientation and perceived organizational support. However, there are only few studies that examine the relationships of internal and external factors together with innovative work behavior. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between learning orientation, perceived organizational support, and innovative work behavior on management trainees in a state-owned construction company. A sample of 91 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling. Data were collected using the scales of innovative work behavior, learning orientation, and perceived organizational support, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that there is a positive significant correlation between learning orientation, perceived organizational support, and innovative work behavior simultaniously. The positive and significant correlation is also found in the partial relationships between learning orientation and innovative work behavior, as well as between perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior. Keywords: Innovative work behavior, learning orientation, organizational support   Abstrak: Perusahaan harus mempersiapkan pekerjanya agar dapat memiliki keunggulan kompetitif untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 dengan meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku kerja inovatif dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, dua diantaranya adalah orientasi pembelajaran dan persepsi dukungan organisasi. Namun masih sedikit penelitian yang meneliti hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal secara bersama-sama dengan perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara orientasi pembelajaran dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan management trainee di sebuah perusahaan pemerintah bidang konstruksi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 91 karyawan yang diseleksi menggunakan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala perilaku kerja inovatif, orientasi pembelajaran, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara orientasi pembelajaran dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku kerja inovatif. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan baik antara orientasi pembelajaran dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, maupun antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku kerja inovatif.

Abstract

Stunting is growth failure in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition and causes children to become short. Stunting is often known as stunting, a state of growth failure in toddlers as indicated by a height-for-age figure of less than -2 (z-score value). Stunting is caused by many aspects, including parenting and nutrition-related eating. The mother's parenting style will determine the toddler's nutritional status. The better the parenting style, the better the nutritional status. The prevalence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 years in Kuburaya District is 40.3%. This study aimed to determine the profile of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months from the perspective of parenting in Kuburaya District. This research is observational with a random case-control design. Data collection was taken in February-March 2023. The number of case samples was 62 mothers with stunted toddlers, and a control sample of 62 mothers with normal nutritional status toddlers. The data collection technique used a parenting eating pattern questionnaire with height and weight measurements. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results revealed that stunting in poor parenting was 85.5% while stunting in good parenting was 14.5% in Kuburaya District. The conclusion from this research is that parenting is related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers, so it is necessary to pay attention to the role of the family, especially mothers, to provide good parenting patterns to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Academic ability is not enough, self perceived employability is also needed for students to be able to have sustainable jobs in accordance with the level of qualifications possessed. In achieving a dream job, an ability to understand self-competence is strongly needed in order to adapt to the world of work, it is called career adaptability. This study aims to find out the relationship between career adaptability and self perceived employability among internship students. The participants of this research are 83 internship students. This research instrument uses a career adaptability scale consisting of 30 items and a self-perceived employability scale consisting of 20 items. Based on the results of data analysis using the product-moment correlation method from Pearson, the value of the correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.663 with a significance level (p) 0.05, which is 0.000. The research hypothesis is accepted, which shows that there is a correlation between career adaptability and self-perceived employability among internship students. Kemampuan akademik yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi saja tidak cukup, dibutuhkan pula self perceived employability dalam diri mahasiswa untuk mampu memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kualifikasi yang dimiliki. Dalam mencapai pekerjaan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu kemampuan untuk memahami kompetensi diri supaya bisa beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja yaitu career adaptability. Ketika mahasiswa siap dengan tugas dalam pekerjaannya, maka mahasiswa akan siap menghadapi segala tuntutan peran. Ketika mahasiswa siap menghadapi segala tuntutan pekerjaan, maka mahasiswa tersebut juga akan lebih mampu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang diinginkan nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career adaptability dengan self perceived employability pada mahasiswa magang di Startup X. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 mahasiswa magang di Startup X. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala career adaptability terdiri dari 30 aitem dan self perceived employability terdiri dari 20 aitem. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode korelasi product-moment dari Pearson, nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yang didapatkan yaitu 0,663 dengan taraf signifikansi (p) 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000. Hipotesis penelitian diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan antara career adaptability dengan self perceived employability pada mahasiswa magang.

Abstract

Tangram constructive game is one of the games that can be used to train creative thinking. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of tangram constructive game on creative thinking in elementary school student. The hypithesis of this study is that there is a significant effect of tangram constructive game on creative thinking before and after intervention. This research is an experimental study with nonequivalent crontrol group design. Data collection uses figural creativity test. Data analysis used the Mann-Withney technique with the SPSS statistical program. The result of the study show that the value of Z count = -2,363 with p = 0,18 (p<0,05). So, if can be concluded that there is a significant effect on creative thinking after intervention.

Abstract

Background: Stunting refers to irreversible physical growth retardation accompanied by cognitive decline that can last a lifetime and affect the next generation. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in adolescents at the Youth Posyandu Kota Pariaman. Subjects and Method: This was a cross sectional study. The population is all adolescents aged 10-18 years who are registered at the Kp. Jawa I with 52 people and Andestura Tungkal Selatan integrated health posts with 34 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Statistical test used chi square bivariate analysis. The dependent variable was stunting. The independent variables were gender, age, physical activity, and socioeconomic. Results: The results showed that gender (p=0.899), age (p=0.082), and physical activity (p=0.829) had no effect on the incidence of stunting in adolescents. Socioeconomic effect on the incidence of stunting in adolescents (p <0.001). Conclusion: There is no influence between gender, age, physical activity on the incidence of stunting because the nutritional status of stunting illustrates a disturbance in height growth that lasts for a long period of time so that it cannot be described by gender, age or physical activity. Socio-economic status that can affect the growth process includes income. Family income affects a person's ability to access certain foods which will affect the nutritional status of children. Someone with a low socioeconomic status has limited ability to access certain foods, so they are at risk of consuming less food. Keywords: gender age, physical activity, socioeconomic, stunting.
